发生设计：场地位于白沙岛北部，标高约52.5，且其50m范围内无高点影响日照，装置采光无影响。此外，该点位拥有超过200°的观景视角，可全景观看南北两岛之间的海峡。圆形的观景台设计也可以最好的利用点位原本的天然禀赋。
Occurrence design：The site is situated in the northern part of Baisha Island, with an elevation of approximately 52.5 meters. Within a 50-meter radius, there are no high points that would obstruct sunlight, ensuring unimpeded natural lighting for the installation. Additionally, the location offers a panoramic viewing angle of over 200°, providing sweeping vistas of the strait between the northern and southern islands. The circular design of the observation platform optimally leverages the site’s inherent natural advantages.

The integration with local culture is assigned significant importance in the design requirements, representing one of the most crucial challenges in our contemporary design practice. Moving beyond the superficial application of cultural “symbols,” we expand our perspective to a deeper temporal dimension. All cultural connections are ultimately traced back to an interpretation of nature.

▽拥有超过200°的观景视角，可全景观看南北两岛之间的海峡
出海捕鱼是白沙岛居民生活的重要活动，而太阳的状态直接影响着捕鱼活动，它对生产计时、航海指引有着重要作用，进而对渔民发展成信仰与文化符号。设计希望让太阳与白沙岛产生特定的互动，通过对当地整个一年太阳运行轨迹的研究，使“漏光装置”将特定时间的特定光线定位在平台地面上，让时间通过光线变得直观。
Fishing is a vital activity for the residents of Baisha Island, and the sun plays a direct role in these expeditions. It serves crucial functions in timing operations and guiding navigation, which, over time, has led to its evolution into a cultural symbol and object of reverence among the fishing community. The design seeks to create a unique interaction between the sun and the island. By studying its trajectory over the course of a full year, the “Light-Leaking Device” is calibrated to cast specific beams of light onto specific locations on the platform at precise times. This makes the passage of time visually perceptible through light itself.

这个与阳光互动的装置试图赋予“光”这一自然元素一个具体的形式。通过提供一个感知自然的具象载体，它旨在唤醒我们那被日常匆忙生活掩埋的、感受自然的原始能力。当阳光透过装置投射出月亮的形状时，它让人们在短暂的片刻中“触摸到具象的自然”。
This installation, which interacts with sunlight, seeks to give tangible form to the natural element of “light.” By providing a tangible vessel through which to perceive nature, it aims to reawaken our innate capacity to connect with it—a capacity often buried by the haste of daily life. As sunlight filters through the apparatus to cast the shape of the moon, it allows people to momentarily “touch a tangible fragment of nature.”
