轴线对称的经典秩序，细腻考究的空间情绪。

以“唯一中轴”串联全地块，拉通室内外场域，构建丰富的体验场景，整体进行景观“情绪化”布局，艺术策展式的空间思考，用自得丰盈的庄园美学塑造场景。

传世经典，在对称的经典制式上描摹场域秩序。

在空间中强调经典的人文元素和有质感的艺术，打造专属宁波“传世经典的优雅庄园”——
永恒经典、多元艺趣、优雅尊贵、现代时尚。

02 映象世界经典重释 Image World Classic Re release

以时间定义传世经典，雅致奢尚的翡丽门庭。

黑白碰撞的映象线条结合经典风格的灯具，创造出平静、秩序又礼序的氛围。

车行通道的秩序与线条，强调纯粹精致的表达、空间秩序的节奏变化，带来归家的第一品质感受与仪式。

Defining timeless classics by time, Elegant and luxurious Fei Li Courtyard.

The collision of black and white image lines combined with classic style lighting creates a calm, orderly, and courteous atmosphere.

The order and lines of the car passage emphasize pure and exquisite expression, the rhythmic changes of spatial order, and bring the first quality feeling and ceremony of returning home.

雅奢定义奢华，梯形墙成为映象的标志符号，跌水幕墙成为入口界面的厚重而奢贵的第一气场，错落景墙延续至整个界面，延展整体形象，界定住区内专属界面。

面朝浮岛花园的水上吧台，藏匿在塔状与球等极具庄园感的植物搭配高级灰、蓝紫色系的花境组合的花园之后，雅致又自由。花园隔绝室内外的视线也让吧台悬浮于水面，享受松弛生活。

藏在阅读、艺术、度假、社交等功能于一体室内盒子之间，流动的空间格局，给予足够的灵活度和舒适感。经典铁艺感的软装，让室内外的休憩体验延续，对称错落的乔木与水中乔木对话延续，形成一片林下水上庄园。

Hidden between indoor boxes that integrate functions such as reading, art, vacation, and socializing, the flowing spatial pattern provides sufficient flexibility and comfort. 我们将视域放大，俯视对待项目的逻辑性，从空间格式到语言，固执的执行属于映象的秩序；

我们将视域微缩，从建筑幕墙到室内与灰空间，迈入景观庭院，不再单一思考景观的场景，而是审视漫游动线上目之所及的的场景情绪与美感，克制内敛。

是景观也不单纯只是景观，是宁波的观澜映象确是纯粹的经典映象。

以经典，映象当代。

We zoom in on our perspective and overlook the logic of the project, from spatial format to language, stubbornly executing the order of the image;

We will shrink our perspective, from building curtain walls to indoor and grey spaces, stepping into landscape courtyards, no longer thinking solely about landscape scenes, but examining the emotions and beauty of the scenes within our sight on the roaming route, restraining introversion.
