魏玛景观：本项目落位台州椒江核心城区，集酒店、办公、配套商业于一体。其景观质感不仅关乎椒江核心商业界面的城市形象，更直接影响城市空间的体验感与高级感。伴随椒江城市能级进阶、城市更新步伐加快，商业空间正从单一功能型向生态、人文、复合空间型转化。高密度城市中“山水精神”的回归，正成为本次景观设计的核心内核，设计师扎根地缘以设计落笔自然与人文，为椒江勾勒现代高端美学新境。
Weimar Group: Located in the core urban area of Jiaojiang, Taizhou, this project is an important commercial complex integrating hotels, offices and supporting businesses. Its landscape texture is not only related to the city image of Jiaojiang’s core business interface, but also directly affects the sense of experience and high quality of urban space. With the advanced energy level of Jiaojiang city and the accelerated pace of urban renewal, commercial space is transforming from a single functional type to an ecological, humanistic and experiential type.
挑战/困难
1.融合在地文脉
萃取椒江“山 – 江 – 城”地理格局与港口水运文化，践行山水精神而非形式复刻，实现在地文化与周边水系、滨江公园等自然生态的深度融合。
2.打造共生体系
构建酒店、办公、商业一体化的景观序列，适配高端业态定位，平衡功能实用性与美学体验感，激活商业活力，实现自然、人文与多元业态的共生。

1.Cultural lifeline
Extract Jiaojiang geographical pattern and port water transport culture, practice landscape spirit instead of formal re-carving, and realize the deep integration of local culture with surrounding water system, riverside park and other natural ecology.
2.Symbiosis system
Construct a landscape sequence of hotel, office and business integration, adapt to the positioning of high-end formats, balance functional practicality and aesthetic experience, activate commercial vitality, and realize the symbiosis of nature, humanity and diversified formats.

水韵奢境 礼序新生
针对酒店落客区视线对穿、空间品质感薄弱、入口领域感与仪式感不足等核心痛点，设计以水景为核心脉络，深度萃取椒江水脉在地形态与文化内涵，重构落客区空间秩序与景观层次。通过环岛水景、引导水景的多维奢造，搭配特色植物与艺术装置，强化入口专属领域感；同时优化车行流线与车位布局，让景观美学与高端使用功能实现有机融合，打造高定星级酒店的落客体验。
摒弃零散化车位布局，采用集约化集中规划模式，最大化释放落客区景观空间；精缩车道尺度并结合市政精品绿化做边界柔化设计，让车行流线自然融入奢雅景观体系，既保障高端车行的流畅性，又守护落客区空间的纯粹性与高端质感。
Luxury Aquatic Sanctuary
Aiming at the core pain points of the hotel drop-off area, such as the lack of line of sight, weak sense of space quality, and lack of sense of entrance domain and ceremony, the design takes waterscape as the core context, deeply extracts the local morphology and cultural connotation of Jiaojiang water vein, and reconstructs the spatial order and landscape level of the drop-off area. Through the multi-dimensional luxury of the waterscape around the island and guiding the waterscape, with special plants and artistic installations, the sense of exclusive domain of the entrance is strengthened.
Abandon the scattered parking space layout and adopt the intensive centralized planning mode to maximize the release of landscape space in the drop-off area; Narrowing the driveway scale and combining with the municipal high-quality greening to make the boundary soft design, so that the streamline of the car dealership can be naturally integrated into the luxurious landscape system, which not only ensures the fluency of high-end car dealers, but also protects the purity and high-end texture of the drop-off area space.
廊织全域 焕活多元体验
以天桥连廊为核心空间纽带，消解商业外街各区域的空间割裂问题，通过多维路径衔接西侧主入口、核心内广场、东侧草坪、建筑回廊等节点，实现各空间的有机联动与耦合延续；同时对各节点针对性营造，植入多元功能与景观亮点，打造无界、活力且兼具体验感的商业外街空间。
The Colonnade Connects All
Taking the overpass corridor as the core space link, the problem of spatial separation in various areas of commercial outer street is solved, and the nodes such as the main entrance on the west side, the core inner square, the lawn on the east side and the building corridor are connected by multi-dimensional paths to realize the organic linkage and experience continuation of each space; At the same time, each node is targeted, and multiple functions and landscape highlights are implanted.
无界纽带，串联全域动线
原本被硬生生切断的空间、冷冰冰的消防车道，全靠天桥连廊来“牵线搭桥”。把廊下空间打造成各区域的联动枢纽，对消防车道做景观化柔化设计，规划多样行走路径串联全场，逛起来全程无阻隔，沉浸式体验无界空间的通透感。
Borderless Bond
The colonnade space is transformed into a connectivity hub linking all zones, while fire lanes are softened through landscape integration. A diverse network of pedestrian paths weaves through the entire site, ensuring an uninterrupted strolling experience and an immersive sense of boundless spatial transparency.
线性指引，拉满入口仪式辨识度
告别空旷无指引的“盲走”体验，用线性规律的地面铺装画好“隐形引导线”，给人自然的行走心理暗示，再搭配立体导视标识装置拉高入口辨识度，一眼锁定商业主入口，仪式感和引导性直接拉满。
Linear Guidance
Linear-patterned paving is strategically laid out to create “invisible guiding lines” — subtle visual cues that intuitively steer pedestrian flow. Paired with sculptural wayfinding installations that elevate the entrance’s visual identity, visitors can instantly locate the main retail entry at a glance. The sense of ceremony and wayfinding clarity is dialed up to the max.
活力核心，打造复合型休闲区
把台阶、外摆、中心水景、休憩区全整合，打造逛吃玩拍的核心区。水景旁惬意落座歇脚，台阶外摆解锁逛吃乐趣，超大网红秋千直接当“打卡主角”；就连扎眼的暴露建筑管道，也给它穿上同色系艺术装置“外衣”，还能顺带当休闲座椅，秒变超级打卡点，颜值与实用双在线。
Vibrant Center
Integrating steps, outdoor seating, central water feature, and lounge areas into one cohesive core zone — a vibrant hub for strolling, dining, playing, and photo-worthy moments. Relax by the water’s edge for a leisurely break; unlock the joy of casual dining at the stepped terraces and outdoor seating; let the oversized Instagram-worthy swing steal the spotlight as the ultimate photo op. Even the exposed building pipes get a makeover — wrapped in matching artistic installations that double as quirky seating, transforming an eyesore into an instant social media hotspot.
多元休闲，营造松弛感户外空间
把东侧草坪打造成全龄友好的休闲角落，衔接超市雨棚超便民，逛超市之余能随时歇脚，还划定专属宠物友好草坪，让铲屎官和毛孩子都能撒欢，大人小孩躺坐、宠物肆意玩耍，解锁商场外的松弛慢生活。
Multifaceted Recreation
The lawn on the east side will be built into a year-round friendly leisure corner, connecting with the supermarket canopy, which is super convenient, and you can rest at any time after visiting the supermarket. It is also designated as an exclusive pet-friendly lawn, so that shovel officers and hairy children can have fun, adults and children can lie down, and pets can play at will, unlocking the relaxed and slow life outside the mall.
