关于抬板社区的景观营造，我们倾向于将其定义为一场空间结构的深度革新。我们依托抬板的场地优势，打破传统平面景观的局限，为人居场景升级找到全新的设计切入点。
鸿璟台作为越秀天系迭代升级的「璟」系高阶作品，我们依托项目上下各2.5米的天然高差基底，将设计重心聚焦于错层交通的顺滑衔接与立体空间的场景重塑。同时要为越秀全新产品系，打造高阶“小豪宅”调性的核心命题。
于此，不止是空间美化的载体，更是梳理多层动线、平衡功能与美学的核心抓手。以精细化的细节打磨，重塑番禺片区的人居审美标准。设计的本质价值，在于提供全套的解决方案。多年深耕西南山地高差场地营造，叠加多个城市新规项目的落地打磨，我们积累了丰富的抬板景观实操经验。针对顶板结构优化、梁柱巧妙利用、覆土精准控制、幕墙一体化设计等行业重难点，我们已形成一套成熟、可落地的系统化设计解决方案，为项目品质保驾护航。
于我们而言，鸿璟台不仅是对广州番禺片区的一次改善产品革新，更是我们对抬板景观营造的2.0进阶——高低之间，重塑空间。让越秀天系的精奢质感，扎根大石城市肌理。以成熟的抬板景观营造经验迭代产品力，用分层立体的景观美学，为城市中坚阶层打造繁华与静谧共生、质感与温度并存的小豪宅生活范本，为片区人居升级，递交全新的高阶答案。
BLUES: Regarding the landscape design of the raised slab community, we define it as a profound innovation of spatial structure. Leveraging the site advantages of the raised slab, we break through the limitations of traditional flat landscapes, offering a new design perspective for upgrading residential living environments.
As a high-end work within Yuexiu’s upgraded “Jing” series—succeeding the Tianxi series—Hongjingtai capitalizes on the site’s natural elevation difference of 2.5 meters both above and below. Our design focuses on seamless multi-level traffic connections and the reinvention of three-dimensional spaces. At the same time, we address the core proposition of creating a high-end “boutique luxury residence” identity for Yuexiu’s new product line.
Here, landscape design is not merely a means of beautifying space but a central tool for organizing multi-level circulation and balancing functionality with aesthetics. Through meticulous detailing, we aim to redefine the residential aesthetic standards of the Panyu district. The intrinsic value of design lies in providing comprehensive solutions. With years of experience in navigating elevation differences in Southwest China, combined with the implementation of multiple projects under new urban regulations, we have accumulated substantial practical expertise in raised slab landscape design. We have developed a mature, actionable, and systematic design solution for industry challenges such as roof slab structural optimization, efficient use of beams and columns, precise soil cover control, and integrated curtain wall design—ensuring project quality.
For us, Hongjingtai represents not only a product innovation for improving living conditions in Guangzhou’s Panyu district but also a 2.0 advancement in raised slab landscape design—reshaping space between highs and lows. It embeds the refined luxury of Yuexiu’s Tianxi series into the urban fabric of Dashi. With mature raised slab landscape expertise, we elevate product capabilities. Through layered three-dimensional landscape aesthetics, we create a lifestyle model for the urban middle class—where prosperity and tranquility coexist, and texture meets warmth. This is the new high-end answer we present for upgrading the residential landscape of the district.
抬板政策| 景观解读【Elevated Slab Policy】
广州出台系统性政策，全力推进人居品质升级：鼓励连廊、架空层等公共空间，首层架空层高≥4.5 米不计容，同时支持立体绿化、地下空间分层确权。
抬板住区从概念走向规模化落地，已成广州高端住宅开发主流趋势——把社区整体地面抬高，形成上居下停、分层布局的立体结构。通过大跨度梁板整体架空首层：下层做阳光车库，上层打造人车分流的空中花园与居住平台，同时解决潮湿积水问题，提升社区私密性与居住品质。
抬板住宅的价值
空间解放：抬板不是抬高地面，而是把地面还给人。车行其层，人游其园——互不打扰。
立体无界：立体生长的花园社区、生态景观的有机串联，形成一条连续、开放、可探索的游园路径。
场景跃升：抬板之后的首层相当于之前的3、4层，视野开阔、私密性增强

在空间中我们刻意留白了一处角落。没有繁复的铺装，没有喧哗的水景。只有一棵树，独自站在这里。以树的自然生长，为整座花园定下静谧的基调。
In the space, we intentionally left a corner blank. There are no elaborate pavements or noisy water features—only a single tree standing here. Its natural growth sets a serene tone for the entire garden.
雕塑静立于水院一隅，以流动的曲线演绎广玉从深山被唤醒、经匠人之手打磨成型的历程，鎏金线条如木棉花焰，缠绕而上。一石一花，两种岭南风物在弧光中对望，为水院注入沉浸式的时空叙事感。
A sculpture stands quietly in one corner of the water courtyard, its flowing curves depicting the journey of Guangyu jade being awakened from the depths of the mountains and shaped by the hands of skilled artisans. The gilded lines rise like the flames of the kapok flower, entwining upwards. A stone and a flower—two elements of Lingnan culture gaze at each other in the arc of light, infusing the water courtyard with an immersive sense of narrative through time and space.
观潋璟座
设计巧妙将悬挑泳池与下沉灰空间结合，打造出层次丰富的立体水景。循水而行步移景异，檐下驻足，既见水境灵动，亦得度假安然。
Lianjing Pavilion
The design cleverly integrates a cantilevered swimming pool with a sunken gray space, creating a richly layered three-dimensional water landscape. As one strolls along the water, the scenery shifts with each step. Pausing beneath the eaves allows for a view of the vibrant water environment while also providing a tranquil vacation-like atmosphere.
光影洒落，在墙面写下一行流动的诗，空间与绿意彼此渗透，静谧油然而生。
Light and shadow cascade down, writing a flowing poem on the wall. The space and greenery permeate each other, giving rise to a profound sense of tranquility.
以水为帘，以影为隙。自然不被框定，只在空间中渗透，于无声处，与日常共生。
设计借地形起伏，打造下沉水院。池底以蓝翡翠奢石岩板铺陈，水面特设花瓣形漂浮卡座（以月光米黄花岗岩弧形定制）。水与石相映，花与水共生，人坐其间，仿佛泊于清溪之上、落花之间，自然入画，奢雅成诗。
Water as the curtain, shadow as the crevice. Nature refuses to be framed, only permeating through space. In silence, it coexists with the everyday.
Design a sunken water courtyard that utilizes the natural topography. The bottom of the pool is paved with blue emerald luxury stone slabs, while the water surface features petal-shaped floating seating made from custom curved moonlight beige granite. The interplay of water and stone, along with the coexistence of flowers and water, creates an atmosphere where people sit among them, as if they are anchored above a clear stream and amidst falling petals. This setting transforms nature into a painting and luxury into poetry.
花绽泳池
层叠之间，垂直生活
抬板之上，花园不再是平面的蔓延，而是垂直的叙事。层与层之间，是标高的转换，更是生活的分野。层叠之间，视线学会了上下打量；垂直之处，生活有了纵深的可能。这不是一座平坦的花园，而是一部立体的居住剧本——每一层，都有它的节奏与停留。
Flower Blossoms Pool
Between Layers， Vertical Living
Above the raised slab, the garden is no longer a horizontal spread, but a vertical narrative. Between one layer and the next lies not only a shift in elevation, but also a division of life. Between the stacked layers, the eye learns to look both up and down; in the vertical realm, life gains the possibility of depth. This is not a flat garden, but a three-dimensional script of dwelling—where each layer has its own rhythm and its own pause.

定制约40M无风雨归家连廊，通透界面引绿意入廊，尽显仪式感与空间层次。光影在柱廊间流转，感受自然与静谧在廊下静静生长。
Life Under the Eaves
A custom 40-meter long, wind- and rainproof corridor seamlessly invites greenery inside, showcasing a sense of ritual and spatial layering. Light and shadow flow between the columns, allowing one to experience the quiet growth of nature and tranquility beneath the corridor.
波斯白玉与百达翡翠透光奢石交映，12米树王朴树伫立其间，在地文化悄然沉淀。约100㎡圈层社交卡座，搭配定制软装与氛围灯光，一座奢雅归家序厅，由此而生。
Persian White Jade and translucent luxury stone of Burmese jadeite reflect off each other, while a 12-meter-tall tree stands amidst them, quietly embodying the essence of local culture. An approximately 100-square-meter social seating area, paired with custom furnishings and ambient lighting, gives rise to an elegant entryway for returning home.

温润的石材与流动的绿意在空间中对话，光影在其中穿梭、变换、停留，将瞬间的诗意凝固成日常的风景。
Flowing Space
The warm stone and flowing greenery engage in a dialogue within the space, as light and shadow weave through, shift, and linger, capturing fleeting poetry and transforming it into the everyday landscape.
以香格里拉翡翠奢石、幻影蓝花岗岩打造的瑰丽玉盘水景，温润而大气。以流动的美学，赋予空间静谧与雅致的底色。
A magnificent jade plate-shaped water feature crafted from Shangri-La jade luxury stone and Phantom Blue granite, exuding warmth and grandeur. With fluid aesthetics, it endows the space with a tranquil and elegant ambiance.
浮园作台
以多级跌水强化入口的仪式感与秩序感，水声与层次相伴。拾阶而上，归家之旅由此开启，步入社区的“立体花园”。
Raised Slab Landscape
Multiple cascading waterfalls enhance the sense of ceremony and order at the entrance, accompanied by the soothing sound of water and varying levels. As you ascend the steps, the journey home begins here, leading you into the community’s “three-dimensional garden.”
浮岛花园
设计巧妙利用地形高差打造出一个立体的流动花园，串联社区街角与商业内街。自然花境搭配大地艺术植物，形成高低错落的台地式花园，景观层次丰富而生动。
Floating Island Garden
The design cleverly utilizes the topographical differences to create a three-dimensional flowing garden that connects the community corner with the commercial street. Natural floral arrangements are paired with earth art plants, forming a terraced garden with varied elevations, resulting in a rich and vibrant landscape.

以木棉花为元素，进行提取、重构、演绎，融入场景中，为空间注入诗意与艺术气息。
Using the kapok flower as an element, we extract, reconstruct, and interpret it, integrating it into the scene to infuse the space with poetry and an artistic ambiance.

吉贝，木棉的别称，出自《梁书》、《诸蕃志》等。
广州玉雕，岭南“三雕一彩一绣”非遗瑰宝之一
雕塑以广绿玉为灵感，融木棉花之形，将非遗石雕技艺与当代艺术巧妙结合。流动的曲线模拟玉石温润质感，鎏金线条勾勒木棉花姿。表面精心设计的穿孔，让光线穿透肌理，在曲面间流转，形成“光入玉中，形随影动”的诗意对话。
Inspired by Guanglu jade and the form of kapok flowers, this sculpture seamlessly blends intangible cultural heritage stone carving techniques with contemporary art. Flowing curves emulate the gentle, lustrous texture of jade, while gilt lines outline the kapok blossoms. Deliberately designed perforations on the surface allow light to penetrate the texture, drifting across curved planes—creating a poetic dialogue of ‘Light entering the jade, form moving with shadow.
The sculpture is inspired by the kapok flower, crafted from hand-forged stainless steel and hand-painted stone patterns resembling Guanglu jade. It is both a tribute to the intangible cultural heritage of Guanglu jade carving techniques and a celebration of the heroic spirit of the kapok flower. Ultimately, it becomes a spiritual mark within the city, representing a harmonious coexistence of “stone and flower, tradition and contemporary resonance.”

连廊对景景墙精选“波斯白玉”玉石进行打造。白天温润如玉，干净雅致；夜晚焰影流光，像熔岩在石中流动。一墙两种意境，冰与火相融，把大自然亿万年的震撼美感，变成超惊艳的视觉焦点。
Luxury Stone Selection
The corridor features a scenic wall crafted from “Persian White Jade.” By day, it is warm and radiant, clean and elegant; by night, it shimmers with flowing light, resembling lava moving within the stone. This wall embodies two distinct atmospheres—ice and fire intertwined—transforming the awe-inspiring beauty of nature’s millions of years into an extraordinary visual focal point.

抬起生活，举重若轻
1925年，面对工业革命后日益“窒息”的城市，建筑大师勒·柯布西耶提出了一个颠覆性的设想：光辉城市。在他的理想蓝图中，整座城市将被整体架空。地面完全归还给
绿化和行人，人们可以在抬升的平台上自由穿行，彻底消解了密集建筑群带来的压迫感。这个百年前的乌托邦构想，如今正被鸿璟台以一种极为浪漫的方式实现——从“光辉城市”到“悬浮社区”，大师的理想，从未如此接近的实现。鸿璟台项目在当下抬板新规浪潮中也算赶上了时代的红利，项目自身的高差关系使得从项目入口与社区商业变有了趣味性的穿插。抬板之上，除开规划条件的让利于民，更多的是一次生活方式的重置。抬板的深层意义，在于它试图恢复一种“居住的公平性”。在传统住区里低楼层可以近享庭院的美好，但是又对于噪音，日照时间短等等的弊端。而鸿璟台的景观设计，通过结构性的创新，将阳光、清风、花园与漫游的闲暇，重新“分配”给了大部分的业主，去实现一个垂直社区内，最大限度地兑现了“景观权益均好”的承诺。蓝调的团队长期致力于立体景观研究，当然也包括抬板设计，是一场关于“高下相倾”的建造哲思。《道德经》言：“高下相倾，音声相和。”抬板之“抬”，不在物理高度，而在空间关系的重排——居住层整体抬升，于“有”与“无”之间找到垂直的平衡。鸿璟台的景观设计正在昭示着一个趋势：未来的住宅竞争，将从材料工艺的竞赛，升维为对整个社区空间序列、自然关系与生活方式的整体设计能力的竞争。也正因如此，未来的居住未必更大更奢侈，但一定更趋于立体
趋近于自然。从平面花园到三维生长的景观系统，从刻板的回家，到人在立体的自然庭院中被感受和观察，景观不再只是建筑的装饰，而成为一种情绪的引导装置，引导人们真正的去获得享受生活的权利。
