MW LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE was founded in June 2020. As a cutting-edge landscape architecture design office, it is good at exploring positive and interesting viewpoints and practices. We are not limited by the type of project, but, through the rational analysis and research to express our understanding of design in an emotional dimension. We lead the theoretical logic of design methodology, and creatively solve the contradiction and complexity of the landscape in the field. At the same time, we focus on the value output of emotional landscape, to create a warm, emotional and sustainable landscape space. Ⅰ. 景观方案设计主创 The landscape architect
职位描述:
1、带领团队，负责设计过程中进度、质量、成本的跟踪管理与掌握；
2、对项目前期进行实地勘察、采样，了解甲方需求后对项目规划定位；
3、依据现行的规划原则和设计规范，科学思索、分析、运筹当前项目，供应合理有效的规划设计方案。
任职要求：
1、专业要求：风景园林、建筑学、城市规划、环境艺术等相关专业毕业，5年以上景观设计经验；
2、学历要求：本科及以上学历，硕士及海外留学背景优先，有良好的英文听说读写能力；
3、专业技能：（1）能够熟练使用景观设计相关设计软件；（2）必须具有参数化和数字化设计的软件功底；（3）优秀的设计能力和手绘表达能力；具备较强的扩初设计能力。
Job description:
1. Lead the team and be responsible for tracking, managing and mastering the progress, quality and cost in the design process;
2. Conduct on-the-spot investigation and sampling in the early stage of the project, and plan and position the project after knowing Party A’s needs.
3. According to the current planning principles and design specifications, scientifically think, analyze and manage current projects, and supply reasonable and effective planning and design schemes.
Job requirements:
1. Professional requirements: Graduated from landscape architecture, architecture, urban planning, environmental art and other related majors, with more than 5 years of landscape design experience;
2. Education requirements: Bachelor degree or above, master’s degree and overseas study background are preferred, and good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required;
3. Professional skills: (1) Familiar with landscape design software
(2) Must have software skills in parametric and digital design

Ⅱ. 方案设计助理 Program Design Assistant
职位描述:
1、协助项目负责人和主创进行景观方案的设计和深化工作；
2、在项目负责人和主创设计师的带领下，,独立完成方案设计阶段的设计工作（包括文本、模型、效果图、分析图案等设计工作）。
任职要求：
1、风景园林、建筑学、城市规划、环境艺术等相关专业毕业，1年以上景观设计工作经验；
2、本科及以上学历，有良好的英文听说读写能力优先；
3、熟练运用景观设计相关软件；
4、具有一定的参数化和数字化设计软件的功底；
5、有一定的方案设计和审美能力，有一定的手绘表达能力。

1、协助施工图负责人或者施工图设计师完成施工图设计工作；
2、在施工图负责人或者施工图设计师的指导下, 独立完成施工图设计阶段的设计工作。
职位要求：
1、风景园林、建筑学、城市规划、环境艺术等相关专业毕业，1年以上园建施工图设计经验；
2、大专及以上学历，硕士及海外留学背景优先，有良好的英文听说读写能力优先；
3、有一定BIM优化设计经验；
4、熟悉绘制施工图，熟练运用相关设计软件。

Ⅳ. 景观方案实习设计师 Landscape Scheme Intern Designer

3、完成上级安排的其他设计工作。

1、风景园林、建筑学、城市规划、环境艺术等相关专业在校本科生，应届生也可；

岗位描述：
1、2年以上工作经验，本科及以上学历，传媒、广告、设计相关专业，有小红书、微信公众号等线上平台运营推广工作经验者优先考虑；
2、对媒体运营有浓厚的兴趣，有文案撰写及后期处理能力，思路清晰；
3、熟悉泛媒体，通晓各大平台运营规则及操作规范，具备较强的市场敏感度；
4、有项目策划及运营能力，良好的沟通及资源整合能力。
Job Description:
1.2 years of work experience, bachelor degree or above, major in media, advertising, design, with little red book, wechat public account and other online platform operation and promotion experience is preferred;
2. Have a strong interest in media operations, have copywriting and post-processing ability, clear thinking;
