翊象设计: 领邸玖序在诞生之初，已经具备得天独厚的区位条件。位于上海精华地段之一，徐汇。自领邸玖序的艺术门厅出发，经过成排的法国梧桐林荫，可漫步至西岸美术馆、油罐艺术中心等知名艺文地标所坐落的西岸文化走廊，畅享滨江水岸的悠闲惬意以及艺术氛围。
这样的背景，赋予了项目在设计之初的双重属性；一方面承袭了海派腔调的精致、考究，二方面则因坐落于西岸板块，带有文艺气质与自由新生的基调。
Platform Design Group Limited:From its inception, Lingdi Jiuxu boasts a unique and advantageous location. Situated in one of Shanghai’s prime areas, Xuhui, it allows residents to stroll from the artistic entrance of Lingdi Jiuxu through rows of French sycamores to the West Bund Cultural Corridor, where renowned landmarks such as the West Bund Museum of Contemporary Art and the Oil Tank Art Center are located, offering a leisurely riverside experience amidst an artistic ambiance.
This backdrop bestows the project with dual attributes from the design phase. On one hand, it inherits the delicacy and sophistication of Shanghai style; on the other hand, being situated in the West Bund section, it carries an artistic spirit and a tone of free-spirited renewal.

融合这两种鲜明的属性，我们期望将领邸玖序打造成一座符合当代先锋调性(AVANT)的当代海派巨型庄园。
我们希望领邸玖序，是经典的，是内敛的，是高雅的，是令人放松的，许许多多我们想叠加的氛围与性格，最终融合化约成三种面向的空间板块：奢享盛宴、文艺奇想、深邃自然。奢享盛宴主要来自上海生活绚丽的一面，强调的是层峰奢享、沙龙宴会的欢聚氛围；文艺奇想来自先锋艺术，与对生活美学的讲究，着重考究性与艺趣感；深邃自然则有别于其他板块着重轴线、礼序的空间布局，回归自然真实的面貌，传递宅邸之森充满绿意、深邃及沁润的感受。三大板块共同承载着领邸玖序的各种生活面貌与美学体验。
By merging these two distinct qualities, we aspire to transform Lingdi Jiuxu into a contemporary avant-garde mansion that reflects the essence of modern Shanghai.
We hope that Lingdi Jiuxu embodies classic elegance, subtle sophistication, and a relaxing atmosphere. The many nuances and characteristics we wish to layer ultimately converge into three distinct spatial segments: Luxurious Banquet, Artistic Whimsy, and Deep Nature.The Luxurious Banquet primarily reflects the vibrant side of life in Shanghai, emphasizing an elite ambiance filled with the warmth of gatherings and salon-style feasts. Artistic Whimsy draws from avant-garde art and a focus on the aesthetics of life, highlighting a sense of inquiry and artistic interest. Deep Nature, unlike the other segments, emphasizes a spatial layout that deviates from traditional axes and formality, returning to an authentic natural essence. It conveys the lush, profound, and refreshing experience of the mansion’s forest.These three segments together encapsulate the diverse lifestyles and aesthetic experiences that Lingdi Jiuxu has to offer.

解构，摩登
Deconstructing Modernity
要探究海派风格，会经常提及摩登（Modern）一词。除了意指外貌上的时髦、时尚，在空间风格上，特指1900年代至1950年左右的设计风潮，又名为中世纪现代风格（Mid-century modern）。
这个时世界正经历工业革命后，享受科技与制造上取得丰硕的成果，并开始向未知与宇宙探寻，因此诞生许多带有未来感、太空风格的家具与建筑设计。这个时期，也是现代设计学校先驱——包豪斯学院落成、独领风骚的年代。这个时期，也是才华洋溢的邬达克，一生中最为多产的时代，诺曼底公寓、哥伦比亚住宅圈、孙科别墅等作品相继落成。这个时期，凭借《沉香屑·第一炉香》、《倾城之恋》、《心经》等作品，作家张爱玲在文坛一举成名。而这个时期，也正是上海最为人怀念的黄金年代。
自1842年上海开埠，经过近两个世纪的融合，“摩登”在上海，慢慢有了它自己的表情。热情拥抱西方与当代设计之美的同时，却也能将传统底蕴的东方美学信手拈来，能品鉴殿堂级的艺术精品，也热爱市井里的烟火气。形成了今日特殊的海派“腔调”。
To explore the Shanghai style, the term “modern” is often mentioned. Beyond its implication of stylishness and fashion in appearance, it specifically refers to the design trends from around the 1900s to the 1950s, also known as Mid-century Modern.
During this time, the world was experiencing the aftermath of the Industrial Revolution, reveling in the technological and manufacturing achievements, and beginning to explore the unknown and the cosmos. This era birthed many futuristic, space-inspired furniture and architectural designs. It was also the period when the Bauhaus school, a pioneer of modern design, was established and took center stage. This was the most prolific time for the incredibly talented Wu Dake (László Hudec), with notable works such as the Normandie Apartments, Columbia Circle, and Sunke Villa coming to fruition. Meanwhile, during this era, writer Eileen Chang gained fame in the literary world with works like ” Love After Love,” “Love in a Fallen City,” and “The Heart Sutra.” It was also a golden age that people fondly remember in Shanghai.
Since Shanghai opened to foreign trade in 1842, nearly two centuries of fusion have given “modern” its own distinctive expression in the city. While passionately embracing the beauty of Western and contemporary design, it has also seamlessly integrated the richness of traditional Eastern aesthetics. One can appreciate world-class artistic masterpieces while also cherishing the vibrant life of the streets. This has resulted in today’s unique Shanghai “tone.”

想要建构一座既上海又西岸的海派巨型庄园，这意味着所呈现的空间，必须能传达出那个时代里，海派腔调的精致考究、摩登绚丽、优雅从容，以及某些特别能传递海派风情的场景。
海派基因的密码，就隐藏在各个老洋房里。这些上海名邸各有其特色，像是爱神花园的古典柔美、诺曼底公寓的摩登复古、白公馆的静谧内敛、孙科别墅的深邃优雅，以及荣宅如电影场景般的空间魅力，都是迷人且值得借鉴的空间设计典范。
我们从中萃取了富有海派时代感的空间元素，将其以现代感设计的手法加以糅合进各个生活场景中。从轴线与端景、逐步递进的各个花园嵌套空间、藏在庄园一隅豁然展现的后花园、游逛式的花园归家漫步系统等。用空间叙事的方式，重现经典名邸的动人时刻。
To create an elite mansion that embodies both Shanghai and the West Bund, the presented space must convey the exquisite refinement, vibrant modernity, and graceful composure reflective of the Shanghai style of that era, along with specific scenes that resonate with this unique flair.
The key to the Shanghai essence lies within the old Western-style houses. Each of these famous Shanghai residences possesses its own distinct characteristics—such as the classical elegance of Love God Garden, the modern retro of Normandie Apartments, the tranquil subtlety of the Baigongguan, the profound elegance of Sunke Villa, and the cinematic charm of the spaces in Rong Residence. All of these serve as captivating and exemplary models for spatial design.
From these inspirations, we extract spatial elements rich with the sense of Shanghai’s era and blend them into various living scenarios through modern design techniques. This includes the alignment and focal points, progressively nested garden spaces, the hidden yet suddenly revealed back garden tucked in a corner of the estate, and a leisurely garden walking system that guides one home. Through spatial narrative, we aim to recreate the moving moments of these classic residences.

Community Entrance Artistic Hall and Clubhouse Lobby Water Court
作为宅邸的核心板块，社区入口门厅从南至北形成了重要的空间中轴，定义了主要的归家轴线外，也定义了共享与私享、经典与松弛的调性分野。
我们用一系列蜿蜒细致的错落花园作为进入门厅的体验，同时化解进深过短、竖向过陡的问题。与艺术门厅相连的街道界面，透过罗汉松绿篱与稳定感极强的景墙层次，既整体又带有有局部变化的绿色展面进退而有序。我们希望不仅只考虑业主归家的感受，也能进一步融合城市界面与邻里空间美学。
As the core segment of the residence, the community entrance hall establishes an important spatial axis from south to north, defining not only the primary axis for returning home but also the tonal distinctions between shared and private spaces, as well as between classic sophistication and relaxed comfort.
We have utilized a series of meandering and intricately designed gardens to enhance the experience of entering the hall, while also addressing the issues of shallow depth and steep vertical transitions. The street interface connected to the artistic hall features a green barrier of Fukien tea trees and a robustly layered landscape wall, creating a cohesive yet diverse green display that moves in and out with order. Our intention is to consider not only the homeowners’ return experience but also to further integrate the urban interface with the aesthetic of the neighborhood space.

穿越艺术门厅后，随即展开的是宅邸第一进花园，以水院作为载体，串联周围的接待大堂、艺术回廊、花房沙龙会所以及负一层的绿宝石花园形成一个高密度、高显性的花园合院。花园，除了被围合起来体验，也应该能是自由流淌在开放空间里的、生动的生活场景。
Upon passing through the artistic hall, one immediately encounters the first garden of the residence, which incorporates the water court as a central element. This connects the surrounding reception lobby, artistic corridor, flower house salon, and the lower-level emerald garden, creating a high-density and highly visible garden courtyard. The garden should not only provide an enclosed experience but also flow freely as a vibrant living scene within the open spaces.

海派基因再演绎 – 花房沙龙会所
Reinterpreting the Haipai Essence – Flower House Salon
几乎在所有洋房里，总会有那么一个空间，位于建筑内或单独独立出来，是主人用来享受阳光与下午茶会客的绿意客厅。
位于奢享沉沁水院的核心，并作为第一进花园重要的视线端景，花房沙龙以通透的玻璃幕墙配以金属实顶构成，能极大地接受南面照射来的阳光。室内精致的布景也能透过玻璃展现出来，与景观共同构成花园景致。
In almost every villa, there is often a space, whether located within the building or independently designed, that serves as a verdant living room where the host enjoys sunshine and afternoon tea gatherings.
Situated at the core of the luxurious and serene water court and as a vital focal point of the first garden, the Flower House Salon is constructed with transparent glass curtain walls topped with metal, allowing ample sunlight from the south to flood in. The elegant interior decor can be showcased through the glass, harmonizing beautifully with the surrounding landscape to create a picturesque garden view.

位于会所水院的下层，是一个被建筑包围的空间。花园除了考虑四周视线以外，也需要考虑步行动线与停留区的提供。在不超过300平米的空间里，我们尽可能以最轻巧的方式，置入一座可进入的花园。
Located on the lower level of the clubhouse water court, this space is enveloped by the building. In designing the garden, we not only considered the surrounding sightlines but also ensured a thoughtful provision of walking routes and resting areas. Within a space of no more than 300 square meters, we aimed to introduce an accessible garden in the lightest possible manner.

Natural Expression of Mansion Elegance – The Banquet Lawn
奢享盛宴轴在花房沙龙附近作了一个转换，往更深处的楼栋群串连。宴会之茵，作为与楼王架空层连接的铺垫型空间，空间在这里豁然开朗，草坪在这里是空间的主要载体，承载着水景雕塑、光影，以及活动的发生。
The axis of luxurious banquets shifts near the Flower House Salon, connecting to the deeper cluster of buildings. The Banquet Lawn, as a transitional space linked to the elevated layer of the main building, opens up to reveal a spacious area where the lawn serves as the primary medium, accommodating water features, sculptures, light and shadow, as well as various activities.

与楼王遥相对视的宴会之茵，水系与轴线关系无不精准对位，展现宅邸静谧大度的气质。致敬公馆宅邸递进式的竖向细节，草坪边界除了竖向下沉，特殊的圆弧台阶也突出了草坪的空间雕塑性。
Facing the main building from a distance, the relationship between the water features and the axial lines aligns precisely, showcasing the tranquil and dignified character of the residence. In homage to the progressive vertical details of mansion-style residences, the boundaries of the lawn not only descend vertically but also feature unique curved steps that enhance the sculptural quality of the lawn space.

结语
Conclusion
当海派的基因，在既松弛又先锋的西岸要重新孵化成一个新的生活画面，会是一个怎样的表情?这是这个项目从一开始最具挑战的命题。在这个场地资源极为优渥的禀赋下，除了示范区，在未来整体交付的状态下：尺度上，我们转译、致敬、重构了各种经典构成；调性上，我们揉合、迭代了各种沪式元素；希望在时间轴上，形塑一个永远能经得起考究的＂摩登＂庄园。
特别感谢上海中海的支持与信任，对于翊象团队，这是一个非常特殊的尝试与呈现。期待将在大区里一一呈现，更精彩、更隽永的新沪式场景。
When the Haipai essence is reborn into a new living tableau in the relaxed yet avant-garde West Bund, what expression will it take? This has been one of the most challenging propositions since the project’s inception. With the abundance of resources at this site, and beyond the demonstration area, we aim to translate, pay homage to, and reconstruct various classic elements within the framework of the overall delivery in the future. In terms of scale, we reinterpret and respect the various iconic characteristics; in terms of tone, we blend and iterate different Shanghai-style elements. We hope to shape a “modern” mansion that can endure scrutiny over time.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to China Overseas for their support and trust. For the Yixiang team, this represents a very special endeavor and presentation. We look forward to revealing more exciting and enduring new Shanghai-style scenes throughout the district.
