USAD都境景观：该项目位于厦门市同安区，与东侧滨海西大道一路之隔便是西溪海湾，别墅和高层均有良好的看海视野。都境景观有幸被邀请参与打造融信集团世纪系列的最高端产品线。

USAD：The project is located in Tong’an District, Xiamen City, and is separated from the east side West Coast Avenue by Xixi Bay. The villas and high-rises all have a good view of the sea. It is an honor of USAD to be invited to participate in the creation of the optimal product line of the Century Series of Rongxin Investment Group.

项目占地1万平方米左右,由两幢高层、两幢叠拼别墅及两幢小型商业组成，示范区面积约5000平方米，除停车场部分，都是所见即所得的真实住区体验。

The project covers an area of 10,000 square meters and consists of two high-rise buildings, two superimposed villas and two small commercial buildings. The demonstration area covers an area of about 5,000 square meters. Except for the parking lot, the rest area is all actual living space.

记得从业初期的那些年，国内景观从欧式的地中海、托斯卡纳、英伦、美式田园，到新古典再到Artdeco，法式等等，作为设计师内心一直没有放弃对现代风格的追求。国内现代风格在最近三四年终于流行，初期是示范区，有些项目立面还是新古典，景观已经在往现代风格倾斜。毫无疑问在未来，现代风格会持续流行，它会像武功一样细分成很多流派。欧美的现代，泰国新加坡的现代，中式的现代等等…各有特色，我们更为喜欢度假感，注重美学构图的泰国新加坡式现代风格。

At the beginning of our business, the domestic landscape trend went through the Mediterranean, Tuscany, British, American pastoral, to neoclassical, Artdeco, and French, etc. However, as designers, we never give up modern style. The modern style finally prevails now. It starts in demonstration areas. Some of the building façades are neoclassical style but the landscape shows interest in modern style. It is no doubt that modern style will prevail for a long time and develops to many genes as KongFu. The modern styles in Europe, America, Thailand, Singapore, and China have distinctive characters. We prefer a vacation mode and pay attention to Thailand and Singapore modern style, which focuses on aesthetic composition.

建筑规划为满足货值及考虑看海的视线，每幢楼宇之间没有平行关联，四幢楼的角度各不相同。景观契合了周边场地，通过优美的韵律与场地建筑建立联系。注重了结构的清晰性和空间的连续性。景观设计的灵感来自于扎哈哈迪德设计的JAZZ概念游艇。炫酷的折线，游艇的调性为项目注入了不同寻常的气质。

In terms of architecture planning, to meet the value and the view of the sea, there is no parallel connection between the buildings. The angles of the four buildings are different. The landscape fits the surrounding environment and connects with the site and buildings with a beautiful rhythm, focusing on the clarity of the structure and the continuity of the space. The landscape design was inspired by the JAZZ concept yacht designed by Zaha Hadid. The fold line and the tonality of the yacht add an unusual spirit to the project.

人行主入口规划了酒店式门厅大堂，高层住宅一层为精装架空层，分别设有泳池配套、健身会所、儿童乐园等功能。通过建筑白色现代感折线元素立面，精装功能化灰空间，度假式园林景观三维度，为居住者带来全新的生活模式和环境氛围。

The main entrance of the pedestrian line is designed with a hotel-style lobby. The first floor of the high-rise residential building is a hardcover overhead floor with functional programs such as swimming pool set, fitness club, and children’s playground. Through the facade of the building’s white modern folding line element, the exquisite functional grey space and the three-dimensionality of the resort-style garden landscape bring a new life mode and environment to the occupants.

对这个项目来说，平面是复杂的，但基本组成元素却是简单的，用人工的秩序去把握自然的材料。

For this project, the plan is complicated. But the basic elements are simple, using artificial order to grasp the natural materials.

建成后的空间感受仿佛置身度假酒店，让人身心愉悦，希望该作品成为行业更高居住品质社区生活的引领者。

After the completion of the space, it feels like being in a resort hotel, which makes people feel good and happy. USAD hopes that this project will become the leader of the community living of higher living quality.
