L&A GROUP: Clouds of various shapes, float in the air accompanied by the wind.So I am always wondering, if I could climb up the clouds drifting in the air as well.
当一朵云飘落林间，它成为我最好的玩伴，承载着我所有梦的形状。奔赴一场云间之约，相遇——欣喜依然。
Suddenly, a cloud falling into the forest, becomes my best friend, and carries all my dreams.An encounter in the clouds , brings enormous excitement and great happiness.
当一片云飘落林间，居民们的梦中花园、亲近自然的栖息之地随之形成。
“鸟从檐上飞，云从窗里出”，纵然四季变换、春去秋来，归家脚步总是轻盈欢快、从容自在。
When a cloud falls into the forest, a dream garden for people to get close to nature comes into being.
Just as the ancient Chinese poem describes, “Birds fly up the eaves, clouds come out of the windows”, the way back home is pleasant and full of fun as seasons change.
初 见 / FIRST ENCOUNTER
武汉保利·云璟位于武汉江岸区三环边，江岸区武汉大道3号线市民之家旁，地处汉口后湖成熟居住板块，毗邻15万方府河公园及张公堤城市绿道，坐拥2个外部优质自然公园，有着良好的自然生态资源。
设计以“自然中漫游”为出发点，打破了保利地产传统的植物种植方式，首次引入了“公园社区”的理念，打造“林在园中，人在林中”的私享花园，通过营造充满艺术感的自然场景结合故事性游览动线，还大人和孩子一片自然惬意的居所，让全年龄段人群都能在自然中探索快乐、找寻力量。
Poly Cloud View, Wuhan is located near the third Ring Road of Jiang’an District, next to Wuhan Citizens’ Home. Ideally sitting in the mature Houhu residential area and neighboring the 150,000 square meters Fangfuhe Park and Zhanggongdi Green Way, the development enjoys advantaged natural resources.
With the theme of “Roaming in Nature”, the designers abandoned the typical planting pattern of Poly Properties, and introduced the idea of “park community” for the first time. Natural and artistic spaces combine with the story-telling touring route, providing people of all ages a pleasant place to enjoy themselves in nature.
云 中 乐 园 / FAIRYLAND IN CLOUD
风吹过，一片白云伴着风，摇摇晃晃地从天上飘落林间形成云环。关于云朵的幻想忽而实现，掩映在丛林中的云间奇旅就此开始。
When the wind blows, a cloud falls down the forest, which realizes my dream , to begin a journey up in the air.

01 · 空中云环 CLOUD RING
没有限定出入口、随机的游玩路线，云环以开放包容的姿态迎接从各方跑来的孩子们。
约100米长的空中云环串联起了多种功能，攀爬、滑梯等游乐方式联动上下两层空间，充分利用圆环循环闭合的空间优势，让游玩动线更加便捷自由。
As a random touring route, the Cloud Ring welcomes children from all directions.
The 100 meters long Cloud Ring connects multiple functions such as the jungle gym and the children’s slide, making the circular space full of fun.

在烈日下云环遮蔽出一圈阴凉，一层的多种秋千——云朵秋千、圆盘秋千、挂篮秋千，让大人享受躺在秋千上的悠闲时刻，让孩子享受免于暴晒疯玩的淋漓畅快。
The Cloud Ring provides a cool and shady space, on the first floor of which swings of various shapes allow adults to relax themselves and children to play to their heart’s content.
云环二层入口由大小圆环交织成喇叭形入口，阳光在这里被切割，雾气缭绕如落云端。
行至此处，它仿佛在提醒着云间访客们：在云端，请尽情感受、欣赏、奔跑向前，这是属于你的一片云。纵是夜幕降临，亦有云中别样滋味。
On the second floor of the Cloud Ring, big and small rings form a trumpet-shaped entrance, where the sun shines through the mist, creating an image of clouds.
It seems to remind visitors that they are the owner of the cloud, so they can walk or run around to experience the beauty of it both day and night.

360度全方位景色尽收眼底，云雾飘渺、云间清凉，树叶在微风中沙沙合唱，吊桥、躺网、超级大滑梯、攀爬坡静待有胆量的小勇士前来一较高下。
The Cloud Ring provides a panoramic view of the surroundings. Here in the milky mist, the cool shade and the rustle of trees, the suspension bridge, the super slide and the climbing slopes are waiting for their changers.
02 · 云朵客厅 SITTING ROOM
林下的云朵客厅，是属于宝爸宝妈们的绝佳观赏点。
坐在大台阶上，可以观察到云环中心为小朋友们设置的地面拓展探险区，孩子们纵情探索、与大自然亲密接触，家长们可放心在一旁休憩，也可随时加入，共享游玩乐趣。
The sitting room under the trees is the best space for parents.
Sitting on the big step, one will have a panoramic view of the Cloud Ring, where children can play and explore nature in the custody of their guardians.

中央游玩区设置了不同高度的洗手池，解放孩子天性的同时，更要守护他们的健康。
The central playground is equipped with hand washing sinks of different heights in case children can use them by themselves.

两侧的攀岩坡道，能够锻炼孩子们的勇气。成长就是不断攀爬向上的过程，累了停下歇歇也没关系，半路的风景也不错。
Climbing slopes is a good way to teach children to face difficulties with bravery and perseverance. Even though they may stop halfway, it doesn’t matter, for there are still beautiful views for you.

云朵客厅同时是开放的社交区域，家人、好友、情侣，茶余饭后散步至此、闲聊解压。
The sitting room also serves as to social space for families, friends, couples to have a walk or talk with each other.
03 · 云朵山丘 CLOUD HILL
云环背后设置的云朵山丘，以安全的坡度配以便于儿童抓握的辅助装置，让孩子们在这样的游乐地形，能够自主攀爬至云环二层，锻炼了他们的抓握能力、攀登能力，并培养起他们的勇气。
The Cloud Hill behind the Cloud Ring, whose gentle slope together with gripping devices allow children to climb up to the second floor of the Cloud Ring by themselves.

04 · 云朵课堂 PLAY AND LEARN
专门为学龄前儿童设置的科普教育，通过激发孩子的触觉和视觉在游戏中对形体和颜色进行认知和学习，让云朵陪伴孩子一路成长。
The Cloud Classroom is intended for preschoolers, who can learn about shapes and colors through senses of touch and sight while playing.

花 涧 林 影 / FLOWERS IN FOREST SHADOW
自然旱溪和水杉相互辉映，两岸花境在石缝间冒出点点花蕊。小朋友们在林下的树桩和大树之间跳跃玩耍，在这个野趣横生的空间里，探索求知、亲近自然。
The metasequoia trees dialogues with the dry stream, along which flowers between stones dot the flower borders. Children play around the tree stumps and trees, exploring nature for knowledge and fun , in the interesting space.
杉林冒险使用松散材料，利用木桩、树枝设置障碍，挑战孩子们平衡跳跃能力的同时，也是他们亲近自然的绝佳场所。
满足孩子的多元化感知，让孩子在游戏中释放好奇心，夏季可提供一片清凉的亲子游戏空间，营造舒适的微气候环境，大朋友们也可一同探索自然、追寻本真。
Adventure in the metasequoia trees is set with obstacles such as tree stumps and brunches, which will challenge children’s ability to keep balance while jumping.
Curiosity, creativity and parent-child interaction all come together in the games we have planned for the cool and comfortable space.

茂密的乌桕洒下一片林荫，层层叠石，花境缤纷烂漫。
小叶栀子、丰花月季、茶梅以及绣球花，营造出了愉悦舒畅的环境，通过五感的放松，达到康养疗愈的作用。
In the shade of the Chinese tallow trees, stones pile up and flowers dot the borders.
The bright colors and sweet fragrance of Jasmines, Chinese roses, camellia sasanqua and hydrangea will bring you both physical and mental pleasure.
曲径通幽，行至林深处，望见二三长椅，长坐思量。眼前的盎然绿意，青翠挺拔，为内心带来了平静清凉。
Zigzag path leads you deep into the wood, where several benches are waiting for you and the verdant world will bring peace to your mind.
栖 林 跃 石 / TREE AND STONE OF ENTRANCE
何事吟余忽惆怅，村桥原树似吾乡。自古望树思乡，家乡的树是儿时沉默的好友。它不言不语，承载着从前的快乐记忆、如今的思乡之情。
入口的榔榆树挺拔坚劲，人来人往中悄然陪伴，它是社区的守护者，也是云璟人的归家指引。树下跃石，层叠起归家的渴盼；树后一片娜塔栎林交相辉映，四季变换中七彩多变。
What makes me feel down when chanting poems? The bridge and the tree of the village reminds me of my hometown. In the memories of travelers, tree of one’s hometown is a silent friend in the childhood. It stands still in silence,
carrying beautiful memories of the past and provoking strong surges of nostalgia today.
The towering elm at the entrance serves as the guardian of the community and the beacon for the residents. The stones under the tree pile up and the oak trees behind it change their colors all around the year.
云 动 林 间 / EXERCISING IN THE WOODS
丛林中包裹着运动乐园，让运动成为一种享受。
丛林中的运动乐园，运动健身器械散布在场地边。结合动感的艺术流线，设置儿童趣味活动装置。
The sports ground is embraced by trees, making it an enjoyment to exercise here.
Various health and fitness facilities are set around the sports ground, and children’s recreation facilities are arranged along the Dynamic lines.
消防通道和登高面被打造成一条活力云带，环形跑道与周边器械构成了健身活动空间。周围多株日本晚樱以常绿树种衬托，以水杉作为背景，形成丰富的景观。
春风吹过，便是“樱花万顷开无际。枝头烂漫，堆云叠雪，神仙游戏”。春日樱花烂漫，秋日水杉林独具风韵。林下的休憩座椅和健身器械，让人们在繁花下、绿树间感受自然的气息和阳光的温暖。
The fire fighting access and the climbing wall form a dynamic cloud band. And a circular track and sports facilities around create a fitness space. Surrounding are several Japanese cherry trees and evergreen trees standing against the metasequoia trees.
Cherry blossoms in the spring and metasequoia trees in the autumn will bring unique beauty to the space. Benches and fitness facilities under the trees allow people to enjoy the beauty of nature and the warmth of the sun.
林间还设置了潮玩球场，清新舒适，有着多重功能——它不仅是篮球爱好者们的对决天地，也可以是户外观影的露天影院。清凉的夜晚，带上几包零食和几瓶饮料走出家门，和邻居们一同观影、聚会聊天，好生惬意。
Also, there is a basketball court in the trees, which can also serve as an outdoor cinema in the cool summer night.

设 计 师 说 / DESIGNERS’ VIEW
武汉保利·云璟，是保利与奥雅联袂打造的诚意之作。
城市中的人们都渴望亲近自然，所以我们希望社区本身就是一个无限接近自然的场所，让在回家时、休息时、玩乐时的多维时空中随时触碰自然的语言，营造在自然包裹中的生活场景。
Poly Cloud View, Wuhan, is a joint effort of Poly and L&A .
People living in the city are eager to get close to nature. Therefore, we hope the community itself will become a place where people have easy access to nature whenever they want.
基于这样的初衷，从进入社区就利用树林、叠石、花境营造一种自然温馨的归家氛围，并且在设计过程中充分考虑光照对场地的影响，将日照环境最佳的中心场地作为可玩可休憩的多功能全龄场地。
Based on this idea, we employ trees, stones and flowers to create a homelike atmosphere. And we take advantage of the sunlight, creating a central activity space for all ages.
设计过程中，克服了地库1.2米覆土的限制，塑造了约3米高的游乐地形，其与约100米的云环设施相结合，为孩子们提供了丰富多样的玩乐方式，使其成为全龄段住户都可共同参与的复合型功能空间。
Though the soil covering the basement is only 1.2 meters thick, we managed to build a 3 meters high playground, which combines with the 100 meters high Cloud Ring, providing residents of all ages with various facilities for fun and recreation.
