茧梵设计：嘉定新城”千米一林，百米一湖，河湖相连，荷香满城“的规划格局所描绘的是一幅城市融入自然，自然导入城市的优美画卷。赵泾绿带就如同荷塘中一片生机盎然的“绿莲”，链接着城市与自然，生产与生活，生活与生态。
Cocoon Studio: Jiading New City’s planning concept of “Every one kilometer a forest, every one hundred meters one lake. Rivers and lakes are connected, and the city is full of lotus fragrance.” depicts a beautiful picture of the city integrating with nature and introducing nature into the city. Zhaojing Green Belt is like a vibrant “green lotus” in a lotus pond, linking city and nature, production and life, life and ecology.

赵泾绿带位于嘉定新城远香文化源西侧边界，“远香文化源”位于嘉定新城中心的核心区，为嘉定新城三大示范样板区之一，是嘉定新城的综合功能中心和城市形象集中展现区，对于新城的规划和建设具有引领和示范意义。绿带总长约1.3公里，最窄处约10m。绿带被四座公路桥分为五段。
The Zhaojing Green Belt is located on the western border of the Yuanxiang Cultural Source in Jiading New City. The “Yuanxiang Cultural Source” is located in the core area of the center of Jiading New City. The concentrated display area has leading and demonstration significance for the planning and construction of the new city. The total length of the green belt is about 1.3 kilometers, and the narrowest part is about 10m. The green belt is divided into five sections by four highway bridges.
▽场地现状 Site Existing Condition
秉承践行“人民城市人民建、人民城市为人民”的重要理念，在方案征集之初，主办方在“上海发布”等公众平台发起了问卷调研，广泛听取人民意见，积极吸纳民意、汇集民智。共计收到有效问卷1600余份，为赵泾绿带的景观设计提供了大量有价值的建议和意见。
Adhering to the important concept of “people’s city built by the people, people’s city for the people”, at the beginning of the proposal solicitation, the organizer launched a questionnaire survey on public platforms such as “Shanghai Release” to listen to people’s opinions extensively, actively absorb public opinion, and pool public wisdom. A total of more than 1,600 valid questionnaires were received, providing a lot of valuable suggestions and opinions for the landscape design of the Zhaojing Greenbelt.
▽问卷归纳 Questionnaire Summary
回应对场地现状的研究和对问卷结果的研读后归纳的三个问题，我们从以下三个层次来构建了赵泾绿带：链接、引擎和自然。
In response to the research on the current situation of the site and the three questions summarized after studying the results of the questionnaire, we will structure the Zhaojing Green Belt from the following three levels: linkage, engine and nature. “
链接 LINKAGE
激活绿带首先要保证流线的畅通和丰富。贯穿绿带的一级绿道和二级绿道和现有的远香湖慢行系统连接，将沿岸地块经由赵泾绿带与远香湖紧密相连。次一级的园路进一步将周围地块和绿带相连，增加绿带的可达性。
To activate the green belt, we must first ensure smooth and plentiful circulation. The first-level greenway and the second-level greenway running through the green belt are connected with the existing Yuanxiang Lake slow-traffic system, closely connecting the coastal plots with Yuanxiang Lake through the Zhaojing Green Belt. The next-level garden road further connects the surrounding plots with the green belt, increasing the accessibility of the green belt.
▽慢行流线 Circulation
新增三座跨河连桥分布在绿带的南端、北端和中部，加强绿带两岸的联通。
Three new cross-river bridges are distributed at the southern end, northern end and central part of the green belt to strengthen the connection between the two sides of the green belt.

现状桥下由于净高不足，难以通行，为保证主要滨水步道的连贯性和慢行体验，我们提出了两种创新性的穿桥方式，分别适应未建和已建桥梁。
方式一：钻桥隧道 Tunnel Through Bridge
对于未建桥梁和待改造桥梁，在桥梁设计时可以将人行钻桥隧道结合在一起考虑，解决桥下穿行问题。
Due to the lack of clear height under the current bridge, it is difficult to pass. In order to ensure the continuity and slow travel experience of the main waterfront promenade, we propose two innovative bridge crossing methods.
For unbuilt bridges and bridges to be rebuilt, the pedestrian drilled bridge and tunnel can be considered together in the design of the bridge to solve the problem of passing under the bridge.
方式二：下沉步道 Suken Path
结合景观设置水中下沉步道在解决桥下通行问题的同时，还创造了独特的水中穿行体验。比如行走在下沉的莲池步道中，可以近距离观赏荷叶和荷花。这种方式适合已有桥梁的桥下穿行。
Combined with the landscape setting, the submerged trail in the water not only solves the problem of passing under the bridge, but also creates a unique experience of walking through the water. For example, walking on the sunken lotus pond trail, you can watch lotus leaves and lotus flowers up close.
引擎 ENGINE
绿带的活力需要植入功能活动作为引擎。根据现状周边的配套和用地功能情况，以及人民意见征集的结果研读，我们在绿带中植入了多种功能活动场地。这些丰富的功能设施和场地就如同叶绿体一般，为赵泾绿带生产源源不断的活力。
The vitality of the green belt needs to be embedded with functional activities as the engine. According to the surrounding supporting facilities and land use functions, as well as the results of public opinion collection, we have implanted a variety of functional activity venues in the green belt. These rich functional facilities and sites are like chloroplasts, producing continuous vitality for the Zhaojing Green Belt.

自然 NATURE
自然是赵泾绿带的基底，如同细胞液一般滋养着绿带的生机。我们一方面在赵泾绿带延续了远香湖已有的生态体系，同时在各个分区利用植物创造特色景观。在控规河道蓝线水面面积不变的基础上，结合功能和慢行体验，设置了丰富的岸线形式， 其中超过75% 的水岸为自然驳岸，创造了丰富的湿地生态。绿化覆盖面积超过85%，使用了大量本地植物和本地适生植物。
Nature is the base of the Zhaojing Greenbelt, nourishing the vitality of the Greenbelt like cell fluid. We continued the existing ecological system of Yuanxiang Lake in the Zhaojing Green Belt, and at the same time, we used plants to create characteristic landscapes in each area. On the basis of keeping the water surface area of the blue line of the controlled channel unchanged, combined with functions and slow travel experience, a variety of shoreline forms have been set up, of which more than 75% of the waterfront is natural revetment, creating a rich wetland ecology. The green coverage area exceeds 85%, and a large number of native plants and native plants are used.
