gad杰地设计：这是一处沿着雪山的肌理自由生长，与自然和谐共生，并延承着“羌寨”精神内核的温泉聚落。成都花水湾丽郡·饮马川温泉酒店位于成都市大邑县花水湾，距离成都1个半小时车程，坐落西岭雪山脚下，被壮丽的群山环绕，拥有天然的宁静氛围和广阔的景观视野。川西地区以其多元的文化特征而著称。在酒店周边，保存着许多完好的古村落，其中最具代表性的是“羌寨”。作为全国唯一的羌族聚居区，羌寨保留了其独特的建筑文化，并为这个地区注入了独有的文化风貌。
gad：This is a hot spring settlement that grows freely along the texture of the snow capped mountains, harmoniously coexists with nature, and inherits the spiritual core of the Qiang village. The Chengdu Huashuiwan Lijun · Yinmachuan Hot Spring Hotel is located in Huashuiwan, Dayi County, Chengdu City, about an hour and a half drive from Chengdu. It is situated at the foot of the Xiling Snow Mountain, surrounded by magnificent mountains, with a natural tranquil atmosphere and a vast landscape view. The western Sichuan region is known for its diverse cultural characteristics. Around the hotel, there are many well preserved ancient villages, among which the most representative is the Qiang Village. As the only Qiang ethnic settlement in the country, Qiang Village preserves its unique architectural culture and injects a unique cultural style into the region.

得天独厚的雪山、森林、温泉等自然资源，以及丰厚完整的羌寨历史文化资源，为该项目奠定了巨大的可塑性，是设计创新的机遇，也是挑战。
项目占地约3.5万平方米，总投资约6亿元，共112间客房，定位为“具有文化底蕴的世界性酒店”。运营方追求创造一座极具私密性的艺术温泉酒店，为川西地区带来独特的度假体验。在此背景下，我们从场地的介入策略、地域特征的延续融入、空间场所的情绪营造等各个维度展开设计。
The unique natural resources such as snow capped mountains, forests, and hot springs, as well as the rich and complete historical and cultural resources of the Qiang ethnic group, have laid a huge plasticity foundation for this project, providing both opportunities and challenges for design innovation.
The project covers an area of approximately 35000 square meters, with a total investment of approximately 600 million yuan and a total of 112 guest rooms. It is positioned as a “world-class hotel with cultural heritage”. The operator strives to create a highly private art hot spring hotel, bringing a unique vacation experience to the western Sichuan region. In this context, we design from various dimensions such as the intervention strategy of the venue, the continuation and integration of regional characteristics, and the emotional creation of the spatial venue.

01 自然生长的村落 A naturally growing village
我们向“村落”学习，借鉴其自由灵动的建筑形态和因地制宜的空间策略。
以 “雪山下的温泉聚落”为设计理念，以自然为基底，以“羌寨精神”为地域文化精神内核，打造“公区”、“客房”两大核心区域。
We learn from “villages” and draw inspiration from their free and dynamic architectural forms and tailored spatial strategies.
Based on the design concept of “hot spring settlements under snow capped mountains”, with nature as the foundation and the “Qiang village spirit” as the core of regional cultural spirit, we aim to create two core areas: “public areas” and “guest rooms”.

北侧的公区涵盖了“接待、餐饮、办公、温泉、康养、娱乐、旅宿”等多种业态。通过连续的高大、完整的建筑实体将公区的各个功能业态进行串联，以相对封闭和神秘的“城寨形象”回应嘈杂的街道界面，有效阻隔北侧小镇对酒店内部的干扰。
The public area on the north side covers various business formats such as reception, catering, office, hot springs, health preservation, entertainment, and accommodation. By connecting the various functional formats of the public area through continuous tall and complete building entities, a relatively closed and mysterious “city village image” responds to the noisy street interface, effectively blocking the interference of the northern small town on the interior of the hotel.

南侧的客房以灵动的空间布局方式，嵌入自然的山势。我们营造出一个内部向山体延伸的松弛空间，错落有致的建筑形态与山林融合。蜿蜒的街道串联起不同区域，创造出在行走中体验街道与山林相遇的“惊喜感”。它将成为一个顺应自然、自由生长、延续地域文化精神内核的世外桃源。
The guest rooms on the south side feature a dynamic spatial layout embedded in natural mountain terrain. We create a relaxed space that extends towards the mountains, with a well-arranged architectural form that blends with the mountains and forests. The winding streets connect different areas, creating a sense of surprise as you walk and experience the encounter between the streets and the mountains and forests. It will become a paradise that conforms to nature, grows freely, and continues the spiritual core of regional culture.

02 营造特别的情绪和记忆 Create special emotions and memories
酒店公区围绕“接待落客、大堂餐饮、康体娱乐、会议办公、温泉康养、私宴聚会、私享旅宿”等多元丰富的业态进行空间设计，包含：接待中心、全日餐厅、温泉中心、山顶餐厅、私享客房等核心功能区域。
在外形的处理上，我们将“羌寨”的形式进行抽象分解并重组，抽取独属于这片土地的设计语汇，串联不同的建筑功能，形成具有统一感和个性化的不同空间场所，营造具有记忆感和文化性的公区体验。我们采用砖红色夯土及深色实木进行搭配，用“拙”的手法对建筑塑形，从感官层面营造质朴且神秘的建筑形象。
The hotel public area is designed around diverse and diverse business formats such as reception and drop off, lobby dining, health and entertainment, conference and office, hot spring wellness, private banquets and gatherings, and private accommodation. It includes core functional areas such as reception center, all day restaurant, hot spring center, mountaintop restaurant, and private guest rooms.
In terms of appearance processing, we abstractly decompose and reorganize the form of “Qiangzhai”, extract design vocabulary unique to this land, connect different architectural functions, form different spatial places with a sense of unity and personalization, and create a memorable and cultural public area experience. We use brick red rammed earth and dark solid wood to match and shape the building with a clumsy technique, creating a simple and mysterious architectural image from the sensory level.

三块巨石与三重庭院——接待中心 Three Giant Stones and Triple Courtyard – Reception Center
落客区和大堂通过三重不同体验的“水庭院”进行串联。第一重水庭院——入口落客区。采用三块当地的“巨石”作为支撑主体，将雨棚主体抬升，同时以“羌寨窗花”为设计语汇，围绕落客庭院打造具有独特形象的格栅。
Three giant stones and a triple courtyard – the reception center drop off area and lobby are connected through a triple “water courtyard” with different experiences. The first heavy water courtyard – entrance drop off area. Using three local “giant stones” as the main support, lift the main body of the rain shelter, and use “Qiangzhai Window Flower” as the design vocabulary to create a unique image of the grille around the drop off courtyard.

在落客庭院的侧面，打造有10米高瀑布的第二重庭院——“飞瀑庭院”。作为空间的转折，过滤掉场地外嘈杂的环境和声音，将情绪逐渐引导至自然放松的状态。第三重庭院——水院，则通过对羌寨“内斜”语汇的转译，结合静水面、夯土墙、窗花格栅等设计语言，引导住客情绪，营造安静稳定的精神场所。
On the side of the drop off courtyard, create a second courtyard with a 10 meter high waterfall – the “Flying Waterfall Courtyard”. As a turning point in space, filter out the noisy environment and sounds outside the venue, gradually guiding emotions to a natural and relaxed state. The third courtyard, Shuiyuan, is designed to guide the emotions of residents and create a quiet and stable spiritual place by translating the Qiang village’s “internal oblique” vocabulary and combining design language such as still water surface, rammed earth walls, and window grilles.

滑落的山林——全日餐厅 Sliding Mountains and Forests – All Day Restaurant
酒店的大堂、餐厅以及康体娱乐等公共区域，均围绕一片“滑落到酒店里的山林”展开。我们在这里不再塑造人工的边界，而是模糊自然于人工，让山林、阳光、巨石、水、风等自然元素渗透到每一个空间。
全日餐厅正对山脊线布置，原始的山势形成餐厅前景，设置大面积可移动的落地玻璃，希望近一步增强人与自然的无界感。二层则设置屋顶酒廊，通过室内楼梯与餐厅相连，通过木构的灰空间及下沉的水景卡座的设置，创造一个开敞的、与自然对望的场所空间。餐厅两侧则分别布置接待大堂、康体娱乐以及餐厅包间，保证每一个功能的对景皆为自然，让这一片滑入场地中的山林成为与自然对话的媒介。
The lobby, restaurant, and public areas such as sports and entertainment of the hotel are all surrounded by a forest that slides into the hotel. We no longer shape artificial boundaries here, but blur nature from artificial elements, allowing natural elements such as mountains, sunlight, boulders, water, and wind to permeate every space.
The all-day restaurant is arranged facing the ridge line, with the original mountain terrain forming the foreground of the restaurant. A large area of movable floor to ceiling glass is installed, hoping to further enhance the sense of boundedness between humans and nature. On the second floor, a rooftop lounge is set up, which is connected to the restaurant through indoor stairs. Through the installation of wooden gray spaces and sunken water feature decks, an open and natural facing space is created. On both sides of the restaurant, reception lobbies, health and entertainment facilities, and private dining rooms are respectively arranged to ensure that each function is natural, making the mountain forest sliding into the venue a medium for dialogue with nature.

寨中寨——温泉中心 Zhai Zhong Zhai – Hot Spring Center
温泉中心设置于公区西侧，延续了“寨”的设计语汇。我们以“寨中寨”为设计理念，通过不同体量的错落、交织和堆叠，创造出一个在极限空间下的温泉中心，使人们能够体验到如城寨般丰富的空间感。
在其中，我们致力于为不同的使用群体，营造不同尺度的空间感受，包括家庭、情侣和个人。我们希望每个人都能在其中找到属于自己的舒适空间，享受身心的洗涤和放松。
The hot spring center is located on the west side of the public area, continuing the design vocabulary of “zhai”. We take “zhaizhong zhai” as the design concept, creating a hot spring center in the extreme space through the staggered, interwoven, and stacked different volumes, allowing people to experience a rich sense of space like a city fortress.
Among them, we are committed to creating spatial experiences of different scales for different user groups, including families, couples, and individuals. We hope that everyone can find their own comfortable space in it, enjoy the washing and relaxation of their body and mind.

室内的神性空间采用天光引入，实现空间与光的渗透，檐口处的流瀑与天光一起洒落，营造出宁静平和的氛围。而室外的露天温泉池则让人可以更好地亲近自然，感受风、光、时间的流转与生命的真切。
The indoor divine space adopts skylight introduction, achieving the infiltration of space and light. The waterfall at the eaves sprinkles with skylight, creating a peaceful and peaceful atmosphere. The outdoor hot spring pool allows people to get closer to nature, feel the flow of wind, light, time, and the authenticity of life.
三生石餐厅——山顶餐厅 San Sheng Shi Restaurant – Peak Restaurant
将建筑的形态与神秘的隐喻相结合，呈现质朴的“手工感”。最大限度保留场地周边的竹林，将三块巨石形态的建筑放置于山头上，让建筑和山林相互融合，与天地自然相呼应，隐喻“道法自然、三生万物”。
我们希望这里营造三重不同的情绪体验，分别是：远观此处引发“好奇”的情绪；进入到具有洞穴感的高耸内部空间，在洞穴内逐级而上，到达顶部营造具有仪式感的火塘空间，远观群山，引发“宁静”的情绪；最后，将屋顶作为入夜仪式的礼台，在丛林环绕中，与远处的雪山遥相呼应，引发对自然的“惊叹”。
Combining the form of architecture with mysterious metaphors, presenting a rustic “handmade feeling”. Maximizing the preservation of the bamboo forest around the site, three giant stone shaped buildings are placed on the mountaintop to blend with the mountains and forests, echoing the nature of heaven and earth, symbolizing the “Dao follows nature and generates all things.”
We hope to create three different emotional experiences here, namely: to evoke curiosity from afar; Enter the towering interior space with a cave like feel, climb up step by step inside the cave, reach the top to create a ceremonial fire pit space, and enjoy a distant view of the mountains, triggering a sense of tranquility; Finally, the roof is used as a ceremonial platform for the nightfall ceremony, surrounded by the jungle and echoing the distant snow capped mountains, evoking a sense of awe towards nature.

观山汤院——私享客房 Guan Shan Tang Yuan – Private Guestroom
客房区为全别墅型房间，每套占地130平方米。为了呼应“村落感”，对于客房部分，我们采用了一系列的设计策略。
The guest room area is a villa style room, with each unit occupying an area of 130 square meters. In order to echo the sense of village, we have adopted a series of design strategies for the guest rooms.

首先，我们通过将客房区整体串联，形成了一条主街，使人们可以在其中自由漫步，并感受到一种自然、连续的空间体验。其次，我们通过向山体进行“枝状渗透”，将客房区的空间逐渐向山体展开，形成尺度适宜的巷弄街道。最后，结合地形进行堆叠和错动，营造丰富的建筑空间层次。通过视线的严格控制，保证每一户的私密性，每一个院子都是一个可以观山的独享私密空间。并将原始场地中的植物尽量的保留，辅以当地的石材、木材及夯土等材质，塑造具有场地特征的外部景观环境，带给人以温润感、放松感、安全感。
Firstly, we have connected the guest room area as a whole to form a main street where people can freely stroll and experience a natural and continuous spatial experience. Secondly, we gradually expand the space in the guest room area towards the mountain by infiltrating it in a branching manner, forming appropriately sized alleyways and streets. Finally, combining the terrain for stacking and shifting, creating a rich architectural spatial hierarchy. By strictly controlling the line of sight, the privacy of each household is ensured, and each courtyard is an exclusive private space for mountain views. And try to preserve the plants in the original site as much as possible, supplemented by local materials such as stone, wood, and rammed earth, to create an external landscape environment with site characteristics, bringing people a sense of warmth, relaxation, and security.

该项目的目标是通过设计师对自然、文化和空间的极富表现力的控制，以及细致入微的细节构建，创造一个能够恢复精神的时空。我们致力于打造一个极具艺术性的温泉酒店，营造独特的情感和记忆，为川西地区打造独有的、令人身心眷恋的旅居体验。
