翊象设计 有限公司在2014年成立于香港，由徐睿绅先生领军，目前工作室分布于香港、杭州及台北。

Platform Design Group was founded in 2014 in Hong Kong. Currently the studio has Hong Kong、Hangzhou and Taipei office.
We mainly focus on high-end residential、commercial mixed use, and hotel projects. Upholding a design philosophy of refinement, uniqueness, distinctiveness, and creativity, we strive to explore the unique attributes of each project, highlighting the particularities of landscape composition, and customizing the most suitable spatial design for each project.

招聘职位| Position
Ⅰ. 资深景观设计师（方案）1~2位 Senior Landscape Designer
职位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，园林景观、建筑等专业毕业，5年以上相关工作经验;
2. 负责景观概念设计到方案深化设计, 能独立作业
3. 熟捻从方案到落地细节的执行, 熟悉材料细部衔接及应用方式；
4. 能深化细节, 具备很好的审美能力
5. 爱创新和思考, 有创意和想法
6. 熟练掌握CAD、Sketchup、Rhino、D5、Enscape、Lumion等设计软件，搭配参数化能力加分；
7. 对设计有热情、有追求，有很好的沟通能力。
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in landscape architecture or architecture, more than 5 years of relevant working experience.
2. Responsible for Concept Design, Schematic Design, and DD coordination.
2. Familiar with material interfacing, and detail.
3. Ability to develop details and great with aesthetics.
4. Highly creative
5. Proficient in CAD, Sketchup, D5, Lumion, Rhino and other design
Software. Strong in parametric and hand-drawn concept creativity is preferred.
6. Have a passion for the pursuit of good design. Have good communication skills.

Ⅱ. 植物设计师（1位） 1 Planting designer
任职要求：
1. 有较强的植物设计能力和较高的审美能力，善于表达设计理念；
2. 善于植物空间营造，具有实际效果把控能力和丰富的现场经验；
3. 能够在设计师的指导下承担种植设计(植物配置)，并为现场提供种植施工的指导；
4. 有一定的施工现场服务经验，恰当处理种植施工问题。
Job requirements:
1. Passionate in planting design. Strong with aesthetics and can fluently express and communicate design ideas.
2. Proficient in planting design and could adjust the design on site. Experienced in landscape construction sites.
3. Able to follow directions from the lead designer to implement planting design. Able to guide planting implementation at the construction site.

Ⅲ. 扩初景观设计师 DD Landscape Designer
职位要求：
1. 环境艺术、风景园林、城市设计、建筑学等相关专业本科及以上学历，3年及以上相关工作经验；
2. 有丰富的景观设计公司硬质景观扩初/施工图设计经验，具备园林相关领域专业知识和技能，能够独立完成项目扩初设计；
3. 熟练使用CAD、Photoshop等图形设计软件，成图和总控能力强；
4. 有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，注重细节，有良好的学习能力。
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in environmental design, landscape architecture, urban design, architecture, or a related major. 3 years or above-related working experience.
2. Have extensive experience in hardscape construction drawing. Have professional knowledge and skills in landscape architecture and can independently complete the construction drawing design of medium-sized projects.
3. Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, and other graphic design software, drawing, and strong in overall drawing and workflow management.
4. Good communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, learning ability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
