奥雅股份：中粮瑞虹·海景壹号是我们将简乐精神融入空间设计中的一次尝试。简，没有多余的真诚，乐，充满个性的能量。
我们认为，理想中的社区不应该是过于克制的冰冷，也不是小众思量的雕塑，社区就应该轻松的面对多彩，生活本多彩，世界依然如此，在真诚的设计中生出真实的乐意与幸福。

L&A GROUP: Here in OCEAN ONE, we tried to integrate minimalism and joy into space design by getting rid of excessive details and breathing new life into the space.
We believe that the ideal community should be relaxing instead of restrained cold or sculpture-like. Life is colorful, and so is the world. Only with sincere design can we expect real willingness and happiness.

中粮瑞虹·海景壹号位于上海极具话题感、充满活力与自然气息的虹口区瑞虹新城板块，项目基地坐落于和平公园南侧，是难得的公园畔社区，也是瑞虹片区最亲近自然的一处场地。
因此，“营造什么样的生活场所可以回应这个区块的活力艺术基因，回应与公园的近邻关系，让场地的区位稀缺转化为生活场所独一无二的个性”成为设计师首要考虑的问题。
Ideally located in the dynamic Ruihong New Town of Hongkou District, Shanghai, OCEAN ONE nestles on the south of Heping Park, with easy access to nature.
Therefore, how to take advantage of these scarce resources and build a unique community that can respond to the park and the artistic gene of this area has become the first priority for the designer.

生活本多彩，世界亦然如此。设计定位Parkin，将公园融入社区，但并不是简单的公园延伸，而是创造一种富有想象力、浪漫温馨，宁静与欢笑相融合的 “自然起居厅”，同时融入“简与乐”的设计理念，以没有多余的极致手法，演绎充满能量的个性美。
Life is colorful, and so is the world. Designed with the idea of “minimalism and joy”, it is not a simple extension of the park, but a unique “living room of nature” that is full of imagination, romance, warmth, peace and happiness.
东西环绕 动静皆宜 Landscape Structure
为更好地为景观设计提供优异的空间场地，建筑从规划之初便将楼栋延外围布局，为中心让出近8000㎡的空间面积，外围的建筑又围合出尺度舒适的宅间空间，由此形成东西环绕式布局，和中心空间一起，提供了动静分区且主题各异的格局基底。
景观充分利用这一规划特点，将中心营造成一处汇聚邻里家庭的核心生活场所，其中会客亭、疏林草地、闺蜜卡座、浴光台等丰富多态的空间舒适的融合其中，登高场地也经过设计，整合在完整的设计里。
According to the overall plan, buildings are arranged on the periphery of the site, leaving a 8,000㎡ central space for landscape. Besides, the spaces between buildings also add to the landscape area, providing multiple functions together with the central space.
Making full use of the space structure, the designer creates a neighborhood where the pavilion, the lawn, the seats, the sunshine platform and the terrace are all carefully designed to meet the needs of all families.

中心花园 Central Garden
中心花园是全区的幸福能量内核，居民在此放慢步伐，感受惊喜和元气，获得无限的灵感。
空间中的每一处角落，每一片植物，每一种生活，都散发出一种生命的律动美，纷繁间变化多彩。在这里，我们卸下一切“外在的拘束”，用内心感受一切美好。在芬芳美丽的时光中，享受真实幸福的生活，欣赏自己，欣赏家庭，欣赏邻里。
The central garden serves as a source of happiness in a neighborhood, where people can slow down, experiencing surprise and vitality as well as getting new inspiration.
Every corner, every plant and every lifestyle around the space shows the rhythmic beauty and richness of life. Here, we can let go of all “external constraints” and feel everything good from the inside. The leisure time allows us to experience the real happiness of life, appreciating ourselves, our families and our neighbors.
设计无需简到乏味，也无需冷而不乐，简繁间焕发无限灵感。求繁，是乐之所向，至简，是去除多余的真诚。将海派的情调与自然的惬意相加，真实且没有多余的塑造丰富的舒适空间，用充满生命律动美的个性语言，让空间充盈一种幸福的能量，可以分泌无限的“多巴胺”。
When it comes to design, minimalism doesn’t mean being simple to boring, or being cold without fun. Variety brings great fun, while simplicity gets rid of excessive details, both of which alternate to make the space a source of inspiration. The romance of Shanghai style is integrated into nature, creating a colorful and comfortable space where people can experience the rhythm of life and release more “dopamine”.

疏林光影间 Between Light and Shadow
在被绿意包裹的亲水亭廊卡座中，惬意地聆听风与水的声音，沉浸在光影轻翠的世界中，享受着属于“独处、家庭、闺蜜”的幸福时光。
Bathed in the light and shadow, the waterfront pavilion surrounded by green plants allows people to listen to the wind and water, and enjoy the happy time alone or with family and friends.

在光林幸福中，感受时间的放慢。在疏影间，享受交往喜乐。让时间轻轻拂过心灵，放慢脚步，欣赏自己和周围的一切。它是我们与内心对话的时刻，让我们重新与自己相遇。
Here, we can slow down to enjoy everything around us. It provides us a chance to have a dialogue with ourselves and rediscover ourselves.
▽户外休闲 Outdoor recreation
在传递自然之美的同时，设计打破传统的直线体块和组团化的植物手法，用律动美的秩序，将大小不一的球球植物与林下长效花境极致的铺满整个中心，让空间充满个性与惊喜。
In addition to displaying the beauty of nature, the designer arranged the plants in a rhythmic style instead of traditional linear and group styles. Hydrangea bushes of different sizes and flower border under the trees spread everywhere, making the space unique and full of surprise.

家庭亲乐园 Children’s Playground
慢，总是一种奢望。就像孩子们可以穿上温馨的蜗牛壳，储存对家的美好，大孩子们也可以追寻慢下来的乐趣，拥抱幸福与宽容，体验时间的舒缓流动，重新发现生活中的美妙瞬间。
Slowing down has become a luxury in today’s fast-paced society. However, here in the playground, children of all ages can hide themselves in the “snail’s shell”, slowing down, embracing happiness and tolerance, and rediscovering the beautiful moments of life.

“时光蜗牛”是社区中的一处家庭乐园，整个乐园由四处圆形空间组成，中心圆形由蜗牛壳造型形成的旋涡滑梯组合装置，是丰富的探险空间，其他三处为多样的互动场地，空间和儿童架空层用地垫相连，仿佛缓慢爬出的小蜗牛留下的印记。
The “Time Snail” is a children’s playground composed of four round spaces. In the center is a snail-shell-shaped spiral slide for children to play and explore; the others are interactive spaces where the mats look like tracks of the snail.

社区中随处可用的健康充能站，让生活充满无限的乐之元气。保持微笑和欣喜，这种活力洋溢的快乐让我们拥有积极的心态和源源不断的动力去面对明天。
The health recharge stations available everywhere in the community make life full of joy. It is smile and happiness that make us full of energy and keep a positive attitude towards tomorrow.

仙心疗愈花园 Healing Garden
每个人心中都住着一个孩子，一个热爱想象的孩子。
为了让社区的想象力和浪漫进一步升华，在家庭乐园的另外一端，我们精心设计了一座花园——仙心花园，一处充满几何魔力的花境。我们希望用超现实的童话浪漫语汇，在芬郁间逐渐唤醒随着长大而不断封闭的内心，这里每一位享受者皆是“孩子”，被花园治愈的“孩子”。
There is a child in everyone’s heart, a child who loves imagination.
To inject the community with imagination and romance, we built another garden —— the healing garden close to the children’s playground. It is a magic flower border where fragrance of flowers will awaken the “sleeping child” in everyone’s heart, and heal them by love.

花园用伊斯兰园林中的经典元素“十字水渠”划分空间，法国园林的暖色地面，童话中的爱心和菱形绿植，英式的粉紫花镜，这些元素在这咫尺间融合一体，成为阳台下最精美的 “地毯”。
The “cross channel” in Islamic garden, warm-colored pavement in French garden, heart- and diamond-shaped plants in fairy tale, and British-style pink-purple flower border are all combined to form a most exquisite carpet under balconies.
▽一处充满几何魔力的仙心花园 A fairy heart garden full of geometric magic
花园植物用鼠尾草、飞燕草、绣球、大花葱等创造丰富的色彩变化，朝雾草、迷迭香、银叶菊、水果篮等又让多彩的鲜色有着层次丰富的绿意画布。水渠在增加空间灵动的同时，可以让花园有风光水声的优雅感。当鸟儿栖息于此，安静的花园中伴随着鸟鸣与水声，会散发一种令人沉醉而难以离开的魅力。
The green canvas made of fogwort, rosemary, silver ragwort and calathus is interspersed with colorful plants like salvia, delphinium ajacis, hydrangea and allium giganteum. The water channel makes the space dynamic and the garden graceful. With birds singing and water gurgling, the garden boasts a fascinating character of its own.
