致澜景观:人总想寻回一种自在。

那不是逃避,而是万物本真的韵律:风有风的来处,水有水的归途。身体在温度与静默的编舞中,重新听见自己的呼吸。

我们始终相信,真正的自在不必盛大,却需在简朴中藏纳极大的从容与生长。它不只是一处暂避尘嚣的安顿,更应是一片可持续的心灵原乡。

一退一望之间,皆是自在。

Zinialand Design: Humans have always yearned to reclaim a sense of inner ease.

It is not an escape, but the innate rhythm of all things in nature: the wind has its origin, and water finds its destined course. Amid the interplay of temperature and silence, the body reconnects with the rhythm of its own breath.

We firmly believe that true ease need not be grand, yet it must embrace profound composure and vital growth within simplicity. It is more than a temporary refuge from the mortal chaos; it ought to be a sustainable spiritual homeland for the soul.

In every pause and gaze, peace and ease abide.

赴约:外部空间序列的建立

驱车沿湖岸漫游,草木自由生长,路随坡势起伏,林海以渐弱的喧嚣相送。

这片经过生态修复的土地,并未被施以突兀的造景野心,而是将原生的人居记忆轻轻放大,接入城市的慢行脉络。

我们以“回到原乡”为设计核心,让空间情绪主导交通逻辑——功能动线不再是冰冷的效率工具,而是一段可游走、可停留、可记忆的归家序曲。

Drive along the lakeside in leisure, where plants and grasses grow freely. The road undulates with the terrain, and the forest sees us off with fading worldly noise.

This ecologically restored land bears no abrupt landscaping ambition. Instead, it gently magnifies the indigenous living memories and integrates them into the slow-traffic network of the city.

Centered on the design concept of “returning to hometown”, we let spatial sentiment guide the circulation logic. Functional routes are no longer cold tools for efficiency, but a homecoming prelude for wandering, lingering and treasuring memories.

●序章— 让穿行成为抵达心灵的仪式

归家的第一步,是一场关于“沉”与“浮”的静观。

低沉的檐影与刻意留白的墙面,由重量与轻盈的相互作用缓缓塑形。一系列阴影和光明定义了条目,人便在这明暗交替的褶皱里,被悄然引向深处。

The first step of returning home is a quiet contemplation of sinking and floating.

The low overhanging eaves and deliberately blank walls take shape gently through the interplay of weight and lightness. A sequence of shadow and light defines the spatial rhythm, guiding people softly inward amid the layered folds of alternating brightness and shade.

【 隐入 】

石为鼎,山为屏,林为幔

入口处,石艺雕塑鼎立静谧。质朴的山石筑起一道自然的屏障,身后的林影化作垂落的帷幔。人未入园,心已先一步遁入山林。

At the entrance, stone sculptures stand in serene composure.

Rustic rock formations form a natural barrier, while the forest shadows behind drape like soft hanging curtains. Before stepping into the garden, the heart already retreats into the tranquil woods.

 

 

一方小型水钵静立于此。

它既是净手的实用之器,更是一处精神性的过渡空间——水流过掌心,如同某种古老的暗示,洗去尘劳,也洗亮心神。动作是外在的,而唤醒是内在的。这一瞬的停顿,为整个场域注入了无可替代的艺术价值与仪式感。

A small water basin stands here in stillness. It serves not only as a practical vessel for cleansing hands, but also as a spiritual transitional space. As water flows over the palms, like an ancient subtle hint, it washes away worldly weariness and calms and brightens the mind. Gestures remain external, yet the awakening happens deep within. This moment of pause endows the entire site with irreplaceable artistic value and a profound sense of ritual.

都市的喧嚣在此退为遥远的背景,宁静与松弛不再是被设计的情绪,而是从绿意中自然浮现的日常。

自城市界面向内,落客花园以一片绿意温柔收束了喧嚣。石组与草坪的交错,重塑了建筑与景观的交界——石块嵌入地形,草坡顺势起伏,层次在行进间逐层展开。流动的姿态既是路径,也是地形的骨架。

The hustle of the city fades into a distant backdrop here. Tranquility and relaxation are no longer artificially crafted emotions, but an everyday presence emerging naturally from the greenery. Moving inward from the urban interface, the drop-off garden gently contains the noise with lush foliage. The interweaving of stone groups and lawns reshapes the boundary between architecture and landscape. Stones blend into the terrain, and grassy slopes undulate naturally, revealing layered scenes step by step along the journey. The flowing form serves as both pedestrian path and the structural framework of the landform.

【 垂直的枯山水 】

湖山的意境,未必只能平铺于大地。

我们将它轻轻翻转,立于墙面。石是山的碎片,砂是水的凝固,苔是时间的痕迹,木是生长的方向——它们在垂直的维度里重新组合,不是对传统园林的描摹,而是一种更为内敛的当代转译。

向上,是另一种抵达宁静的方式。

The artistic conception of lakes and mountains need not only lie flat upon the land.

We gently overturn it and set it upon the wall. Stones are fragments of mountains, sands are solidified water, moss bears the traces of time, and wood embodies the direction of growth. Recomposed within a vertical dimension, these elements are no mere depiction of classical gardens, but a more restrained contemporary interpretation.

To reach upward is another way of attaining tranquility.

【 绿植:野性与秩序的共生 】

让建筑隐于森湖,让人归于自然。

植物设计以自然生长的乔木撑起上层遮荫,树下的一切都不被过度修剪,枝叶不被规训的生机,恰恰是最温柔的包裹。这片林子不只为了此刻的展示,更为十年后的社区预留了继续生长的空白。

Let architecture fade into forests and lakes,and let people return to nature.

The planting design adopts naturally grown arbors to form overhead shade. Everything beneath the trees is free from excessive trimming. The untamed vitality of branches and leaves wraps people in the gentlest embrace. This woodland is crafted not merely for present display, but also reserves blank space for the continuous growth of the community in the years to come.

路隐于绿色,自然引导方向。

景观强调一种低干预的野奢调性,游园漫步间皆有绿意渗透。松弛不是刻意营造的,而是脚下的每一步都落在落叶、苔藓与草坡的交界处时,自然生出的体感。

Roads fade into greenery, with nature guiding the way.

The landscape adopts a low-intervention wild-luxury tone, where greenery permeates every moment of wandering through the garden.Relaxation is not artificially crafted. Instead, it arises naturally with every step, as one treads upon the gentle transition of fallen leaves, moss and grassy slopes.

 

▽回望入口

 

穿过入口,一道廊架横亘于前,却不以强势的姿态隔断天地。我们刻意弱化其人工痕迹,让钢木的结构语言隐入自然的肌理之中。

而最微妙的尺度藏在檐口。我们将空高刻意压至2.5米,恰是抬手可触的亲近,恰是低头须敛神的克制。视线穿过这方矮檐向外望去——林冠、石径、天光,这是自然绘制的禅画。檐口成了画框,天地成了绢素,人则成了画中观画的那个“静”字。

Passing through the entrance, a corridor stretches ahead, yet it never divides heaven and earth in an imposing manner. We deliberately soften its artificial traces, allowing the steel-and-timber structural language to blend into the texture of nature.

The most subtle spatial scale lies in the eaves. The clear height is intentionally limited to 2.5 meters, creating an intimate proximity within reach and a restrained composure that invites quiet mindfulness with every slight bow. Gazing outward beneath the low eaves, one beholds forest canopies, stone paths and streaming skylight—a zen painting crafted by nature itself. The eaves serve as a framed border, the world as soft silk canvas, and people, the embodied serenity dwelling within the scene.

●疏林 — 唤醒沉睡的自然感知

松林撑开高处的浓荫,草坡铺陈脚下的柔软,野径在灌木与野趣地被间蜿蜒。

行至此处,听觉先于视觉苏醒,鸟鸣、叶响、风声,构成最原始的交响;嗅觉被悄然触动,松针被晒透后释出的清苦,混着脚下草花初绽的淡甜,在空气里缓缓漾。

站在这里才发现,风,是这条轴线一路埋下的伏笔。它借了一路风景,陪你慢慢走到这里——风过处,草木低语,香气聚散。

Pine forests spread dense shade above, grassy slopes unfold softness beneath the feet, and wild trails wind gently among shrubs and rustic ground covers.

Upon arriving here, the senses of sound awaken before sight. Birdsong, rustling leaves and flowing wind compose an original symphony. The sense of smell is softly stirred: the fresh, subtle bitterness of sunbaked pine needles mingles with the faint sweetness of newly bloomed grass and flowers, rippling slowly through the air.

Standing in this place, one comes to realize that the wind has been a subtle foreshadowing along the entire axis. Borrowing scenery all the way, it accompanies you forward at a gentle pace. Where the wind passes, plants whisper, and fragrances gather and fade in tranquil rhythm.

一条被浓荫收束的幽径在松林尽头悄然转向。这不是一个供人“观看”的景点,而是一个让人“进入”的场域。

A secluded path enclosed by dense shade turns gently at the end of the pine forest. This is not a scenic spot merely to be viewed, but a space meant to be entered and immersed within.

●岛居 — 人与自然的对话

水与林,从来都是相互成就的。我们打断原本生硬的湖岸线,让绿岛从水中自然浮起,建筑便如泊在林水之间的舟,与广袤的湖山取得隐秘的联络。

后场处,地形悄然跌落,我们不筑花境,只循着高差让溪水自己找出路——石滩裸露它原本的肌理,水草长在它想长的地方,溪水在石头与根须之间漫溢或收敛。建筑退到树后,景观让出水岸,植物与水交换着气息。

Water and forest have always nurtured and fulfilled one another. We soften the originally rigid lakeshore line, allowing green islets to emerge naturally from the water. The architecture rests like a boat moored between woods and water, forming a subtle connection with the vast landscape of lakes and mountains.

In the rear yard, the terrain slopes gently downward. Instead of designing elaborate flower borders, we follow the natural elevation changes to let the stream find its own course. Rocky shores reveal their original texture, water plants grow freely where they belong, and the stream surges or calms among stones and tree roots.Buildings recede behind the trees, the landscape yields to the waterfront, and plants and water breathe in harmony.

心安的边界,有时候只隔一扇窗。

我们将滨湖会所的界面尽量打开,让庭院不再是建筑的附属,而是室内的继续;让门窗成为取景的框,框住四季流转。我们试图创造与自然的对话——晨光透过玻璃,在地板上画出斑驳的树影;夕照跌进水面,把天花板染成琥珀色。尺度、生态与艺术,便在这样日常的光影里,融成一体。

The boundary of peace of mind is sometimes no more than a window apart.

We fully open up the facade of the lakeside clubhouse, so that the courtyard is no longer an attachment to the building, but a continuation of the interior. Doors and windows act as natural viewing frames, encapsulating the transitions of the four seasons.We seek to forge a dialogue with nature. Morning light filters through the glass, casting dappled tree shadows across the floor; sunset glow sinks upon the water, tinting the ceiling in warm amber. In these everyday moments of light and shadow, scale, ecology and art blend into an integrated whole.

所谓品位,从来不是看得见的标签,而是身体记得住的触感。

我们以一种近乎固执的克制去处理每一处收边、每一种材料的交接、每一道缝隙的宽窄。不是为了炫技,而是为了让空间退去语言,只剩下指尖划过木格栅时的涩感,赤足踩上砾石时的微凉。

True taste is never a visible label, but a tactile sensation etched in the senses.

We adopt an almost persistent restraint in refining every edge detail, every material joint, and the width of each gap. It is not for technical ostentation, but to strip the space of redundant expression. What remains is only the subtle texture of wooden grilles beneath fingertips, and the gentle coolness of gravel under bare feet.

●营造 — 从蓝图到落地

对于自然系景观作品的营造,团队始终认为既要尊重“师法自然”的留白,也要怀着真挚务实的心坚持过程中的每一步都做对。

在项目营造的所有阶段,从前期的“大地色系”概念材料选择,到过程中的特殊部品雕塑细节控制;从“伸手就能摸到树叶”的规划概念到搬运相邻原生树林的举措,鹭鸣臺从无到有的过程,值得记录与分享。

In the creation of nature-oriented landscape works, our team has always believed that we should not only respect the blankness of learning from nature, but also uphold a sincere and pragmatic attitude to ensure every step of the construction is properly executed.

Throughout all stages of the project — from the early selection of materials based on an earth-tone palette, to the meticulous control of details for customized sculptures during construction; from the planning concept of “foliage within reach”, to the preservation and transplantation of adjacent native woodland — the entire journey of Luming Terrace, from conception to completion, is worthy of documentation and sharing.

鹭鸣臺的营造,包含着景观对“当代隐逸”的重新思考——不是进入山林的避世,而是栖息于自然之中的自在丰盈。

所谓原乡,从来不是对过去的复刻,而是对自然生长的留白,为内心的自在留出呼吸的余地。当空间拥有了生长的意志,当材料保留了自然的记忆,当路径尊重了身体的节奏,“回到原乡”便不再是一句修辞,而是一种可被日常实践的自在生活。

项目中没有过多的装饰性语言,而重在表达材料本身的颜色与肌理。粗粝的石材、温润的木材、自然生长的树木,在光影下呈现出丰富的微表情。当大块面的材质、细密的肌理与拙朴的石置入同一空间,这是属于鹭鸣臺独有的自在场域。

在这里,自在便是如此。

The creation of Luming Terrace embodies a rethinking of “contemporary reclusion” through landscape — not as a retreat into the mountains, but as an abundant ease found by dwelling in nature.

What is called the spiritual homeland is never a replica of the past, but rather a space left blank for nature to grow — a breathing space reserved for ease within. When space possesses the will to grow, when materials retain the memory of nature, and when paths respect the rhythm of the body, “returning to the homeland” ceases to be mere rhetoric and becomes a lived practice of ease — one that can be woven into daily life.

The project avoids excessive decorative language, focusing instead on expressing the colors and textures of the materials themselves. Rough stone, warm wood, and naturally growing trees reveal rich micro-expressions under light and shadow. When broad planes of material, fine-grained textures, and unpolished stones are placed together in the same space, this forms the unique field of ease that belongs only to Luming Terrace.
Here, ease simply is.
