翰祥景观：文创街区用地背靠湿地生态公园，是北戴河阿那亚南区临海的最后一块狭长地带。
开发定位伊始，阿那亚海边乌托邦式社群已初具规模，业主自发的兴趣群体种类丰富，积极活跃。对社群生活不断升级的想法，促使文创街区以搭建自由创造的文创产业平台为目标，期许容纳产业孵化、创造、推广直至消费等各个环节。
Horizon & Atomesphere Landscape: The location of the Cultural and Creative Blocks is backed by the Wetland Ecological Park, which is the last narrow strip of the southern coastal of Aranya, Beidai River.
The seaside Utopian community of Aranya has begun to take shape at the beginning of the development, meanwhile the owner’s spontaneous interest groups are active and diversified. The idea of continuous upgrading the community life has prompted the Cultural and Creative Blocks to build a platform for cultural and creative industry that can be freely created, expecting to accommodate all aspects of industry incubation, creation, promotion, and consumption in the future.
1、生态的、生长的、生活的 Ecological growth into living
景观在建筑策划阶段加入讨论，探索空间上新的可能，最大化助力社群成长。
基地东面向海，西面为约一公里长的湿地公园蜿蜒的自然边缘。东西向最宽距离190米，较窄处55米，相对空间序列体验层次丰富。由西向东约有0.95米降坡，坡度约0.69%，步行体验舒适。因应地形特征，景观保留了湿地公园的自然边缘，由西向东，布置面朝大海的游逛路径。
Landscape design was discussed in the architectural planning stage, with the aim of exploring new possibilities in space and maximizing community growth.
The site faces the sea in the east, and on its west side is a natural edge of the wetland park with about one kilometer long. The widest distance from east to west is 190 meters, while the narrowest part is only 55 meters, providing a rich level experience of the relative spatial sequence. The walking experience is comfortable from west to east, with a slope about 0.69% and it descends about 0.95 meters. Due to the topographical features, the landscape retained the natural edge of the wetland park, and arranged a wandering path facing the sea from west to east.

摈弃传统住宅效率至上的兵营式布局，项目在道路规划上刻意营造三角形的交错布局，结合商业主题，为多样活力的街角空间留下机会；建筑回到围合式状态，通廊式的结构带来大学校园般的熟悉体验；围墙不复存在，住户拥有更多元的出入口选择，而围合内庭构成新的社交空间单位，为邻里间的社群成长创造条件。
生态的、生长的、生活的。顺应生态边缘，让街区活力与社群活力自然生长，共同创建出美好生活的海边乌托邦，是文创街区设计的重要策略。
The project abandoned the traditional barracks-style layout of traditional residence where efficiency is paramount, instead is a triangular staggered layout in road planning. In addition, it also combined with commercial themes, leaving opportunities for diverse and dynamic street corner spaces. The building returns to the enclosed state, and the corridor-style structure brings up a familiar campus-like experience. The walls no longer exist, therefore the residents would have more choices of entrances and exits. Moreover, the enclosed inner courtyard constitutes a new socializing space, creating conditions for community growth among neighbors.
Ecological growth into living. Conform to the ecological edge, and let the vitality of the block and the community grow naturally, moreover creating a seaside Utopia with a better life jointly, is an essential strategy for the design of Cultural and Creative Blocks.

2、共享、活力、绿色 Inclusive、Dynamic、Ecological
围合式建筑将景观界定为“外街”、“内庭”两大区域。外街部分，道路不可避免的占据了主要景观空间，道路做法也在很大程度上决定了景观效果的成败。
以完整街道概念，景观将快速通过的道路，转换为可停留可游逛、共享、活力、绿色的街区。以开放街区的居住模式，希望找回邻里间的熟悉感，让街区呈现亲切温暖的气氛，让住户感受到住在街上的轻松浪漫，营造与众不同的自由社区。
The enclosed building defines the landscape into two areas: “outer street” and “inner courtyard”. In the outer street part, the road inevitably occupies the main landscape space, which means the road design would determine the success or failure of the landscape visual effect to a large extent.
With the concept of “integrated street”, the landscape transforms a fast-passing road into an active and green neighborhood block that people can stay, wander, and share. With the living model of the open block, we hope to create a warm and friendly atmosphere and regain the familiarity between neighbors, which would let the residents feel relaxed and romantic, thus creating a free and unique community.

A．多交通共享下的街道分级设计 Design of street classification under multi-traffic sharing
除了机动车以外，自行车道，包括慢跑道，都需纳入设计考量之中。为能达成多交通共享目标，景观对街道进行了分级。依据道路功能，分为商业、车行外围街区以及生活街区。
In addition to motor vehicle lanes, bicycle lanes and jogging tracks are also need to be considered in the design. In order to realize multi-traffic sharing, our landscape has graded the streets according to road functions, and then divided them into commercial streets, vehicle peripheral blocks, and living blocks.

东面的车道结合三条宽阔的东西向道路，构成车行外围街区。除南北向道路长期保持双车道通行外，东西向三条双向车道在车流量不多的非节假日，均放置交通阻隔，增添自行车专用道，为自行车提供更加安全的环绕路径。
The east lane combines three wide east-west roads, forming the peripheral traffic block. The south-north road would keep long-term two-lane traffic, while the east-west road with three-lane traffic would be placed with traffic barriers on non-holidays with light traffic in order to add bicycle lanes to provide a safer surrounding path for cyclists.
B. 多人群、多时段共享下的设计支持 Design support under multi-group and multi-period sharing
分级下的不同街区，在设计时充分考虑不同人群、不同时段的需求，并在设计细节中落实。铺装设计从视觉提醒角度出发，不同街区所用材料与配色各有差异。重视使用者的感受，在不影响空间秩序的情况下，街区的很多位置利用绿化的进退留出临停车位，带给拜访者足够便利。
Different graded blocks design fully considered the needs of different groups of people at different time periods, and we implemented them in details. The pavement design starts from the perspective of visual reminder, and different materials and colors were used in different blocks. We pay attention to the user’s feelings, and use the greening to set aside temporary parking plots in the block without affecting the space order, which would bring enough convenience to visitors.

灰色系铺装起到强调的作用，由酒神剧场蔓延出大面积的广场，突出了这个街角的聚集特性。因应拜访剧场与沙丘美术馆的需要，景观对相应段落的滨海大道进行了调整，取消其间遮挡视线的树木，并利用道路中岛设置临时停车位，以便在剧场活动其间环节车辆临停压力，提供足够便利。
The gray decoration plays a role of emphasis, and the large square spreads out from the Dionysian Theater highlights the gathering characteristic of this street corner. Due to the needs of visiting the theater and the UCCA Museum, we adjusted the landscape of the coastal avenue in the corresponding section. We removed the trees that blocked the sight, and set up temporary parking spaces using the central island on the road, so as to provide sufficient convenience for vehicles with temporarily stop during activities in the theater.
满足机动车通行需求后，住宅组团间的道路均转变为生活内街，减少车辆干扰，留出更多的景观腹地，为内庭保留安静的声环境。呼应建筑屋顶红黄相间的瓦片色彩，不同的混色陶土砖铺装用在所有与住宅组团密切衔接的街角、人行道上，并用于打造生活内街的隐形消防车道。
After meeting the traffic demand of motor vehicles, the roads between the residential groups are transformed into inner living streets, which reduced vehicle interference and left more landscape hinterland, retaining a quiet acoustic environment for the inner courtyard. Echoing the red and yellow tiles on the building roof, different mixed-color terracotta bricks are paved on all street corners and sidewalks that are closely connected with the residential group, which were also used to create invisible fire lanes in the inner street.

在居住组团出入口、内街、街角等多个区域，也布置了众多自行车停放点，鼓励低碳出行，便利阿那亚数量可观的自行车出入居民。
Many bicycle parking spots are arranged at the entrances, exits, inner streets, and street corners of residential groups, in order to encourage low-carbon transport and facilitate the huge number of cyclists in Anaya.

—— 活 力 ——Dynamic ——
A. 适度留白，与不确定的商业共洽，释放商业个性 Moderately leave blank and negotiate with uncertain business, releasing the business characteristics
在阿那亚文创街区，我们找寻到与初期并不确定的商业共洽的方式。
通过研究不同段落、不同尺度的行道树树池、硬铺装、院子的尺寸比例关系，景观设定让经营者自由改善的区域范围，借此鼓励商铺对于门面形象的个性妆点，为街区增添多样性趣味。
比例的设定，让沿街面充满多样性之余，整体画面得到基本控制，结合阿那亚品牌强大的文创号召力与审美甄选，让街区活力得到最大尺度的发挥。通过行道树、树池等多元素的组合搭配，在保证
游逛空间尺度感受的同时，也让道路呈现部分变化，增添趣味。
In Anaya Cultural and Creative Block, we found a way to negotiate with the initially uncertain business.
By studying the relationships between the sizes and proportions of street trees, pools, hard paving, and yards in different sections and scales, the landscapes allow operators to freely modify the operating area, thereby encouraging shops to decorate their individual facades and making the neighborhood more entertaining.
The setting of the proportion not only makes the street surface full of diversity, but also lets the overall picture being basically controlled. Combined with the strong cultural and creative appeal and aesthetic ability of the Anaya brand, the vitality of the neighborhood can be exerted on the greatest scale. Through the combination of multiple elements such as street trees and tree pools, we ensure the space feeling of wandering scale and make the road show partial changes, therefore adding interest at the meantime.

B. 以街角广场，打造活力热点 Create vibrant hot spots by using street corner squares
街角广场的布置与主题，也成为活力街道的另一个主要手法。
第五食堂街角广场以自然化的儿童戏水设施呈现，蜿蜒的下挖地景呼应着场地斜对角的湿地花境，自然石的运用与互动水景的放置，增添了设施的可玩性与探索性，为整个街区注入了亲子游戏的活力。
The layout and theme of the street corner squares become another display of the vibrant streets.
The corner square of the Fifth Canteen is presented with naturalized children’s water play facilities. The meandering digging landscape echoes the diagonal wetland flower border of the site, meanwhile the use of natural stones and the placement of interactive water features increase the playability and exploratory of the facilities, injecting the vitality of parent-child games into the whole block.
酒神剧场街角取消行道树，呈现大片的广场特征。灰色与黄色交织的铺装图腾，与剧场建筑形成空中构图上的互文，从景观角度，强化酒神剧场的建筑力量。广场的开放性特征，也让这处街角成为整个文创街区没有标识，却又最具标识的入口，成为很多自发活动的开展场所。
Street trees at the corner of Dionysus Theater are removed to present the large square characteristic. The pavement totem intertwined with gray and yellow forms an intertextuality in the aerial composition with the theater building, which strengthened the architectural power of the Dionysus Theater from the landscape perspective. The openness of this square also makes this street corner both “unmarked” but also “most marked” entrance of the entire Cultural and Creative Block, becoming a place for many spontaneous activities.

▽唐舍酒店蔓延展开的街区空间，以因地制宜的设计呼应酒店建筑 The open space in front of the hotel adds a special style to the whole block, which strengthened the vitality of the street

—— 绿 色 ——Ecological ——
A. 顺应湿地自然边缘 Conforming to the natural edge of wetlands
在设计开发的过程中，景观顺应湿地公园的边缘，以不规则的样貌布置了对公园影响最小的植草格生态停车场。
During the process of designing, we arranged an ecological parking lot using grass-planting grids, which conforms to the edge of the wetland, and Its irregular landscape would have the least impact on the wetland park.
B. 延续湿地自然景观，以雨水花园妆点街区 Continuing the natural wetland landscape and decorating the neighborhood with rain gardens
整个街区运用雨水花园，储存雨水做为多年生草植和矮灌的灌溉水源，希望对整个区域的环保节能做出贡献。
The entire block uses rain gardens to store rainwater as irrigation water sources for perennial grasses and dwarf shrubs, hoping it can contribute to the environmental protection and energy conservation of the entire area.
尤其在第五食堂与帐篷餐厅围合的腹地，顺应地形既有的下凹坡差，景观造景湿地花境，仿佛湿地公园蔓延到这里。被建筑群围合的下凹花境，也能成为一处充满自然意境的景观焦点。
Especially in the hinterland enclosed by the Fifth Canteen and the tent restaurant, the existing concave slope of the terrain is used to form a wetland flower border through landscaping, as if the wetland park spreads till here. The concave flower border surrounded by buildings also becomes a landscape focus that full of natural artistic.
▽在第五食堂用餐时也能望见自然景致,为用餐者带来放松舒适的心情 The natural scenery can be seen as well when dining in the Fifth Canteen, bringing diners a relaxed and comfortable mood.
3、又热闹、又安静 Lively & Quiet
从热烈到静谧，不过一抬脚的距离。
外街区域因商业的存在最为开放活跃,内庭小社群则相对私密而精致。从静谧休闲的小小社区庭院，到文创街区上海纳百川的热闹活跃，短短距离内气氛的转换与对比，将带给住户更丰富、更多层次的居住幸福。
From lively to quiet, it’s just a step.
The outer street area is the most open and active due to the commerce, while the small community in the inner courtyard is relatively private and delicate. From the quiet and leisurely small community courtyard, to the lively and active Cultural and Creative Block, the transformation and contrast of the atmosphere within a short distance will bring residents a richer and multilevel living happiness.

▽建筑出入口形式丰富多样且便利性极高，带来住在街上的浪漫体验 The building has various and highly convenient entrances and exits, bringing residents the romantic experience of living on the street
景观以简约、优雅的花园式设计表达内庭区域，藉此平衡生活的便利与私密。
所有内庭设计尽量避免规整，以表现力的图腾，丰富和谐的色彩，兼顾建筑望下的第五立面，呼应内庭私属社群的活力。内庭所有设施以人的使用考量，以全程无障碍的设计呈现，所有高差通过景观手法消化，便利所有年龄层住户使用。
The landscape presents the inner courtyard area with a simple and elegant garden-like design, thereby balancing the convenience and privacy of life.
The regularity in all the interior courtyard designs were trying to be avoided. We use expressive totems, rich and harmonious colors, meanwhile taking the fifth façade under the building into account, to echo the vitality of the private community in the inner courtyard. All the facilities of the inner courtyard are presented in a whole barrier-free design by considering use of people. All height differences are eliminated through landscape methods, which is convenient for residents of all ages.
每个内庭都具备休憩空间和游戏设施，为有孩家庭与有宠家庭提供更丰富的活动支持。孩子们能通过内庭游戏找到更多邻居玩伴，自然而然的建立邻里社群，找回四合院般的居住温度。
Each inner courtyard has rest space and entertaining facilities to provide richer activity support for families with children and pets. Children can find more neighbors and playmates through games in the inner court, and naturally build a neighborhood community, furthermore getting back the warm living temperature like a quadrangle courtyard.
