TOPSCAPE: The plants and trees set the scene, nature serves as the foundation, and days slowly grow in the greenery.
This place is not just a shelter; it is also a vibrant community where people and the scenery complement each other. Movement and stillness blend together, and the hustle and bustle coexist with the poetry. In the fast-paced city life, one can find their own leisurely way of life.
滨海自然资源与城市繁华界面的双资源
在思明区的繁华底色之上，东侧是推窗即见的蔚蓝海岸，度假的松弛感与自然共生；西、南两侧，正酝酿着滨海CBD的磅礴未来，都市的流光溢彩指日可待。
Dual Assets: Coastal Natural Resources and Urban Bustling Frontage
Set against the bustling backdrop of Siming District, the east side offers unobstructed views of the blue coastline right outside your window, delivering laid back resort style living in harmony with nature. To the south and west lies the burgeoning coastal CBD, where the glamour of metropolitan life is soon to unfold.
引领城市高尚住宅，编织海岸璀璨人生
我们以豪车宾利的品牌定位作为项目的气质理念及灵感来源，结合度假酒店景观的营造手法传递出本项目对于高品质生活的极致追求，打造引领城市新型高尚住宅的标杆产品。
大区是一环两轴的景观结构，将场地分出六个景观空间，南侧为结合展示和归家入口的价值体验轴，北边为结合功能和社交的功能体验轴。多个不同的场景演绎，打造自然底色的惬意居所。
Pioneering Upscale Urban Residences, Crafting a Splendid Coastal Lifestyle
Drawing inspiration from the brand positioning of Bentley, the luxury automotive marque, and adopting resort hotel landscape design techniques, this project embodies an uncompromising pursuit of premium living, setting a benchmark for a new generation of distinguished urban residences.
The overall landscape adopts a “One Loop, Two Axes” layout, dividing the site into six distinctive landscape zones. The south axis serves as a value experience corridor integrating the show space and home coming entrance, while the north axis functions as a functional experience corridor for recreation and social interaction. Diverse thematic scenes jointly create a comfortable abode rooted in nature.
1、琉光水院
大面积水院占地拥有开阔的景观视野，以跌水水景为基底，水院中央矗立晶石雕塑一座，透光蓝绿色琉璃板，清透质感在光影下澄澈明净。
1. Luminous Water Courtyard
Spanning an expansive area, the water courtyard affords sweeping scenic vistas. Built upon cascading water features, it is centered by a crystal sculpture fitted with translucent blue green glazed panels. Its crystalline texture radiates clarity under shifting light and shadow.
2、璀璨廊亭
静水面如臻品镜面般澄澈通透，涌泉随定制韵律灵动跃动;吧台选用珍稀的香格里拉翡翠，天然流动的绿色纹理如山水凝练，彰显空间格调;玉石玻璃屏风与金属线条勾勒现代东方韵味，划分功能区域，营造私密氛围。
2. Radiant Pavilion
The still water surface glistens like a polished mirror, with rhythmic custom designed fountains dancing gracefully. The bar counter is finished with rare Shangri La Jadeite, whose fluid natural green veining evokes condensed mountain and river landscapes and elevates the refined character of the space. Jade glass screens accented with metallic lines interpret modern oriental aesthetics, partitioning functional zones and fostering an intimate ambience.
转过屏风后，是中央岛屿式大草坪，视野豁然开朗，微地形起伏如大地呼吸，乌桕枝干舒展，透着慵懒气韵,光影在林间游走，植物婀娜，每一步都踏进归心自然的纯粹时光。
Past the screens unfolds a large island style central lawn that opens up to sweeping views. Gentle undulations of micro topography mimic the rhythm of the earth, paired with gracefully branched Chinese tallow trees exuding an easy going charm. Light filters through the foliage amid flourishing plantings, every step ushering residents into pure, nature infused moments of homecoming.
3、礼遇归家
次入口区域的维多利亚绿景墙，构建出美学价值与情感赋能的归家界面，景墙以交错展开的不对称美学呈现。地面铺装以 “引导式动线设计” 引导居者从外界喧嚣逐步过渡至私属领域，让每一步前行都成为 “从日常到度假” 的仪式感递进。
3. Ceremonial Home coming
At the secondary entrance, the Victoria style green feature wall forms an aesthetically striking and emotionally resonant arrival interface, rendered in asymmetrical staggered geometry. Guided flow pavement design eases residents from urban hustle and bustle into a private sanctuary. Each stride marks a ceremonial transition from mundane daily life to resort like serenity.
4、童梦竞速乐园
童梦竞速乐园以 “全龄同乐、寓教于趣” 为核心，在满目绿荫的惬意环境中，精心打造极速探索、酷车小课堂、领航之家、奇妙花园四大主题场景，让一家人在自然怀抱里共享亲子时光，既满足不同年龄段儿童的成长需求，更让趣味与教育意义深度交融。
4. Kids’ Racing Fantasy Park
Centered on “fun filled recreation for all ages with edutainment”, the Kids’ Racing Fantasy Park is nestled amid lush greenery. It comprises four themed zones: Speed Exploration, Cool Car Workshop, Pilot’s Haven and Whimsical Garden. Families can enjoy precious parent child time embraced by nature, catering to children of varied age groups and blending amusement with educational value.
赛车趣玩岛以宾利赛车设计美学为灵感内核，契合孩童对速度与竞技的热爱。核心区域专为 6-12 岁儿童设置 “极速探索” 体能锻炼区，这里配备贴合赛车主题的趣味体能设施，孩子们可在绿荫遮蔽下攀爬、奔跑、平衡，模拟赛车手的训练日常，让体能训练变成一场充满竞技乐趣的 “赛车特训”。
Taking Bentley’s racing design aesthetics as its core inspiration, the Racing Play Island caters to children’s fascination with speed and competition. The core Speed Exploration zone is tailored for kids aged 6 12, outfitted with race themed fitness facilities. Sheltered under dense canopies, children can climb, run and practice balance, simulating the training routines of racing drivers and turning physical exercise into thrilling “racing boot camp” fun.
5、夏日亲水乐园
穿过动态全龄乐园，便来到专为亲子家庭打造的夏日亲水乐园；
弧线喷水装置轻柔吐水，孩子们的笑声在水花间跳跃，池畔乔木浓密，家长在荫庇下安然陪伴，远处廊架下，秋千椅轻轻摇晃，时光也跟着慢了下来。
5. Summer Water Play Park
Beyond the dynamic all ages playground sits the Summer Water Play Park, purpose built for families.
Gentle arched water jets spray streams of water, echoing with children’s laughter. Dense trees along the pool edge offer cool shade for supervising parents. Beneath the nearby pergola, swing chairs rock softly, slowing down the passage of time.
这里不只是一方戏水天地，孩子在水中追逐清凉，大人在岸边拾回闲适，每一次水花溅起，都是日常里触手可及的度假时光。
More than merely a water play venue, it lets children chase coolness in splashes while adults unwind on the bank. Every spray of water brings accessible resort style joy to everyday life.
6、闲雅林间
流水轻吟，景石静卧，花草随风摇曳，休憩座椅恰到好处地安放，静坐其上，一杯茶、一阵风，时光便慢了下来，没有远行的舟车劳顿，却有私人花园般的静谧与从容。
6. Serene Woodland Retreat
Soft murmurs of running water accompany tranquil ornamental rocks and swaying flora. Well placed lounge seats invite quiet repose. Settle down with a cup of tea and a breeze, and time slows to a gentle pace. No long distance travel is required to savour the peace and composure of a private garden.
品质入户
金属门头以精工雕琢，线条利落，拼接无痕；一侧造型松孤傲而立，枝骨如画；一侧香橼树果实垂挂，黄绿相间，既添四时活力，又藏吉祥隐喻。
Premium Entrance Lobby
The meticulously crafted metal entrance gate features crisp, seamlessly joined lines. On one side stands a sculpted pine tree with picturesque bare branches; on the other, a citrus tree hangs heavy with yellow green fruits, infusing seasonal vitality and auspicious symbolism into the setting.
