Ⅰ. 景观设计师 Landscape architect

职位描述:

1、环境艺术、风景园林、建筑学、城市规划等相关专业，本科或以上学历；
2、具有5年以上景观设计工作经验，成功设计并操作过大型综合性景观项目；
3、能独立负责大型景观设计、组织与协调工作；有较强的审美能力,优秀设计能力和手绘表达能力；一定的扩初设计能力；
4、具备较强的责任感、富有创意，热爱并专注设计，良好的团队合作精神。
5、熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Photoshop、Lumion等相关软件。

Job Descriptions:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Environmental Art, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Planning, etc.;
2. With more than 5 years of landscape design work experience; successfully designed and operated large-scale comprehensive landscape projects;
3. Responsible for large-scale landscape design, organization and coordination; have a strong aesthetic ability, excellent design ability, and hand-drawing expression ability; certain initial design ability;
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, creativity, love and focus on design, good teamwork spirit.
5. Skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Lumion, and other related software.

Ⅱ. 施工图设计师 Construction Drawing Designer

职位描述:

1、工民建、建筑、土木工程、风景园林、园林等相关专业，大专或以上学历；
2、3年以上园建施工图设计工作经验，
3、能独立设计五万平方米左右的景观项目的施工图；
3、熟悉景观工程设计绘图，具备园林相关领域专业知识和技能；
4、有较高的方案理解能力及成熟主动的工作态度。
5、熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Photoshop等相关软件。

Job Descriptions:

1. Related majors in Civil and Industrial Construction, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Gardening, etc., college degree or above;
2. More than 3 years of experience in landscape construction drawing design work,
3. Can independently design the construction drawings of the landscape project with an area of about 50,000 square meters;
3. Familiar with landscape engineering design drawings; with professional knowledge and skills in gardening related fields;
4. Have a high level of design understanding and a mature and active work attitude.
5, skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop and other related software.

Ⅲ. 结构设计师 Structural Designer

职位描述:

1、建筑结构或相关专业，大专以上学历；
2、具有5年以上结构设计工作经验；
3、熟练运用相关设计软件，能独立承担项目涉及的结构设计；
4、熟悉国内设计规范，现场沟通能力及解决现场施工的问题强，能够指导、监督工人进行现场作业；
5、具有较强的责任感及成熟主动的工作态度，良好的工作抗压能力。

Job Descriptions:

1. Architectural structure or related major, college degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of structural design work experience;
3. Skills in relevant design software; can independently undertake the structural design involved in the project;
4. Familiar with domestic design specifications, on-site communication skills and can solve problems in on-site construction, able to guide and supervise workers’ on-site operations;
5. Has a strong sense of responsibility and a mature active work attitude, good work capacity.

Ⅳ. 结构设计助理 Structural design assistant

职位描述:

1、建筑结构专业或相关专业，大专以上学历；
2、具有2年以上结构设计助理工作经验，熟练运用相关设计软件；
3、工作态度积极，富有专业精神，执行力强。

Job Descriptions:

1. College structure or related major, college degree or above;
2. More than 2 years of structural design assistant work experience, skills in relevant design software;
3. Positive work attitude, professionalism, and strong execution.

Ⅴ. 设计师助理 Design assistant

职位描述:

1、环境艺术、风景园林、建筑学、城市规划等相关专业，本科或以上学历；
2、具有1-3年以上的相关设计工作经验，有一定的设计能力；
3、具有良好的审美和较强的创新意识，对设计有热情和追求，乐于学习，执行力强，具备良好的团队合作精神；
4、熟练操作AutoCAD、Sketchup、Photoshop、Lumion、3DMax等相关软件。

Job Descriptions:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Environmental Art, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Planning, etc.;

职位描述:

1、环境艺术或园林等相关专业毕业，大专以上学历，三年以上相关工作经验。
2、熟练应用CAD、PS、SU、ID等制图软件。
3、合作态度积极，富有专业精神，工作有效率，执行力强。

Job Descriptions:

1. Graduated from related majors such as Environmental Art or Gardening, college degree or above, more than three years of relevant work experience.
2. Skills in the application of CAD, PS, SU, ID and other graphics software.
