源起 Origin
一座新城的崛起，肩负着城市开拓者的使命。作为一个区域最精彩的展示台，直接影响着整个区域的精神性格和历史精神，万科将在这里打造一座全新的未来科技教育新城。
The rise of a new city shoulders the mission of urban pioneers. As the most exciting showcase in a region, it directly affects the spiritual character and historical spirit of the entire region. Vanke will build a brand-new future science and technology education city here.

江南万科城项目地处重庆巴南，是包含7个居住用地以及街区廊道的城市板块，周边分布着众多学校用地，同时分布有5G智谷园，科技教育新城的战略地位由此得来。与此同时，项目坐拥680亩自然生态的儿童公园，其中，一万多平米的核心示范区正好孕育其中。本次设计范围包括了这一万多平米的儿童公园，以及8000平米的街区廊道，目前已建成开放。
The Jiangnan Dream Town project is located in Banan, Chongqing. It is an urban area containing 7 residential land and block corridors. There are many school land around it, and 5G industrial Park is also distributed in the area. The strategic position of the new technology and education city is derived from this. At the same time, the project sits on 680 acres of natural ecological children’s park, of which, the core demonstration area of more than 10,000 square meters is just nurturing in it. The scope of this design includes a children’s park of more than 10,000 square meters and a block corridor of 8,000 square meters, which has been completed and opened.

场地精神 | 城在园中的城市格局 The spirit of the venue | The urban pattern in the park
作为重庆北部最大的休闲娱乐公园，中央公园周围被钢筋水泥建筑所围绕，打造出“园在城中”城市景象；而江南万科城坐落在重庆南部界石镇，生活配套被680亩自然生态的绿地公园所覆盖，相对传统公园而言，这个未来公园城市的公园体系具有更丰富的参与性和更健康的生态性，通过特色生态环境，打通生态生活体系，营造多元化的全龄化户外体验场所。
As the largest leisure and entertainment park in northern Chongqing, the central park is surrounded by reinforced concrete buildings, creating a “park in the city” urban scene; while Jiangnan Dream Town is located in Jieshi Town, southern Chongqing, with 680 acres of natural ecological green space for living facilities. Compared with traditional parks, the park system of this future park city has richer participation and healthier ecology. Through the characteristic ecological environment, the ecological life system is opened up and a diversified all-age outdoor experience place is created.

构想 Conception
在江南科技教育新城的命题下，依托周边校园和丰富的自然生态环境，结合街区居住形态，将构建一座充满科技与教育地位的绿色生态新城。目前展示区景观设计以社交互动为导向，打造了两大生活版块：学府大道街区廊道和江南儿童科教公园，以“激活城市活力”为驱动，建立多元化的江南邻里中心，营造科教生活大盘格局。
Under the proposition of the Jiangnan New City of Science, Technology and Education, relying on the surrounding campuses and the rich natural ecological environment, combined with the residential form of the block, a green ecological new city full of technology and education will be built. At present, the landscape design of the exhibition area is oriented by social interaction and has created two major life sections: Xuefu Avenue block corridor and Jiangnan Children’s Science and Education Park. Driven by “activating urban vitality”, a diversified Jiangnan neighborhood center is established to create a science and education lifestyle.

01 字母街区 | 链接多个街区的城市活力带 Letter Blocks | Urban vitality belt linking multiple blocks
作为展示区的主干道，学府大道包含商业、住宅、校园以及街角公园等多方面的城市界面组成，构成了城市主干道和场地的过渡，希望在这里激发出各种各样的公共行为和活动，营造开放性、参与性的城市空间，同时也为周边多个街区到达儿童公共空间提供了链接。
As the main road of the exhibition area, Xuefu Avenue consists of a variety of urban interfaces such as commerce, residences, campuses, and street corner parks, which constitute the transition of urban main roads and venues, hoping to stimulate various public behaviors and activities here , to create an open and participatory urban space, and at the same time provide a link for multiple surrounding blocks to reach the children’s public space.

02 城市展台 City booth
充满昭示性的精神堡垒屹立在主干道边，引导周边街区居民来这里进行日常活动，为街区和儿童科教公园之间提供场地衔接，营造城市感、生活化、交融性的城市展台。
A revealing spiritual fortress stands beside the main road, guiding residents of surrounding neighborhoods to come here for daily activities, providing a connection between the neighborhood and the children’s science and education park, and creating an urban booth with a sense of city, life and integration.

03 生活街区 BLOCK OF LIFE
生活街区在自然里营造出城市客厅一般的生活场景，不同年龄段的人都可以在自然里随心漫步，享受购物带来的乐趣。或三五成群的吃客，在街道上肆意的奔跑；或心灵相通的恋人，在林荫下挽手并肩踱步，任身影渐渐消失在茫茫人海中，这一刻的热闹与喧嚣渲染出城市感的热闹商业氛围。
The living block creates an urban living room-like living scene in nature, and people of different ages can stroll in nature and enjoy the fun of shopping; or hordes of diners, running freely on the streets; or lovers of connected hearts, walking side by side in the shade of the trees, letting their silhouettes gradually disappear into the vast sea of people, the liveliness and hustle and bustle of this moment renders the city sense of lively commercial atmosphere.

04 街角公园 Corner park
街角公园营造出一处大树下的休闲阅读、生活交流空间。闲暇时在公园里找一处角落独坐，凉风习习，点一杯饮料，让思想沉淀，静享这难得的惬意时光，亦可以享受更艺术的文化氛围，更具体验感的精神场所。
The corner park creates a space for leisure reading and life communication under the big tree. In your leisure time, find a corner in the park to sit alone, cool breeze, order a drink, let your thoughts settle, enjoy this rare and comfortable time, and you can also enjoy a more artistic cultural atmosphere and a spiritual place with the stronger feeling of experience.

01 字母广场 Letters square
作为整个儿童科教公园的前场空间，字母广场由包含多方位灵动的字母坐凳、活动广场及趣味性十足的儿童活动空间组成，设计根据区域特色、主题鲜明进行色彩、设施、装饰的优化布局，从不同维度营造不同人群所需的活力场所，丰富未来街区生活。
As the front space of the entire children’s science and education park, the letter square is composed of multi-directional and flexible letter benches, activity squares and interesting children’s activity spaces. The design optimized the layout of colors, facilities, and decorations according to regional characteristics and themes. To create vigorous places needed by different groups of people from different dimensions to enrich the life of the future neighborhood.

02 字母乐园 Letters Paradise
设计利用场地低于市政道路7m的高差，打造一处属于孩子们的多维社区公园。孩子是社区最具活力的群体，沉浸式的互动体验让人与人之间产生更多的联系，高差起伏的折线爬坡增加空间的体验感，攀岩穿梭给予场地更多的互动及趣味性。
The design uses the height difference of 7m below the municipal road to create a multi-dimensional community park for children. Children are the most energetic group in the community. The immersive interactive experience allows people to have more connections. The ups and downs of the curved slope increase the experience of space, and the climbing shuttle gives the site more interaction and interest.

The open children’s park guides residents and passers-by in the surrounding neighborhoods to enter the park, providing places for socializing, resting, parenting, and playing. The openness and inclusive of the park makes the life scene here diversified, and the subtleness of the space triggers the gathering of living magnetic fields.

03 社区书馆 Community libraries
社区书馆（售楼部）架空层兼具临时销售中心和永久性展厅的功能。作为社交体验和社区连接的特色枢纽，营造出寓教于乐的会展空间，后期将植入MINI’S 自然王国教育营地内容，可形成集画展、营销、MINI自然教育和社区集市于一体的多功能可变空间。
The overhead floor of the community library (sales department) has the functions of a temporary sales center and a permanent exhibition hall. As a characteristic hub of social experience and community connection, it creates a meeting and exhibition space that is entertaining. The content of MINI’S Nature Kingdom Education Camp will be implanted in the later period, which can form a multi-function variable space for art exhibition, marketing, MINI nature education and community market.
结语 Conclusion
江南万科城作为链接城市街区廊道与城市公园的媒介，把街区变为导入公园的生活漫游路径，建立公园与城市街道和小区的可达性，打造具有温度、绿色生态的未来城市街区景观，提升该区域的整体活力，营造活化周边社区的城市主题公园，创造“开放、生态、多元”的交融社区，为重庆南部区域带来新的契机，满足居民对美好生活的憧憬向往。
Jiangnan Dream Town, as a medium linking urban block corridors and urban parks, transforms blocks into life roaming paths leading into parks, establishes the accessibility of parks, urban streets and communities, and creates a future urban block landscape with temperature and green ecology. Enhance the overall vitality of the area, create an urban theme park that revitalizes surrounding communities, and create an “open, ecological, and diverse” blending community, bringing new opportunities to the southern area of Chongqing and satisfying residents’ longing for a better life.
