人类自古以来，都有逐林水而居的天性特征，森居生活也越来越成为当代城市居民的普遍向往。从地域文化出发，提炼成都休闲城市的特色，挖掘本土人文风景，将其中的文化片段融入场地。效仿东方园林层层递进的流动空间方式，分段落进行打造，形成项目表象背后的隐喻哲学。

Starting from the regional culture, this paper refines the characteristics of Chengdu leisure city, excavates the local humanistic scenery, and integrates the cultural fragments into the site. Imitating the progressive flow space of Oriental gardens, it is constructed in sections to form the metaphorical philosophy behind the project representation.

德信弘阳湖畔云璟项目坐拥鹿溪生态区与兴隆湖两个绝版资源。这为项目的开发奠定了极为有利的外部条件基础。但场地与市政界面高差较大，前场尺度也相对局促，缺乏足够的展示界面，这也为项目昭示性的建立和参观动线上的场景表现带来了难度。
Desxin Hongyang Lake Yunjing project has two out-of-print resources, Luxi Ecological Area and Xinglong Lake. This has laid a very favorable external condition foundation for the development of the project. However, the height difference between the site and the municipal interface is large, the scale of the front field is relatively narrow, and there is a lack of sufficient display interface, which also brings difficulties to the establishment of the project’s declarative character and the scene performance of the visitor’s moving line.

首先，为了体现场地特色，规避前场空间较小、昭示性不足的问题。我们将建筑抬高，以大面水景作为衬托，营造建筑的漂浮感。景观上除了纵向空间的进深效果打造外，更加强了横向界面起到的延展作用，以层叠式的入口形象， 建立起隐喻、神秘的精神导入感，为下一步景观体系的建立做好准备工作。

两个景观系统的建立 The establishment of two landscape systems
1. 流动型空间 Fluid space
我们在设计之初利用中国传统园林中借景和障景两个手法，重新梳理了参观动线上的空间序列。并加入了一部分三维景观的想象，最终得到了一个立体化、交融式的流动空间逻辑，为体验场景的设置争取了更多的可能性。
2. 森居场所营造 Sen in place to build
以示范区的功能特点而言，景观序列应该是流动性的，在流动过程中，获得园林场景的意外惊喜。这就决定了被串联的组合式空间在参观动线中的重要作用。再加上场地本身和建筑布局的限制，我们在流线中建立了五个相对独立的场所，每个场所根据不同的场地条件和功能属性，进行了各具特色的场景营造。而这五个场所加上售楼处内部的室内空间都被看不到的参观动线所串联，让参观者在不同场景的空间转换中，建立“未知-探索-惊喜-兴奋-舒缓-享受”的心理过程。
At the beginning of the design, we used the borrowing scene and the blocking scene in the traditional Chinese garden to rearrange the spatial sequence of the visiting line. And add a part of the three-dimensional landscape imagination, and finally get a three-dimensional, blending type of flow space logic, for the setting of experience scene to strive for more possibilities.
In terms of the functions and characteristics of the demonstration zone, landscape sequence should be liquidity, in the process of flow, get the unexpected surprise garden scene. This determines the important role of the combined space that is connected in series in the visiting line. In addition to the limitations of the site itself and the architectural layout, we established five relatively independent places in the streamline, each place according to different site conditions and functional attributes, and carried out its own unique scene construction. These five places and the interior space inside the sales office are connected by invisible visiting lines, allowing visitors to establish a psychological process of “unknown – exploration – surprise – excitement – relaxation – enjoyment” in the space transformation of different scenes.

通过狭窄的入口后，景观空间顿时豁然开朗，充满现代化精工品质跌水树池与网红化的旋转楼梯以及生动的雕塑小品尽收眼底。游走于此，忽地驻足一小会儿，怡心赏景，轻松惬意以自然为画笔，绘制四季不同时刻的宜人画卷。

把心置于乌桕林中，远离喧嚣，通过漫步、停驻、感受、冥想，消失于起见，唤起人与场地之间的情感共鸣。为了打造符合我们心中韵味的林下空间。我们寻找适合调性和气质的苗木，驱车4000多公里，跑遍了浙江、湖北等地苗圃，打造了这条藏品级林荫大道，大道两侧种植了25棵造型优雅，树冠形态丰满的乌桕。
