栖地设计：旖旎自然，共融共生-无界·融合 Charming Nature, Harmonious Coexistence-Boundless Integration
项目位于太湖之滨，其地理位置不仅汇聚了得天独厚的自然美景，更呼应了城市发展与生态环境协调共生的战略要求。这一战略前提下，设计则需要深入考虑在尊重生态的同时实现与城市间共融共生，以此体现现代设计对生态与城市发展间依存关系的理解和洞察，从而巧妙地融入于城市发展的蓝图中，尊重自然的同时注重城市发展的可持续性。
QIDI Design: The text describes a project located on the shores of Lake Tai. Its geographical location not only gathers unique natural beauty but also echoes the strategic requirements of harmonious coexistence between urban development and the ecological environment. Under this strategic premise, the design needs to deeply consider coexistence and integration with the city while respecting the ecology. This approach reflects a modern understanding and insight into the interdependent relationship between ecology and urban development. The aim is to cleverly integrate into the city’s development blueprint, respecting nature while focusing on the sustainability of urban development.

设计以生态驱动提升土地的价值坪效，在提升社区生态质量的同时利用自然语言对空间进行穿透和触达，采用本土植被以及微气候的调节来强化自然多样性，通过生态导向的设计策略，将自然与城市空间相结合，实现生活空间价值的多维提升。
The design focuses on enhancing the land’s value and efficiency through an ecology-driven approach. It aims to improve the ecological quality of the community while using natural elements to permeate and engage with the space. The strategy includes using native vegetation and regulating microclimates to strengthen natural diversity. Through ecologically oriented design tactics, the plan integrates nature with urban spaces, achieving a multi-dimensional enhancement of the value of living spaces. This approach not only enriches the aesthetic and functional aspects of the area but also aligns with sustainable development goals.

引园入室，秘境漫步-生态·渗透 Garden to Room, Secret Garden Stroll-Ecological Permeation
「 生态橱窗 」ECOLOGICAL SHOWCASE
为达到室内外共融的无界生态场景，景观设计结合建筑、室内通盘考量，通过消解室内外边界实现共生空间，以跨学科视角，在景观设计中引入高透玻璃幕墙于建筑一层的中庭，为室内外绿色生态一体化提供有利条件，有串联空间内外的环境，以“引园入室”衔接自然景观与整体空间的相互渗透。
To achieve a boundless ecological scene that blends indoor and outdoor environments, the landscape design integrates with the architecture and interior considerations. This approach dissolves the boundaries between indoors and outdoors to create a shared living space. By adopting an interdisciplinary perspective, the design introduces high-transparency glass curtain walls in the atrium of the building’s first floor. This inclusion is instrumental in facilitating the integration of indoor and outdoor green ecologies. It creates a continuity between internal and external environments. The concept of “Garden to Abode” is employed to seamlessly connect the natural landscape with the overall space, allowing for mutual permeation.

The team employs visual permeation to subtly blur the boundaries of traditional spaces, skillfully integrating the natural mountainous and forest landscapes into the community space. This strategy achieves a fusion of spatial relationships. As one progresses through the space, there’s a gradual transition from the lively urban environment to a serene oasis, allowing for a retreat within the bustling setting. This shift in ambiance, both visually and audibly, transitions from urban clamor to natural tranquility, achieving a deeper level of balance between the city and nature. This design philosophy not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also promotes a harmonious coexistence between urban life and the natural environment.

The design is dedicated to inspiring an appreciation for nature amidst the hustle and bustle of urban life, seeking a balance between design and ecology. It aims to create a unique sales office atmosphere that departs from traditional models, infused with natural purity, relaxation, and tranquility. This approach brings a distinct experiential feel to the living environment, highlighting the importance of integrating natural elements and serene spaces into urban settings. The goal is to offer a refreshing and calming experience, demonstrating how design can enhance the quality of life in densely populated urban areas by incorporating aspects of the natural world.

观景回廊的设计中，团队将东方的极简融入于中式美学空间，从而丰富感官精神的体验。在呈现自然景观的同时，呼应苏州这座历史古城的文化底蕴，在空间的掩映曲折中展现东方意蕴的含蓄，营造空间上的诗意和时空的深邃，以诠释精神与自然的共鸣与和谐共生。
In the design of the viewing corridor, the team integrates Eastern minimalism into a space inspired by traditional Chinese aesthetics, enriching the sensory and spiritual experience. While presenting natural landscapes, the design also resonates with the cultural heritage of Suzhou, an ancient city with a rich history. The space is crafted to subtly convey Eastern motifs through its sheltered twists and turns, creating a poetic ambiance and a sense of depth in both time and space. This approach is aimed at interpreting the resonance and harmonious coexistence between the spirit and nature, reflecting the profound connections and interactions between human emotions, cultural background, and the natural world. The design not only showcases the beauty of the landscape but also tells a story of cultural and spiritual depth, paying homage to the historical and cultural significance of its location.

It involves a subtle dialogue between structures and natural lighting, sculpting the rhythm of the space and enriching sensory experiences. The design emphasizes the importance of how light and shadow, in concert with nature, can evoke emotions and create a deeper, more meaningful engagement with the space. The design aims to create a sense of “Zen” within modern urban living, fostering deep spiritual relaxation and self-reflection through its spatial construction. Natural showcases and landscape corridors provide spaces within the city for people to seek spiritual solace and meditation. This approach demonstrates the modern pursuit of a spiritual dimension in residential spaces, highlighting the growing desire for areas in urban environments that offer mental respite and a chance for contemplation. The design not only caters to physical needs but also addresses the increasing importance of mental and emotional well-being in the fast-paced urban context. It reflects a holistic view of living spaces, where the environment nurtures both the body and the mind.

团队利用生态设计原则，将大面积的自然种植和长效花境转化为具有渗透性的景观空间，从而调节城市小微气候并形成多功能的生态节点。开放式绿地空间不仅作为碳汇和热岛缓解的自然解决方案，也同样成为人们休憩与社区互动的空间场所。
The team utilizes ecological design principles to transform extensive natural plantings and perennial flower landscapes into permeable landscape spaces. This approach regulates the urban microclimate and creates multifunctional ecological nodes. Open green spaces serve not only as natural solutions for carbon sequestration and heat island mitigation but also as venues for rest and community interaction. By integrating these green spaces into urban areas, the design not only enhances the environmental quality but also fosters social connectivity and community well-being. Plants, as dynamic and growing life forms, are interspersed between architecture and landscape in the design. Utilizing the growth characteristics of vegetation, the design emphasizes how plants not only physically integrate with architectural structures but also permeate them visually and sensorially. This approach dissolves traditional spatial boundaries, creating an inclusive design that fosters a blend of indoor and outdoor living scenes. By doing so, the design transcends the conventional segregation of built and natural environments, crafting spaces where nature and architecture coexist harmoniously. The design of the rear area places a strong emphasis on social interaction, fostering internal communication and coexistence. Its aim is to shape living spaces where harmony with nature is paramount. By integrating visual flow lines and abundant vegetation, the design enhances the ecological environment, enriching the physical and mental experience of being close to nature. This approach not only beautifies the space but also creates a setting conducive to community building and interpersonal connections, all within a natural, green backdrop. 「 萤火之森 」FOREST OF FIREFLIES
艺术装置由在地文化而演变，通过对“桅杆”的形态演绎，通过灯光的感应变幻，结合雾森装置、生态廊道、智慧互动妙地融合，打造一处可互动的、丰富多元的城市雨林，展现生态廊道内神秘的自然体验，通过自然主义表现的标识感，打造具有高人气特质的网红地块，以塑造市场价值和公众吸引力。
The artistic installation evolves from local culture, interpreting the form of a “mast” with dynamic light changes. It cleverly integrates mist forest installations, ecological corridors, and smart interactive elements, creating an interactive, diverse urban rainforest. This design showcases a mysterious natural experience within the ecological corridor. Through naturalistic expression, it creates a popular social media hotspot with unique appeal, aimed at shaping market value and public attraction. This approach not only enhances the aesthetic and experiential qualities of the space but also leverages the power of popular culture and technology to attract visitors and create a distinctive urban landmark.

「 自然之灵 」SPIRIT OF NATURE
项目中，团队引入企业的品牌原创IP-腾小圈，一个从未来穿越而来的森林精灵，设计围绕IP立意，它将带领访客来到这处以“科技自然”为主题的生态秘境。
In the project, the team introduces an original brand IP from the company – Teng Xiaoquan, a forest sprite who has traveled from the future. The design revolves around this IP concept, where Teng Xiaoquan guides visitors to this ecological sanctuary themed around “Technology and Nature.” This innovative approach not only adds a narrative element to the space but also creates a unique and engaging experience that blends storytelling with environmental design. The use of a character-driven storyline helps to make the space more approachable and memorable, particularly for younger visitors, thereby enhancing the overall appeal of the project.

独特的IP形象象征科技与自然的融合，IP-腾小圈将在不同的空间场景中灵动展现与自然环境与IP情境相融的动作形象，并致力于将绿色生态的理念代入于空间设计及来访者的互动体验之中，从而为项目带来品牌价值的独特性。
The unique IP character, Teng Xiaoquan, symbolizes the fusion of technology and nature. This character dynamically appears in various spatial scenarios, showcasing actions that blend seamlessly with the natural environment and the IP’s context. The design is dedicated to incorporating the concept of green ecology into both the spatial design and the interactive experiences of visitors. This approach not only enriches the visitor experience but also brings a distinctive brand value to the project, highlighting the commitment to sustainability and innovative design. Teng Xiaoquan, as an embodiment of this theme, becomes a key element in making the space engaging and memorable, thereby enhancing the project’s appeal and identity.
