Ⅰ. 项目经理1名（珠海公司）Project Manager (Zhuhai Company)

职位描述：

1. 景观设计、建筑设计或城市规划相关专业毕业，本科及以上学历；
2. 5年以上设计和管理经验，高级8年以上
3. 对项目有综合操作和控制的能力，有较强的沟通协调能力，能独立进行项目汇报、独立处理设计和工程问题，独立进行施工配合、安排工作计划和c；
4. 能与甲方顺利沟通，能对设计提出一定合理化意见，参与方案讨论和设计；
5. 能独立进行一般难度的扩初设计；
6. 对植物设计，材料和施工方法有一定的了解，能给予设计师建议并与设计师协作确定材料；
7. 熟练英文交流能力优先，专业中高级职称者优先。

Job Description:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Landscape Architecture, Architecture or Urban planning;
2. More than 5 years of design and management experience, senior for more than 8 years
3. Have comprehensive operation and control ability for the project; have strong communication and coordination ability; be able to independently report the project, independently handle design and engineering problems, and independently carry out construction coordination, arrange work plan and staffing;
4. Able to communicate smoothly with clients, give rational opinions on the design, and participate in the discussion and design of the project;
5. Independently work on schematic design of general difficulty;
6. Have a certain understanding of planting design, materials and construction methods; able to give the designers advice and cooperate with the designer to determine the materials;
7. English communication skills are preferred; junior and senior professional titles are preferred.

Ⅱ. 方案主创设计师1人（珠海深圳公司） Chief Landscape designer (Zhuhai/Shenzhen Company)

岗位职责：

1. 对项目品质负责；
2. 负责方案的构思、创作、完善；
3. 协助运营总监、设计总监编制项目计划，制定设计标准，完善景观设计，控制景观实施效果；
4. 根据项目成本控制协助运营总监、设计总监落实设计进度控制和人员安排；
5. 景观方案成果表达，与顾客沟通方案构思与调整、修改、确认；
6. 把握项目全过程中与品质相关的技术要点；
7. 配合运营总监、设计总监工作，完成项目实施。

工作要求：

1. 具有良好的景观方案创作能力，具有主持完成景观设计项目能力;
2. 熟悉国家和地方的相关法律、法规、政策及行业规范;

Job Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1. 带领团队直接参与项目设计生产的全过程；
2. 对主创设计师的方案进行技术支持、完善，工作内容包括但不限于文本内容制作，排版、分析、建模效果图等；
3. 配合各专业的设计工作；
4. 配合主创与顾客沟通，进行设计解释，协助完成设计变更及修改；
5. 执行项目技术、质量目标。

工作要求：

1. 具有良好的景观方案设计能力；
2. 熟悉国家和地方的相关法律、法规、政策及行业规范；

岗位职责：

1. 对项目质量负责；
2. 对主创的方案创作予以技术支持；
3. 各专业间的技术协调、配合；
4. 协调组织项目的校审（如三校两审）；
5. 配合建立公司数据库；
6. 与甲方进行技术沟通，并负责现场协调工作；
7. 完成技术变更的制作和交流工作；
8. 负责现埸配合及施工；
9. 配合运营总监、技术总监、主创设计的其他工作。

工作要求：

1. 熟悉材料及工艺做法，具有独立绘制整套工装施工图能力，并善于团队合作完成大型项目；
2. 熟悉施工图绘制的国家规范、制图标准；了解水电、结构、植物的相关知识；
3. 专业知识丰富，熟悉各种园林园艺造园手法，较强的审美及设计能力；
4. 能理解方案的设计内容并进行扩初和施工图设计，达到方案想要的实际效果并高质量、高效率地完成设计；

任职要求:

2. 3-5年景观设计相关领域施工图设计工作经验；
3. 独立负责施工图项目设计工作，并具备与客户有较良好的交流和沟通能力；
4. 熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、SU等软件；

岗位职责：

1. 独立完成植物配置设计方案和扩初施工图设计；
2. 协助进行苗木甄选，现场跟进。

工作要求：

1. 园林等相关专业大专以上学历；
2. 3年以上园林设计、施工工作经验，参与过大型园林景观设计经历；
3. 精通南方植物，熟悉北方植物，擅长苗木配置和设计，设计感强，有较强的手绘能力和现场控制能力；
4. 熟悉相关设计软件。

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently complete the planting plan and the initial construction drawing;
2. Assist in the selection of seedlings and follow up on site.

Work requirements:

1. Major in Landscape design or related majors; College degree or above;
