JTL Gatlin was founded in 2017 and headquartered in Chongqing, the company has always adhered to the “small yet refined” business philosophy. 2. Excellent project design ability, novel creativity, quick thinking, excellent aesthetic ability, strong professional sensitivity, and creative thinking;
3. Have strong program control ability; able to coordinate 2-3 projects at the same time; arrange and lead the team members reasonably;

岗位职责：
1. 负责公司各类宣传资料的平面设计工作，包括但不限于海报、传单、宣传册、等。需要根据公司的营销目标和活动主题，进行创意构思和设计，确保设计作品能够准确传达公司的品牌形象和产品信息。
2. 参与公司网站、社交媒体平台等线上渠道的页面设计和优化。设计适合不同平台展示的图片、视频封面等内容，提升公司在网络上的品牌影响力。

Job Responsibilities：
1. Be responsible for the graphic design of various corporate promotional materials, including but not limited to posters, flyers, brochures, etc. Based on the company’s marketing objectives and event themes, conduct creative conceptualization and design to ensure that the works accurately convey the company’s brand image and product information.
2. Participate in the page design and optimization of online channels such as the company website and social media platforms. Design content such as images and video covers suitable for display on different platforms to enhance the company’s online brand influence.
3. Regularly collect industry design trends and outstanding cases to provide inspiration and reference for the company’s design work. Keep abreast of domestic and international developments in the design industry, learn advanced design concepts and technologies, and apply them to the company’s design projects.
4. Be responsible for the progress management of design projects to ensure on-time delivery. Formulate detailed design work plans, reasonably arrange design time and resources, follow up on project progress in a timely manner, and solve problems arising during the project.
5. Organize and file relevant materials of design projects, including design drafts, source files, and design instructions. Establish a sound design data management system to facilitate future inquiry and use.
Job Requirements：
1. Have more than one year of graphic design work experience, with successful design cases and works. Through the accumulation of practical experience, be able to better meet the challenges of various design projects, and improve design capabilities and problem-solving skills.
2. Proficiency in at least one graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc. Be able to use these software for image editing, graphic drawing, layout design, and other tasks.
3. Possess a solid art foundation, including color theory, composition principles, and modeling ability. Be able to use these art knowledge for creative design, making the works have good visual effects and artistic appeal.
4. Be serious and responsible in work, with strong sense of responsibility and execution. Have good communication skills and team spirit.
