当梧桐筛下的碎金摇曳在百年风貌的石库门墙，一种融汇东西、淬炼百年的优雅气韵在悄然流淌——这便是海派文化的灵魂底色。它不仅是东西方美学的交响，更是深植于城市肌理的“老钱”底蕴。这里，一砖一瓦铭刻着传奇，传承的不仅是海派经典的建筑制式，更是一种历久弥新的生活哲学。如今，这份根植于梧桐区的非凡气度，在中海·恒昌玖里找到了崭新的现代表达。

When the sun through the wutong sprinkles on the century-old Shikumen wall, a kind of integration of things, quenching century-old elegant charm in quietly flowing, is the soul of Shanghai culture background. It is not only the integration of Eastern and Western aesthetics, but also the “old money” deeply rooted in the urban fabric. Brick by brick is engraved with legend, inheriting not only the classic architectural style of Shanghai School, but also a timeless philosophy of life. Today, this extraordinary bearing has found a new modern expression in ARBOUR.

ARBOUR proudly occupies the core style area of Shanghai, modern landmark Xintiandi, inherits the profound historical context of the region and the low-key luxury gene of “old money”. It is not only a contemporary tribute to the spirit of Shanghai, but also a habitat model tailored for the spire circle.
传奇珠宝的时空转译
庭院设计灵感源自1962年宝格丽为伊丽莎白·泰勒定制的祖母绿钻石铂金项链，16颗祖母绿被璀璨钻环簇拥如星河倾落，凝练半个世纪的艺术神话。我们将其转译为空间的诗学：祖母绿的几何切割化作庭院布局的骨架，钻石环绕的流光幻化为景观层次的叠进韵律，将永恒纯粹与稀世光华镌刻进一方可传承的天地。
Time and space translation of legendary jewelry
The design of the courtyard is inspired by the emerald diamond platinum necklace customized by Bulgari for Elizabeth Taylor in 1962. The 16 emeralds are surrounded by bright diamond rings like a river of stars, and the art myth of half a century is condensed. We translate it into the poetics of space: the geometric cutting of emeralds is transformed into the skeleton of the courtyard layout, and the flow of diamonds is transformed into the rhythm of the landscape level, which engraves the eternal purity and rare glory into a world that can be inherited.
传世典藏·臻宝庭院
步入前庭便是一场宝格丽高级珠宝展，从经典拼花图腾中提炼美学密码。几何构图中暗藏祖母绿梯形切割的变体，与室内设计元素遥相呼应，形成”由内而外”的尊贵延续。材质碰撞间，奢华质感与典雅调性在户外延展，让每一次归家都如开启珍藏礼匣，履尖所及皆是传世级的仪式感。

Step into the front courtyard, the foot is a Bulgari fine jewelry exhibition, from the classic parquet toteng refined aesthetic code. The geometric composition contains a variation of emerald trapezoidal cut, which echoes the interior design elements, forming a noble continuation of “from inside out”. Between the collision of materials, the luxury texture and elegant tone are extended outdoors, so that every time you return home, it is like opening the precious gift box, and the ritual feeling is handed down to the world.
主厅落地窗前，一幅”海派珠宝长卷”徐徐铺展。米白色艺术景墙如珠宝匣温润的丝绒内里，衬托着黑色悬浮艺术跌水，如缎带轻抚玉静谧垂落。两侧对称的造型黑松复刻珠宝对称镶嵌的仪式美。当室内光晕漫过窗棂，水面倒影碎金摇曳，瞬间模糊了内外边界，庭院不再是观赏客体，而成为家族典藏体系中流动的传世资产。
In front of the landing window of the main hall, a piece of “Shanghai Style Jewelry scroll” is spread out slowly. The creamy white art scene wall is like the warm velvet inside of a jewelry box, setting off the black suspended art falling water, like a ribbon caressing jade quietly. Both sides of the symmetrical shape of black pine replica jewelry symmetry inlaid ritual beauty. When the indoor halo reaches the window frames and the reflection of the water swishes the broken gold, the boundary between the inside and the outside is blurred instantly. The courtyard is no longer an object of appreciation, but a flowing inheritance asset in the family collection system.
落地窗景四季流转的枝蔓与花影，雕琢着大自然的万千姿态，优雅托起这幅瞬息万变的自然长卷。无论驻足凝望或匆匆一瞥，窗景始终以无声的诗意低语，演绎着时光赋予的永恒浪漫。
The scenery in front of the floor-to-ceiling window flows through the seasons, holding up the long volume of nature that changes rapidly. No matter stopping to stare or glance in a hurry, the window scene always interprets the eternal romance endowed by time with a silent poetic whisper.
树影婆娑，时间仿佛被疏影花境 轻柔包裹，沉淀为一处专属的静谧圣殿。阳光穿透层叠枝叶，宛如无数细碎的钻石，洒落于精心布置的休憩区。慵懒于沙发，感受午后的清茶的馨香及夜晚星空下的温情。树影、花香、私语、暖光……所有元素在此交融。
Tree shadow whirling, time seems to be thin shadow flower landscape gently wrapped, precipitation for an exclusive quiet temple.
