造源景观重塑废弃物艺术之境——无废智能生态岛 Reinvent the Art of Waste – Waste-Free Eco-Island

过去,垃圾站是人们避之不及的地方。我们通过对深港科技创新合作区的“无废智能生态岛”智能化、艺术化、生态化打造,重塑了一个埋在花园里的垃圾中转站,为城市灰色地带增添一道资源循环利用的艺术自然风景。

ZYEEN: In the past, waste dumps were a place to be avoided among people. Through the intelligent, artistic and ecological construction of the “Waste-Free Eco-Island” in the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, a waste transfer station buried in a garden had been reconstructed, addingwhich can create an artistic and natural landscape of resource recycling to the grey area of the city.

项目概况 Overview of Project

无废智能生态岛,位于深圳市深港科技创新合作区(福田保税区)桃花路 289 数字半岛西侧,总面积约900平方米。项目设有智能地埋式垃圾站和废弃物再利用科普公园两个主要区域部分。利用有限的绿地空间,结合深港科技创新合作区无废城市理念、新型智能垃圾处理站的建设和应用,科普宣传垃圾分类及相关再生资源利用知识,彰显深圳的环保行动力。

Waste-free Intelligent Eco-Island is located in Digital Peninsula West No.289 Taohua Road, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (Futian Free Trade Zone), with a total area of about 900 square meters. The project consists of two main zones: an intelligent buried garbage station and a waste reuse science park. Using the limited green space, combined with the concept of waste-free city in Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone, the construction and application of new intelligent waste treatment station, science and publicity of waste classification and related knowledge of recycling resources utilization highlights the environmental protection action force in Shenzhen.

设计理念 Design Concept

深港科技创新合作区(福田保税区)将聚焦科研产业新材料、微电子、金融科技、大数据/人工智能、机器人与医疗科技等领域。无废智能生态岛是作为未来深港科技创新合作区(福田保税区)无废园区的垃圾收集点与生态岛(垃圾地埋站)。本项目推行智能无废园区生态循环概念,打造以垃圾转运 + 原位资源循环为核心的“生态岛”,以废弃物再利用为环保赋能的科普公园。

设计理念:

设计结合无废城市理念、新型智能垃圾站的建设,垃圾分类科普及资源循环利用,打造埋在花园里的垃圾中转站。

The Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (Futian Free Trade Zone) will devote to new materials for the research industry, microelectronics, financial technology, big data/artificial intelligence, robotics and medical technology. The Waste-Free Intelligent Eco-Island is a waste collection point and an Eco-island (landfill station) for the future waste-free zone in the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (Futian Free Trade Zone). The project implements the concept of Eco-cycling for an intelligent waste-free park, and creates an “Eco-island” based with waste transfer + in-situ resource recycling, and a science park that empowers environmental protection by recycling waste.

Design Concept: Combined with the concept of a waste-free city in the design, a garbage transfer station buried in the garden can be created based on the construction of a new intelligent garbage station, the popularization of garbage classification and resource recycling.

设计元素:

整个公园里采用各种废弃物如电路板、电线、 PVC管、啤酒瓶、瓶盖、砖石、混凝土块、台风吹倒树木、树皮等进行艺术再造,做成铺装、花箱、坐凳、科普墙、艺术展台等,并设置二维码扫码进行科普,可以了解无废城市、垃圾分类、智慧清运、循环利用等相关环保内容。

Design elements: The whole park adopts all kinds of wastes, such as circuit boards, wires, PVC pipes, beer bottles, bottle caps, masonry, concrete blocks, trees blown down by typhoons, tree barks and so on for artistic reconstruction, and makes them into pavements, flower boxes, benches, popularization walls, art booths and so on, and sets up two-dimensional code scanning codes to carry out popularization, so that you can learn about environmental protection, such as a waste-free city, garbage classification, intelligent transportation and recycling, and other related environmental protection contents.

——智能地埋式垃圾站“生态岛”—— “Eco-Island” – an intelligent underground buried garbage station

福田区持续推进物联感知应用系统构建,本次是对位于深港科技创新合作区内开展垃圾收集点的建设和生态岛(垃圾地埋站)的建设,包括前端地埋式垃圾收集点、地埋式垃圾转运站及其配套工程。

Futian District continues to promote the construction of IOT perception application system, this project is located in the Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone to conduct the construction of garbage collection sites and the construction of the eco-island (garbage underground buried station), including the front-end underground buried garbage collection stations, garbage underground buried transfer station and its supporting projects.

▽智能地埋式垃圾站 Intelligent Underground Buried Transfer Station

 

外观:将传统的地面垃圾转运站从地上搬到地下,地面上的两个“翻料器”相当于投放口,通过它把垃圾倒进埋藏在地下的压缩箱中,拓展利用地下空间,减少垃圾转运站的占地需求。

祛味:配备了三道除臭系统和垃圾作业废水处理系统。第一道除臭系统在倾倒垃圾时,倾倒口下方喷淋除臭液,清除垃圾掉落过程中产生的异味、灰尘;第二道除臭系统在地下密闭空间,定时喷洒除臭植物精油,中和垃圾臭味;最后则会启动第三道除臭系统——微负压除臭净化垃圾发酵产生的臭味。

智能:当压缩箱容量达到80%时,满溢物联传感器会向管理人员推送清运信息;当感应到垃圾站内产生烟雾或温度过高时,配备的汽车级防火系统会自动进行灭火作业,提高安全指数;设备排水系统,可以有效防止雨水进入垃圾站内,避免造成雨污混流;站内实时监测空气质量及噪音数据,垃圾清运噪音稳定控制在65分贝以内,可完全消除噪音顾虑。

Appearance: The traditional above-ground waste transfer station is moved from the ground to the underground, the two “tumblers” on the ground are equivalent to drop ports, where the waste is poured into the compression box buried underground, expanding the use of underground space and reducing the need for the waste transfer station’s footprint.

Odor elimination: Three deodorization systems and a waste water treatment system are equipped. The first deodorization system sprays the deodorizing liquid under the dumping port when dumping garbage to remove odor and dust generated during the process of garbage falling; the second deodorization system sprays the deodorizing plant essential oils in the underground confined space at regular intervals to neutralize garbage odor; lastly, it will activate the third deodorization system – micro-negative deodorization to purify odors generated by fermentation of the garbage.

Intelligent: When the capacity of the compactor reaches 80%, the overflow IOT sensor will push the information of transportation to the management; when smoke or high temperature is sensed inside the station, the automotive-grade fire prevention system will automatically extinguish the fire to improve the safety index; the equipment drainage system can effectively prevent the rainwater from entering into the station to avoiding rain and sewage mixing; the real-time monitoring of the air quality and noise data is performed in the station, the noise of garbage removal is stably controlled within 65dB, which can completely eliminate noise concerns.

 

 

——废弃物再利用科普公园——Waste Recycling Science Park

电子废弃物的艺术再造

利用园区电子废弃物(电路板、电线)并融合PVC管、玻璃酒瓶、瓶盖等,通过艺术加工成入口特色LOGO、低碳科普墙、艺术科普墙。

入口特色LOGO:在镀锌钢搭建构架基础上,组装废弃酒瓶、废旧电路板及锈板等材料,结合花境营造,打造无废智能特色主题入口。

Artistic Recycling of Electronic Waste: By utilizing the park’s electronic waste (circuit boards, wires) and integrating PVC pipes, glass wine bottles, bottle caps, and others, the park’s entrance features LOGO, low-carbon science wall, and artistic science wall can be constructed through artistic processing.

Entrance’s LOGO – On the basis of galvanized steel frame, assembling discarded bottles, the used circuit boards and rusty boards, combined with the creation of a flower border, a waste-free intelligent thematic entrance can be constructed.

低碳科普墙:利用废旧电线、电路板、玻璃渣、树皮、场地碎石等,打造具有磁极艺术感的寓意“无废城市”的景墙,通过扫码了解电路板电子器件、木屑树皮、玻璃渣等回收利用的相关知识。

Low-carbon science wall – By using waste wires, circuit boards, glass slag, tree bark, site debris, and others, a wall with a sense of magnetic polarity art, with the meaning of Waste-free city. By scanning the code, the recycling of circuit boards, electronic devices, wood chips, tree bark, glass slag, and other knowledge can be mastered.

艺术科普墙:利用废旧电路板、PVC管、瓶盖等组合拼装。通过扫码科普“无废城市”“循环利用”“智慧清运”“低碳环保”相关内容。

Art and science wall – Waste circuit boards, PVC pipes, bottle caps and other assembly is integrated and assamble. People can learn about “Waste-free city”, “Recycling”, “Intelligent transportation” and “Low-carbon environmental protection” by scanning the QR code.

建筑垃圾的的百变重生:

本项目的地面铺装、装饰笼、花箱、坐凳,采用了回收的建筑垃圾,包括、红砖、碎石、瓷片等,用不同的方式进行加工和利用。

艺术座椅&装饰笼:座椅座面,设计成与地面铺砖相呼应的形式,座椅基座应用了建废料混凝土。装饰笼,是利用金属笼模拟自然的石头形态,填充了废弃红砖、石块、瓷砖等,搭配少量玻璃石点缀,和植物搭配相得益彰。

The rebirth of construction waste: The floor paving, decorative cages, flower boxes and benches of this project are made from recycled construction waste, including red bricks, gravel and porcelain tiles, which are processed and utilized in the different ways.

Art Seat & Decorative Cage – The surface of the seat is designed to echo with the floor paving tiles, and the base of the seat is applied with construction waste concrete. The decorative cage simulates the natural stone form by the metal cage, which is filled with discarded red bricks, stones, tiles, and others, with a small amount of glass stone for embellishment and plants for decorated complementary.

建废混凝土铺装&花箱:利用废弃混凝土块、废弃红砖、碎石、瓷片、玻璃、渣土等建筑废弃物,加工成各种不同的再生骨料,通过特殊的艺术工艺手法,形成不同肌理和花纹图案的 “建废混凝土”。铺装压花图案有红树胎生现象与华南特色植物的叶子:羊蹄甲、鸟蕉类、龟背竹、蕨类等,增添自然趣味性与艺术性。

Constructed Waste Concrete Paving & Flower Box – By utilizing construction waste such as discarded concrete blocks, discarded red bricks, gravel, porcelain tiles, glass, and slag, the construction waste is processed into a variety of different recycled aggregates. Through the special artistic craft techniques, the “Constructed Waste Concrete” with different textures and flower patterns” are formed. The embossed pattern of the paving has the phenomenon of mangrove foetal growth and the leaves of South China’s characteristic plants: Bauhinia purpura, Heliconia subulata, Monstera deliciosa , ferns, and others., which can add the natural interest and artistry.

绿化产出物的再生利用:

利用因台风吹倒的树木,做成艺术展陈台装置、木头艺术组合的科普展示台。

艺术展陈台装置:收集大小长短不一的木头,与酒瓶盖等组合搭配拼装,科普“科学精细化垃圾回收规划”、“垃圾分类”等知识。提取蓝、红、绿、灰四色协调搭配,呼应垃圾四分类的理念。

Recycling of greening outputs: The trees blown down by the typhoon were used to make an art display stand installation and a wood art assembly for a science exhibition stand.

Art display table installation – By collecting wood of different sizes and lengths and assembling them with bottle caps, the knowledge of “Scientific and refined garbage recycling planning” and “Garbage sorting” can be popularized. The program is designed to help people learn about “Scientific and refined waste recycling planning” and “Waste separation. The four colors – blue, red, green and grey are used in a coordinated manner, which is echoing the concept of the four classifications of garbage.

共建花园 Co-constructed Garden

共建花园是一种具有深远意义的社区活动。它不仅增强了社区的凝聚力,提高了居民的生活质量,也提高了居民们的环保意识。本项目也是福田区共建花园建造工作坊项目,通过植入户外环保课堂功能,唤起现代孩子对资源循环利用的认识,帮助民众了解回收模式,增强公民对环境保护的社会责任感。

Co-constructed garden is a community activity with far-reaching significance. It not only strengthens the cohesion of the community and improves the quality of life of the residents, but also raises their awareness of environmental protection. This project is also a Futian District Garden Building Workshop project. By implanting the function of outdoor environmental protection classroom, it arouses modern children’s awareness of resource recycling, helps the public to understand the mode of recycling, and enhances the citizens’ sense of social responsibility towards environmental protection.
