JTL 加特林:山之境(西区)位于三亚阿那亚组团起始地带,距凤凰国际机场20分钟车程,通过一条林荫道形成天然过滤器,避开了海风的咸湿和城市的喧嚣。两栋建筑矗立在高尔夫果岭高地之上,四面山谷环绕,毗邻高尔夫球场带来的辽阔,让场地拥有极为开阔的视野广度。
JTL Gatlin:Valley Aesthetics (West District) is located at the starting point of the Aranya Sanya complex, a 20-minute drive from Sanya Phoenix International Airport. The project uses a tree-lined avenue, acting as a natural filter, shielding the area from the salty humidity of the sea breeze and the noise of the city. Two buildings stand atop a highland on the golf course, surrounded by valleys on all sides. The adjacent expanse of the golf course lends the site an extremely wide field of vision.
伴随A14地块的建成,一批新商业、新配套的落地,阿那亚·三亚的生活迎来了全新的气象和可能性,构建起更加丰富的山谷美学新日常。
With the completion of Block A14, and the completion of new businesses and amenities, life at Aranya Sanya has ushered in a new atmosphere and possibilities, constructing an even richer and more beautiful daily life in the valley.
2020-2025五年的时间跨越,我们与项目一起生长;一千八百个日夜,完成了山地景观与天空山谷对话的深刻解读,加特林也从自然的哲学里去理解阿那亚的诗意。
Over five years, from 2020 to 2025, we have grown alongside this project. For 1800 days and nights, we have completed a profound interpretation of the dialogue between the mountain landscape and the sky valley. Gatling also understands the poetry of Aranya through the philosophy of nature.
在这里,纯粹的设计语言褪去冗余,却保留触手可及的舒适;克制的丰盛让度假体验松弛有度,既有归隐般的宁静,又不失细腻的关怀。这不是对“少”的机械追求,而是对“恰好”的精准把握——让空间呼吸,让材质低语,让每一处细节都成为自然度假氛围的延伸。
Here, a pure design language sheds redundancy while retaining accessible comfort. Restrained abundance allows for a relaxed and balanced resort experience, offering both a retreat-like tranquility and subtle care. This is not a mechanical pursuit of “less” but a precise grasp of “just right”—allowing space to breathe, materials to whisper, and every detail to extend the natural resort atmosphere.
在整个设计中,空间和材质干净质朴,不依赖于装饰品的堆砌或是昂贵的材料,而是创造出饱含诗意的日常空间,并捕捉属于它的神圣时刻,以慰藉归家的心。让人们在山居中回归静谧,沉浸大自然之美和独属三亚的植物之趣,与土地建立更为真切的联系。
Throughout the design, the spaces and materials are clean and simple. Rather than relying on decorative embellishments or expensive materials, we create poetic everyday spaces and capture their sacred moments, offering solace to the returning heart. We enable people to return to tranquility in their mountain homes, immerse themselves in the beauty of nature and the unique charm of Sanya’s plants, and establish a more authentic connection with the land.
序章:沉入大地的褶皱
Prologue: Sinking into the Folds of the Land
当北纬18°的潮汐声被霓虹割裂成碎片,阿那亚将目光投向山脊线起伏的阴影里。南下岭的三千亩谷地,如同一卷被造物主遗忘的羊皮纸,褶皱中藏着未被翻译的古老密语。
When the sounds of the tides at 18° North latitude are fragmented by neon lights, Aranya turns its gaze toward the shadows of the undulating ridgeline. The three thousand acres of valley in the Nanxia Mountains are like a scroll of parchment forgotten by the creator, its folds concealing ancient, untranslated secrets.
当潮汐退去陆地的边界,三亚的脉动在阿那亚有了新的载体——下陷庭院承纳日光的涨潮,无边际泳池导引季风的洋流,旱溪砾石模拟浪退的痕印。当海成为缺席的主角,景观成了最诚实的记录者。
As the tide recedes from the land’s edge, Sanya’s pulse finds a new carrier in Aranya—sunken courtyards embrace the rising tide of sunlight, infinity pools guide the currents of the monsoon winds, and dry creek beds of gravel mimic the traces of retreating waves. When the sea becomes an absent protagonist, the landscape becomes the most honest recorder.
第一章:谷口·时空的折痕
Chapter 1: The Valley Mouth · Folds in Space and Time
谷口是大地与文明的温柔断点。
The valley mouth is a gentle break between the earth and civilization.
这里,混凝土的骨骼与火山岩的纹理共生,沙生植物的灰绿与油橄榄树的银白交织,建筑成为地表缓慢呼吸的孔隙——不是征服自然的纪念碑,而是向群山俯首的谦卑诗行。
Here, the concrete skeleton coexists with the texture of volcanic rock, the gray-green of desert plants intertwines with the silver-white of olive trees, and the architecture becomes a pore for the earth’s slow breathing—not a monument to conquering nature but a humble verse bowing to the mountains.
三百圈年轮在皮下静默计数,树冠却把枯枝举成向天空提问的标点。每道褶皱里都蜷着:某年台风的齿痕、某场干旱的遗嘱、以及某个孩童刻下又愈合的歪斜誓言。
Beneath the bark, three hundred rings silently mark the years, while the treetop lifts its withered branches as if punctuating the sky with a question. Each fold holds a story: the jagged marks of a past typhoon, the legacy of a long-ago drought, and the crooked, healed promise etched by a child.
格栅将阳光切块分装,在火山岩肌理上投下,不断变形的光斑水族箱——黎族船屋的基因在入口长廊解构重生。木格栅穹顶以0.8厘米的精密间距,将正午阳光纺成金色的竖琴琴弦。
The grilles slice and distribute sunlight, casting an ever-shifting aquarium of light patterns onto the volcanic rock—the essence of the Li people’s boat dwellings is reborn in the entrance corridor. With precise 0.8-centimeter spacing, the wooden grille dome weaves the midday sun into golden harp strings.
由火山岩构筑的景墙不仅是功能性的分界元素,更成为精心设计的景观界面——时而开凿出取景框,将远处的山海风光引入视野;时而排列成建筑的透光屏风,让阳光在地面投下斑驳的光影韵律。这种虚实相生的处理手法,让厚重的墙体在划分空间的同时,也成为连接内外的诗意媒介,为归家动线谱写出明暗交错的节奏。
The volcanic rock walls serve as more than just functional dividers; they also become meticulously designed landscape interfaces. At times, they open into framed views, drawing distant mountain and sea vistas into sight. At others, they align to create translucent screens for the architecture, casting dappled light rhythms onto the ground. This interplay of solid and void allows the weighty walls to both define space and serve as poetic conduits connecting interior and exterior, composing a chiaroscuro rhythm for the homecoming journey.
当最后一片脚手架撤离,混凝土开始自主呼吸,山风接管光影的导演权——阿那亚的野心,是让建筑成为山体的延续,而人,不过是穿行于地质诗行间的符号。
After the final scaffolding comes down and the concrete starts to breathe, the mountain wind orchestrates the light and shadow. Aranya’s ambition is to make the architecture an extension of the mountain, and humans are merely symbols traversing geological poems.
雨水在阶面蚀刻的沟壑,比人类凿痕更接近真理,阴影覆盖的第五阶,正以每年0.05毫米速度,重归山体。建筑体块横向延展,却通过利落的折线构造出起伏的韵律——高耸处似远山剪影,低伏处如谷地舒展,细节处的进退转折则仿若自然侵蚀形成的岩壑,在迂回流转间暗合着地貌的呼吸节律。
The grooves etched by rainwater on the stepped surfaces are closer to the truth than human carvings. The fifth step, covered in shadow, returns to the mountainside at a rate of 0.05 millimeters per year. The building mass extends horizontally, yet creates an undulating rhythm through sharp, folded lines—soaring peaks resemble distant mountain silhouettes, and low-lying areas evoke the expanse of a valley. The receding and advancing details mimic the ravines formed by natural erosion, subtly echoing the breathing rhythm of the landscape.
油橄榄、白千层、绿珊瑚、细叶芒、……造就整体绿意氤氲的氛围,大地系建筑便隐于这一派清幽的底色中。在这片葱郁的掩映下,大地色系的建筑以谦逊的姿态悄然隐现。
Olive trees, white paperbark trees, pencil cactus, and silvergrass create an overall atmosphere of lush greenery, and the earth-toned buildings are concealed within this serene backdrop. Beneath this verdant canopy, the earth-toned architecture humbly appears and disappears.
第二章:裂缝·地质的抒情诗
Chapter 2: Cracks · A Geological Lyric Poem
当旅客在粗犷的石板纹路中,辨认出自己掌心的生命线 —— 物我共朽的顿悟,是终极奢华。在天井采光顶下种植枝叶舒展的,阳光透过枝叶投射出动态光影,随时间推移在地面形成“自然日晷”。地面采用手工凿面的中国黑老石板,保留天然孔洞与纹理,与室内精致不锈钢台面形成原始与现代的对话。平台采用未涂装的实木,允许使用痕迹(咖啡渍、划痕)随时间沉淀为独特痕迹。
When travelers recognize the lifelines of their own palms in the rough texture of the stone slabs, they experience an epiphany of shared decay, the ultimate luxury. Under the skylight of the atrium, the spreading branches of trees cast dynamic light and shadow patterns, forming a “natural sundial” on the ground as time passes. The ground is paved with hand-chiseled Chinese black slate, retaining natural pores and textures, creating a dialogue between the primitive and the modern with the refined stainless-steel countertops inside. Untreated solid wood is used for the platforms, allowing traces of use (coffee stains, scratches) to accumulate as unique marks over time.
自然与新商业的交融,不是生硬的装饰,而是让材质、光影、气味成为无声的“导购”,在理性消费中植入感性的自然记忆。当访客离场时,带走的不仅是商品,还有一片藤蔓生长的触感、一缕木材晒暖后的气息——这些细微的体验,才是商业空间最持久的附加值。
The integration of nature and new commerce is not a rigid decoration but allows materials, light and shadow, and scent to become silent “shopping guides,” implanting sensory natural memories into rational consumption. When visitors leave, they take with them not only goods but also the feeling of a vine’s tendrils, the scent of sun-warmed wood—these subtle experiences are the most lasting added value of a commercial space.
抵达酒店,一道粗粝的石墙低调地掩映着入口,营造出大隐隐于市的静谧感。在墙面与屋顶的交接处精心留出斑驳的光隙,与灰空间的粗狂的石材形成虚实呼应。当微风穿过这些精心布局的孔隙时,光影流转间,每一次归返都化作充满仪式感的诗意体验。
Upon arriving at the hotel, a rough stone wall discreetly screens the entrance, creating a sense of profound tranquility amidst the city. Gaps of dappled light are carefully left at the intersection of the wall and the roof, creating a call-and-response between the rough stone of the gray space and the airy light. As the breeze passes through these carefully arranged openings, the shifting light and shadow transform each return into a poetic experience full of ritual.
当旅人的影子与光影重叠,时空便发生微妙的褶皱——如同博尔赫斯笔下交叉的小径,每一步都在穿越平行时空的镜像。
When a traveler’s shadow overlaps with the light and shadow, a subtle fold occurs in space-time—like the garden of forking paths in Borges’s stories, each step traverses the reflections of parallel universes.
下沉庭院如造物主失手跌落的墨迹,奥特曼灰石材墙面与原生岩层在垂直维度上展开地质纪元的对话。二十八块玄武岩图腾石,在白昼化为沉入深潭的隐喻符号,却在黄昏57度斜阳中苏醒。
The sunken courtyard is like a blot of ink dropped by the creator. The Altman gray stone walls and native rock layers engage in a geological-era dialogue on a vertical plane. Twenty-eight basalt totem stones, during the day, become metaphorical symbols submerged in a deep pool, yet awaken in the 57-degree oblique sunlight of dusk.
在这里,时光自动切换为留白模式:或对山品茗,或沐风冥想,或展卷小酌,或随瑜伽呼吸……自然以最谦逊的姿态构筑无言之美。没有刻意的视觉焦点,恰是这份”空”成就了最大的包容——风过留痕,光移影动,每一个瞬间都孕育着无限可能。
Here, time automatically switches to a blank-canvas mode: sipping tea while gazing at the mountains, meditating in the breeze, reading with a drink, or breathing with yoga… Nature constructs wordless beauty in its most humble form. The absence of deliberate visual focal points is precisely what creates the greatest inclusivity—the wind leaves its trace, the light shifts the shadows, and every moment holds infinite possibilities.
履痕轻触的刹那,理性克制的灰系石材色调,有让身心安顿下来的顿感,鞋底与岩粒摩擦出远古地质运动的回响——那是花岗岩冷却时的叹息,玄武岩凝结时的颤栗。设计师在此埋下隐喻:所有抵达都是归程,所有剥离皆为重生。
At the first touch of footsteps, the rational and restrained gray tones of the stone materials provide a sudden sense of settling the body and mind. The friction of shoesoles against the rock particles echoes ancient geological movements—the sigh of granite as it cooled, the tremor of basalt as it solidified. The designers have buried a metaphor here: all arrivals are returns, and all stripping away is rebirth.
喧哗的寂静
Noisy Silence
阿那亚不制造打卡点,只供奉“流动的固体 与 喧哗的寂静”。当游客举起手机捕获水幕的瞬态切片,却不知自己的瞳孔正成为瀑布最珍贵的显影液——所有追逐永恒的影像尝试,都是对无常法则的深情献祭。
Aranya does not manufacture photo spots but only offers “flowing solids and noisy silence.” When tourists raise their phones to capture a fleeting slice of the water curtain, they are unaware that their pupils are becoming the waterfall’s most precious developing fluid. All attempts to chase eternal images are affectionate sacrifices to the law of impermanence.
26M高的叠级瀑布仿佛山体自然泌出的清泉——岩壁的肌理间突然裂开一道温柔的缝隙,也成为整个落客区背景的视觉中心。水流如同山脉的血液般自然涌出。瀑布的动势切割着山体的静穆,而茂密的植物群落又用葱郁的生机柔化了岩石的冷峻,当阳光穿透水雾,整座山崖仿佛在莹莹发光,恍若大地正在向天空倾诉它珍藏已久的心事。
The 26-meter-high tiered waterfall is like a clear spring naturally secreted from the mountain—a gentle fissure suddenly opens between the textures of the rock wall, becoming the visual center of the entire drop-off area’s background. The water flows out naturally, like the blood of the mountains. The waterfall’s momentum cuts through the mountain’s solemnity, while the dense plant community softens the rocks’ sternness with lush vitality. When sunlight penetrates the mist, the entire cliff seems to glow, as if the earth is pouring out its long-held secrets to the sky.
第三章:林木·光合作用的圣咏
Chapter 3: Forests · A Hymn to Photosynthesis
没有人修剪的枝桠,最终长成风的形状。而山只是旁观,在每一次日落时,轻轻收拢它的褶皱。
Branches that no one prunes ultimately grow into the shape of the wind. The mountain merely observes, gently gathering its folds at each sunset.
让硬质景墙和于自然,顺势而为,与山川草木达成默契的共生。选用的铁灰石材,在严谨的几何拼接中透露出澄澈的气质——这种会”呼吸”的材料,随着晨昏晴雨微妙变幻色泽,让其成为记录时光的活体诗篇。
By allowing the hardscape walls to follow the natural terrain, we achieve a tacit symbiosis with the mountains, trees, and grasses. The iron-gray stone used in the project reveals a pure quality within its precise geometric patterns—this “breathing” material subtly changes color with dawn, dusk, sunshine, and rain, making it a living poem that records time.
金红羽狼尾草在正午阳光下翩跹旋转,与自己的剪影跳着永不停歇的双人舞。而那些顽强的种子们,总在人们不经意时完成惊险的越狱——你看那卡座缝隙间,一株嫩芽正偷抿着晨露,在混凝土的边界上演着生命的即兴剧。
Red fountain grass spins under the midday sun, dancing a never-ending duet with its silhouette. And those tenacious seeds always complete a thrilling escape when people are not paying attention—look at that seedling in the crack of the seating, stealing a sip of morning dew, staging a life’s impromptu drama on the edge of the concrete.
自由生长的枝桠,是大地伸向天空的触须。
Freely growing branches are the earth’s tendrils reaching for the sky.
与大多度假地种植热带阔叶植物不同,于此选用的多是沙生植物:白花假连翘、澳洲米花、红珊瑚、银叶仓鼠、搭配姬岩垂草,高低起落、穿插交织间生成油画般灰绿色块交融的质地。沙生植物在石缝里扎根,用尖锐的绿刺穿干旱的谎言。藤蔓缠绕墙体,以柔软的暴力,完成一场缓慢的占领。
Unlike most resorts that plant tropical broadleaf plants, here we have selected mostly desert plants: white skyflower, rice flower, redbird flower, silverleaf edelweiss, combined with carpet weed, rising and falling, interweaving to create a texture of gray-green blocks like an oil painting. Desert plants take root in the rock crevices, piercing the lies of drought with sharp green thorns. Vines wrap around the walls, completing a slow takeover with soft force.
山在暮色里卸下轮廓,以影子的方式与光谈判——岩壁吞下最后一缕金箔,风在石缝间誊写未寄出的信。
The mountains unload their contours in the dusk, negotiating with the light through shadows—the rock walls swallow the last sliver of gold, and the wind copies unposted letters in the stone crevices.
当最后一道山棱被暮色吞没,数千个微型光纤孔洞开始演绎数码时代的原始篝火——光点如量子幽灵般随机跃动,在建筑上投射出动态的银河星图。
As the last mountain ridge is swallowed by twilight, thousands of miniature fiber-optic pores begin to play out a primordial bonfire of the digital age—light spots jump randomly like quantum ghosts, projecting a dynamic map of the Milky Way onto the buildings.
第四章:绿洲·液态的时间考古
Chapter 4: Oasis · A Liquid Archeology of Time
50M无边际恒温泳池边缘采用全透明亚克力侧壁设计,水体与远处山脊线形成无缝衔接。当晨雾弥漫时,水面倒映的青山轮廓逐渐虚化,泳池仿佛悬浮于云海之上,实现建筑与自然的“零界面”过渡。
The edge of the 50-meter infinity heated pool features a fully transparent acrylic sidewall design, creating a seamless connection between the water and the distant ridgeline. When morning mist fills the air, the reflected contours of the green mountains gradually blur, and the pool seems to float above a sea of clouds, achieving a “zero-interface” transition between architecture and nature.
岩体白天吸储阳光热量,夜间通过钛合金管道为池水恒温系统补充热能,达成地质能与现代技术的共生。原生乔木沿池岸错落分布,其剥落状的银灰色树皮反射阳光,在池底投射出不断变幻的光斑矩阵。
During the day, the rock mass absorbs and stores solar heat, and at night, it supplements the pool’s constant temperature system with thermal energy through titanium alloy pipes, achieving a symbiosis of geological energy and modern technology. Native trees are distributed along the pool shore, and their peeling, silver-gray bark reflects sunlight, casting a constantly changing matrix of light spots on the pool bottom.
我们追寻那些看似简单、却触动人心能带来共鸣和回声的设计。我们期望在景观空间的体验中传递平和,当游动的肢体划破水面刹那,山形便碎解成康定斯基的抽象色块,又在涟漪平复时重组为塞尚笔下的坚实结构,适合浪费时间,还不觉得愧疚。
We seek designs that seem simple but touch the heart and bring resonance and echoes. We hope to convey peace in the experience of the landscape space. When a swimmer’s limbs break the water’s surface, the mountain shape is shattered into Kandinsky’s abstract color blocks, then reassembles into Cézanne’s solid structure as the ripples subside—a perfect place to waste time without feeling guilty.
火山岩吧的背景石材纹理,暗藏海南岛的地貌密码。当威士忌杯底的水痕在黄铜台面晕染,锈迹便沿着虚拟的海岸线生长,二十四小时内形成微型珊瑚礁生态圈。
The stone texture of the volcanic rock bar subtly encodes the topography of Hainan Island. As watermarks from whiskey glasses spread across the brass countertops, rust grows along the virtual coastline, forming a miniature coral reef ecosystem within twenty-four hours.
悬挑12米的峡谷台阶,将五指山剪裁成不断变形的青灰色折纸,晨雾时分是倪瓒的枯笔,暴雨前夕变作葛饰北斋的浮世绘——所有栏杆都是画框未完成的焊缝,植物与人文共同生长。正如三亚这片土地给我们的启示:从蔚蓝海岸到苍翠山林的过渡,本就是一场自然的延展。
The 12-meter cantilevered canyon steps carve Mount Wuzhi into an ever-changing blue-gray origami. In the morning mist, they become Ni Zan’s sparse brushstrokes, and on the eve of a rainstorm, they transform into Hokusai’s ukiyo-e. All the railings are unfinished welds of the picture frame, where plants and human culture grow together. As Sanya’s land reveals to us, the transition from azure coast to verdant mountain forest is itself a natural extension.
时光流转中,沙沙作响的树叶与居者的脚步声交织成韵,孕育出独属于这片土地的生活诗篇。这既是对自然的致敬,也是对”诗意栖居”最生动的诠释。
As time flows, the rustling leaves and the footsteps of residents interweave into a unique poem of life belonging to this land. This is both a tribute to nature and the most vivid interpretation of “poetic dwelling.”
“黑暗是山最诚实的时刻。”没有游客的注视,它终于能脱下景观的伪装,以最原始的地貌,与星空交换沉默的隐喻。
“Darkness is the mountain’s most honest moment.” Without the gaze of tourists, it can finally shed its disguise as a landscape and, in its most primitive form, exchange silent metaphors with the starry sky.
终章:未完成的生长史诗
Epilogue: An Unfinished Epic of Growth
当最后一位客人离开,山谷才真正醒来。
Only when the last guest departs does the valley truly awaken.
一片橘红被山脊没收,萤火虫点亮自己的尾灯,在低空写下断断续续的摩斯密码。花岗岩在降温中收缩,发出细微的、类似骨骼松动的声响。
A patch of orange-red is swallowed by the ridgeline. Fireflies light up their taillights, writing fragmented Morse code in the low air. The granite contracts as it cools, emitting a subtle, bone-loosening sound.
混凝土外墙预埋的藤蔓支架,是写给二十年后的三维情书;沙生植物区预留的空白地块,是为候鸟衔来的远方诗笺;青铜风铃表面刻意保留的铸造气孔,将成为海风雕刻时光的刻刀。这些精心策划的“不完美”,如同俳句中的季语空白,邀请永恒入驻瞬间的缝隙。
The vine supports pre-embedded in the concrete exterior walls are a three-dimensional love letter written to the future. The blank spaces reserved in the desert plant area are for distant poems carried by migratory birds. The casting pores deliberately retained on the surface of the bronze wind chimes will become the knives with which the sea breeze carves time. These carefully planned “imperfections” are like the seasonal pauses in a haiku, inviting eternity to reside in the gaps of the moment.
此刻,某片油橄榄叶正飘向冥想台,叶脉的斐波那契数列与铜铃震频形成共振。山谷深处,十万粒孢子同时爆裂,释放出储存了三个世纪的月光。阿那亚的秘密在此昭然若揭:所谓永恒,不过是万物在呼吸间达成的短暂共识。
At this moment, a certain olive leaf is drifting toward the meditation platform, its Fibonacci sequence of veins resonating with the copper bell’s vibration frequency. Deep in the valley, a hundred thousand spores explode simultaneously, releasing moonlight stored for three centuries. Aranya’s secret, that eternity is merely the fleeting consensus all things reach in the rhythm of their breathing, is finally revealed.
