DDON笛东：华润置地青岛崂山悦府位于山东省青岛市崂山区，崂山作为东海第一名山，山与海交融共依，行止间既能远眺海之辽阔，又能沉浸于一路溪潭相间的静谧山谷。崂山具有丰富的动植物资源和四季分明的季相景观。华润置地创新研发的首个“达尔文营地”落地青岛， 以崂山丰富的动植物文化为灵感，探索社区自然课堂更多的可能性。
DDON: China Resources Land Qingdao Laoshan Yuefu is located in Laoshan District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. Laoshan is the first mountain in the East China Sea. The mountains and the sea blend in and depend on each other. While walking, you can not only overlook the vastness of the sea, but also immerse yourself in the quiet valleys with streams and ponds along the way.Laoshan is rich in animal and plant resources and has four distinct seasonal landscapes. The first “Darwin Camp” innovatively developed by China Resources Land landed in Qingdao. Inspired by the rich animal and plant culture of Mount Laoshan, it explores more possibilities for community nature classes.

我们对于项目的呈现有着美好的愿景：在都市尘嚣中，获得全然的放松。与此同时，我们还希冀赋予产品以独特的气质。因此，设计师并不止步于对纯粹的美学营造和情绪描摹的追求。而以“崂山山海风光”为设计源点，对于在地文化和乡土情怀进行回应和链接，创造出独属于此地的精神产品。
We have a beautiful vision for the presentation of the project: to achieve complete relaxation in the hustle and bustle of the city. At the same time, we also hope to give the product a unique temperament. Therefore, designers do not stop at pursuing pure aesthetic creation and emotional depiction. Instead, we use the “mountain and sea scenery of Mount Laoshan” as the design source, respond to and link with local culture and local feelings, and create spiritual products unique to this place.

设计将“山海交融间海湾连绵”的地理特质，运用在空间结构中，在有限的空间尺度中创造出丰富的“生活湾”。以“山行”为线索，将山间漫步的游览体验定格成画面场景，抽象转译为社区生活体验。将都市臻境和自然美学相结合，营造出极致的度假体验，将闲适、松弛、精致的生活理念注入其中。
The design applies the geographical characteristics of “a continuous bay between mountains and sea” to the spatial structure, creating a rich “living bay” in a limited spatial scale. Using “mountain walking” as a clue, the tourist experience of walking in the mountains is framed into a picture scene, and abstractly translated into a community life experience. Combining urban perfection with natural aesthetics creates the ultimate vacation experience and injects the concept of leisure, relaxation and exquisite life into it.
山河隐翠 Mountains and rivers hidden in greenery
乌桕林自然散置的归家通廊，被定位为一座自然收藏馆。模拟在崂山山间游走、转换间奇石嘉树穿插错落的空间感受。树，石，潭，壁皆是藏品，精心挑选，又被妥帖放置在每一个转折间的视线焦点。未来居民穿越过舒适的社区大堂，抵达一个纯粹的林下空间，获得完全松弛的感受。
The home corridor with naturally scattered tallow trees is positioned as a natural collection exhibition hall. It simulates the spatial experience of wandering in the mountains of Laoshan and switching between strange rocks and trees. Trees, rocks, ponds, and walls are all collections, carefully selected, and placed appropriately to be the focus of attention at every turn. Future residents pass through the comfortable community lobby and arrive at a pure forest space, where they can feel completely relaxed.

帆语松林 Sail in the pine forest
穿过乌桕林后豁然开朗的宁静水院，是未来生活的核心空间。帆厅作为社区的会客型美学空间，建筑如同一片轻盈的船帆，停泊在松风画境间。两侧绿屿与潭水交融，其上造型油松或俯或仰，彼此对话。如同在密闭的山径间行走，在一片松林间，抬头忽见辽阔的大海，点点白帆漂浮在宁静海面上。从潭前望向帆厅是一卷宽幅的壮丽画卷，而闲坐厅间回望潭水则感受到平静喜悦。
The tranquil water courtyard that suddenly opens up after passing through the tallow tree forest is the core space of future life. The Sailing Hall serves as a guest-type aesthetic space for the community. The building is like a light sail, anchored in the pine wind painting. The green islands on both sides blend with the pond water, and the shaped pitch pines on them are either leaning down or up, talking with each other. It’s like walking on a closed mountain path, in a pine forest, looking up and suddenly seeing the vast sea, with dots of white sails floating on the tranquil sea. Looking from the front of the pool to the sail hall, you will see a wide and magnificent scroll. Sitting in the hall and looking back at the pool, you will feel peace and joy.

森林艺厅 Forest Art Hall
包裹在花境与叠瀑间的自然盒子，近人的空间采用中层乔木和葱郁地被铺陈，结合下沉的空间设计方式，使得景观尺度与自然更亲近。如同山径间不经意遇见的小洞穴，可供游人坐下来停驻休憩，倾听凝视脚边清冽的山涧叠瀑。作为一个封闭型的空间，艺厅满足未来居民的多种室内公共空间的需求。
A natural box wrapped between flower borders and cascading waterfalls, the close-to-human space is laid out with mid-level trees and lush greenery, combined with the sunken space design method, making the landscape scale closer to nature. It is like a small cave encountered accidentally on the mountain trail, where visitors can sit and rest, listen and gaze at the clear mountain streams and waterfalls at their feet. As a closed space, the art hall meets the needs of future residents for a variety of indoor public spaces.

叠瀑从上方的静潭中缓缓跌入厅外的小水潭，烟岚雾霭之中恍然若回到崂山北九水的山径流水。下沉式的设计，刻意让视线聚焦在景观的自然画卷之中，植物最大限度的从全透玻璃窗中柔软的包裹过来，让身心完全沉醉于自然之中。
The cascading waterfall slowly falls from the quiet pool above into the small pool outside the hall. In the mist, it suddenly seems like the running water of Jiushui in the north of Laoshan Mountain. 达尔文营地——悦山松林集 Darwin Camp – Mountain Pine Forest Collection
穿越仿若山间洞穴般的花间小径，进入了神奇的松鼠世界。造型油松是场地的主旋律，从起伏的地形中蓬勃的生长而出。童话般的地被植物，引得蜂鸟和蝴蝶纷纷而至。松果造型的大型游具和松树相伴相生，孩子在其中穿梭奔跑，如同体验了松鼠在树间穿行的欢乐。
Walking through the flower paths that look like caves in the mountains, you enter the magical world of squirrels. The shaped pitch pine is the main theme of the site, growing vigorously from the undulating terrain. Fairytale-like ground cover attracts hummingbirds and butterflies. Large-scale pine cone-shaped playground equipment and pine trees accompany each other. Children can run among them, as if they are experiencing the joy of squirrels walking through the trees.

达尔文营地之“悦山松林集”创造在地性文化融合场景故事的新维度，创造了一个关于“崂山松鼠”的故事，让孩子发挥自己的想象力和创造力，去体验不同的任务线使故事无限延伸。华润置地“达尔文营地”从自然场景、科普互动、社区运营三大维度，打造以“好玩好学”、“科学专业”、“动静相宜”的儿童成长乐园。同时还将利用外链资源优势，打造一套拥有华润特色及用户影响力的社区版自然课程。

青岛印记——植物&材质 Qingdao imprint – plants & materials
“宁静纯粹，丰茂葱郁”是我们在森居体验中想要探索的自然状态。如何使得景观更富有地域特色，呈现出更符合青岛特质的景观之美，更富有”植物情绪“的空间感染力。以此为契点，深入探寻了崂山的植物特色景观，发现了青岛海岸线上具有识别性的松，崂山上秋天绚烂的枫和乌桕。将它们引入我们的场地之中，以艺术品的心情精心挑选每一棵树的姿态，营造出独属于青岛的景观场景。
“Tranquility, purity, lushness and lushness” are the natural states we want to explore in our forest living experience. How to make the landscape richer with regional characteristics, present a landscape beauty that is more in line with Qingdao’s characteristics, and have a more spatial appeal of “plant emotions”. Taking this as a starting point, we deeply explored the unique botanical landscape of Mount Laoshan and discovered the identifiable pines on the Qingdao coastline, as well as the gorgeous maples and tallow trees in autumn on Mount Laoshan. Introduce them into our site and carefully select the posture of each tree with the mood of a work of art to create a landscape scene unique to Qingdao.

在节奏过于繁忙的当代都市生活之中，为未来居民提供一种”松弛的生活”是我们秉持着的设计初心。在此之上对于居住进行更深一步思考，如何能重新链接城市文化、在地生活，建立人和自然的新联系。马克思曾说，“人一刻也不能离开自然”。于生活之中，自然是最好的疗愈场，四季更迭的温情，万物生发的喜悦，都给予心灵柔软的抚慰。
In the overly busy pace of contemporary urban life, providing a “relaxing life” for future residents is our original design intention. On top of this, we need to think more deeply about living, how to reconnect urban culture and local life, and establish new connections between people and nature. Marx once said, “Man can never leave nature for a moment.” In life, nature is the best healing field. The warmth of the changing seasons and the joy of the growth of all things give soft comfort to the soul.
