易亚源境天津格调宝珀花园坐落于泰达经济技术开发区第三大街,占据城市核心居住板块,项目北邻城市主干道,南接静谧街区,兼具交通便利与生活私密性。打造“出则繁华,入则幽静”的都市桃源,为现代生活注入诗意与从容。

设计以“春江花月夜”为精神内核,溯源苏州园林的婉约风骨,提炼新中式建筑元素,构建“一主两辅园”的景观格局。通过“化整为零、虚实相生”的空间叙事,将诗中的春、江、月、花、夜凝练为不同的场景,以现代手法重塑东方院落体系。白墙为纸,松竹为笔,流水为墨,于方寸间演绎江南园林的移步换景,营造“云上游园、林泉问道”的禅意栖居。

YAS DESIGN: Tianjin Style Baopo Garden is situated along Third Avenue within the Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area (TEDA), occupying a pivotal urban residential enclave. Strategically positioned adjacent to a major arterial road to the north and a tranquil residential neighborhood to the south, the development achieves a balanced integration of metropolitan accessibility and residential seclusion.

Inspired by the poetic essence of Spring River Flower Moon Night, this project reinterprets the refined elegance of Suzhou Classical Gardens through a contemporary lens. We distill Neo-Chinese architectural elements —simplified roof profiles, lattice screens, and natural materiality—to establish a “one-core, two-satellite” garden system(design area: 15,269㎡)  .

Intertextual Analysis of Spring River Flower Moon Night And Neo-Chinese Garden Aesthetics

 

宝珀花园以苏州耦园为蓝本,通过“云影渡月”将15269平方米的小型居住区园林在曲径通幽中小中见大。中园为松庭,东西两园分别为竹庭和梅庭。居住者通过回廊的月洞门不经意间走入三园,回廊的墙上有隐喻“春江花月夜”的月亮与潮水的花窗,仿佛走入了一个个充满书画意境的美术馆。其核心园林松庭的水池分为东西两部分,扁舟舫、望月亭等景观环伺池畔,形成“滟滟随波千万里”的动态画卷。这种以水为脉络的布局,与《春江花月夜》中“春江潮水连海平”的浩渺意象形成互文,既是对自然江河的缩微再现,也是对诗中“流水送春”哲思的空间转译。

辅园梅庭以山石与梅花呼应,亭前梅树与亭中梅花相映成趣,暗合诗中“月照花林皆似霰”的朦胧美学。梅香与月色的交织,通过嗅觉(暗香浮动)与视觉(月光映花)的叠加,复现了“空里流霜不觉飞,汀上白沙看不见”的超现实意境。

The garden reinterprets the Spring River Flower Moon Night’s aqueous motifs. Drawing inspiration from Suzhou Coupled Garden (Ou Yuan), the design employs spatial compression-expansion techniques:Central Pine Courtyard features bifurcated ponds encircled by a Bianzhou Fang (flat-boat pavilion) and Wangyue Ting (moon-viewing pavilion), creating rippling reflections that mirror the poem’s line “glittering waves stretch thousands of miles” .Satellite Courtyards (Bamboo and Plum gardens flanking east/west) are linked via moon gates and tidal-patterned lattice windows, rhythmically evoking the poem’s cosmic contemplation of “spring tides merging with the sea”  .

The Plum Courtyard integrates rock formations and plum blossoms to evoke the poem’s ethereal imagery of “moonlit floral forests shimmering like frost crystals” .

Cultural Gene Reinterpretation: Spatial Metaphors

 

耦园“偶对式”建筑布局被转译为宝珀花园的轴线对称体系,中园主景(假山为阳)与东西园辅景(绿岛为阴)形成易经卦象般的平衡。这种设计既是对“阴阳和合”传统哲学的致敬,也与诗中“皎皎空中孤月轮”的宇宙观形成深层对话。

Axial symmetry reinterprets Coupled Garden’s philosophy. The central rockery (yang) and flanking green islets (yin) embody yin-yang harmony . This design fuses traditional cosmology with architectural balance.

在院墙中,大量运用了窗花,特色的新月、蛾眉、残月、弦月、凸月、满月、潮起、潮落、潮平花窗,用每个不同的寓意造型细部向苏州网师、拙政及留园致敬。如安藤忠雄的京都陶板名画庭院般细腻而宏伟的设计语言展示中国婉约优雅的山水画长卷,居住于此的住户每日仿佛都在参观一个书画的小型博物馆。

The garden’s moon-phase lattice windows (new moon, waxing crescent, gibbous, full) and tidal-pattern carvings pay homage to Suzhou’s classical gardens . Like Tadao Ando’s Kyoto ceramic mural courtyard, this design synthesizes monumental precision with lyrical abstraction, evoking Chinese landscape scrolls through layered apertures. Residents inhabit living scrolls where each moonlit silhouette becomes a brushstroke in a daily curated exhibition of literati aesthetics .

松庭取意“春江潮水连海平”,以黑松、油松为主景,假山叠水为骨架,再现苏式园林“以楼环园,以水环楼”的布局。

设计以框景、透景手法,将月洞门、雕花格栅化为画框,定格松、石、水、月的动态诗意,令归家成为一场穿越诗境的漫步。

“扁舟舫”舫前水波潋滟,倒映天光云影,恰似“滟滟随波千万里”;以“舟行画中”为理念,采用坡屋顶、雕花格栅等传统元素,深灰色金属屋面为骨,原木色格栅为肌,仿若一叶轻舟停泊于松风竹影间。

“望月亭”临水而立,飞瀑倾泻,松影婆娑,呼应“江畔何人初见月”的哲思;曲水流觴蜿蜒其间,汀步穿林,廊桥掩映,演绎“但见长江送流水”的时空流转。

Inspired by ‘spring tides merging with the sea’, the Pine Courtyard features black pines and rockery cascades, echoing Suzhou gardens’ layout: architecture encircling gardens, water encircling architecture.

Framed views through moon gates and lattice screens capture dynamic vignettes of pines, rocks, and moonlight reflections. This ‘living scroll’ technique transforms homecoming into a promenade through poetic metamorphosis.

The pavilion’s waterscape mirrors clouds and sky, materializing the verse ‘glittering waves stretch thousands of miles’. Designed as ‘a boat navigating a painting’, it blends traditional elements—pitched roof, carved lattice panels—with modern tectonics: dark gray metal framing anchors the structure, while warm-toned lattices evoke weathered hull textures. Anchored amidst pines and bamboo shadows, this architectural vessel embodies Jiangnan garden’s scenery-in-motion philosophy.

Moon-Viewing Pavilion: Temporal Philosophy Embodied, Perched above cascading waterfalls and dancing pine shadows. A meandering ‘floating wine cups’ channel winds through stone-stepped paths and arched bridges, materializing the poem’s contemplation.

竹庭以“江天一色无纤尘”为魂,刚竹、早园竹交织成林,营造“幽竹阁”、“林泉问道”等静谧空间。月洞门框景竹影,砾石小径引向“水潭映月”,池中倒映孤月轮,暗合“皎皎空中孤月轮”的孤寂之美。

连接竹庭与松庭的舫下,月洞门与花窗将“春江花月夜”中的月进行演绎设计,以月相之变为灵感,打造月相花窗,逐月而过,门后便是另一番景象,松园之水在此画上句号,亭中之人盘坐其中,品茶对饮,逍遥自在。

新月(初生)、蛾眉(含情)、残月(寄思)、弦月(待满)、凸月(将盈)、满月(归心),逐月而过,六窗六境。月相花窗以时光为轴,将“春江花月夜”的哲思凝于方寸。一窗一世界,一月一乾坤,游园若读诗,步步皆成韵。

竹庭以夹景、透景手法,将禅意凝于竹影清风,构筑都市中的隐逸秘境。

Rooted in the poetic essence of ‘a seamless blend of river and sky’, this bamboo grove interweaves Green bamboo and Early bamboo to craft contemplative spaces like the ‘Silent Bamboo Pavilion’ and ‘Dialogue with Forest Springs’. A moon gate frames shifting bamboo silhouettes, while a gravel path guides visitors to the ‘Moonlit Pool’, where the water mirrors a solitary lunar disc.

Beneath the connecting pavilion, moon gates and lattice windows reinterpret the lunar motifs. Crafted with lunar phase-inspired latticework (new moon, crescent, gibbous, full), each window marks a celestial transition, revealing shifting vistas beyond. The pine garden’s waterscape culminates here, where tea-sipping figures in the pavilion. This choreography of shadows and reflections transmutes moonlit philosophy into an immersive journey, blending Jiangnan garden lyricism with modernist minimalism.

New Moon (nascent) , Lovesick Crescent (yearning) , Pining Waning (nostalgic) , Anticipating Gibbous (aspiring) , Nearing Full (fulfilling) , Homeward Full (transcendent) —each window stages a lunar metamorphosis. Anchored in temporal flux, these moon-phase lattices crystallize the cosmic meditations.

梅庭以“月照花林皆似霰”为题,杏梅、山梅花点缀四季,枯木逢春、暗香浮动等节点诠释生命轮回。踏雪寻梅以白墙为底,虬枝疏影投射如水墨丹青;岸芷汀兰借茶亭与梅画相映,嗅觉与视觉双重浸染“玉户帘中卷不去”的缠绵诗意。设计以折廊、漏窗引导视线,框景中红梅如故,隐喻“人生代代无穷已”的永恒哲思,赋予庭院以时光的温度与哲理的深度。

梅庭中的潮平、潮起、潮落花窗,“潮汐三部曲”以水为脉,化《春江花月夜》的时空哲思为空间韵律。潮起之激昂、潮平之圆融、潮落之寂寥,对应万物生息、繁华寂灭的永恒循环。

This courtyard weaves apricot plums and mock oranges through seasonal metamorphosis. The ‘Snowbound Plum Quest’ scene paints gnarled branches casting ink-wash silhouettes on white walls, evoking literati brushwork . At ‘Lakeside Tea Pavilion’, winter sweet paintings merge with olfactory-visual immersion. Zigzag corridors and lattice windows guide the gaze through framed vistas. Through layered symbolism—ephemeral yet eternal—the design transcends horticulture, becoming a meditation on cosmic continuity and poetic temporality.

The ‘Tidal Windows’ of Plum Pavilion—Surge (exultant), Stillness (harmonious), Ebb (solitary)—embody water’s cyclical philosophy. Each phase mirrors cosmic rhythms: Surge channels vitality’s crescendo, Stillness crystallizes temporal unity in moonlit symmetry , while Ebb whispers of impermanence through fading ripples . This spatial trilogy transmutes meditation on flux into architectural poetics, where tides of existence (birth, zenith, dissolution) resonate with the river’s eternal cadence .

天津格调宝珀花园以诗造园,将《春江花月夜》的宇宙意识与苏式园林的精致美学融于当代居住场景。松庭的苍劲、竹庭的清寂、梅庭的婉约,共同编织出一幅“东方院落式禅意居所”的长卷。在这里,月洞门是时空的隧道,流水是诗行的注脚,每一处转角皆是对经典的致敬,亦是归心与自然的和解——于繁华深处,觅得一片可居、可游、可思的江南。

This garden’s vigorous Pine Court , serene Bamboo Court , and graceful Plum Court coalesce into a scroll of Zen-inspired living. Moon gates serve as temporal portals, while meandering waterways echo the poem’s fluid cadence . Each corridor bend pays homage to classical motifs. This urban sanctuary reconciles modernity with Jiangnan’s lyrical soul.
