USAD都境景观：向外，凌于山的阔远与舒展，轻盈、漂浮、叠台、引桥，打造一座漂浮在空中的花园。向内，伏于谷的静谧与温润，幽瀑、山石、林荫、花木，打造不同的花园秘境空间。
USAD：Outward, the design rises above the mountain’s expanse and ease—light, floating, terraced, and linked by bridges—to create a garden floating in the sky. Inward, it nestles within the valley’s tranquility and warmth—secluded waterfalls, rock formations, shaded groves, and flourishing flora—creating distinct garden sanctuaries.
凌云源境项目从规划初期就提出了架空社区的大胆想法，这种设计手法类似新加坡的垂直绿化与空中连廊系统的理念，更多的架空空间丰富了景观的竖向变化，使整体社区景观位于二层架空屋面之上，因此，社区景观提出了浮岛秘境的主题，将社区置身于一座漂浮在半空的自然岛屿之中。
社区入口挺拔树立着如同生命之树的立柱，以钢为骨，与大面积金属铝板屋顶结合，一体化的设计一直延伸至社区大堂，将室内、景观和建筑相互融合。
From the earliest planning stage, the Lingyun Yuanjing project proposed the bold concept of an elevated/pilotis community—a design approach similar to Singapore’s vertical greenery and skybridge corridor system. The abundant pilotis spaces enrich the vertical articulation of the landscape, placing the entire community landscape on a second-level elevated deck. The landscape therefore adopts the theme of a “Floating Island Sanctuary,” setting the community on a natural island floating in mid-air.
At the community entrance, upright columns resembling trees of life—steel-framed and integrated with a large metal aluminum-panel roof—extend seamlessly into the community lobby, blending interior, landscape, and architecture.

从大堂归家的第一视角场景展现出一幅松间叠瀑的画面，强化入则宁静的氛围感，叠瀑飞溅，层层跌落，激起涟漪舒卷，以自然之形，消弭内心的繁嚣。
The first homecoming view from the lobby unveils a scene of cascading falls among the pines, reinforcing a sense of serenity upon arrival. The tiered falls splash and drop layer upon layer, stirring ripples that unfurl gently—dissolving inner clamor through the forms of nature.
▽凌云秘境
自然粗犷的荒料石错落堆砌，在秩序与野性间寻得平衡，石隙间清泉低语，光影斑驳。行至其间，恍若置身云岫深处，每一处转折皆是与自然的私语。
Rough quarry stone is arranged irregularly in a balanced composition, finding equilibrium between order and wildness. Clear springs whisper through the crevices, and dappled light and shadows play across the surfaces. Walking within, one feels deep amid cloud-clad peaks, where every turn is a private conversation with nature.
▽松涧叠瀑
社区次入口延续主入口空间序列，通过奢石的体块穿插，面层增加自然肌理，简约的构成与序列化的布局，将入口空间巧妙融入山谷的静谧氛围之中。
The secondary entrance continues the spatial sequence of the main entrance. Through interlocking volumes of premium stone and naturally textured finishes, its minimalist composition and sequential layout subtly integrate the entrance into the tranquil ambiance of the valley.
▽山谷秘境
星空秘境空间分为树洞课堂、星空剧场、火山蹦床，我们希望利用架空高差，将竖向处理的更加丰富多样。依托约900㎡聚能环多功能场景，打破边界，将亲子互动、林下交友的休憩场地融入高绿林荫的自然环境中。
The Starry Sky Sanctuary comprises the Tree-Hollow Classroom, the Starry Theater, and the Volcano Trampoline. We aim to utilize the elevation differences at the pilotis level to create richer and more varied vertical articulation. Anchored by an approximately 900 m² multifunctional “Energy-Gathering Ring,” it breaks down boundaries and integrates rest areas for parent-child interaction and under-canopy socializing into a lush, shaded natural environment.
▽星空秘境
树洞课堂为小朋友打造了探索自然、认知自然的奇妙天地，设置可清洗黑板，小朋友随意涂鸦。围绕大树设置二层平台，并放置望远镜，激起儿童的好奇心与探索行动力。
The Tree-Hollow Classroom creates a wonderful realm for children to explore and understand nature. It is equipped with washable blackboards for children to draw freely. A two-level platform wraps around the large tree, with telescopes placed to spark children’s curiosity and desire to explore.
▽树洞课堂
人们在此或驻足观赏，或拾级而上，于星辉与树影间，体验生活中难得的静谧与诗意。
Here, visitors pause to admire or ascend the steps, experiencing the rare tranquility and poetry of life amid starlight and tree shadows.
▽星空剧场
随地形抬升形成一个阶梯形式的星空剧场，看台中间做了休憩平台，满足休憩互动的需求，形成一个松弛的，舒适的林下空间。
Rising with the terrain, a stepped Starry Theater takes shape. A rest platform is set amid the seating tiers to meet needs for relaxation and interaction, forming a relaxing, comfortable under-canopy space.
依托山坡顶，架起一座空中廊桥，孩子们可以奔跑着穿过廊桥，从旋转滑梯滑到地面，来到戏水游乐场，飞溅的水花，孩子们灵活的穿梭其中，最进入火山蹦床，钻进山洞……
Anchored at the hillside crest, an elevated sky bridge is installed; children can run across it, slide down a spiral slide to the ground, and reach a water play area. Amid splashing water, they weave nimbly through, finally entering the volcano trampoline and crawling into the cave…
▽火山蹦床
设计师希望在这里建立起居民间以孩子为纽带的友谊，拉近邻里之间的社交距离，在欢声笑语中悄然消融现代生活的社交隔阂，持续为社区注入能量与活力。
施工途中，经过与业主、甲方、建筑一起多轮的体验、探讨与改造，探索沉浸式景观更多的优化提升方向，每个人对景观场景的使用都是对设计的在创造和对空间生命力的延伸。
The designers hope to nurture friendships among residents bonded through their children, drawing neighbors closer and quietly dissolving the social barriers of modern life amid laughter and joy—continuously injecting energy and vitality into the community.
Throughout construction, through multiple rounds of experience, discussion, and refinement with the owners, the client, and the architects, we explored further directions to optimize the immersive landscape. Each person’s use of a landscape scene is a re-creation of the design and an extension of the space’s vitality.
