魏玛设计:这是一个从历史中缓缓走来的文化中心,它兼具了历史的沉淀感和未来的多元化展望,并延续着东方美学精神,是景观与文化的深层融合。或许我们不用刻意强调,但它将会成为我们的情感寄托。

Weimar Group: This is a cultural center that has come slowly from history, combining a sense of historical sedimentation and a diversified outlook for the future, and continuing the spirit of Oriental aesthetic. It is a deep integration of landscape and culture and will become our emotional sustenance even though without emphasizing.

 

 

项目位于素有“园林之乡”美誉的江南,坐拥山水之城格局的温州、与永昌堡隔河相望。所在地块作为龙湾区文化旅游景区重地,区域整体迎来了复兴的契机,沿塘河两岸将建设集特色文旅、文化展览、商业服务等全方位配套设施。而本次所报道的项目,展示区永昌堡文化艺术中心,在未来几年的规划设计中,除了在前期充当临时售楼中心的功能之外,实则是龙湾旅游景区未来的文化艺术中心。

The project is located in Jiangnan, which is known as the “hometown of gardens”, and sits in Wenzhou, a city of mountains and water, across the river from Fort Yongchang, where the site is an important cultural and tourist attraction in Longwan District. The Fort Yongchang Cultural and Arts Centre, will be the future cultural arts centre of the Longwan Tourism Scenic Area, in addition to serving as a temporary sales centre in the early stages of planning and design for the next few years.

隔河相望的永昌堡,距今有400多年,曾是明代抗倭寨堡,是国家重点历史文物保护单位,也是爱国主义教育基地,具有很高的历史与艺术价值,它是这座城市的记忆,新建的一座文化综合体需要具备哪些要素?

The Fort Yongchang across the river, more than 400 years old, was once an anti-Japanese fortress in the Ming Dynasty, a national key historical heritage conservation unit and a patriotic education base, with high historical and artistic value, it is the city’s memory. In view of this historical and cultural background, what elements should a new cultural complex have?

作为一个文化媒介,一个永久性的城市新地标,连接城市和滨水公园,承担着成为城市形象和城市文化展示的窗口。除了良好的的形象展示之外,开放、包容、是她应有的气质,而由内而外的功能体现也是不可或缺的,设计师希望它将结合这些特质以最东方的姿态连接历史与未来。

As a cultural medium also a new permanent urban landmark, the center links the city to the waterfront park, is going to be a window to the image and culture of the city. In addition to a good image presentation, openness, inclusiveness and a functional embodiment from the inside out are also indispensable. The designer hopes that it will combine these characteristics to connect history and the future in an oriental manner.

平衡社会价值与经济价值 Balancing social and economic values

文化艺术中心,未来需要接纳来自四海的游客,景观希望在满足集散的基本功能上,打造一个具有较强识别性的展示形象,激活人与城市的情感联动,打造温州城市文化的记忆点。

The Culture and Art Center will accommodate visitors from all over the world in the future. So the landscape design need to satisfy the basic function of gathering and distributing, to create a display image with a strong identity, to activate the emotional connection between people and the city, and to create a culture memory point of Wenzhou.

保利文化艺术中心功能涵盖剧场、文化展览、历史展示、公共活动和游客服务中心等,考虑到功能的复杂性,景观一开始就需要去平衡临展期间与未来文化艺术中心公共空间的整体效果,而中心庭院的设计起到了公共节点的作用,未来开放后,传统围合的园林院落将解放出来成为面向城市和社会的公共开放空间。

具有挑战的是,项目为分期开发,在有限的空间里,设计师既要平衡公共与营销接待展示之间的微妙关系,又要使场地能够衔接未来各个端口的空间。与临时展示景观不同的是在综合性的大地块项目中,设计往往需要面对分期开发所带来的项目设计范围边界不清晰,需要设计师契合场地未来的功能使用,做到充分预判,提前布局。因此魏玛早在建筑介入之前就对项目做了全方位的整体分析规划,包括空间布局以及人流使用需求,场地的分配和展示等。多端口的高度协调配合,也让建筑景观室内的风格得以高度统一,最终呈现出一个集中式的文化综合体。

Poly Culture and Art Center covers theater, cultural exhibition, historical exhibition, public activities and tourist service center. Considering the complexity of functions, the landscape design needs to balance the overall effect of the public space between the temporary exhibition period and the future Culture and Art Center from the beginning, and the design of the central courtyard plays the role of a public node. After opening in the future, The traditional enclosed garden courtyard will be liberated and become a public open space for the city and society.

The challenge is that the project is developed in phases and within the limited space available, the designer has to balance the subtle relationship between public space and marketing and reception displays, while at the same time enabling the site to connect to the various future ports of space. Unlike temporary display landscapes, the design of a large integrated site project often requires the designer to face the unclear boundaries of the project’s design scope brought about by the phased development, requiring the designer to anticipate the future functional use of the site and lay out the site in advance. Weimar has therefore carried out a comprehensive analysis and planning of the project, including the layout of the space and the demand for pedestrian flow, the allocation and presentation of the site, well in advance of the architectural intervention. High coordination of multiple parts also allowed for a high degree of unity in the architectural landscape and interior style, resulting in a centralised cultural complex.

延续东方美学的屋山  House Hill is a continuation of Oriental Aesthetics 

出于对文化在地性的考虑,景观设计语言与地缘的融合与取意,在设计初始魏玛便锚准景观的情境表达,思考如何打造地区永久性的“特色地标文化”?如何设计观者动线使得项目与古堡隔河对话,在项目中链接城市记忆?

For the consideration of cultural locality, Weimar focused on the situational expression of the landscape at the beginning of the design, and thought about how to create a permanent “characteristic landmark culture” in the region? How to design the moving line of the visitors to make the project talk with the fort across the river, and link the city memory in the project?

如何在常规景观山水设计之外,以自然意趣与法则,重建当代新文人景观,再续江南园林新意?结合东方设计美学探索未来公共文化生活的新模式,激活人与空间、城市的情感联动?

屋山提取古堡的传统建筑屋檐样式,空间巧借屋檐翻走之势勾勒出一幅观松、登高望远,移步换景的趣味体验,在这里设计不过度追求装饰和点缀,它粗狂而有力量感,就像传统山水画里的写意表达,体现出较强的当代性和故事性。

How to rebuild the contemporary new literati landscape with natural interests and rules besides the conventional landscape design, and then continue the new ideas of Jiangnan gardens? Combining oriental design aesthetics to explore a new model of public cultural life in the future, and activate the emotional connection between people, space and the city?

House Hill extracts the traditional architectural eaves style of the ancient fort, and the space skillfully uses the eaves to outline an interesting experience of watching pine, climbing high and looking far, and changing scenery step by step. The design here does not excessively pursue decoration and embellishment. It is rough and powerful, just like the freehand expression in traditional landscape painting, reflecting strong modernity and storytelling.

沿着屋山拾级而上,形似屋面的缓坡设计,为城市公园打开了立体式的空间,给人们提供了更多的公共活动场所,为剧院、展厅等人员密集型空间提供了高效便捷的消防疏散。

The gentle slope design similar to the roof opens a three-dimensional space for urban parks, provides more public activity places for people, and provides efficient and convenient fire evacuation for the personnel intensive spaces.

 

 

不同高度巧妙地利用了空间的视线点,穿插了只能容纳一到两人的观景平台,既是通行的转换空间,也为行人提供短暂停留望远的休憩场所。小小的空间,也可以满足实用功能。

The different heights make clever use of the viewpoints of the space, interspersed with viewing platforms for one or two people only, both as a transition space for passage and as a resting place for pedestrians to stop briefly and look away. The space is small but can also meet practical functions.

以屋山为背景,中心花园水面之上的一座弧形景观廊桥为前景渲染出一幅泼墨的山水画卷,踏上石桥进入庭院,步步为景。视线的焦点形成了山水叠瀑的峡谷景观,还原沟壑纵横,奇松怪石的山体效果,宛如北宋名画《溪山行旅图》。

With House Hill as the background and an arc-shaped landscape corridor bridge above the water surface of the central garden as the foreground, an ink painting is rendered. Step on the stone bridge and enter the courtyard, step by step. The focus in front of us has become a canyon landscape of mountains, rivers and waterfalls, restoring the vertical and horizontal gullies, and the mountain effect of strange pines and rocks, just like the a famous painting of the Northern Song Dynasty.

结语 Epilogue

设计提取厚重的古堡元素和婉约的江南风情,成功地将唯美的写意的中式园林置入到了这个开放场地上,营销接待展示空间和公共集散广场空间相结合, 让场地变成了“公共活跃点”的可能性,这些空间成为展示和集散的中心,吸引着不同群体前来,在这里上演了一场东方雅集,打破了传统刻板夸张的文化旅游中心形态。

可以预见,真正开放后的庭院将起到公共节点的作用,将传统快速通过的访客中心变成一个受欢迎、包容和停留、聚会的空间,既能充分体现了它的经济价值又能调动它的社会价值。

The design extracts the heavy ancient fort elements and graceful Jiangnan style, and successfully puts the aesthetic and freehand Chinese garden into this open site. The combination of marketing reception and exhibition space and public distribution square space makes the site possible to become a “public active point”. These spaces become the center of display and distribution, attracting different groups to come and stage an “Oriental Elegant Gathering” here, It breaks the traditional stereotyped and exaggerated form of cultural tourism center.

It can be predicted that the truly open courtyard will play the role of a public node, turning the traditional fast-moving visitor center into a popular, inclusive, stay and gathering space, which can fully reflect its economic value and mobilize its social value.
