上景设计: 并非每一个项目都拥有充沛的空间条件，而参与其中的每一个专业都在努力填满空间的每一处缝隙。在阅璟台的项目中，上景深度参与条件互动，努力并冷静的从复杂边界找寻机会。“以退为进”的姿态与不懈的努力最终化为对空间温润的切割。最终能使三专业在此温和的统一，我们引以为豪。
TOPSCAPE: Not every project possesses abundant spatial conditions, and every profession involved strives to fill every crevice of the space. In the project of Yuejingtai, Topscape participated deeply in the interplay of conditions, diligently and calmly seeking opportunities from complex boundaries. The posture of “advancing by retreating” and unremitting efforts eventually transformed into a gentle carving of the space. We take pride in finally enabling a harmonious unification of the three professions here.
垂直叙事 折叠生活
规划在很小的空间中蕴含了丰富的会所功能，我们选择做一次主动的让渡。顺应建筑的形态，并分解为丰富细腻的“台景”，形成温和的托举。景观从结构的裂隙中引光，从建筑的落差中借景，让视线和动线在其中自由穿行，为人的参与，留出足够宽绰的空间。
Vertical Narrative, Folded Life
The planning embeds rich clubhouse functions within a very small space, and we chose to make an active concession. Conforming to the form of the architecture, it is broken down into rich and delicate “terraced landscapes,” forming a gentle support. The landscape draws light from the crevices of the structure and borrows scenery from the drops in the architecture, allowing lines of sight and movement to weave freely through it, leaving sufficiently ample space for human participation.
内与外不再被墙体生硬切割，而是在层层台地与穿插连廊之间有机穿透。上下之间，空间开始生长：你从地面花园漫步，不知不觉已置身下沉庭院；你在会所读书，抬头便与层叠的花台平视。这不是结构的妥协，而是三专业在数十轮碰撞中达成的共识——底盘不是被覆盖的基座，而是一座被激活的、层叠的、可穿行的、有情绪的垂直聚落。
The interior and the exterior are no longer rigidly severed by walls; instead, they organically penetrate through layers of terraces and intersecting corridors. Between the upper and lower levels, the space begins to grow: as you stroll from the ground garden, you unwittingly find yourself in the sunken courtyard; as you read in the clubhouse, you look up to see cascading flower beds at eye level. This is not a compromise of structure, but a consensus reached by the three professions through dozens of rounds of collision—the chassis is not a covered base, but an activated, layered, traversable, and emotional vertical settlement.

抵达 光冕之境
琼楼玉璟 初入见礼
门头以温润的石材与克制的金属细节构筑而成，不张扬，却有力量。光穿过植物的缝隙，在地面铺陈开一幅随时间流转的光影画卷。细节与品质的雕琢，温润的材料与柔和的质感彰显抵达的格调。永恒的解构线条，杂糅的石材雕刻，诉说着时空折叠式的美学场景。精致纹样的地铺与圆形喷泉水台，呼应着天圆地方的宇宙哲学。以超尺度的宏大叙事，步入阅璟台生活的篇章。
抵达，从第一缕光开始。光影从玉石中倾泻而下，折柔的石材与枝桠掩映，归家的画卷随时间流转开来。
Arrival at the Realm of the Crown of Light
Exquisite Jade Pavilions, A Courteous First Encounter
The entrance is constructed with smooth stone and restrained metal details; it is unostentatious, yet it possesses power. Light filters through the gaps in the plants, laying out on the ground a tapestry of light and shadow that evolves with time.
The carving of details and quality, along with smooth materials and soft textures, highlight the elegance of arrival. Timeless deconstructed lines and blended stone carvings narrate an aesthetic scene of folded time and space. Exquisitely patterned floor paving and a circular fountain platform echo the universal philosophy of a round heaven and a square earth. With a grand narrative of macro-scale, one steps into the chapters of life at Yuejingtai.
Arrival, Beginning with the First Ray of Light. Light and shadow cascade from the jade, while softened stones and branches conceal one another, unfolding the picture of returning home as time passes.
洄游 踏水归家
门头之下的过渡，续写着时间的洄游。中心水台上水平如镜，倒映着雕塑的轮廓，也倒映着卸下疲惫后的第一抹松弛。两侧流水景墙轻声细语，水珠从石壁滑落，汇入水台，形成一个温柔的循环。温润的石材与光影，更像是被藏起的朝阳与落日,珍藏生活与永痕。
Migration across the Water to Return Home
The transition beneath the entrance continues the migration of time. The surface of the central water platform is as smooth as a mirror, reflecting the contour of the sculpture, as well as the first touch of relaxation after shedding one’s fatigue. The cascading water feature walls on both sides whisper softly, with water droplets sliding down the stone walls and flowing into the platform, forming a gentle cycle. The smooth stones and the interplay of light and shadow are more like hidden sunrises and sunsets, treasuring life and eternity.
流光 栖台之廊
穿过大堂，是由连廊所衔接的架空艺术长廊。双层台景的嵌入为空间带来了独特的静谧感与灵动性。在这里，景观不再是用来观看的背景，而是一个能接纳情绪、过滤杂音的容器。如玉般的水台被晨光镀上一层柔光，在流水连绵之间倒影出温润的玉石肌理，细腻的边角与水波纹相映，将光影的变化刻进石材的纹理中。
Streaming Light along the Corridor of the Resting Terrace
Passing through the lobby, one enters a stilted art gallery connected by a corridor. The embedding of double-layered terraced landscapes brings a unique sense of tranquility and agility to the space. Here, the landscape is no longer a background meant for viewing, but a vessel that can embrace emotions and filter out noise. The jade-like water platform is coated with a layer of soft glow by the morning sun, reflecting the smooth texture of jade amidst continuous flowing water; delicate edges and water ripples complement each other, carving the changes of light and shadow into the textures of the stone.

回响 春日花园
与栖台之廊隔空对望，春日花园如同一幅被打开的莫奈手稿。散落于林隙间的休憩平台，是藏在自然里的浪漫伏笔。温润的石材平台与柔感座椅，顺着光影的脉络铺陈，当春日阳光透过叶隙洒下斑驳光斑，在这里闲坐、小叙，风携着草木与花香漫过，每一刻都成了被慢放的奢享日常。
Echoes in the Garden of Spring
Looking across the space at the Corridor of Resting Terraces, the spring garden resembles an unfurled manuscript by Monet. The resting platforms scattered among the gaps in the trees are romantic foreshadowings hidden within nature. Smooth stone platforms and soft seats are laid out along the veins of light and shadow; when the spring sunlight casts mottled shadows through the leaves, sitting idly and chatting here as the breeze wafts by with the fragrance of plants and flowers makes every moment a luxurious daily routine played in slow motion.
绿意私藏的花园会客
藏在花园深处的秋千椅上，还留着午后阳光的余温。花香从四面八方涌来，把你包裹成一个被花园收留的客人。
A Garden Reception Privately Treasured in Greenery
The swing chair hidden deep within the garden still retains the residual warmth of the afternoon sun. The fragrance of flowers surges from all directions, wrapping you like a guest taken in by the garden.
台璟丨玉琮林庭
下沉庭院如一块温润的美玉镶嵌在高低错落的建筑之间。水环绕四周，平静如一本尚未被打开的书。下沉卡座从室内延伸而出，悬浮于静水之上，抹去了生活与自然的边界。置身其中，水天一色，完成了一场与自我的久别重逢。
Terraced Landscape | The Forest Courtyard of Jade Cong Submerged Waterfront Courtyard
The sunken courtyard is like a piece of smooth, exquisite jade inlaid among buildings of varying heights. Water surrounds it, as calm as an unopened book. Sunken booths extend from the indoors, suspended above the still water, erasing the boundary between life and nature. Immersed in this setting, where the water and the sky merge into one hue, one completes a long-awaited reunion with the self.
璟台层叠，水岸进退，柔和的光影，舒适的尺度，浮生漫叙，皆得自在。以水岸与馥绿折叠生活的画卷，让生活，游走于艺术与体验间。

风雅入境，闲意自生
一方水院环绕其间，如一块温润的美玉镶嵌在高低错落的建筑之间。层叠花台以柔美的曲线轮廓攀援而上，温润如玉的质感在阳光的摩挲下焕发出温润的光泽。
A water courtyard encircles the area, like a piece of smooth, exquisite jade inlaid among buildings of varying heights. Cascading flower beds climb upward with soft, beautiful curved contours, while their smooth, jade-like texture radiates a warm luster under the caress of the sun.
内外
从会所向外望去，视线穿过落地玻璃，层叠的水台与花境如一幅静止的画卷在眼前展开。自然层叠的绿意触手可及，室内与庭院的边界在此消融，每一次抬头都是一次与自然的对视。
Inside and Outside
Looking out from the clubhouse, the line of sight passes through the floor-to-ceiling glass, and cascading water platforms and floral borders unfold before the eyes like a still scroll painting. Naturally cascading greenery is within reach, melting the boundary between the interior and the courtyard; every glance upward is an encounter with nature.
消隐
给予建筑与精装之间温和的对望。泳池边的落地窗则将下沉庭院的绿意毫无保留地引入水中。水与水的对视——一方是泳池的湛蓝，一方是庭院的馥绿。绿意倒映在泳池的水面上，划开的波纹轻轻晃动，让人恍惚觉得自己正游进那座青玉般的庭院里。身体在水中，灵魂已然在花台间穿行。
Vanishing
It provides a gentle visual exchange between the architecture and the interior finishes. The floor-to-ceiling windows by the swimming pool introduce the greenery of the sunken courtyard into the water without reservation. A mutual gaze between waters—one side is the clear blue of the pool, the other is the rich green of the courtyard. The greenery is reflected on the surface of the swimming pool, and the parted ripples sway gently, making one feel as if they are swimming into that courtyard of green jade. The body is in the water, but the soul is already traversing among the flower beds.
叠岸丨隐心浮岛
宅间的邻里会客空间，是归家路上的温柔收梢。休憩平台，被一层薄水轻轻托起。水浅到几乎不存在，却因此格外真实——如一面愿意倾听的镜子，倒映出天空、楼宇、以及坐在洽谈平台上的人的侧影。

Cascading Banks | A Floating Island for a Hidden Heart Waterfront with Neighbor visitation
The neighborhood reception space among the residences serves as a gentle conclusion on the journey home. The resting platform is gently supported by a thin layer of water. The water is so shallow that it is almost imperceptible, yet this makes it extraordinarily real—like a mirror willing to listen, it reflects the sky, the buildings, and the silhouettes of people sitting on the conversation platforms.
Sitting Together by the Water, Socializing as Poetry
形与意的共鸣
一座花园的动人之处，往往不在那些被看见的整体，而在那些被触摸的细节。溯源广州的城市脉络，从玉琮中提取外方内圆的庄重，搭配波斯白玉的肌理中透出淡淡的金色脉络。阅璟台的每一处材质，都经过了反复的推敲与打磨，是指尖或目光能触碰到一份恰如其分的温润。
Resonance of Form and Meaning
The touching aspect of a garden often lies not in the visible whole, but in the tangible details. Tracing the urban fabric of Guangzhou, it extracts the solemnity of a square exterior and round interior from the Jade Cong, paired with the faint golden veins emerging from the texture of Persian white jade. Every material at Yuejingtai has undergone repeated deliberation and polishing, allowing one’s fingertips or gaze to touch a perfectly appropriate smoothness.

一石两面，是项目材料体系中的重要探索，通过皮革面与喷砂面的组合，安哥拉黑与橄榄绿呈现出丰富的质感。规避了水刀切割所带来的公差缝隙，助力了项目呈现更为出色的质感。
The Restraint of Materials
Two finishes on a single stone represents an important exploration within the material system of the project. Through the combination of leathered and sandblasted finishes, Angola Black and Olive Green display rich textures. This avoids the tolerance gaps caused by waterjet cutting, helping the project to present an even more outstanding quality.

The Interpretation of Soft Furnishing Forms
The perfect realization of the project is the crystallization of the full cooperation between the owner and numerous participating entities, and the two soft furnishing firms each demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism and a rigorous attitude.
