日清景观:崇尚人工细节堆砌和奢华体验感的装饰主义理念已经属于过去,当下的舒适,应该是融入在地文化、自然风景的那种自然而然的雍容气度与人文情怀。营造一个能够融合场地周边自然资源特征-“山、水、植”野奢的现代自然居所,以此来探索都市自然主义景观实践,把都市人群对自然疗愈的渴望,融入到东方美学居所中,轻去轻来,寻花、寻水、寻草,问塘何在?访溪,水中松、松中水、叠瀑高落,满院锈石,波心投影。

Lacime Architects:Nissin Design: The decorative concept of advocating artificial detail stacking and luxurious experience is already a thing of the past. The current comfort should be the natural grace and humanistic sentiment integrated into local culture and natural scenery. Create a modern natural residence that can integrate the natural resource characteristics of the surrounding area – “mountains, water, plants” and wild luxury, in order to explore the practice of urban naturalism landscape, integrate the desire of urban people for natural healing into Eastern aesthetic residences, go light, search for flowers, water, grass, and ask where the pond is? Visiting the stream, there are pine trees in the water, pine trees in the water, and cascading waterfalls falling high. The courtyard is filled with rust stones, and the wave center is projected.

 

 

项目位于合肥市蜀山区腹地,紧邻森林公园片区中心、大铺头片区中心,距离西二环路1.4KM, 15分钟快速通达市区,靠近西侧合肥绕城高速出入口,距离2 号线天柱站600 米,科学大道站900 米,交通便捷。董铺水库湖畔,大蜀山、植物园相伴左右。湖泊相邻,群山环绕,犹如城市中天然隔世的“桃花源”,我们对示范区的呈现有了更美好的期待:依水而居,蔚然成林。把都市人群对自然疗愈的渴望,融入到东方美学住宅景观中。

The project is located in the hinterland of Shushan District, Hefei City, adjacent to the center of the Forest Park area and Daputou area, 1.4km away from the West Second Ring Road, with a 15 minute quick access to the city center. It is close to the entrance and exit of the Hefei Ring Expressway on the west side, 600 meters away from Tianzhu Station and 900 meters away from Science Avenue Station on Line 2, and has convenient transportation. By the Dongpu Reservoir Lake, the Dashu Mountains and Botanical Garden accompany each other. Adjacent to lakes and surrounded by mountains, it is like a natural paradise in the city. We have a better expectation for the presentation of the demonstration area: living by the water and becoming a beautiful forest. Integrate the desire of urban populations for natural healing into the landscape of Eastern aesthetic residential buildings.

 

 

设计源起 Design Origins

合肥市有一处一级水源保护地-董铺水库。漫步湖边,天际线不再是一望无际的湖面,而是眼中可见郁郁葱葱的植物园和大蜀山,在这里人被自然笼罩和包围,近处的湖与山、植物园则更显得亲切,让我们对这片土地更具敬意。项目就位于董铺湖畔,而深入到自然的状态让这个项目显得独一无二。我们有幸接到邀请,拟在合肥腹地营造一处自然居所,得益于这份原始存在的自然资源,设计任务从始至终都有清晰的目标:营造一处都市中的自然居所,融入庐州在地文化,满足人们对于自然疗愈的渴望,并且这种居住感受应该是松弛而惬意的,脱离于人工仪式感和装饰堆砌,人们在这里遁入自然,营造后的天青居所也要成为湖山的一部分。没有繁杂的装饰和对称的礼序,而是拂去尘烟,回归平静……

There is a first-class water source protection area in Hefei City – Dongpu Reservoir. Strolling by the lake, the skyline is no longer an endless expanse of the lake, but a lush botanical garden and the Dashu Mountains can be seen in the eyes. Here, people are enveloped and surrounded by nature, while the nearby lakes, mountains, and botanical gardens appear even more intimate, making us more respectful of this land. The project is located by Dongpu Lake, and its natural depth makes it unique. We are fortunate to have received an invitation to create a natural residence in the hinterland of Hefei. Thanks to this primitive natural resource, the design task has always had a clear goal: to create a natural residence in the city, integrate into the local culture of Luzhou, and satisfy people’s desire for natural healing. This living experience should be relaxed and comfortable, free from artificial rituals and decorative stacking. People should escape into nature here, and the created Tianqing residence should also become a part of the lake and mountains. There are no intricate decorations or symmetrical rituals, but rather a brush away of dust and smoke, returning to tranquility.

01 “轻去、轻来” Chapter 1‘Go lightly, come lightly’

轻去,轻来”,是这里设计策略。借了自然的光,地势本就存在,人的到来让这里更加亲切。受制于城市规划对于场地有明确的开口限制。借助十米宽现状绿带穿插小距离的尺度转折以及围合反而可以顺势成为隐秘的“门庭”,而空间上通过手凿高湖石墙界定营建半围合的质朴秘境到达场域。人工所需的通行路径、场域控制到最小尺度,轻盈明晰,强调自然的围合。空间感知向下亲近老皮包浆的置石,向上延伸枝繁叶茂的朴树林,轻去、轻来,步行其中可以触摸到水、木、石、土… …

“Light go, light come” is the design strategy here. Borrowing the natural light, the terrain already exists, and the arrival of people makes this place more intimate. Constrained by urban planning, there are clear restrictions on the opening of the site. With the help of the ten meter wide green belt interspersed with small distance scale turns and enclosures, it can instead become a hidden “gatehouse”, and in space, the simple and semi enclosed secret realm is defined by hand chiseling high lake stone walls to reach the field. The passage path and field required by manual labor are controlled to the minimum scale, light and clear, emphasizing the enclosure of nature. Space perception brings you closer to the old skinned and juicy stone placement, and extends upwards to the lush and lush cypress forest. Walk lightly, where you can touch water, wood, stone, soil…

 

▽“纤薄的屋檐”通过一侧拉低一侧掀高的不对称方式,形成轻盈的导入性空间。为了满足人车分流的需求,地库入口偏向一侧,将车流分散,减少对自然湖山门庭的影响。并将屋檐尽量压低,视线被极限压缩和拉长,将心宁静下来聚焦于远处的风景,形成外界城市图框画面,景观褪却繁杂的装饰元素,为了极致呈现自然风貌而留白,顺势移植一棵“村口大树”,与石相契,与水相映,掩罩整个场域。The “slender eaves” create a lightweight and immersive space through an asymmetric way of lowering one side and raising the other. In order to meet the demand for separation of people and vehicles, the entrance of the basement is biased towards one side, dispersing the traffic flow and reducing the impact on the natural lake and mountain gate. And try to lower the eaves as much as possible, compress and elongate the line of sight to the extreme, calm the mind and focus on the distant scenery, forming a picture of the external city frame. The landscape fades away the complex decorative elements, leaving blank space in order to present the natural style to the extreme. Taking advantage of the situation, transplant a “big tree at the village entrance” to match the stone, reflect with the water, and cover the entire field.

▽通过金属幕帘将外界自然画面渗透到门庭连廊内部,模糊门庭内外空间界限,幕帘为屏、水映湖色,与前场的高湖石景墙遥相呼应界定,呈现出一种恰到好处的隐秘居所画面。The metal curtain penetrates the external natural scenery into the interior of the porch, blurring the boundaries of the interior and exterior space. The curtain is a screen and water reflects the lake color, echoing and defining the high lake stone landscape wall in the front yard, presenting a perfectly hidden living space.

 

02 “问塘何在” Chapter 2‘Where is the pond’

既然在湖山里,人们从门庭遁入其中就不能太直接,总归还是要怀以敬意的绕塘问路和探寻一番。

Since we are in the mountains and lakes, people cannot escape directly from the gate, but we still need to walk around the pond with respect to ask for directions and explore.

 

▽门庭内廊转折间,寻冰裂桥进入“问塘何在”,这里被营造成静谧围合的锦鲤塘和旱溪。顺应场地三米高差的起起伏伏,通过地形、植被堆砌层次,跨越冰裂桥后,建筑物还不需要那么直白地出现在眼下,最好还能留恋一眼前方的风景,让人行在游览中上上下下,进进出出,游走间感受平原城市非日常体验。At the turning point of the inner corridor of the gate, the Ice Cracking Bridge enters the “Where is the Pond?” This place is created as a tranquil and enclosed koi pond and dry stream. Adapting to the ups and downs of the three meter height difference on the site, passing through the terrain and vegetation layers, crossing the ice cracked bridge, the buildings do not need to appear so straight and white in front of us. It is best to still have a nostalgic look at the scenery ahead, allowing people to travel up and down, in and out, and experience the non daily experience of the plain city during the journey.

03 “水中松,松中水,叠瀑高落” Chapter 3‘Pine in the water, pine in the water, cascading waterfalls falling high’

路径转折间,寻游步道进入叠瀑,这里被营造成层级叠落的镜水,错落的关系与建筑体块咬合呼应,水面层层递减跌落。

At the turning point of the path, the hiking trail enters the cascading waterfall, where the mirror water is formed by the layering of layers, and the staggered relationship is in harmony with the building blocks, causing the water surface to gradually decline layer by layer.

 

▽层级错落的水面和建筑形成呼应关系并弱化建筑的体量,模糊了建筑和景观的边界,同时落水声掩盖了外围道路噪音。The staggered water surface and buildings form a harmonious relationship and weaken the volume of the buildings, blurring the boundaries between the buildings and the landscape, while the sound of falling water masks the noise of the surrounding roads.

 

当风从透气的桦林、松林间拂过,上层树影随之摇曳倒影在错落的水面中模糊建筑和景观的边界。建筑的表皮、树的影子和我们自己的倒影,在水的波光中交相辉映。松树的点缀,与水之间的互动串联,形成了水中松,松中水,拉近了建筑、景观、室内的空间距离。

As the wind brushes through the breathable birch and pine forests, the upper tree shadows sway and reflect, blurring the boundaries of buildings and landscapes in the scattered water surface. The skin of the building, the shadow of the trees, and our own reflection complement each other in the ripples of water. The embellishment of pine trees and the interaction and connection with water form a pine in the water, which brings buildings, landscapes, and indoor spaces closer together.

 

 

这里景观的尺度和感观会跟随建筑而放大,顺着漂浮水阶而上,顺势进入叠瀑上层空间,与问塘空间形成了强烈反差,而标高的变化带来了场景与情绪的转换。居所的序列由此展开,视线也更加开阔,一副诗情画意之上的现代生活随后展开。

The scale and perception of the landscape here will be magnified with the architecture, ascending along the floating water steps and entering the upper space of the cascading waterfall, forming a strong contrast with the Wentang space. The change in elevation brings about a transformation of the scene and emotions. The sequence of residences unfolds from here, and the view becomes more open, followed by a modern life above a poetic and picturesque atmosphere.

 

▽质朴的植物、置石穿插点缀,丰富空间体验的细腻度。The simplicity of plants and the interweaving of stones enhance the delicacy of spatial experience.

 

04 “满院锈石,波心投影” Chapter 4‘Full courtyard rust stone, wave center projection’

徽州砖墙院落的现代东方演绎在这里有所呈现和延续,虚实、凹凸进退、面层肌理、界定并丰富行进空间和心理感受的转换。

The modern Eastern interpretation of Huizhou brick wall courtyards is presented and continued here, with the transformation of virtual and real, concave and convex advancement and retreat, surface texture, defining and enriching travel space and psychological feelings.

 

▽水景引导“村民”进入场域,细腻的植物斑块有机生长,但又被质朴细腻中透露粗狂的线性水景界定了行进的秩序。The water features guide the villagers into the field, with delicate plant patches growing organically, but the linear water features that reveal roughness in the simplicity and delicacy define the order of movement.

 

进入居所路径漂浮于锈石块之上,通过厚重的石材与精致细腻的木头纹理强烈对撞,内侧收住视线把景融入空间。厚重与轻巧、显与透之间取得平衡。材料颜色(黄色荒料石、深灰色滨州青和福鼎黑)和质感(细腻、粗狂)的碰撞刻画空间心理感知度。点缀自然纯粹的植物组团,增加归家庭院的温度。

The path into the residence floats on top of rusty stones, and through the strong collision of thick stones and delicate wood textures, the inner side captures the view and integrates the scenery into the space. Strive for a balance between thickness and lightness, as well as between clarity and transparency,. The collision of material colors (yellow rough stone, dark gray Binzhou blue, and Fuding black) and texture (delicate and rough) characterizes the spatial psychological perception. Decorate with natural and pure plant clusters to increase the temperature of the courtyard when returning home.

 

 

景观褪却繁杂的元素,黄色荒料石、自然面高湖石、滨州青光面、滨州青仿古面、黑山石荔枝面、原木。材料和质感的多样性通过巧妙的设计手法融合成一副质朴的感人画面。

入门的谦卑,叠瀑的折隐,入院的宁静,都是试图建立一个与自然对话的小系统,让“村民”在场地里获得小尺度的适宜。

树与墙相契,枝繁叶茂。
水与石相融,波光粼粼。
厚重的石墙,满院锈石,开启了下一段有故事的风景… …

设计过程中还有很多故事和事故不能娓娓道来,好在“谦逊”与“自然生长”贯穿其中。我们希望未来整个居所的“生长”能在持续建设中不断呈现,所有的设计都尽可能隐忍与克制并且让渡给时间与自然,也是我们对都市自然主义理念的一次持续探索。

The landscape fades away complex elements, such as yellow wasteland stones, natural high lake stones, Binzhou blue light surfaces, Binzhou green antique surfaces, Heishan stone lychee surfaces, and logs. The diversity of materials and textures is cleverly integrated into a simple and moving picture through clever design techniques.

The humility of the beginner, the seclusion of cascading waterfalls, and the tranquility of admission are all attempts to establish a small system of dialogue with nature, allowing “villagers” to obtain small-scale suitability in the venue.

Trees and walls are in harmony, with lush branches and leaves. Water and stone blend together, shimmering with ripples. The thick stone walls, covered in rusty stones, opened up the next scene with stories…

There are still many stories and accidents that cannot be told in detail during the design process, but fortunately, humility and natural growth run through them. We hope that the growth of the entire residence in the future can be continuously presented through continuous construction, and all designs should be as tolerant and restrained as possible, giving way to time and nature. This is also a continuous exploration of the concept of urban naturalism.
