JTL Studio：本案位于珠海，一座可看两城烟火的浪漫的、安逸而不远离繁华的城市。我们在日复一日的生活里感受闲暇时光里寂静而暗涌的美。
本次是JTL在珠海度假社区的探索。我们试图在珠海这个浪漫的宜居城市，进行度假社区的情景的营造。在度假居停与城市日常的语境下，创造一种舒适而放松的生活情景。
JTL Studio：This case is located in Zhuhai, a romantic, comfortable and prosperous city where you can watch two cities. In our day-to-day life, we feel the quiet and undercurrent beauty in our leisure time.
This is one exploration in Zhuhai resort community. We try to create a resort community scene in Zhuhai, a romantic and livable city. Create a comfortable and relaxed living situation in the context of holiday residence and urban daily life.
01 山林之间 In mountains and forests
项目西侧临山，规划天然将山景引入社区，并形成了以建筑为界的狭长谷地。社区活动以泳池及会所为核心，在纵深的空间布局中展开。我们借高差地势将谷地有节奏的山野到水溪再到林间的过度。
The west side of the project is facing the mountain, and the planning naturally brings the mountain scenery to the community, and forms a long and narrow valley bounded by the building. Community activities take the swimming pool and the clubhouse as the core, and are carried out in a deep spatial layout. We take advantage of the height difference to transition from the rhythmic mountains in the valley to the water stream and then to the forest.

从城市周界到社区，我们拟借用商业街的衍生地界、建筑漂浮的挑檐，用景观形成落客酒店礼仪入口。
From city to community, we intend to use the derivative boundary of the commercial street and the floating eaves of the building to form the ceremonial entrance of the drop-off hotel with the landscape.

如果说归家是从外部到内部的过程，以其功能性为主，而归家以后的第二界面便承接了从城市周界到居住心境的转换作用。我们在入口后、以高差、微型的立体交通不经意延长人行动线、创造了林下的停留的空间，让人在绿意间隙中放慢脚步。
If it is said that returning home is a process from the outside to the inside mainly based on its functionality, and the second interface after returning home will undertake the transformation from the city perimeter to the living state of mind. After the entrance, we use the height difference and miniature three-dimensional traffic to inadvertently extend the people’s movement line, create a space for staying under the forest, and let people slow down in the green.

社区内部空间我们以高杆的棕榈植物、在狭长谷地间、建筑立面包裹的空间里，建立起植物的屏障层次。在钟爱于泳池边抬头望向天空，感受疏林里的光的时刻，它让我们建立日常中令人恬静舒适的方式。调动感官、回归自我。亦或是在室内空间之中，或低或高楼层，都能视野自然开阔，感受南方城市里的透亮阳光。
In community interior space we use tall palm plants to build a barrier layer of plants in the narrow valley and in the space wrapped by the building facade. The moment when we love to look up at the sky by the pool and feel the light in the woods, it allows us to establish a peaceful and comfortable way in our daily life. Mobilize the senses and return to yourself. Or in the interior space, on low or high floors, you can have a wide view and feel the bright sunshine in the southern city.

02 南风拂面 Stay-cation
如果说泳池是度假最显性的基因与特质，而自然与人所交互的所有关系与界面才还原了度假生活最本真的面貌——不只是被观看的静默的蓝绿，而是畅行期间的游弋与松弛。所以泳池空间的打造不止是雕塑般的景观刻画，更要有温度的浸润人们的社区生活。
If the swimming pool is the most dominant gene and characteristic of vacation, all the relationships and interfaces between nature and people restore the most authentic appearance of vacation life—not just the silent blue to be watched, but during the smooth travel cruising and relaxation. Therefore, the creation of the swimming pool space is not only a sculptural landscape depiction, but also infiltrates people’s community life.

我们偏爱秩序与线条的设计手法，不只是在视觉上它所创造的纯粹和力量美学，而是在这秩序之间，充分考量功能与场景尺度需求，以看似无序的秩序里，交织出大大小小的丰富的空间感受。不仅是平面的创作、对目光所及的立面也是如此，我们强调纯粹精致的表达、空间秩序的节奏变化、与景观的艺术在其中的缓慢生长。
We prefer the design techniques of order and lines, not only for the pure and powerful aesthetics it creates visually, but also for the order, fully considering the requirements of function and scene scale, and interweaving in the seemingly disordered order. Large and small rich spatial feeling. Not only the creation of the plane, but also the facade as far as the eye can see, we emphasize the pure and delicate expression, the rhythm change of the spatial order, and the growth of the art of the landscape.
▽纯粹精致的景观场地空间 Pure exquisite landscape space
在设计中，为了保证人行的安心体验，泳池被抬高约90cm，质朴的木色暖色的硬景材料让泳池空间更加亲和。除了棕榈树作为空间的骨骼结构，以浓密的热带植物提升度假氛围的浓度，并给享受泳池的人们被绿意包裹的心里上的安全感。泳池内部选用孔雀蓝马赛克铺贴，是密林下的视觉焦点，也是所有停留、休憩等种种场景环绕的中心。
In order to ensure the safe experience of pedestrians, the swimming pool is raised by about 90cm, and the rustic wooden and warm-colored hardscape materials make the swimming pool space more friendly. In addition to palm trees as the bone structure of the space, dense tropical plants are used to enhance the concentration of the resort atmosphere and give people who enjoy the swimming pool a sense of security surrounded by greenery. The interior of the swimming pool is paved with peacock blue mosaics, which is the visual focus under the dense forest and the center surrounded by various scenes such as staying and resting.

03 在野居停 –Natural
因社区内东西向的高差，我们有意以水流为故事主线，创造出流动的空间秩序、并以空间的高度洄游，让人参与其中。我们更多的定义度假社区生活为“居停”时光，在这里感受更温润的空间气质，更亲近的自然体验。
Due to the height difference between east and west in the community, we intentionally use the water flow as the main line of the story to create a flowing spatial order and migrate at the height of the space, allowing people to participate in it. We define resort community life more as a “live and stay” time, where you can feel a warmer space temperament and a closer natural experience.
▽随地形高差，打造错落有致的户外休闲空间，感受度假社区生活的“居停”时光 With the difference of terrain height, create well-arranged leisure space, feel the “stop” time of holiday community life
溪上坐，daybed于其间，有溪涧的白噪音。我们得以从纷扰的信息流中切换出来，获得由身至心的休憩，由内而外的自我更新。
Sitting on the stream, with a daybed in between, there is the white noise of the stream. We can switch from the turbulent information flow, get a rest from body to mind, and renew ourselves from the inside out.
社区中的儿童场地-我们选用在野沙丘之色。以柔和的大地色调为主，孩子们的内心世界是非常丰富的，低饱和度的颜色不仅可以让孩子们保持心情愉悦，还能有效激发他们的想象力和创造力。
Children’s playground in the community – we choose the color of the wild dunes. With soft earth tones as the main color, children’s inner world is very rich. Low-saturation colors can not only keep children in a happy mood, but also effectively stimulate their imagination and creativity.

与儿童观场地相互渗透的是植物密林认知区域、用植物创造平静雅致的居停氛围。热爱自然的天性——我们对自然世界有一种天生的、生物性的喜爱、探索以及好奇。我们不断地将自然融合于社区，将丰富的自然元素与人相连接，让我们得以认真，得以记得，得以感受本性的亲自然的安全感。
Interpenetrating with the children’s viewing area is the plant dense forest cognitive area, using plants to create a calm and elegant living atmosphere. The love to nature – We have an innate, biological love, exploration, and curiosity about the natural world. We continue to integrate nature into the community, and connect rich natural elements with people, so that we can be serious, remember, and feel the natural sense of security.

什么是居停时光里的松弛惬意？如同晴朗之下，南风穿过林间，底层如风吹麦浪的绿意带给人的疗愈之感，社区度假情景也应如是，平和地铺展开来。如同从城市走向旷野，感受着自在轻盈的微风，与家人好友共度惬意的时光，鲜活，灵动，有生命力。
What is the relaxation and comfort in the time of residence? Just like the south wind passing through the forest on a sunny day, the greenery at the bottom like the wind blowing wheat waves brings people a sense of healing, so the community vacation scene should also be like this, spreading out peacefully. It’s like walking from the city to the wilderness, feeling the comfortable and light breeze, spending a pleasant time with family and friends, fresh, agile, and full of vitality.
