观己设计：宁波凤鸣云翠大区的景观表达，并不止于一条归家轴线或几处高光场景的营造，而是以更完整的空间系统，重新组织社区日常的发生方式。项目以“水岸归家”为整体动线框架，将入口礼序、水景界面、临水会客、宅间花园与林下过渡空间有机串联，形成由主场景向日常生活场景层层渗透的空间结构。
更为核心的是对宅间花园体系的精细化打造。不同于传统大区景观中以中心景观为主导的表达方式，凤鸣云翠更关注多节点、分布式的日常场景构建。
GUANJI Design：The landscape design of the Ningbo Fengming Yuncui District extends beyond creating a single homebound axis or a few highlight scenes; instead, it reorganizes the community’s daily activities through a more comprehensive spatial system. Guided by the overarching framework of “Waterfront Homecoming,” the project seamlessly integrates the entrance sequence, waterscape interfaces, waterside reception areas, residential gardens, and transitional spaces beneath the trees, forming a spatial structure that progressively permeates from the central theme to everyday living scenarios.
More fundamentally, the project emphasizes the meticulous design of the residential garden system. Unlike traditional large-scale landscapes that prioritize a central focal point, Fengming Yuncui focuses on creating multiple, distributed daily living scenarios.
多层级、复合型的景观空间结构
将儿童成长、自然探索、感官互动、静谧停留与邻里交流等生活需求，拆解为多个可被独立使用、又彼此联动的主题花园单元，使每一处宅间空间都具备明确的功能属性与情绪价值。
景观不再停留于“被观看”，而是深入到居者真实的生活路径之中，成为承载日常使用与邻里关系的空间载体。
Multi-leveland composite landscape spatial structure
The living needs of children’s development, natural exploration, sensory interaction, tranquil moments, and neighborhood engagement are broken down into multiple thematic garden units that can be used independently yet interact with one another, ensuring each residential space possesses distinct functional attributes and emotional value.
The landscape no longer merely serves as an object of observation; instead, it becomes deeply integrated into the daily lives of its inhabitants, functioning as a spatial medium that facilitates everyday use and fosters neighborhood relationships.

01 归家路径-被组织的日常序列
车速慢下来，城市的声音被一点点收起。
界面开始变得克制而安静，秩序在脚下展开，归家的路径被悄然拉长——不是为了抵达，而是为了让情绪有时间过渡。

As the car slowed down, the sounds of the city gradually faded away.
The interface grows restrained and serene, with order unfolding beneath one’s feet. The path home is quietly lengthened—not to reach a destination, but to allow emotions time to transition.
视线被引导向前，轴线清晰却不张扬。石材、界面与水的关系被压低到恰到好处的位置，像一处隐约的港湾，不迎人，却自有一种安放感。人在其中，自然会放轻脚步。
The gaze is directed forward; the axis is clear yet unobtrusive.
The relationship between stone materials, surfaces, and water is positioned with perfect subtlety, resembling a faint harbor that offers no direct welcome yet exudes a sense of tranquility. Within such an environment, one naturally walks with measured steps.
当城市的车水马龙渐远，礼仪港湾以 “港口归航” 为灵感，铺就归家第一重礼遇。潺潺流水声轻诉 “归来入港” 的喜悦。

02 水岸界面——共享空间的展开
以观景、社交、停留三重模块为线索，围绕无边星池、漂浮会客厅展开，将水岸界面转译为可共享、可参与、可交流的开放空间系统。
02 Waterfront Interface——The expansion of shared spaces.
Guided by the three core modules—viewing, socializing, and lingering—the design centers on the Boundless Star Pool and the Floating Living Room, transforming the waterfront interface into an open space system that is shared, participatory, and communicative.

第一眼看到水，情绪就松开了。循着绿意前行，无边星池如镜面延展，将度假酒店的临水休闲感搬进社区。澄澈的池水与蓝天相接，似有无边无际的开阔。
At the first sight of the water, the emotions at the Boundless Star Pool eased. As one walks along the lush greenery, the pool stretches like a mirror, bringing the resort hotel’s waterside leisure atmosphere into the community. The crystal-clear water meets the blue sky, creating an impression of boundless
openness.
光在这里变得柔软。风掠过水面，细微的波纹让倒影轻轻晃动，时间仿佛被放慢——不是刻意的停留，而是一种自然发生的松弛。
The light becomes soft here.The wind swept across the water surface, creating subtle ripples that caused the reflection to sway gently. Time seemed to slow down—not through deliberate pausing, but through a natural, effortless relaxation.
夜幕降临，星光坠入池面，水下灯光亮起，仿佛星河倾覆人间。栗色竹木平台、古铜色金属廊架与错落绿植相映，让游泳、休憩、社交的需求皆能满足。人不会急着走。更多时候，是站一会儿，看一会儿，让刚刚还属于城市的自己，慢慢沉下来。
As night falls, starlight falls upon the pool surface while underwater lights illuminate the water, as if the Milky Way had descended onto earth. The chestnut-colored bamboo and wood platform, the bronze-colored metal pergola, and the varied greenery complement each other, fulfilling the needs for swimming, relaxation, and socializing. People do not rush to leave; instead, they often pause to observe, allowing their inner self—still rooted in the city—to gradually settle into tranquility.

水景不仅作为视觉核心存在，更承担起连接与激活公共生活的功能。无边界的水面与周边空间相互渗透，模糊了景观与活动之间的边界；临水会客、停留与交流在其间自然发生。
The floating living room’s water feature serves not only as a visual centerpiece but also functions to connect and enliven public life. The boundaryless water surface interpenetrates with the surrounding space, blurring the distinction between landscape and activity; interactions, gatherings, and conversations by the water naturally unfold within this environment.
人开始不自觉地停下来，延续展示区的水韵基因，让休闲时光浸润在粼粼波光中。会客不再发生在室内。界面被削弱之后，人和人之间的距离也随之变得轻盈。对话是松弛的，时间是缓慢的，空间像漂浮在水面之上，带着一点不确定的自由感。
People naturally pause, carrying forward the aquatic charm of the exhibition area and allowing their leisure time to be immersed in the shimmering waves.Guest reception no longer takes place indoors.When the interface is weakened, the distance between people becomes lighter. The dialogue flows effortlessly, time passes slowly, and space seems to float above the water, carrying a sense of uncertain freedom.
03花园系统——被拆解的日常场景
花园感官与日常: 我们探索自然，我们品读时光，每一座花园都藏着独特风景，每一次驻足都有别样惊喜。

儿童成长空间——春知学堂成长模块
以“妙用、趣学、乐玩”为线索，春知学堂将成长需求转译为空间模块，让自然探索、认知互动与自由活动，在同一花园场域中层层展开。
Children’s Growth Space——Spring Knowledge Academy Pharmaceutical Fragrance Garden
Guided by the principles of “ingenious application, engaging learning, and joyful play,” Chunzhi Academy transforms developmental needs into spatial modules, enabling natural exploration, cognitive interaction, and free play to unfold progressively within a unified garden environment.
空间首先回应的是儿童的使用。通过对尺度的控制与路径的打散，活动被转化为探索过程；地形、林下与自然材料的介入，替代了单一器械的游乐逻辑。这里不强调一次性的游玩体验，而更接近一个可被反复使用的成长环境。
The space primarily serves children’s needs. Through controlled scaling and fragmented pathways, activities are transformed into exploratory processes; the incorporation of terrain, understory vegetation, and natural materials replaces the logic of single-instrument play. Here, the emphasis is not on a one-time recreational experience but rather on creating a reusable growth environment.
有些时间，是属于孩子的。
空间向下沉一点，尺度被重新定义，世界不再以成人为中心，而是变成可以探索、可以停留、也可以反复回来的地方。
There are times that belong to the children.
The space sinks slightly downward, redefining its scale; the world is no longer centered around adults but becomes a place to explore, linger, and return to repeatedly.

它成为游戏的一部分——可以触碰、可以穿行，也可以在其中消磨一个完整的下午。时间在这里变得具体而漫长。

溪谷中的平衡桩、丛林爬网、秘密树屋，让孩子们在嬉戏中锻炼勇气；而林下的休憩坐凳，也成为家长们交流陪伴的温馨空间，自然教育与亲子时光在此完美交融。
The balance beams in the valley, jungle climbing nets, and secret tree houses allow children to build courage through play; meanwhile, the resting benches under the trees serve as a cozy space for parents to communicate and spend quality time together, where nature education and parent-child bonding are seamlessly integrated.

气味，也成为被感知的一部分。薄荷、迷迭香与不同的香草植物散布在路径之间，风吹过时，气息被轻轻带起。孩子停下来，用手触碰、用鼻子辨认，让记忆不只停留在视觉。

“鸟与樱桃”的形象藏在植物之间，被偶然发现——它不强调指引，而更像是探索中的一个小奖励，让空间多了一点趣味，也多了一点停留的理由。
At a certain corner, the sculpture stands quietly.
The imagery of “Bird and Cherry” is nestled among the plants, discovered by chance—not as a guiding motif, but rather as a small reward during exploration, adding a touch of interest to the space and providing more reason to linger.

通过雨水收集、径流消纳、自然渗透与探索活动场景叠合，构建兼具功能性与参与性的复合型花园系统。

By integrating rainwater collection, stormwater management, natural infiltration, and interactive activity zones, this garden system combines functionality with participatory engagement.

水顺着地势缓慢汇集，在台地与砾石之间流动，原本安静的路径，变成一条可以被观察的水廊。孩子沿着汀步靠近，看水流如何聚集、下渗，时间在这一刻变得具体而可感。
The water slowly converges along the terrain, flowing between the terrace and the gravel. The once quiet path transforms into a visible water corridor. As children approach along the stepping stones, they observe how the water gathers and seeps through—the moment becomes tangible and palpable.
而在晴天，水退去之后，空间又回到另一种状态。裸露的溪床成为可以进入的场地，脚步踩在细碎的砾石之上，发出轻微的声响，探索不再依赖器械，而是发生在自然本身。
On clear days, once the water recedes, the space returns to a different state. The exposed streambed becomes an accessible area; footsteps on the fine gravel produce soft sounds, and exploration no longer relies on tools but occurs directly within nature itself.
在这里，并不被刻意定义。任何感触在行走之间发生，在触碰、气味与观察之中，被一点点记住。
而在社区的另一处空间，重构雨水花园的定义，随着石片的流动路径，配合蜿蜒的曲线，营造出 “水在流动” 的动态感，也引导了视线的延伸。它既是一处功能性的雨水花园，也是一个能让人瞬间沉静下来的、充满呼吸感的疗愈性景观空间。
Here, it is not deliberately defined. Every sensation arises during the journey, gradually remembered through touch, scent, and observation.
In another area of the community, the concept of a rain garden is redefined. Following the path of flowing stone fragments and complemented by sinuous curves, it creates a dynamic sense of “water in motion,” guiding the viewer’s gaze forward. It serves not only as a functional rain garden but also as a therapeutic landscape space that instantly induces tranquility and exudes a sense of breath ability.
情绪停留空间-月光花园&摩登秘境
有些场景，只在夜晚发生。光从低处亮起，空间被轻轻点亮，却依旧保持着克制的暗。人声被拉远，周围只剩下脚步与微弱的风声。
Emotional Pause Space-Moonlight Garden Modern Sanctuary
Some scenes only happen at night. The light emanates from below, gently illuminating the space while maintaining a restrained darkness. The human voices recede into the distance, leaving only the sound of footsteps and a faint breeze in the air.
这是属于情绪的花园。可以坐下来，也可以只是走一走。光影、树影与人的轮廓交织在一起，让夜晚有了被感知的层次，而不是简单的黑与亮。
This is a garden of emotions. One may sit down or simply stroll. The interplay of light and shadow, tree silhouettes, and human silhouettes imbues the night with layered perception, rather than mere black and white contrasts.
也有一些时刻，只需要一个人。路径收窄，植物逐渐围合，空间被压低到更私密的尺度，人被轻轻包裹在其中。
There are times when all you need is one person. The path narrows as plants gradually enclose the space, compressing it into a more intimate scale that gently envelops people within.
04 林下与连接-连续的生活场景
植物成为真正的界面。高低错落的层次让空间有了深度，也让日常的行走变得更有感知——风、光、气味，都在这里被放大。这里没有明显的节点。却处处可以停留。生活并不被安排，而是在这样的路径中自然发生。
Continuous scenes of daily life.
Plants become the true interface. The staggered layers create depth in the space, enhancing the sensory experience of daily movement—where wind, light, and scents are all amplified.
There are no obvious nodes here. Yet one can pause anywhere. Life is not prearranged; it unfolds naturally along such paths.
作为临水生活轴的终点，林里会客厅以 “林下品质聚会” 为主题，让出更多绿植空间，营造通透舒适的交流氛围。归家动线与游园动线在此交织，邻里间的寒暄、好友间的畅谈，都在绿意掩映中自然发生。
As the terminus of the waterfront living axis, the Forest Reception Hall adopts the theme of “Subforest Quality Gathering,” allocating ample green spaces to create a spacious and comfortable social atmosphere. The homebound and garden exploration routes converge here, where neighborhood greetings and heartfelt conversations among friends unfold naturally amidst the lush greenery.
05入户空间-回到生活本身
当一切走完，生活才真正开始。那些关于仪式、关于水、关于空间的表达，在此刻慢慢退去，只留下最日常的使用与停留。
Return to life itself.
Only when everything has passed does life truly begin. The expressions concerning rituals, water, and space are gradually fading away at this moment, leaving only the most everyday uses and moments of stay.
人会记住的，并不是某一个具体的景观。而是那些不经意的瞬间——一段光影、一处水面、一段安静的路径。
What people remember is not a specific landscape in particular. It’s those unintentional moments—a patch of light and shadow, a surface of water, a quiet path.
在这里，归家不再只是抵达， “而是一次次，在日常之中重新靠岸”。
心林物语
走到最后，会慢慢发现一些细小的存在。这些小小的雕塑，被放进不同的角落。与水、与树、与路径一起，构成一个没有明确中心的场域你可以从任何地方开始，也可以在任何地方停下。
Here, returning home is no longer just about arriving.
“Instead, time and again, we find ourselves reconnected in the ordinary.” As Heart Forest Chronicles unfolds, one gradually discovers subtle, nuanced realities.
These small sculptures have been placed in various corners.
Together with water, trees, and paths, they form a field without a clear center—you can start from anywhere or stop anywhere.
当空间被走过，花园被反复进入，那些最初被设计的路径与节点，逐渐退回到生活的背景之中。留下来的，是光落在叶面的一瞬，是风穿过林间的声音，也是人与人之间不经意的停留与相遇。
As one walks through the space and repeatedly enters the garden, the originally designed paths and nodes gradually fade into the backdrop of daily life. What remains is the fleeting moment of light falling on the leaves, the sound of wind rustling through the forest, and the unintentional pauses and encounters between people.
