嘉陵江天声如鼓，寻梦夜色月若虹 Jialing River sky sound like drum, dream night moon like rainbow
嘉陵江岸驿楼中，江在楼前月在空。月色满床兼满地，江声如鼓复如风。诚知远近皆三五，但恐阴晴有异同。万一帝乡还洁白，几人潜傍杏园东。
在唐.元稹的《使东川.江楼月》中，嘉陵江色有着无可比拟的魅力。倚楼于嘉陵江畔，望山水之色，日月轮换，把酒吟诗，好不妙哉！

溯源嘉陵| ORIGIN
千里嘉陵江水色，含烟带月碧如蓝 Thousands of miles Jialing River water color, with smoke belt blue as blue
两江四岸嘉陵江畔，天阅嘉陵面江。但场地临江面较窄，江景资源有限；设计有意识地将一条溪流引入场地内部，用内部造景的形式来实现扩展场地对江景的深度述求，犹如一种“临望嘉陵江，如在江上游”的概念。
当城市发展不断向江景要稀缺资源之时，一座座高楼从两江四岸拔地而起，如何利用江景情怀提升人居品质，成为时代之问？
首创置业在此作出了回答“溯源嘉陵，山水寻梦”，将嘉陵江之形、之意、之情通过景观设计的手法融入到场地中，形成有形之嘉陵与无形之嘉陵结合，再造理想滨江栖居的理想生活。
Two rivers and four banks Jialing River bank, day read Jialing river. However, the site is narrow facing the river and the river view resources are limited. The design consciously introduces a stream into the site, and uses the form of interior landscape to expand the depth of the site to the river view, just like a concept of “Looking at the Jialing River, I feel like playing on the river”.
When the development of the city continues to demand scarce resources from the river landscape, high-rise buildings rise from the two rivers and four banks. How to use the feelings of the river landscape to improve the quality of human settlements has become the question of The Times?
Capital Real Estate made an answer to “Trace to Jialing, landscape dream”, and integrated the shape, meaning and feeling of Jialing River into the site through landscape design, forming the combination of tangible Jialing and intangible Jialing, and recreating the ideal life of ideal riverside residence.

天阅·嘉陵整体景观设计理念以嘉陵江色为形，“山水”为题，以山赋形，以水为境，从诗意山水画卷中提取景观设计元素–融情、融景、融境；营造一副“紫明山水，卧龙盘溪”山水意境的生活画卷。

一幕 | 嘉陵源头活水来-雾气腾升仙鹿 来，泉水跌瀑万壑声 Act 1 | Jialing source of running water-The faerie deer appeared in the mist, and the spring fell with endless sound
第一幕以嘉陵江源头为起源，通过跌瀑模拟出源头活水流动之感，同时以镜面水池，布置林下客厅、亲水平台、水上汀步等多样化的体验空间，让人感受到林深水雾间隐见麋鹿，留听阁里倾听水声潺潺的生活场景。
In the first act, the source of Jialing River is taken as the origin, and the feeling of flowing water at the source is simulated by falling down the waterfall. At the same time, the mirror pool is used to arrange various experience Spaces such as the living room under the forest,the nearly horizontal machine, and the walking on the water, so that people can feel the life scene of seeing elk hidden in the mist of the forest and listening to the babbling water in the listening pavilion.

二幕 | 夜泊沙洲曲水滩-山色葱茏入胜境，空谷低回溪流声 Act 2 | Berth at night on a curved beach on a sandbar-Verdant mountains into the scenery, hollow valley low back to the stream sound
场地利用地形高差形成山谷溪水奔流之势，山令人古，水令人远，石令人静，手法重“置”、轻“叠”，注重跌瀑与石、水、植物、建筑的体量和组合关系，以及对园林工艺的悉心打磨。其跌瀑也寓意人生哲理，使人们在环境中感受到积极澎湃的精神动力。
The site makes use of the terrain elevation difference to form the flow of valley and stream. The mountain makes the ancient, the water makes the distant, and the stone makes the quiet. The technique emphasizes “placing” rather than “stacking”, pays attention to the volume and combination relationship between falling waterfall and stone, water, plants and buildings, as well as the careful grinding of garden craft. The fall of the waterfall also implies life philosophy, so that people feel positive surging spiritual power in the environment.

溪谷婉转延伸出水穷之处的一片静谧水面，观景视野豁然开朗，似镜的水面，打破了空间的限制，将水天交融在一处，穿行于水上，俯仰之间仿若秋水共长天一色之感。

望月构架作为项目的精神建筑，围绕主题景观构筑一体化设计，不规则的几何形态，远望形如一处艺术雕塑个性简约，近看花纹错落布置，打造自在轻盈的质感。方案设计阶段，基本确定工艺与材料，施工过程中，不断探讨工艺的精准度与细节。
As the spiritual architecture of the project, the framework of plenilune is integrated around the theme landscape. The irregular geometric form is like an artistic sculpture with simple personality when looking from afar, and the pattern is arranged at random when looking close up, creating a relaxed and light texture. In the design stage, the process and materials are basically determined. In the construction process, the precision and details of the process are constantly discussed.

水景景观 WATERSCAPE
水景是本次项目的施工的重点和难点，大面积的水体运用对施工工艺是一个考验，一是水景的抗渗问题，二是水景防返碱处理，三是水泵水景的循环利用，四是弧形工艺处理问题，五是后期水景维护管理问题等，本项目都将这些问题完美的解决了，并得到了很好的效果呈现。
Waterscape is the emphasis and difficulty in the construction of this project, a large area of water use is a test of construction technology, the first problem is the water permeability, the second is the water proof Recalescence processing, the third is to pump the water recycling, the fourth is arc process problems, the fifth is late waterscape maintenance and management issues, the project will solve these problems perfectly, And get very good results.

从方案概念到施工落地，设计团队多次与甲方沟通探讨与灵感碰撞，每一个空间每一个细节都精心雕琢把控，力保最终的呈现效果。施工过程中，后期团队精准掌握设计意愿与施工技术要点，对于材料质量、施工工艺、植物选型、细节工作等各方面严格把控，力求景观设计效果完美落地。

项目定位为首创天阅系高端产品，也是首创入渝十年来的发声性作品。但限于有限的稀缺滨江资源，设计紧紧围绕着“价值挖掘”为核心，如何利用好观江景观资源，如何照顾产品均好性提升产品价值。设计有意识地将一条溪流引入场地内部，用内部造景的形式来实现扩展场地对江景的深度述求。
以嘉陵三幕为序曲，嘉陵江景引入设计生活，感受水天一色万物和谐的景象；境生内外，艺术与生活在此碰撞，人们对江岸生活的美好憧憬与业主对项目的诉求在此完美共生。

项目位于重庆两江四岸嘉陵江一线滨江区，定位为首创天阅系高端豪宅产品，从2017年接到项目初期，从图纸的解读到现场的考察再到甲乙双方思想碰撞，从概念的生成到施工落地完成花费了几年的时光。在严格的成本管控下，设计团队在成本与效果之间寻求平衡和突破。也因项目本身的高期望高要求，团队克服种种的困难迎难而上，也让我们团队在磨炼中成长。

The project is positioned as a high-end product of the Capital Tianyue series, and also a vocal work of theCapital in Chongqing for ten years. However, limited to the limited scarce riverside resources, the design closely revolves around “value mining” as the core, how to make good use of the river view landscape resources, how to take care of the product quality to improve the value of products. The design consciously introduces a stream into the interior of the site, and uses the form of interior landscape to realize the depth of the site to the river view.

The project is located in the riverside area of Jialing River, the first line of two rivers and four banks in Chongqing, and is positioned as a high-end luxury product of the Capital Tianyue series. From the initial stage of receiving the project in 2017, it took several years from the interpretation of the drawings to the site investigation to the ideological collision between Party A and Party B, from the generation of the concept to the completion of the construction. Under strict cost control, the design team seeks a balance and breakthrough between cost and effect. Due to the high expectations and requirements of the project itself, the team overcame all kinds of difficulties, and also let our team grow in the process of training.
