OAM – Office Architecture Mallorca：这是位于西班牙马略卡岛马纳科尔的一所乡村度假屋，设计的起点是一块坡度平缓的细长地块。方案将房屋以线性形式置于场地较高处，以适应地形。这最大限度地减少了地基移动而带来的挖掘工作，并使住宅拥有朝南的长立面，能够暴露在阳光下充分采光。为了减少视觉冲击并更好地融入景观，房屋设计为一系列单层结构的矩形体块，设计让彼此略有错动偏移，这些变化打破了直线的僵硬感，为立面带来了节奏和平衡，并巧妙的形成了露台庭院和门廊。新建的角豆树种植园将使建筑与道路隔开，而其毗邻的松树林则使其与场地后方的高地相映成趣。

OAM – Office Architecture Mallorca：The house rests gently on the highest point of the site, extending along the slope. This quiet gesture reduces excavation and opens the south façade widely to sunlight.A series of rectangular volumes shift slightly from one another, creating patios and porches. These movements break the rigidity of a straight line and bring rhythm and balance to the façade.

All volumes are unified under one single-pitch roof. In front, a horizontal strip of porches and pergolas provides scale and continuity, softening the building’s height.

所有体块都统一在一个单坡屋顶下，使整体构图更加连贯。与倾斜的屋顶形成对比的是，在主体建筑的正南外立面，引入了一个水平元素：由一系列门廊和花架组成的户外凉亭露台。这种垂直支撑的韵律降低了立面的视觉高度。这些门廊的柱子以规则的间隔重复排列，提供了尺度感和连续性，缓和了建筑的高度。其设计灵感源自马略卡岛乡村的传统水渠。

The design responds to climate: southern orientation, controlled openings to north and west, shade from decid uous trees, pergolas, and porches. Simple passive strategies, efficient and timeless.Local materials reinforce the connection with place: larch wood joinery, handmade ceramic lattice, lime mortar in earthy tones, cyclopean concrete walls, recycled roof tiles, natural cane ceilings, polished concrete floors,and Neptune balls (posidonia oceánica) collected nearby for roof insulation.
