隽执科技：屋檐之下，建筑是可阅读的，街区是可漫步的，城市是有温度的。人因为有了自然而朝气蓬勃，自然因为有了人而充满生机，而这一切都源自于社区中的情绪。
JAZ Bduilder: Architecture is readable, neighborhoods are walkable, and cities have warmth. People thrive because of nature, and nature flourishes because of people, all of which stem from the emotions within communities.
万科东庐位于通州区西北部，副中心创新发展轴西侧,距行政中心直线约8.5公里。本项目是新一代Homewalk社区商业，打破传统社区商业形态，以创新设计理念和独特的空间场景，为北京年轻人打造情绪的栖息地、松弛的生活场、家门口的微度假、有温度的社交场，一个烟火与诗意并存的心灵缓冲带。
Vanke Oriental is located in the northwest of Tongzhou District, on the western side of the sub-center innovation development axis, about 8.5 kilometers in a straight line from the administrative center. This project is a new generation of Homewalk community center, breaking the traditional forms of community commerce. With innovative design concepts and unique spatial scenes, it creates a sanctuary for emotions, a relaxed living space, a micro-vacation spot at your doorstep, and a warm social setting for Beijing’s youth—a mental buffer zone where everyday life meets poetry.
这些生活方式，既是人们内心深处的情结，也是年轻人对未来商业所能提供的情绪价值的期待:不慌不忙的“松弛感从世界抽离的自我“存在感”、温暖有趣的“社交感”、简单纯粹的“原生感”、柔软闲适的“氛围感”。因此在设计之初，万科东庐的场景营造，便注重都市年轻人所需的生活方式和情绪价值。
These lifestyles not only reflect deep-seated emotional ties but also embody young people’s expectations of the emotional value that future commerce can provide: a calm sense of relaxation, a feeling of self-presence detached from the world, a warm and fun sense of social interaction, a simple and pure sense of originality, and a soft and leisurely sense of ambiance. Therefore, from the very beginning of its design, Vanke Oriental’s scene creation focused on the lifestyles and emotional values needed by urban youth.
不一样的社区温度、不一样的庭前烟火、不一样的北京庭院，为年轻人营造温暖、精致、松弛的生活场景；看得见温度，又看不见忙碌社区归家动线，温暖精致的烟火表情，共同为当代青年营造一种前所未见的生活领地。
A unique community warmth, a different courtyard ambiance, a distinct Beijing courtyard—all aimed at creating warm, exquisite, and relaxed living scenes for young people. 建筑温度 LIFE SOUL
建筑的温度，是社区生活的灵魂。万科东庐希望通过整体建筑的营造，为当代都市青年营造“静谧与光明”的情绪生活场。设计师将东方意境与现代美学相结合，营造文化感、礼序感、现代感、酒店式度假感、松弛感共生的当代质感生活场景。
The warmth of architecture is the soul of community life. Vanke Oriental aims to create an emotional living space of ‘tranquility and light’ for contemporary urban youth through its overall architectural design. The designers have combined Eastern aesthetics with modern design to create a contemporary living scene that merges a sense of culture, ritual, modernity, hotel-style vacation, and relaxation.
城市界面的退让，营造快度适中的慢社交空间:精致的落客庭院，构筑与城市融合又独具品味的身份领地;飞鸟集将东方大屋檐文化和现代美学相结合，同时结合中国人内心深处的“爱木”情结，以重檐木作的设计手法和原木色建筑色系，构筑温暖纯粹的烟火表情。
The setback from the urban interface creates a slow-paced social space with just the right speed: a refined drop-off courtyard that forms a unique and tasteful identity space blending with the city. ‘The Gathering of Birds’ combines the cultural elements of traditional Eastern eaves with modern aesthetics, reflecting the deep-rooted love for wood in Chinese hearts. The use of layered wooden structures and natural wood tones constructs a warm and pure expression of everyday life.
美好的情绪，也许一座温暖的大屋檐可以承载。“屋檐是大多数年轻人的共同记忆。屋檐下，有悠闲的夏夜，有风吹云动的从容，有熟悉的邻居和伙伴，有灯火可亲的人和故事…
Beautiful emotions can perhaps be sheltered under a warm, large eave. ‘Eaves are a shared memory for most young people. Under the eaves, there are leisurely summer nights, the calmness of clouds moving with the wind, familiar neighbors and friends, and stories shared with warm, friendly people…
这里没有没有“班味儿”，没有“爹味儿”。夏天来了吹空调喝冷饮，日咖夜酒，交个朋友。迎着花香，吃着热气腾腾的饭菜，饭后还能我型我塑，每一位生活在东庐的年轻人，都能在温暖纯粹的建筑场景里，感受到“静谧与光明”的力量。
Here, there’s no ‘workplace vibe,’ no ‘parent vibe.’ In the summer, you can enjoy the air conditioning, drink cold beverages, have coffee by day and cocktails by night, and make new friends. Surrounded by the scent of flowers, you can enjoy hot meals and shape your own life after dinner. Every young person living in Oriental can feel the power of ‘tranquility and light’ in this warm and pure architectural setting.
匠心造园 ARTISTRY
本项目是现代胶合木结构与钢结构的完美结合，钢材具有高强度和耐久性，能够承受较大的荷载和外力，同时重量较轻。木材具有天然的质感和温暖的色调，能够创造出舒适、自然的室内外环境。木材的自然纹理和色彩能够为建筑增添独特的美学价值。
This project is a perfect combination of modern glued-laminated timber and steel structures. Steel offers high strength and durability, capable of withstanding significant loads and external forces while being relatively lightweight. Wood, with its natural texture and warm tones, creates a comfortable and natural indoor and outdoor environment. The natural grain and color of the wood add a unique aesthetic value to the architecture.
深化巧思 Ingenuity
隽执科技在木构的深化设计中，考虑得到木材的特性和建筑的功能，精心设计每一个细节，确保建筑不仅坚固耐用，还具有独特的美感。
如屋顶梁柱交汇处，为了使钢构不被露出，在前期就介入参与优化钢构的大小及节点细部，且管线隐藏于钢柱之中。不断创新，探索新的设计和建造方法，以保证项目的精致程度。
JAZ Builder, in the detailed design of timber structures, carefully considers the characteristics of wood and the functionality of the building, meticulously designing every detail to ensure that the structure is not only sturdy and durable but also aesthetically unique.
For example, at the junctions of roof beams and columns, to ensure that the steel structure is not exposed, the size and details of the steel components are optimized early in the process, with pipelines hidden within the steel columns. Constant innovation and exploration of new design and construction methods are employed to ensure the project’s refinement.

The design of the steel tension rods is optimized to withstand significant tensile forces, with materials and cross-sectional shapes chosen to maximize their ability to bear axial tension. Steel tension rods typically need to be anchored to the supporting structure, and the design and construction of these anchor points are crucial because they must bear the tension transmitted by the rods. Therefore, the fasteners and anchorage points must have sufficient strength and stability.
连廊采用格构做法，既能体现建筑极简的手法，又能在建造成本上提高性价比。
The connecting corridors use a lattice structure, which not only embodies the minimalist approach of the architecture but also enhances cost-effectiveness in construction.
屋顶链接节点木梁界面，对比原本提供的图纸，设计师减少了钢钉，是根据经验考虑到木材和钢材的热膨胀系数不同，在温度变化时会产生不同的膨胀或收缩。这种差异可能导致连接处的松动或应力集中，需在设计中考虑温度变化的影响。
In the roof connection nodes with timber beam interfaces, compared to the originally provided drawings, the designer reduced the number of steel nails, considering the different coefficients of thermal expansion between wood and steel. As temperature changes, different materials expand or contract at different rates, which may lead to loosening or stress concentration at the joints. The impact of temperature variation needs to be considered in the design.
在格构空间中，建筑的结构元素如梁、柱、桁架等不仅具有承重功能，同时也成为设计的美学元素。通过展示这些结构元素，设计师能够表达建筑的技术性和功能性，同时也突显出建筑的工艺美感。
In the lattice spaces, structural elements such as beams, columns, and trusses not only serve a load-bearing function but also become aesthetic elements of the design. By showcasing these structural components, designers can express the technical and functional aspects of the building while highlighting its craftsmanship and beauty.
精细选材 Material
在选材方面，隽执、设计师与业主共同把控，要求木材统一为云杉，SF1-4等级，外观尽量少节小节，颜色是特调的马卡龙色，这个颜色非常难做，做出来效果很漂亮。多次实地考察，才能确保材料统一性和美观度。
In terms of material selection,JAZ, the designers, and the owners worked together to ensure quality, specifying that the wood must be uniform spruce, SF1-4 grade, with minimal knots and small imperfections. The color is a specially mixed macaron shade, which is very challenging to achieve but results in a beautiful finish. Multiple on-site inspections were conducted to ensure the consistency and aesthetic appeal of the materials.
精工细琢 Craftsmanship
钢木混合结构的施工通常比单一材料的结构更为复杂。需要制定明确的施工顺序和方法，以确保结构的稳定性和安全性。例如，钢结构通常需要先安装，再与木结构结合，这需要精确的测量和定位。

The construction of steel-wood hybrid structures is typically more complex than that of single-material structures. For example, the steel structure usually needs to be installed first and then combined with the wood structure, requiring precise measurements and positioning.
