玖鹿设计：项目位于绍兴这块水网基因发达的城市中，地块三面环水，有一面不临水，是一个天生非常宜居的半岛空间。
NCD Studio: The project is located in Shaoxing, a city with well-developed waterway genes. Surrounded by water on three sides, one side is not near water, and it is a naturally livable peninsula space.
设计采用了引水入园的手法，在地块中心轴线创造贯穿南北的景观水街，使得我们靠内侧原本的非临河户型也变成了水景房。我们将这种创新型的空间结构定义为“摩登水巷”，水街是对自然的引入，曲线是对现代的诠释，归舍是度假的体验。
We introduced water into the plot, creating a landscaped water street running northsouth on the central axis,So that our inner side of the original non-riverfront apartment has become a water view room.We define this innovative spatial structure as “modern water lane”,The Water Street is the introduction of nature, the curve is the interpretation of modernity, and going home is the experience of vacation.
在整个场地空间内里设置有一个景观主抽和南北两个景观次轴，主轴对外彰显形象感和酒店感，次轴对内体现自然感和度假感。当我们从外部进入时，先会进到我们的核心门厅空间。这种类酒店化的 lobby 空间形态，创造了最好的沉静式感官体验。
In the whole site space, there is a landscape main drawing and two landscape subaxes,The main axis reflects the sense of image and hotel externally, while the secondary axis reflects the sense of nature and vacation internally. When we enter from the outs ide, we first enter our core foyer space. This hotel-like lobby space form creates the best quiet sensory experience.

沿着曲线大理石碎拼高墙进入，我们在外部是没法看到场地内中庭的全貌，但是从中庭流出的景观水面会延伸到门口，踏过水面，就进入了我们地块的内部。经过大门背后的格栅，整个空间会一下子豁然开朗起来，我们设计了一个特色的异形叠水花坛，让进入后视觉和听觉都能有一个明显变化，这个造型的灵感取自虹夕诺雅酒店非常有个性的吧台，也是项目工艺细节的体现。
Enter along the curved marble walls,We can’t see the full picture of the atrium inside the site from the outside, but the landscape water flowing out of the atrium extends to the door, stepping across the water, and entering the interior of our plot. Through the grille behind the door, the whole space will suddenly open up, we designed a special shaped water table, so that after entering the visual and auditory can have a significant change, this shape is inspired by the Hoshinoya Hotel’s very personalized bar, but also the project’s technical details.

在第三进空间之前，我们做了一个浮在水面上的玻璃廊桥，它既有一个通行功能，又是我们礼仪空间与内部功能空间的一个软分隔。多层空间虽然是连贯的一条动线，但在每一进的场景气质上都是独立和处处递进的变化。
Before entering the third space, we made a glass corridor bridge floating on the water, which has both a passable function and a soft separation between our ceremonial space and the internal functional space. Although the multi -layer space is a coherent moving line, it is independent and progressive everywhere in the temperament of each advance scene.

相比入口门厅我们希望水巷空间能更多的传递出细节的质感和更为安静度假感，我们在这里可以看到为项目定制的户外特色景观灯，小型景观码头还有散落在水轴两侧的小瀑布和洽谈区。
Compared with the entrance hall, we hope that the water lane space can convey more detailed texture and quiet holiday feeling. Here, we can see the outdoor characteristic landscape lights customized for the project, the small landscape pier, and the small waterfall and negotiation area scattered on both sides of the water axis.

通过小桥跨过水面，再进入回家的巷道，有些像传统的江南水乡的格局，但又是一种十分现代的精致化的表达，是一个丰富且私域感极强的归属空间。
Crossing the water through the small bridge, and then entering the lane home, some like the traditional pattern of Jiangnan water town, but it is a very modern expression, is a rich and strong sense of personal belonging space.

“隐”既代表了稀缺的、与世无争的景观气质，也成全了现代都市环境下那一份奢侈的安逸。
“Hidden” not only represents the scarce and peaceful landscape temperament, but also fulfills the luxury and comfort in the modern urban environment.
