迈德景观:成都金茂璞逸锦江是金茂璞系成都首个落地的项目,璞系定位融合了国际视野与现代东方艺术。它所研究的,远不止某一时代的阶段性风貌,而是深入探索中国人对栖居之所的悠久回望与未来憧憬,追求的是一种长期可持续的居住理念。

MIND STUDIO: Jinmao Puyi Jinjiang in Chengdu is the first project of the Jinmao ‘Pu’ series to be launched in Chengdu. The ‘Pu’ series combines international vision with modern Eastern art. Its research goes beyond the stage characteristics of any one era, delving into the deep exploration of the Chinese people’s long-standing reflection on and future aspirations for their living spaces, aiming to achieve a long-term sustainable living concept.

作为锦官城文化长廊的核心,成都承载了天府之国的丰韵中轴,延续了杜甫草堂、武侯祠、昭觉寺及琴台路等世界级文化旅游胜地的历史卷轴。

本案定位锦江之畔,碧水青山,文化与自然交织在此地,孕育了独特的传统文化街区,使之成为蜀城的脉搏。这里不仅留有古巷的回声、热闹的茶馆低语、市集的繁荣与市井的生活画卷;还有苏轼以悠然自得的笔墨描绘这片水土,杜甫以深情笔触讴歌其繁华,李白以豪放不羁书写成都的壮丽篇章。历史的车轮在此留下深刻印记,蜀绣、剪纸、面塑等成都十绝非遗文化,在这里得到传承与发扬。古韵风雅与现代繁华在这里和谐共融,铸就了这座城市的独有之美。

As the core of the Jin Guan Cheng cultural corridor, Chengdu carries the rich heritage of the “Tianfu” axis, continuing the historical scrolls of world-class cultural tourist sites such as the Du Fu Thatched Cottage, the Wuhou Shrine, the Zhaojue Temple, and the Qintai Road.

This project is located along the Jinjiang River, where green mountains and clear waters intertwine with culture and nature. This area has cultivated unique traditional cultural districts, making it the pulse of Chengdu. Here, the echoes of ancient alleys, the whispers of bustling tea houses, the prosperity of markets, and the life scenes of the common people coexist. Su Shi depicted this land with leisurely brushstrokes, Du Fu praised its prosperity with deep affection, and Li Bai wrote magnificent chapters on Chengdu’s grandeur. The wheels of history have left profound marks here, and intangible cultural heritages such as Sichuan embroidery, paper-cutting, and face-making have been passed down and celebrated. The harmonious fusion of ancient elegance and modern prosperity creates the unique beauty of this city.

山林依然是我们在设计中引入的概念——山林文化在中国文化中占据着独特的地位,它体现了中国人与自然和谐共生的哲学思想,以及对于精神追求与心灵归宿的深刻理解。

The concept of mountains and forests is still introduced in our design — mountain and forest culture holds a unique place in Chinese culture. It embodies the philosophical idea of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, as well as a profound understanding of spiritual pursuits and the return to one’s inner self.

“在山林中得道”的观念源于道家思想中的“道法自然”。道家认为,自然是宇宙间至高无上的法则,人与自然应和谐共生,顺应自然、融入自然,方能达到天人合一的境界。这一思想体现了对天地大道的深刻体悟,也是对精神境界不断追求与升华的至高表达。

“得道而入世”诠释了中国人追求“内圣外王”的理想人格。在山林中得道,并非意味着永远远离尘世,而是通过内心构建一套完整的道德体系和精神世界,并以此为指引,积极投身社会,为大众贡献力量。

The concept of “attaining the Way in the mountains and forests” originates from Taoist philosophy’s “following the nature.” Taoism believes that nature is the supreme law of the universe, and humans should live in harmony with nature, following its principles and integrating into it, in order to reach the state of unity between heaven and humanity. This thought reflects a deep realization of the way of the world and is the highest expression of the continuous pursuit and sublimation of spiritual realms. “Attaining the Way and engaging in the world” interprets the Chinese ideal of “Sageliness within and kingliness without. (What we achieve inwardly will change outer reality).” To attain the Way in the mountains and forests does not mean to permanently withdraw from the world, but rather to construct a complete moral system and spiritual world within oneself, and use it as guidance to actively engage in society and contribute to the greater good.

这种“入世”的精神,使山林文化不再局限于逃避现实或追求个人解脱,而是彰显了一种深刻的社会责任感与使命感,为文化赋予了更为厚重的意义。

“出世而退隐山林”则是人生的一种选择,也是山林文化的一种表现形式。当人们在世俗社会中经历了种种磨砺后,可能会选择回归山林,寻求内心的宁静和精神的寄托。这种退隐并不是一种消极的逃避,而是一种更高层次的人生追求,是对生命本质和人生价值的深刻反思和重新定位。在山林之中,人们可以远离尘嚣、摆脱束缚,以更加自由、纯粹的心态去面对生活、面对自己。

This “world-engaged” spirit makes mountain and forest culture no longer limited to escaping reality or seeking personal liberation, but highlights a profound sense of social responsibility and mission, giving culture a deeper meaning. “Withdrawing from the society and retreating into the mountains” is a choice in life, and also an expression of mountain and forest culture. After experiencing various hardships in secular society, some may choose to return to the mountains to seek inner peace and spiritual refuge. This retreat is not a passive escape but a higher level of life pursuit, a profound reflection and redefinition of the essence of life and personal values. In the mountains and forests, one can escape the noise, break free from constraints, and face life and oneself with a freer and purer mindset.

前庭,后院

Front courtyard, backyard

 

璞逸锦江的景观设计,不仅是简单在风貌上做自然或者东方的符号表达,从格局上来说,把入世与出世,社会与家庭做了不同的画面响应。前庭与后院,恰如人生舞台上的两个不同侧面,既各自独立又相互关联,共同构建了一个丰富而深刻的生活哲学。

The landscape design of Jinmao Puyi Jinjiang is not simply about expressing nature or Eastern symbols in terms of appearance. In terms of layout, it responds to the concepts of worldly life and transcendence, society and family, in different visual scenes. The front garden and the backyard resemble two different sides of life, each independent yet interconnected, jointly constructing a rich and profound life philosophy.

与会所相连的下沉庭院作为前庭,是社交的起点,是外界与内在世界的交汇点。它不仅仅是一个物理空间,更是主人品味、文化修养与价值观的直接展现。

在这里,每一次的接待与交流,都如同精心策划的艺术展览,无声地传递着主人的生活态度与价值观念。

The sunken courtyard, connected to the clubhouse, serves as the front garden. It is the starting point for socializing, the intersection between the outer world and the inner world. It is not merely a physical space but a direct display of the owner’s taste, cultural upbringing, and values. Every reception and conversation here is like a meticulously curated art exhibition, silently conveying the host’s lifestyle and worldview.

“危楼高百尺,手可摘星辰”这句诗,以其夸张的手法描绘了楼宇之高耸入云,几乎可以触及星辰的壮丽景象,展现了中国古代文人对于建筑与自然和谐共生的无限遐想与赞美。

The famous line from a Chinese poem, “The temple rises a hundred feet high, the hands can pick the stars from the sky,” uses exaggeration to depict the towering heights of a building that almost seems to touch the stars. This illustrates the ancient Chinese scholars’ admiration for the harmonious coexistence of architecture and nature.

而前庭将这一意境与设计相融合,营造出独特的下沉庭院风貌,不仅实现了建筑与景观的一体化,还巧妙地模拟出了“落水峡谷”般的震撼景观,这无疑是中国风景画面中极具品味与创新的设计典范。

The front garden blends this imagery into the design, creating a unique sunken courtyard. It not only integrates architecture and landscape but also cleverly mimics the striking scenery of a “waterfall gorge,” undoubtedly a tasteful and innovative design model in Chinese landscape painting.

建筑与自然景观相互渗透、相互融合,创造出一种独特的立体美学效果。在下沉庭院中,水流被巧妙地引入,形成潺潺溪流或是壮观瀑布,宛如自然界的落水峡谷一般,让人仿佛置身于大自然的怀抱之中,感受到一种前所未有的震撼与宁静。

Architecture and natural scenery penetrate and blend with each other, creating a unique three-dimensional aesthetic effect. In the sunken courtyard, water is ingeniously introduced to form gentle streams or grand waterfalls, resembling the natural beauty of a waterfall gorge, making one feel as if immersed in the embrace of nature, experiencing a sense of awe and tranquility.

The backyard, on the other hand, is a sanctuary for the soul, a refuge where people seek tranquility and relaxation after the hustle and bustle. It is far removed from the bustling front garden and feels more like a private garden, where one can breathe freely, contemplate, and unwind.

后院作为一个静谧而私密的空间,为人们提供了短暂远离外界压力与束缚的场所,使其能够重归内心的本真状态,与自然形成和谐共生的关系。

The backyard, as a quiet and intimate space, offers a place to temporarily escape the pressures and constraints of the outside world, allowing one to return to their true self and form a harmonious relationship with nature.

后院的植被配置与场地元素,如草木、山石及铺装设计,通过景观空间的尺度控制、材质选择与自然形态的有机融合,营造出一种平静而富有治愈感的环境氛围,并帮助个体重新构建内心的平衡与力量。这种空间设计不仅关注物理层面的功能性,更深入探索了景观对人类情感与精神层面的潜在影响。

The plant configuration and elements of the backyard, such as grass, trees, stones, and paving designs, through the control of spatial scale, material selection, and organic fusion of natural forms, create a calm and healing atmosphere, helping individuals restore inner balance and strength. This spatial design not only focuses on the physical functionality but also explores the potential emotional and spiritual impact of the landscape on human beings.

后院山水,师法真山真水是其一,更重要的,是要师法“行、望、居、游”。

The design of the backyard’s mountain and water elements is based on the principles of real mountains and waters, but more importantly, it follows the principles of “Walking, admiring, living, and wandering.”

第一个段落展现的的是真实植物与场地、人与空间的关系,多是半隐半现、曲径通幽、情趣盎然的悠然小径,山石和树林缀于其间,人徜徉在植物清新的气息中行走穿梭,这些静态与动态的穿插,使得画面极具意趣,人可以站立、静坐、俯身或走动,所以无论作何变化,都十分和谐,这些游走中微小的意趣无形中放松和抚慰了更多世人困顿的心境。

The first segment demonstrates the relationship between real plants, the site, and the interaction between people and space. It often features hidden paths, meandering trails, and rich, lively scenery. Rocks and trees are interspersed along the way. People stroll through this natural air, where the interplay between static and dynamic elements creates a scene full of interest. One can stand, sit, bend down, or walk, and no matter how it changes, it remains harmonious. These small moments of enjoyment during the walk unconsciously relax and soothe the hearts of those troubled by the world.

前庭与后院,一动一静,一外一内,相互映衬,共同构成了一个完整而和谐的生活空间。穿越古今的山林,曾经的生活方式与意趣仍可以存续在现代日常之中,使每个个体的“天真”对抗时代洪流对人的异化,使那些波光粼粼的湖面、形态各异的山石、参差的草木不会被整齐抹平。

The front garden and the backyard, one dynamic and one static, one external and one internal, complement each other and form a complete and harmonious living space. Through the timeless mountains and forests, past lifestyles and pleasures continue to thrive in modern daily life, allowing each individual’s “innocence” to counteract the alienation caused by the pressure of society, ensuring that the shimmering lake surfaces, diverse rock formations, and uneven trees are not flattened into neatness.
