蓝调国际：先封神 再造境
在中国最古老的想象里，世界并不是被规划出来的，它诞生于神话《山海经》中.山川、神木、瑶池、神兽，共同构成一个超越现实的宇宙秩序，那里既是自然，也是精神世界，如果说传统园林是在现实中复刻山水，那么在成都建发·海耀，我们尝试提出一个更大胆的问题是否可以在现实城市里，创造一座属于当代人的“神域”，不是复刻古典园林，而是让空间回到想象力的源头。蓝调景观始终相信，真正有生命力的设计，不只是回应当下，更是面向未来的创造。因此，在海耀的构想中，我们试图以东方神话为精神原点，重新书写一种属于未来居住的空间叙事，蓝调将这种探索称为豪宅3.0时代的空间命题为未来而设计。在这里，设计不只是营造风景而是为生活创造新的想象边界，先封神，再造境，于是，一部属于海耀的当代《山海经》在城市中央缓缓展开。
BLUES: First, Enshrine the Divine, Then Create the Realm. In China’s oldest imagination, the world was not planned—it was born of myth. In The Classic of Mountains and Seas, mountains, rivers, sacred trees, jade pools, and divine beasts together form a cosmic order beyond reality—a realm that is at once nature and the spiritual world. If traditional gardens seek to replicate landscapes within reality, then with Chengdu C&D·Haiyao, we attempt to pose a bolder question: can we create a “divine realm” for contemporary people within the fabric of an actual city? Not by recreating classical gardens, but by returning space to the source of imagination. Blue Tone Landscape has always believed that truly vital design does not merely respond to the present—it looks toward the future. Thus, in the vision for Haiyao, we take Eastern mythology as the spiritual point of origin, reimagining a spatial narrative for future living. Blue Tone calls this exploration the spatial proposition of the luxury home 3.0 era: designing for the future. Here, design is not merely about shaping scenery—it is about creating new boundaries of imagination for life. First, enshrine the divine; then, create the realm. And so, a contemporary Classic of Mountains and Seas for Haiyao slowly unfolds in the heart of the city.
源自《山海经》中都广之野，在城市中心营造万物和谐的仙境画卷。
Here is the English translation: “Originating from the ‘Wilds of Duguang’ in The Classic of Mountains and Seas, a harmonious fairyland scroll of all things is created in the heart of the city.” Alternatively, more fluidly: “Inspired by the ‘Wilds of Duguang’ from The Classic of Mountains and Seas, we craft a paradisiacal vision of universal harmony at the city’s center.”
造一座人间仙境，山海仙境，对居住极致想象力的雕琢，成都之道生万物——以自然之道养万物之生。
Create an earthly paradise，A fairyland of mountains and seas，The crafting of the ultimate imagination in dwelling，The Way of Chengdu gives birth to all things — nourish the life of all things through the Way of nature.
日照金山（Sunlit Golden Mountain）
开门即见日照金山般的恢弘景致，锦池汇水，纳福生财，两侧百年朴树与常青罗汉松挺立，彰显业主尊贵。晨曦初照，光影流动，水面波光粼粼，开阔的空间被纵深拉开，仪式感自然而然显现，尺度被极致调动，视野无限延展，城市界面与景观浑然交融，步入其间，感官被全方位唤醒。这里是进入山海仙境的第一道门，也是从现实走向想象的起点，天地与人、自然与城市，在此交汇。
以蜀地贡嘎雪山王为原型，结合墨石公园纹理，采用抽象剪影+ 写实肌理的设计手法，主峰线条凝练如传统山水画中的高远法，避免具象复刻的生硬感，基座选用泰山石花岗石，其天然斑驳的肌理与墨石质感呼应营造“以小见大，以石喻山”之境。
As you open the door, you are greeted by a magnificent view as stunning as a sunlit golden mountain.The Golden Pond gathers water, symbolizing fortune and prosperity. On both sides, century-old hackberry trees and evergreen podocarpus stand tall, reflecting the distinguished status of the residents.At the first light of dawn, shadows and light dance across the shimmering water.The expansive space is stretched in depth, and a sense of ceremony emerges naturally.Scale is masterfully orchestrated, and the horizon extends without limit.The urban interface and landscape blend seamlessly.
Stepping inside, all senses are awakened.This is the first gateway into the fairyland of mountains and seas —the starting point where reality gives way to imagination, where heaven, earth, humanity, nature, and the city converge.
Taking the King of Snow Mountains in Sichuan—Gongga Mountain—as its archetype, and drawing on the textures of Moshí Park, the design employs a blend of abstract silhouettes and realistic textures. The main peak’s lines are as refined and concise as the “high-distance” method in traditional Chinese landscape painting, avoiding the stiffness of literal replication. The base is made of Mount Tai granite, whose natural mottled texture echoes the quality of ink stone, evoking the artistic conception of “seeing the large from the small, and using stones to symbolize mountains.”
以“日照金山”构建开门见山的恢弘序景，锦池聚水纳福生财；两侧对植百年朴树与罗汉松，以时间与秩序，映射尊崇格局。
sing “Golden Mountain in Sunlight” as the opening vista, a grand, immediate spatial sequence is established. The central water court gathers and channels fortune, while century-old hackberry trees and evergreen Podocarpus are symmetrically planted on both sides, expressing dignity and status through time and order.
芙蓉花厅（Hibiscus Hall）
「芙蓉楼」用上下贯通的空间结构，矗立在下沉式庭院之中，变成灯光弥漫的水上宫殿，向外望去，是都广之野般开阔的景观，向内行走，每一步都深入山海仙境的奇幻场域，人在这里，既站在城市与天空之间，又置身无限延展的空间之野。
建木神树
以《山海经》中“建木在都广，众帝所自上下”为意象原点，将建木这一“天梯”原型引入场地， 转译为连接天地人神的精神坐标。「芙蓉楼」嵌入下沉庭院，如灯影浮动的水上宫殿，向外，景观开阔如都广之野；向内，步步入山海仙境，人在其间，承天接城，身处无界空间之野，感受虚实交错的精神通达。
The Hibiscus Pavilion (Furong Lou) uses a vertically spatial structure, standing tall in the sunken courtyard, transforming into a water palace bathed in glowing light.Looking outward, you see a landscape as vast as the Wilds of Duguang.Walking inward, every step takes you deeper into the fantastical realm of the mountain-sea fairyland.Here, one stands not only between city and sky, but also within an infinitely expanding wilderness of space.
Jianmu Divine Tree
Taking as its origin the image from The Classic of Mountains and Seas —
“Jianmu stands in Duguang, by which all the emperors ascend and descend” —
the archetype of Jianmu as the “Heavenly Ladder” is introduced into the site,
transformed into a spiritual axis that connects Heaven, Earth, Humanity, and the Divine. Hibiscus Pavilion is nestled within the sunken courtyard, like a water palace drifting with light and shadow. Looking outward, the landscape opens as vast as the Wilds of Duguang; walking inward, each step leads deeper into the mountain sea fairyland.
Here, one bridges heaven and city, dwelling in the wilderness of boundless space, feeling the spiritual connection where illusion and reality intertwine.
以“花重锦官城”为引，承古蜀“天圆地方”天地观，层叠空间序列，延续孟昶遍植芙蓉的倾城雅韵，营造典雅入场意境。
Inspired by “Flourishing Brocade City” and rooted in the ancient Shu cosmology of “Heaven round, Earth square,” the layered spatial sequence continues Meng Chang’s citywide hibiscus elegance, creating a refined and ceremonial entrance.
芙蓉花厅以“花重锦官城”的蜀地诗意为魂，深度融合古蜀“天圆地方”的宇宙观，通过复刻孟昶“四十里芙蓉”的历史盛景，并巧妙融入“聚宝盆”的吉祥寓意，将千年蜀文化凝结为一个可感知、可触摸的超级文化IP，让空间成为一座行走的蜀文化沉浸馆。
The Hibiscus Flower Hall (Furong Huating) takes its soul from the Shu land poetic line — “Hibiscus blooms weigh upon the Brocade City” — and deeply integrates the ancient Shu cosmology of “round heaven and square earth.” By recreating the historic splendor of Meng Chang’s “forty li of hibiscus” and subtly incorporating the auspicious meaning of the “Treasure Basin,” it condenses a thousand years of Shu culture into a tangible, perceptible super cultural IP. The space thus becomes a walking, immersive museum of Shu culture.
建木，是连接天地的神树。在海耀，芙蓉花厅正是整个空间的精神核心，高大的乔木与开阔场域共同构成一处纵深向上的天地场域，云气浮动，水光潋滟，这里既是宴会之地，也是天地之间最安静的角落。
海耀的水庭空间，以镜面水景与环形布局构建一处漂浮庭院，水面映照天空，建筑与景观互相倒影，让人仿佛同时站在现实与幻境之间，向外望去，庭院延展至都广之野般的开阔视野，天地、光影、水面与植被在空间中自由交融，每一次呼吸，都能感受到空间的纵深与辽阔。
这里，是山海世界的第三重界面，也是从城市回望自然、从现实走向想象的多维体验场域
Jianmu — the sacred tree bridging heaven and earth.At Haiyao, the Hibiscus Flower Hall is the spiritual heart of the entire design.Towering trees and an expansive field create a vertical axis reaching upward between heaven and earth.Mist drifts, waters glisten.Here, one can host a banquet, yet it remains the most serene corner beneath the sky.The water court at Haiyao is a floating garden formed by reflective pools and a circular plan.The water mirrors the sky; architecture and landscape reflect each other,so that one seems to stand simultaneously in reality and illusion.Looking outward, the courtyard opens onto a vista as boundless as the Wilds of Duguang.Sky and earth, light and shadow, water and vegetation merge freely.With each breath, you feel the space’s depth and immensity.This is the third threshold of the mountain sea universe —a multidimensional experiential field where, from the city, you gaze back at nature, and step from the real into the imagined.
黄龙瑶池
提炼黄龙钙化池的地质美学精髓，层叠跌水与色彩渐变的铺装，是对地质沉积与水流侵蚀这一漫长自然过程的艺术化转译，将宏大的自然奇观微缩于日常空间，赋予场地独一无二的文化底蕴与地质科普价值，使其超越普通水景，成为一座可触摸的地质博物馆。
Huanglong Jade Pool
Drawing on the geological aesthetic essence of Huanglong’s travertine pools,the cascading waters and gradient-colored paving artistically translate the long natural processes of geological deposition and water erosion.This design condenses a grand natural wonder into everyday space,endowing the site with unique cultural depth and geological educational value,elevating it beyond an ordinary water feature into a touchable geological museum.
以黄龙钙化池为灵感，打造层级跌水与递进石材铺装，色彩由浅青渐入靛蓝，呈现自然节奏与空间层次。
Inspired by Huanglong’s travertine pools, layered cascades and graduated stone paving shift in color from pale teal to deep indigo, expressing natural rhythm and spatial depth.
阳光折射下蓝冰幻彩流转，将地质奇观凝缩为可触的生命演化景象，赋予景观动感与诗意。
Under sunlight, shifting blue-ice hues refract across the surface, condensing geological wonders into a tangible microcosm of life’s evolution, infusing the landscape with movement and poetry.
云岫浮境
群山环抱，云雾缭绕，如入仙境之巅，群山环绕，却从不固守一方，层叠漂浮，交错叠合，形成纵深而自由的空间关系，三重景观层层叠加，内外视线相互交织，开阔与私密在其中并行
行走其间，景观不断生成变化，不是简单的“步移景异”，而是一种多维度的空间体验，仿佛置身都广之野之中，视野无限延展，感官被彻底唤醒。
Cloud Veiled Floating Realm
Embraced by mountains, wrapped in drifting mist and clouds — as if stepping onto the very summit of a fairyland.Surrounded by mountains, yet never confined to a single place —floating in layered folds, interlocking and overlapping, forming a spatial relationship that is both deep and free.Three tiers of landscape stack upon each other.Interior and exterior sightlines intertwine, where openness and privacy walk side by side.As you move through the space, the landscape continuously unfolds and transforms —not merely a simple “changing scenery with each step,”but a multi-dimensional spatial experience,as if wandering through the Wilds of Duguang, where the horizon stretches endlessly, and the senses are fully awakened.
环庭叠界，让景观由平面向立体生长，每一层呈现独特景观秩序，营造空间的丰富层次感。
The circular terraces transform the landscape from flat to three-dimensional, with each level presenting a unique spatial order and rich layers of experience.
多维生活，每一层都承载着不同维度的生活场景，从静谧的独处空间到活力的社交场域，让人在层层递进的景观中，自然发现心中理想的休憩与体验之地，享受空间与生活的融合节奏。
景观在漂浮、叠合、交错间形成环形布局，海耀打造出独特的空间关系与互动感。
Each level embodies a distinct lifestyle scene, from tranquil private retreats to vibrant social areas. Within the layered, progressive landscape, visitors naturally discover their ideal spots for rest and engagement, experiencing a harmonious rhythm between space and life.
Through floating, overlapping, and interweaving forms, the landscape forms a circular layout, with Haiyao creating a unique spatial relationship that encourages movement, interaction, and immersive engagement.
红石之滩
撷取川西红石滩的苍劲地质肌理与高原花海的绚烂野趣，打造一处融于自然、充满呼吸感的高端浪漫聚会空间，这里摒弃刻意雕琢，以自由生长的植物与模拟滩涂的铺装，营造出独一无二的松弛场景；
Red Stone Beach
Inspired by the raw, weathered geology of western Sichuan’s Red Stone Beach and the vibrant wildness of plateau flower fields, this space is designed as a high end romantic gathering place immersed in nature — alive, breathable, and serene. With no forced ornamentation, it relies on free spirited plantings and paving that evokes tidal flats, giving rise to a one of a kind, unhurried atmosphere where one can truly unwind.

材料选择
60种蓝绿色大理石中选定了，渐变效果最佳的6款（水景池底材料为例），池壁和压顶是大理石 池底是岩板。
Material Selection
From 60 types of blue green marble, the six with the best gradient effect were selected (using the water feature’s pool bottom material as an example).
The pool walls and coping are made of marble, while the pool bottom is made of sintered stone (porcelain slab / rock panel).

4 types of joint patterns: V joints, spaced joints, tight joints, and false joints,Irregular curved layout, special shaped (special shaped seam / custom profiling),9 paving patterns — solving the most difficult alignment problem for luxury residences: the duì fèng (seam matching / joint alignment).
