致澜景观：打破棚改传统观念，建成高品质“五好景观”人居环境。萃取江南园林的造园精髓打造有底蕴的居住环境，让小朋友在叠石理水、花木扶疏中自在成长。那里有风穿过廊架的声音，有水珠滴落石面的韵律，是深植于中国人骨子里的园林梦想，在北方这片雄浑的土地上，悄然苏醒。

Zinialand Design: Beyond the conventional shantytown renovation, we deliver a premium living space with the “Five-good Landscape”. Drawing on the core essence of Jiangnan gardens, we create a culturally profound residence where kids thrive freely among rock piles, flowing waters, and flourishing plants.There, you can hear the wind whispering through the trellises,and the rhythm of dewdrops dripping onto the stone surfaces.It is the garden dream deeply rooted in the hearts of every Chinese,quietly awakening on this grand and vigorous northern land.

项目团队对于北方园林的理解，绝非江南园林的简单复制。它需要更坦荡的胸怀；需要更厚重的骨架和一份深沉的“文心”，在开阔与硬朗中，寻回那份温暖人心的诗意。

The project team’s understanding of northern gardens is by no means a mere copy of Jiangnan gardens. It calls for a more open and unconstrained vision, a more solid and sturdy structure, and a profound cultural spirit — finding the heartwarming poetic charm amid the openness and ruggedness of the north.

“它从大地中‘生长’而出，与地形、建筑完美融合，展现的是北方山石的嶙峋骨相与力量感。”

It “grows” straight out of the earth, blending seamlessly with the terrain and architecture, and revealing the rugged bones and inherent power of northern rocks and mountains.

北方文化注重大气：“这里的中庭尺度开阔，并非空无一物的大，而是借鉴了北方皇家园林与院落建筑的格局，强调轴线感与中心性。它形成了明确的视觉焦点，给人一种稳定、安心的归属感。”

中庭视野豁然开朗，其开阔的尺度全然展现，这便是最核心的“驰”与“扬”。我们以北方山川的壮丽为蓝本，结合江南园林的婉约，打造出这片共享的“家庭客厅”。

Northern culture emphasizes grandeur and momentum:”The courtyard here boasts an expansive scale — it is not a mere empty vastness, but draws inspiration from the layout of northern imperial gardens and courtyard architecture, highlighting a strong sense of axis and centrality. It creates a distinct visual focal point, evoking a stable, reassuring sense of belonging.”

The view of the courtyard suddenly opens up, fully revealing its spacious dimensions — this is the core essence of “spaciousness” and “grandeur”. Taking the magnificent scenery of northern mountains and rivers as our blueprint, we integrate the grace and delicacy of Jiangnan gardens to create this shared “family living room”.

在北方，我们未执着于壮阔水景的复刻，而是将江南园林的婉约意趣，融入北方的雄浑肌理之中，成就一场竖向与场景共生的水景艺术。

因此在设计上，我们甄选太湖石 —— 这一江南园林的标志性元素，却跳出其传统 “奇”“透” 的审美范式。石景垒砌间，既保留了太湖石本身的温润肌理与空灵意趣，又以层叠错落的排布，让江南的婉约灵秀，在此相融共生。

In the north, we did not cling to replicating grand water features. Instead, we integrated the graceful charm of Jiangnan gardens into the robust texture of the north, forging a water feature art where verticality coexists with scenarios in perfect harmony.

Thus, in our design, we selected Taihu stones — the iconic element of Jiangnan gardens — yet broke free from their traditional aesthetic paradigm of being “exquisite” and “perforated”. As the stone scenes are stacked and arranged, they not only retain the inherent gentle texture and ethereal charm of Taihu stones, but also, through staggered and layered layouts, allow the grace and elegance of Jiangnan to blend and coexist here seamlessly.

于此处的空间是外向的、共享的、呼吸的，以优化人居环境为本心，我们特意植入一方灵动的锦鲤池，让这片空间打破边界，向外生长。旨在给您一种“复行数十步，豁然开朗”的震撼和愉悦。

The space here is extroverted, communal, and breathable. With optimizing the living environment as our core philosophy, we have specially installed a vivid koi pond, allowing this space to break boundaries and grow outward.It aims to bring you the stunning delight of a scene where “after walking dozens of steps further, the view suddenly opens up in boundless expanse”.

“团队汲取了北方大地 ‘起承转合’ 的叙事智慧，通过空间的张弛、明暗、开合，将归途演绎成一幅流动的画卷。”

The team draws on the narrative wisdom of “introduction, development, transition and conclusion” inherent in the northern land, and through the ebb and flow, light and shadow, and opening and closing of space, interprets the journey home as a flowing picture scroll.

“大空间”：强调竖向设计，通过地形、廊架、景墙等元素塑造庄重、凝练的视觉焦点。

“小空间”：精耕立面细节，采用留空的硬景手法和多层植物种植，打破压抑感，创造“呼吸感”。

“Grand Spaces”: Emphasize vertical design, and create a solemn, concise visual focus through elements such as terrain, trellises and landscape walls.

“Intimate Spaces”: Refine facade details meticulously, adopt the hardscape technique of leaving blank spaces and multi-layered planting, break the sense of oppression, and create a breathable ambiance.

当您走出林荫，步入第一座廊架时，我会引导您抬头。此刻，廊架的檐口，已然为您框定了一幅活的山水画卷。

When you step out of the tree-lined shade and walk into the first trellis, we will guide you to look up. At this moment, the eaves of the trellis have already framed a living landscape painting for you.

这里是情绪的缓冲带，借鉴了北方四合院“影壁”的含蓄。归家时，光线透过格栅洒下斑驳光影，空间在此稍微“收束”，引导您放缓脚步，心境在步移景移中，从城市的繁忙自然而然地“转承”到家的宁静。打破压抑感，创造“呼吸感”。成为自然生发的“景”。

This is a buffer zone for emotions, drawing on the understated elegance of the yingbi (screen wall) in northern courtyard houses. When returning home, light filters through the grille, casting dappled shadows. The space contracts slightly here, guiding you to slow down your pace — as the scenery shifts with each step, your mood naturally transitions from the hustle and bustle of the city to the tranquility of home.Break the sense of oppression and create a “breathable vibe” —let it evolve into a naturally emerging “scenery”.

“以深远弧墙构筑抑扬节奏，化解一览无余之弊，于视线引导中重塑空间层次。”

Deep, sweeping curved walls create a rhythmic interplay of constraint and release, overcoming the flaw of uninhibited visibility and reshaping spatial layers through deliberate sightline guidance.

以弧墙营造抑扬之感，景以深远为上层策略，在水院中虽植物巧蔽视线，依然易一眼看穿。为视线引导和空间层次。起初，我们打算通过三面直墙来划分空间布局，但发现这样不利于空间完整性，于是思虑再三，避免造成“一览无余”的空寂，设计采用了深远不尽的弧墙形式解决了这一矛盾冲突。

Curved walls are employed to create a sense of rhythm and contrast, with “profound depth” as the supreme strategy for landscape design. In the water courtyard, though plants are cleverly arranged to obscure the sightline, the space can still be taken in at a single glance — a problem that calls for deliberate sightline guidance and spatial layering.

Initially, we planned to divide the space with three straight walls, yet found that such a layout would compromise the spatial integrity. After careful deliberation, to avoid the barren monotony of an “unobstructed view”, we adopted the form of far-reaching, seemingly endless curved walls, resolving this design contradiction perfectly.

“绕行、折行、穿行”等路径组织，将小用地做大，营造移步景异、富有遐想的游览体验。

Path arrangements such as detouring, turning and weaving expand the perceived space of a small site, creating a wandering experience where scenery shifts with each step and imagination is sparked endlessly.

“连接社区的温情纽带，不仅是生活的交点，更是融合邻里关系、激发城市活力的共享客厅。”

A warm link connecting the community, it is not only a hub for daily life, but also a shared living room that fosters neighborhood bonds and energizes urban vitality.

它是双园枢纽，巧妙连接社区生活,它是邻里交汇处，让陌生的邻居成为朋友,它是城市会客厅，承载着市井生活的万千温情，社区的生活在此交融，构成一幅生动的市井长卷。这不只是一处景观，更是整座园林的活力源泉。

It serves as the hub linking two gardens, deftly connecting the threads of community life.It is a meeting point for neighbors, turning strangers into friends.It stands as the city’s living room, embracing all the warmth of everyday urban life.Here, community life converges, weaving into a vivid scroll of neighborhood scenes.This is not merely a landscape feature — it is the very source of vitality for the entire garden.

作为时间的同行者，我们深知，一个真正有生命力的园林，不是在竣工那天就完成的，它需要时间的滋养，需要与使用者共同成长。”

As fellow travelers through time, we deeply understand that a truly vibrant garden is never fully completed on the day of its inauguration. It requires the nurturing of time and grows in tandem with its users.

因此，我们的服务贯穿项目始终，并向后延伸。我们与业主一同，见证一棵树如何枝繁叶茂，一片苔藓如何悄然蔓延，四季的光影如何在墙上演出一场永不重复的戏剧于北方山水间，首开先河，破格而立，融齐鲁风骨，会苏州园林。

在北方造园，是一场浪漫而又务实的长期主义实践。我们以地为纸，以石为骨，以木为绘，以四季为色彩，书写的是现代人对于“归家”的深层渴望——归家于自然，归家于文化，归家于内心的宁静。

Therefore, our services run through the entire project lifecycle and extend far beyond its completion. Together with the property owners, we witness how a sapling grows into a leafy canopy, how a patch of moss creeps quietly across the ground, and how the seasonal play of light and shadow stages an ever-unique drama on the walls. In the northern landscapes, we break new ground and transcend conventions, integrating the bold spirit of Qilu culture with the elegant charm of Suzhou gardens.

Creating a garden in the north is a romantic yet pragmatic practice of long-termism. We take the land as our paper, stones as the skeleton, wood as the brushstrokes, and the four seasons as our palette, depicting modern people’s profound longing for “returning home” — home to nature, home to culture, and home to the tranquility of the inner self.

几百吨太湖石安防于此，凭借“瘦、皱、漏、透”的独特基因，将峰峦之姿凝于一方，成为古典园林中最具灵韵的自然艺术品，便成了北方的苏州诗意。

Hundreds of tons of Taihu stones are placed here. With their unique traits of being slender, wrinkled, hollowed and porous, they embody the grace of mountain peaks in a single space, becoming the most vivid natural artworks in classical gardens — and thus, the poetic charm of Suzhou takes root in the north.

新东升福园南区，是我们以土地为纸、生活为墨，认真书写的一份“五好景观”答卷。它并非终点，而是一次从“建造园区”到“滋养生活”的开始。

在这里，“好看”的风景，化为“好用”的场景。山野的气息沁入日常，文人的风骨凝筑成亭台楼阁的尺度，让美在生活中扎根、生长。我们期待，您能在这里找到归属，并与我们共同谱写这份永不落幕的园居生活。

South Zone of Newsun Fuyuan is a “Five-Good Landscape” answer sheet that we carefully compose, with land as paper and life as ink. It is not a destination, but a starting point of the transformation from “building a community” to “nurturing a lifestyle”.

Here, “visually appealing” scenery evolves into “practical” scenarios. The fresh breath of mountains and wilderness permeates daily life, and the integrity of literati is embodied in the proportions of pavilions and terraces, allowing beauty to take root and flourish in life. We hope that you can find a sense of belonging here and join us in composing this never-ending story of garden living.
