因澈景观：“有一种旅行，不为跋涉千里的向往，只为漫无目的的闲逛。不为人山人海的名胜，只为怡然自乐的街景，远离索然无味的生活。” 位于“麓湖生态城”2400亩湖域中央，占地面积约180亩的“麓客岛”作为城市级生态度假体验岛，分布有丰富多样的户外体验类项目，围绕“公园+”的体验式商业升级模式，实现公园、运动与商业零距离结合，真正实现商业在公园里，公园在城市中。也被誉为“成都网红小岛”。
Interesting Landscape: “The journey is not thousands of miles of drifting, but an aimlessly wandering. It is not for tourist attractions, but for a happy street scene to escape the daily routine.” Located in the center of the “Luhu Eco-City (2,400 acres) ” and covering an area of about 180 acres, “Mr. Luxe Island” is an urban-level eco-vacation experiencing island with a variety of outdoor activities. The island has an upgraded commercial experiencing mode called “park +” to realize the zero-distance combination of parks, sports, and business. Therefore, business is in the park and the park is in the city. Mr. Luxe Island is also known as the “Chengdu Internet Celebrity Island”.
作为“麓客岛”的初代设计师，我们见证了她从寻麓君咖啡的落成到现在“公园+”的体验式商业升级模式的呈现，重返“麓客岛”，过往的点滴都是快乐与美好的，作为设计师，我们赋予了场地不同趣味的空间形态，时而开阔舒朗，时而悠然静谧，你可远眺，亦可独处，每个场地都存在着无限的可能，而每一位参与其中的人们却为小岛带来了“生命”，小岛也一天天在成长。
As the primary designer of Mr. Luxe Island, we have witnessed her developing from the Xunlujun Café to a “Park+” experiential business upgrade model. The return to Mr. Luxe Island recalls the happiness and beautiful memory on the island. We designed the interesting spatial forms, open and comfortable, leisurely and quiet. Visitors can enjoy the space or do various activities. Each space has unlimited possibilities. Also, visitors bring vitalities to the island and watching it growing every day.
从“寻麓君”咖啡馆的建成，小岛的第一位乘客，也慢慢开启了整个麓客岛。当时她并不网红，而只是临湖的一片坡地，起伏蜿蜒。
Since the completion of the “Xunlu Jun” cafe, the first visitor of the island also slowly opened the entire island. At that time, the island was just a sloping terrace by the lake and was not well known on the internet.

最初的设计任务只是登岛区的一个集装箱咖啡馆（寻麓君），一个特别的，工业感十足的创意建筑，鲜红醒目，热情的迎接着登岛的客人。与之匹配的我们依照现有地形条件为之增设了大量层叠的户外休息与远眺空间，所有的材料也摒弃传统景观做法，用预制混凝土、锈钢板代替传统石材铺装，以观赏草花代替传统堆砌的多层绿化，我们希望一切的景观都是那样自然而然的呈现，给人最自然舒适的感受，来告别城市的喧嚣……
The initial design task was just a container-like café (Xunlu Jun) at the launching area. The café is a special, industrial-looking creative building with an eye-catching bright red color, warmly welcoming guests to the island. To match it, we have added an amphitheater and viewing spaces in accordance with the existing topography. We abandoned traditional landscape techniques. We replaced traditional stone paving with precast concrete and rust steel plate. For planting, the traditional multi-layer greenery is replaced with ornamental grass and flowers. We hope that all the landscapes are presented in a self-confessed manner, giving visitors the most natural and comfortable feeling, to escape the hustle and bustle of the city…
“麓客岛”一直是住宅用地，占据麓湖生态城湖区C位，万华知道它的价值，肯定要留在最后开发。又因为麓湖生态城够大，向南估计足足能开发25年以上，从时间跨度看，应该能开发 到2035年后，甚至更久。故麓客岛的住宅开发要等到2035年左右。随着“寻麓君”咖啡的呈现，我们与万华研发团队开始了对全岛的探索，在住宅开发前的空置时间里去做一次大胆的 尝试与探索—-“一个特色鲜明的活力游玩之地”。
Mr. Luxe Island has always been a residential land, occupying the core lake area of Luhu Eco-city. Thus, the residential area will be the last phase due to its value. The Luhu Eco-City is large enough to be developed southward for more than 25 years. Therefore, the residential phase of Mr. Luxe Island will have to wait until 2035. After the presentation of the “Xunlu Jun” café, we and Wanhua’s R&D team began to explore the whole island. Together, we made a bold attempt and exploration before the residential phase – a distinctive place with vitality.
时间、成本、材料、工艺、拆改，参与、互动等等现实问题都等待着解决，如何用最简单的材料、最自然的手法来玩出不一样的建筑与景观，为此我们与万华研发团队进行了无数的头脑风暴，现场—图纸，图纸—现场，再现场—图纸，图纸—现场，翻来覆去，痛并快乐。当她继续呈现时，过往都是值得的……
Issues such as timing, cost, materials, craftsmanship, dismantling, participation, interaction, etc. are waiting to be solved. How to use the simplest materials and most natural methods to build distinctive buildings and landscapes. Thus we had charettes with Wanhua’s team to brainstorm. From drawings to on-site follow-up, over and over again, we enjoy the painful but happy process. When she shows up, the past is worthwhile…

在寻麓君咖啡、麓学堂、达根斯国际马术俱乐部、动物农场、皮划艇俱乐部、夏日花园之后， 我们又陆续呈现了冒险湾、带你玩冲浪滑水俱乐部、叽喳森林亲子餐厅、CPI精品名墅等休闲娱乐项目。麓客岛真正“公园+”的体验式商业升级，实现公园、运动与商业零距离结合，商业在公园里、公园在城市中的模式得以渐渐呈现。
