JTL Studio：大连是一座有人文文化传承的城市，是一座被美丽大海环绕的城市，是一座被葱绿山林环抱的城市；
JTL Studio：Dalian is a city with an abundance of historical and cultural heritage, which is surrounded by the beautiful sea as well as the green mountains and forests.
项目连接着城市与山林，不断诉说着山海间的故事。场地西侧是镶嵌于城市核心的捷山山脉，以山林为触点，我们试图从这里寻找一种隐逸的归宿感，与自然的产生情感连接。
Connecting the city with the mountains, Glory of the City constantly tells the stories about the mountains and the sea. Since the site leans against Jieshan mountain range on the west, we tried to find a sense of belonging in seclusion and establish an emotional connection with nature here.

我们希望整体空间环境既不华丽也不简朴，反而散发出一种质感优雅的气息；专注于持久耐用的天然材料和优良的工艺，并注重每一个细节服务与气质的过程。希望尊重地点和建筑，同时用现代设计语言的气质对话古典建筑立面的底蕴。呈现多层次的、优雅的项目气质，通过材质与空间的碰撞，演绎现代而经典的人居自然空间艺术。
We hoped to create a space that is neither luxurious nor plain, but graceful and elegant instead. Therefore, in addition to focusing on the durability of natural materials and the employment of advanced techniques, we paid special attention to every detail and service during the whole process. With respect for the place and the buildings, we employed modern landscape to dialogue with the classical building facade, and interpreted the art of the modern and classical residential space through the collision between materials and the space.
静谧而富有思想的空间氛围，米黄色的大理石肌理与自然林带完美融合；平静的水面，如一个自然的水景长廊，于树林中，是一面镜子，也是一个水景雕塑。水与树交辉相映，消除周边建筑的机器感，融入更多自然的元素，让居住的房子成为自然的一部分。
Quiet and thoughtful space atmosphere, beige marble texture and natural forest zone perfectly integrate with each other. Still water, like a waterscape corridor, runs through the woods. It is a mirror and a waterscape sculpture as well. Water and trees complement each other, eliminating the sense of machines brought by the surrounding buildings. More natural elements are added, making the residence part of nature.
项目整体设计风格体现了JTL一贯的主张，依然坚持景观空间的特性是隐藏在内部秩序与比例之中的优雅美学。功能需求会随着时间而变化，理性的景观元素不应妥协任何功能空间。
理性的清晰和智性的秩序架构起项目空间美感，米黄色石材、金属和玻璃的大量使用成为项目的一大特征，透过清晰的逻辑操作，最后所呈现出的是带着古典精神洗练的气质，与现代景观环境的契合。
The overall design style of the project is consistent with JTL’s insistence that the characteristics of a landscape space are hidden in its internal order and proportion. Functional requirements change over time, but rational landscape elements should not compromise with any functional space.
The aesthetics of the space is based on rational clarity and intellectual order. And the extensive use of beige stones, metal and glass is one of the biggest characteristics of the project. Clear and logical arrangements finally contribute to a space that integrates classical atmosphere with modern landscape.
庭院空间划分上打破场地边界，内与外的渗透，呈现出多庭院叠合的使用空间；度假感水轴串联跨层空间的联系，将竖向变得生动，解决高差的同时构建多元立体庭院立体庭院。
Courtyards penetrate into each other, presenting a multiple-fold functional space; the holiday-style water shaft connects spaces vertically, solving the problem of height difference and building a multi-dimensional courtyard.
整个项目的细部处理都经过慎重的推敲，简洁且细致，突出材质和工艺的审美品质。考究的细部设计，使得景观呈现出一种优雅，这一份景观的优雅与自然去契合了园区内古典建筑的气质。创造的园区环境让人感到轻松，达到物体和材料之间的平衡。
All details have been carefully considered to highlight the aesthetic quality of the materials and techniques, which in turn contributes to the elegance of landscape. Integrating into the classical architectural style perfectly, the landscape makes people feel relaxed through the balance between objects and materials.

与入口庭院处，水，倾泻而下；于错落立体的建筑结构下，如诗如歌般唯美，想起了意大利建筑大师卡洛.斯卡帕关于建筑秩序的细腻入微的刻画。
设计探索了建筑内外空间的比例关系，引入自然的光、水、绿色，构建建筑与景观环境的和谐之美。
At the entrance to the courtyard, water cascades down the architectural structure, reminding people of the order of architecture described by Italian architect Carlo Scarpa.
The design explores the proportional relationship between the interior and exterior spaces, creating the harmony between architecture and landscape by introducing light, water and green into buildings.

将会客功能动态化演绎，构建一个通透、开放、包容的景观廊架；满足视线对景、空间围合、场景转换之外，将休闲会客功能辐射到周边平台、扑救面、园路之中，将社交更加灵动的叠加到一个动态的空间中；整体形态以大树的绿色包裹，水面为底，仿佛置身山林溪涧，恍惚间又回到繁华的都市。
An open and inclusive landscape trellis was built to serve as a dynamic living room, which extends to the nearby platform, the fire fighting coverage and the garden path. Social communication thus happens in a dynamic space surrounded by green trees and flowing water, making people feel as if they were in a mountain.
法式典雅的建筑立面，现代风格调性的景观空间；风格的碰撞，空间秩序的重组，试图去寻找自然与都市度假结合的调性。选用与建筑立面统一温莎米黄天然大理石，呈现石材温润的质感，融入平和的空间韵律，表达对家的自然关怀。
Elegant French-style building facade meets modern-style landscape, showing a combination of nature and city. Beige Windsor marble is selected to echo the building facade. Warm color and silky texture integrate with the rhythm of the space, bringing the feeling of home.

从建筑立面自上而下流淌的米色调石材，雕刻关于项目调性的奢雅；在这里感受古典与现代的对话，城市与自然的对话，生活与理想的对话。
Beige stone facade shows the elegance and luxury of the project; here you can listen to the dialogue between classical and modern, between city and nature, and between life and ideal.
囿于城市的身心，难免不知不觉与自然脱节。
何不妨去森林里走一走， 聆听鸟鸣蝉噪之余，感受自己与花草树木的喘息。
将城市山林里的绿色流淌进园区，遇见一个自然/雅致/诗意/唯美/浪漫的生活画面。
Confined to the city, it is inevitable to disconnect with nature.
Why not go for a walk in the forest, listening to the chirps of birds and cicadas as well as experiencing the breath of yourself and the surrounding world?
The green of mountains and forests flows into the garden, presenting a natural, elegant, poetic, artistic and romantic scene of life.
我们尝试将难以理解的现代艺术空间转译，让大家可以看见、感受、体验、接受、喜爱、并想念这里。
让风格表皮成为一个璀璨并有趣的环境想象，更加生动与立体的表达人居环境与自然的结合，让好的环境催化更多邻里共融。
We tried to interpret a modern artistic space into one that people can see, experience, accept, love and miss.
Stylish surface helps to create an impressive and interesting environment, which shows the combination of urban living environment and nature, and promotes the neighborhood communication.
