重构,场所精神|Reconstruct the spirit of place
场地重构,是对人文精神和自然的继承与再发展。作为一种设计策略,它渗透着对使用者的人性化关怀。在蕴含着独特的场所精神的同时,更是对场地本质的揭示与呈现。
Site reconstruction is the inheritance and redevelopment of humanistic spirit and nature. As a design strategy, it permeates the humanized care for users. While containing the unique spirit of the venue, it also reveals and presents the essence of the venue.

初识项目,场地现场保留的栾树与香樟姿态优美,因此我们设想在保留基地原始生态的基础上重塑场地,为场地注入新的活力,呈现出理想的生活场景。
Upon first getting to know the project, Goldenrain tree and camphor preserved on the site are graceful, so we envisioned reshaping the based on preserving the original ecology of the site, injecting new vitality into the site and presenting an ideal life scene.

我们希望以一种谦卑的方式与场地对话,融入于其中。当环境与场地空间足够纯粹时,许多日常生活的片断会一一在眼前掠过,唤起熟悉亲切的气氛,让人产生内心的共鸣。每个空间转换成一个个剧场,我们试图与它对话,在剧场中高墙、树影、流水,暗示着空间的变换与心情的转换,最终呈现出在森林里穿行的体验画面;越往里走,越能沉浸其中。
We hope to talk to the venue humbly way and get involved in it. When the environment and space are pure enough, many fragments of daily life will pass in front of you one by one, evoke a familiar and cordial atmosphere, and resonate in your heart. Each space is transformed into a theater, and we try to talk to it. In the theater, the high walls, tree shadows, and flowing water imply the transformation of space and the transformation of mood, and finally present the experience of walking through the forest, The deeper I go in,The more I can sink into it.

设计遵循尊重自然的理念,把握好景观与原生态的距离,整体的设计布局均避开了原生树的位置,真正做到了与场地对话共生。
The design follows the concept of respecting nature and grasps the distance between the landscape and the original ecology. The overall design layout avoids the location of the native trees and truly achieves a dialogue and symbiosis with the site.

铺垫,划分多层空间-迎宾剧场|Welcome the theater
我们希望外部能尽可能的拉长去强化昭示性界面,经过几轮沟通,我们采用去大门化的手法,利用景墙序列感的引导,划分城市与场地的界限,屏蔽与外界的不良视线,同时通过韵律与节奏带来生活的仪式感与内部场景的隐匿感。
We hope that the exterior can be stretched as much as possible to strengthen the demonstrative interface. After several rounds of communication, we adopt the method of removing the gate, using the guidance of the sense of sequence of the scenery wall, to divide the boundary between the city and the site, and to shield the bad sight of the outside world. At the same time, it brings a sense of ritual of life and a sense of concealment of internal scenes through the rhythm.

入林,沉浸式穿梭体验-艺术剧场|Art Theater
从主入口进入,视线微缩,曲折的路径与多层次的景墙围合成更丰富的空间,隔绝了市政道路噪声的不良影响,形成客户前期的情绪铺垫。精心勾勒的曲线,穿行于林荫之下,迂回婉转,收放自如,无声地引导观者向前。
Entering from the main entrance, the line of sight is miniaturized, and the tortuous path and multi-level scenery walls form a richer space, which isolates the adverse effects of municipal road noise and forms the emotional pavement for customers in the early stage. The meticulously sketched curve travels under the shade of the trees, winding and tactfully, retracting and unwinding freely, silently guiding the viewer forward.
听树,讲自己的故事-森林剧场|Forest Theater
我们力求以一种“谦卑”的方式介入场地,因地制宜。场地本来就是有精神的,唯有以这种途径,才能不破坏它,将场所本有的精神最大程度保留。因此我们开始思考如何对自然保持足够敬畏,寻找妥帖的方式与适合的材料,使得人跟场地与自然能更好地紧密联系,这是我们主要思考的问题。
We strive to intervene in thevenue in a “humble” way, adapting to local conditions. The venue isinherently spiritual, and only in this way can it not be destroyed and the original spirit of the venue can be retained to the greatest extent. Therefore,we began to think about how to maintain sufficient awe of nature, to find appropriate ways and suitable materials, so that people can better connect with the site and nature. This is the main question we need to think about.

首先,也是最重要的,便是保留现场原有树木。以此为基调,原生树赋予了景观设计自然的框架。
The first and most important thing is to keep the original trees on site. With this as the keynote, native trees give a natural frame to the landscape design.
为此,团队也精心推敲了标高,利用抬升的水景将原生栾树环住,形成一个个树洞。
For this reason, the team also carefully considered the elevation, and used the raised waterscape to surround the native tree to form tree holes.

大面的水景托着栾树,仿佛漂浮于其上,婆娑树影投射在水面,丰富着空间的层次,但也并没有被固定的风格所约束,用独特的语言去讲述场景的故事。
The large waterscape supports the Goldenrain tree, as iffloating on it, the shadow of the whirling tree is projected on the water surface, enriching the level of the space, but is not restricted by a fixed style, and uses a unique language to tell the story of the scene.

听水,潺潺而下-亲水卡座|Flowing down
最高处设置的亲水卡座,如同一个白色的岛屿嵌入水中。静坐于此,从另一个角度观赏这片小森林。
A hydrophilic deck is set at the highest point, like a white island embedded in the water. Sitting here, we look forest from another angle.

水幕形成的白噪音,让访客可以从闹市及高压的生活中,进入一个平静又放松的氛围里。
The white noise formed by the water curtain allows visitors to enter a calm and relaxing atmosphere from the busy city and high-pressure life.

原生,尊重自然生境-圆环舞台|Natural Habitat
后场乌桕成林,摇曳其中仿佛等待着精灵的探险,用圆环搭建起树梢上的舞台,每一个精灵在这里都是闪耀的星星,斑斓的星光让他们熠熠生辉,这里是只属于他们的王国。
The tallow trees in the backfield are swaying as if waiting for the adventure ofthe elves. The stage on the treetops is built with rings. Every elf is areshining stars here, and the dazzling stars make them shine. Here is their kingdom.

结构体系最大远离大树根系,并采用架空的方式,其最大化保护原生树种不被破坏。
The structural system is far away from the root system of the big tree and uses an overhead method to maximize the protection of the native tree species from being damaged.

Respecting nature is always the design philosophy of S.P.I. Only by grasping the coordination of the relationship between landscape and nature can we close the distance between them be drawn. Building a bridge to communicate with the forest, keeping the memory of the original site, listening to the stories of the past of the site of Goldenrain tree and camphor tree, the unique spirit of the site arises.
