威沃景观：项目位于天津市的武清区，在武清国家级经济技术开发区的核心位置，旁边是大学城，建筑产品定位以45平米左右的LOFT产品为主，年轻群体为项目主要客群。
WEWO Design: Nestling in the core of Tianjin Wuqing Economic and Technological Development Zone, adjacent to the University Town, the project is designed to mainly target young buyers with 45 m2 LOFT.
什么是“云河”？ What is “YUNHE”?
云河，既是河，河中必有鱼；又是云，必然是在天空。鱼，天空，给大家的印象是什么？“北冥有鱼，其名为鲲，化而为鸟，其名为鹏。”“大鹏一日同风起，扶摇直上九万里。”
这千年前的寥寥数语，气势磅礴，不仅与项目案名契合，也道出了天津这座城市的内涵。
“YUNHE”, which means there being fish in the river and clouds in the sky, will remind people of the prose by the Chinese ancient philosopher Chuang Tzu:“There is a fish in the North Ocean, called the Kun; this Kun changes into a bird, called the Peng. The bird mounts upon a great wind to a height of ninety thousand miles.” It matches the name of the project perfectly and interprets the spirit of Tianjin City.
什么是“Park”? What is “Park”?
将“Park”一词的内涵进行提升，以拟人化的鲲——“帕克”的形态将项目“酷·乐·潮·玩”的年轻气质具象化。
The fish Kun is personified in the form of a person called “Park”, creating the image of the project – cool, entertaining, fashionable and enjoyable.

设计目标：“超级IP，新玩法” Design Goal: “Super IP, New Game”
通过将IP元素立体化来实现“超级IP，新玩法”，色调上采用景观不常用的“蒙德里安式对比色加色块变化”为主基调。
Vertical elements as well as seldom used Mondrian color scheme are employed to realize “Super IP and New Game”.
▼集装箱模块组合而成的临时售楼处，在设计初期根据景观设计师的建议组成了异化的“云团” Sales center assembled by containers to imitate the image of “clouds”
▼“帕克出云”-设计团队结合“云河、鲲”的元素做出售楼处。把超级IP取名叫park（帕克），帕克由此而孕育完成 The super IP “Park”and the sales center were created by the design team with the elements of “cloud, river and the fish Kun”

“帕克”跃云门 “Park” Jumps Through the Clouds
云门之下，蓄势起航，前方未知，无所畏惧的出发。
在园区的入口处，设计师从多种角度考虑，在此设置精神堡垒、云门、以及云状的风动装置，很直接的将案名、元素、IP摆在了最前方。从主路看过去，跳跃的颜色和活泼的形态极富视觉冲击力，成为区域内的一道独特风景。
Ready to start off without any hesitation or fear.
At the entrance, fortress of spirit, cloud gate and cloud-shaped pneumatic device are skillfully designed to highlight the name and IP of the project. Seen from the main road, bright colors and dynamic structures bring strong visual impact and thus become a unique sight of the park.
“帕克”云河秀场 “Park” Show
一方秀场，惊梦云游，历尽千帆，筑梦前行。
进入园区后，阵列式的灯杆丝毫没有减弱场地的气场，规律的灯柱布置在彩色条带周边，仿佛漫步于云间。
The show space allows the presentation of dreams.
The arrays of lamp poles stand elegantly along the colorful stripes, allowing people to have an experience of walking in the clouds.

活力水街——在短短几十米的距离中呈现出丰盈饱满的商业氛围和生活氛围。
Water Street full of commercial and living atmosphere.
在这块场地上，设计师布置了多种互动装置，同时满足了各种年龄层级的人在此进行游玩和休憩。
The space is well equipped with various utilities for people of different ages to have fun and relax here.
玩，不仅是孩子的天性。在“YUNHE”大型互动装置中，大人和孩子可以一起玩起来，“玩出新花样”。
“Play” is not only the nature of children. Here in YUNHE, both children and adults will have a great time.
夜景更多彩 Colorful Night View
夜幕降临，万籁不寂，云河流淌出动人乐章。
Colorful life continues in YUNHE as night falls.
“帕克”云河剧场 “Park” Theatre
跃出云端，化而为鹏，扶摇直上九万里。
以云为元素的“体验盒子”上，鲲冲跃而出，设计师有意的将此打造为园区的视觉最高点，在盒子的下方，大面积的镜面水将盒子倒影，形成“云朵”的观感，在盒子的对面，用柔顺的曲线呼应“云”的元素，同时将整个园区的元素串联和统一起来。
Jumping out of the clouds and flying into the sky.
From the “experience box” jumps out the Kun. The designer is intended to make it the visual focus of the park. The box reflects on the water below, presenting the image of clouds. Opposite are the smooth curves which dialogue with the “clouds” and connect all the elements around the park together.
在“武清的长安街”——翠亨路旁，云河Park如同横空出世的耀眼精灵，用悦动的身姿为这座城市带来了更多的活力。
Along Cuiheng Road, the Changan Street of Wuqing Development Area, YUNHE Park appears like a sprite, adding to vitality and vigor for the city.
