兰多多亲自然儿童乐园，位于宁夏贺兰山下的兰一山庄，占地15500㎡。以自然浸润、安全亲触为导则，充分激发孩童的探索和好奇，是充满四季感知、五感美育和萌宠互动的欢乐目的地。

乐园作为兰一生态园的建设一期，积极响应新时代的发展需求，激活旧址，让生态、休闲、文化于一体的基地更新焕发出生机与活力。

Landoro Nature-Immersive Children’s Park, nestled in Lanyi country estate beneath Ningxia’s Helan Mountain, covers an area of 15,500 m². Guided by principles of being nature-infused and safely interactive, the park inspires children’s exploration and curiosity, becoming a joyful destination full of seasonal experiences, five-sense learning, and playful encounters with animals.

As the first phase of Lanyi Eco-Resort’s development, the park responds to contemporary needs by reinvigorating the former site and bringing renewed vitality to a destination where ecology, leisure, and culture come together.

我们在对兰一生态园的整体规划中，采用山野中的自然乐园+亲子服务+文旅住宿的方式递进开发。结合乐园、露营、民宿、酒店、研学、农田、市集、日咖夜酒等业态，构建集理念、美学、内容、商业模式四位一体的文旅度假综合体。

我们希望尽可能发扬每一个场地的原生条件和地理资源特色，服务城市内外的家庭，拥抱市场变化，持续提供差异化的空间感知和舒心体验。

In the overall planning of Lanyi Eco-Resort, we adopt a progressive development approach integrating a nature play park in the mountains with family services and cultural tourism hospitality. By combining elements such as the playland, camping, homestays, hotels, research-based learning, farmland, markets, and daytime café/nighttime bar operations, we aim to create a cultural tourism resort complex that unifies concept, aesthetics, content, and business model.

We strive to leverage the innate conditions and geographical resources of each site to serve families both within and outside the city, embracing market changes while consistently delivering differentiated spatial experiences and comfortable enjoyment.

01 自然场景：多样化的主题体验

依托朗朗上口、易于记忆的乐园主题，吸引市区亲子家庭，集聚短途游爱好者。秉承自然场景赋能新消费的理念，带动星空露营、体能越野、认养种植田、农园采摘、季节性水区等相关活动的开设与运营，以吸引更多到访者。

Natural Scenes: Diverse Thematic Experiences

Relying on the memorable park theme, it attracts urban families and short-trip enthusiasts. Guided by the concept of empowering new consumption through natural settings, it promotes the launch and operation of related activities such as stargazing camping, outdoor fitness challenges, adoptive farming & picking, and seasonal water zones to draw more visitors.

这是一个可以远眺贺兰山的乐园。在照顾儿童成长喜好的基础上，既满足孩子的精力释放与好奇心，又兼顾全年龄段的家庭需求，给予人们充分的闲暇时光。

乐园建设遵循自然法则，讲究安全、真实，最大程度保留原先的树木；在选材、工艺、做法上更注重可持续性与实用性，让运营前置，充分融入设计。

乐园内部分为”金木水火土“五大自然场景。入口广场和服务配套建筑承担人流集散和餐饮服务功能。

This is a place where visitors can enjoy distant views of Helan Mountain. While catering to children’s developmental preferences, it meets both their need for energy release and curiosity, while also addressing family requirements across all age groups, providing ample leisure time.

The development follows natural principles—prioritizing safety and authenticity. Existing trees preservation, sustainable and practical choices in materials, construction, and detailing allow operational needs to be integrated into the design from the very beginning.

The park is divided into five natural zones based on the elements: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth.
The entrance plaza and supporting facilities act as centers for circulation, orientation, and dining.

02 功能布局：多体验的规划设计

入口空间

以兰多多和羊群迎接来客，远可眺望主题设施。周边设置林荫座凳，方便家长和孩子在此停留休憩。

Welcomes visitors with Landoro and a sheep flock, offering distant views of thematic facilities. Shaded benches around provide convenient resting spots for parents and children.

火元素· 活力汇聚区

包括帽檐舞步主设施、蹦跳区、弹网沙池等。

主设施以探险家的帽檐表达了对西北地区的自然想象与兰多多的探险性格。高度不同的三个塔其周边设施，解锁复合多样的趣味玩法。

Fire Element · Vitality Zone

Includes the main facility “Brim Dance,” a bouncing area, trampoline net sandpit, etc.

The main facility, inspired by an explorer’s hat brim, reflects the natural imagination of the Northwest and Landoro ‘s adventurous personality. The three towers of varying heights, together with their surrounding amenities, unlock a rich variety of play experiences.

为了应对银川夏季酷晒的情况，设施底部掏空为遮蔽空间。设计周边延伸的组合三角网遮阳，保证孩子们拥有一个舒适的游玩环境。

In response to Yinchuan’s intense summer heat, the base of the facilities is hollowed out to create shaded spaces. Surrounding extended composite triangular net shading is designed to ensure a comfortable play environment for children.

水元素· 潮动淘乐区

在塞上江南，欢乐玩水更受青睐。一个综合性玩水区域，大大小小花蕾造型的喷水设施和浅滩水面供人肆意玩耍。此起彼伏的喷雾中，感受大自然的清凉。

Water Element · Dynamic Fun Zone

In the Northern Jiangnan, water play is particularly popular. A comprehensive water play area features spray facilities of various sizes shaped like flower buds and shallow water surfaces for free play. Amidst the rising and falling sprays, visitors feel the refreshing coolness of nature.

泥潭可以近距离接触泥土和沙土。转轮压水、捉泥鳅、摸鱼、踩泥巴、湿沙探宝等特色活动，引导孩子自主游戏，释放孩子们爱玩的天性。

The mud pit allows close contact with soil and sand. Characteristic activities like wheel pressing for water, catching loaches, groping for fish, mud stomping, and wet sand treasure hunting guide children in self-directed play, releasing their innate love for fun.

金元素· 不落幕酷舍花园

酷舍小屋为原先的老旧建筑改建，加固后保留原有夯土特色，注入新的功能与活力。提供餐饮、小童看护区和家庭卫生间，是园区的能量补给站。建筑的北侧是剧场草坪，建筑立面成为了舞台的背景，在这里可以举办各类亲子活动和中小型聚会。

Gold Element · Ever-Cool Cottage Garden

The Cool Cottage is renovated from an old structure, retaining its original rammed earth characteristics after reinforcement, while infused with new functions and vitality. It provides dining, a toddler care area, and family restrooms, serving as the park’s energy recharge station. North of the cottage is a theater lawn, where the facade becomes a stage backdrop, suitable for various parent-child activities and small-to-medium-sized gatherings.

木塔爬网区域从主设施延伸而出，这片欢乐地带让孩子们爬上跳下，在游戏中锻炼了敏捷度和体能。超大秋千集结5种不同秋千类型，给孩子们带来飞翔半空中的趣味体验，也是大人们点赞的快乐源泉。

Wood Element · Natural Exploration Zone

The wooden tower climbing net area extends from the main facility. This joyful zone lets children climb and jump, enhancing agility and physical fitness through play. A super-sized swing set combines five different swing types, offering children the fun experience of flying mid-air, also becoming a source of joy appreciated by adults.

连续成组的槐木拓展设施结合训练课程，考验孩子的平衡能力、勇气和专注力，促进核心力量、身体节奏和协作度。在户外不需受限，有树有花有石有木，我们希望激发孩子的潜能和前庭系统，自主承受合理的风险，通过潜在的刺激和挑战获取游戏体验。

Continuous sets of locust wood expansion facilities, combined with training courses, test children’s balance, courage, and concentration, promoting core strength, body rhythm, and cooperation. Unrestrained outdoors amidst trees, flowers, stones, and wood, we aim to stimulate children’s potential and vestibular system, allowing them to autonomously undertake reasonable risks and gain play experiences through potential stimulus and challenges.

土元素· 生态牧宠区

圈舍中入住着羊驼、狐獴、白狐等温顺动物，孩子们亲手喂食、梳理动物毛发等近距离互动，感受动物的触感与温度。为新生萌宠起名，合影画像。理解生物需求，关爱生命，激发友善的责任心与共情力。

Earth Element · Eco Petting Zoo

Enclosures house gentle animals like lamas, meerkats, and arctic foxes. Children interact closely through feeding and grooming, sensing the animals’ texture and warmth. Naming newborn pets, taking photos, and drawing portraits help them understand biological needs, care for life, and inspire friendly responsibility and empathy.

Checkpoint prompts along the storyline serve as cute instructional signs for activities and condensed educational points about the villa’s habitat.

03 运营导向：业态共荣的整体运营

活动节庆

乐园活动兼顾四季运营与日夜场景，分类成为日常、周末假日、特殊节事。

园内有生态素土与草地、木平台，面积约为1000㎡。除了生日聚会、嘉年华等娱乐场景，也提供拓展体力脑力的课程，例如，给特殊孩子的自然疗愈，单飞或陪伴研学、毕业季的沉浸式纪念场。

结合兰一二期营地与户外演艺剧场，可进行音乐会、婚礼、露营休闲……完成对应不同画像客户的一体多面产品，也使得运营活动更具弹性、可塑性。

Operation Orientation：Holistic Management for Shared Prosperity

Festivals & Events

Park activities cater to four-season operation and day-night scenes, categorized into daily, weekend/holiday, and special events. The park features versatile eco-soil areas, lawns, and wooden platforms covering about 1,000 m². Beyond entertainment like birthday parties and carnivals, it offers courses for physical and mental development, e.g., nature therapy for special needs children, solo or accompanied research trips, graduation commemorations.

Integrated with Lanyi’s second-phase camp and outdoor performance theater, it hosts concerts, weddings, camping leisure… creating multi-faceted products for different client profiles, enhancing operational flexibility and adaptability.

在地的生境、动植物物种都是亲自然活动的灵感源泉。比如“山野小农夫”、“森林下面有什么”等课题，引导小小探险家们开启探索之旅。注重人的精神共鸣，通过富有内涵的教育、科普、研学、文创等内容，形成项目的软实力。

Local habitats, flora, and fauna inspire nature-friendly activities. Topics like “Little Mountain Farmer” and “What’s Under the Forest” guide young explorers on discovery journeys. Emphasizing spiritual resonance, the project builds soft power through meaningful education, science popularization, research learning, and cultural creativity.

IP文创

设计兰多多的IP形象，提取兰一庄园的葡萄和农场小朋友穿的背带裤，主打传递爱与欢乐。人物采用1：1头身比，呆萌可爱，头发渐变色与藤蔓表达乐趣迭出。兰多多携洛奇、岩羊、雪豹等珍稀的动物朋友们，一起演绎山野间的松弛成长。

IP Cultural Creation

The IP image of Landoro is designed, extracting elements from Lanyi ‘s grapes and the overalls worn by farm children, primarily conveying love and joy. The character features a 1:1 head-to-body ratio, appearing adorably cute, with gradient hair and vines expressing burgeoning fun. Landoro, along with animal friends like Rocky, Blue Sheep, and Snow Leopard, portrays growth in the mountain wilds.

IP形象在乐园中以雕塑、打卡点、卡通吉祥物、平面展陈形象等形式呈现。将18公顷山庄的落地规划中一同考虑，希望以原创乐园IP为先机，辐射影响整个生态园的后续开发。

The IP appears in the park as sculptures, photo spots, cartoon mascots, and graphic displays. Integrated into the 18-hectare resort’s master plan, the original park IP aims to pioneer and influence the Eco-Resort’s subsequent development.

现在和未来，乐园内的特定角色或切片场景在以空间、玩具、手办、服饰等形式呈现，跟环境产生联系和共鸣。亲近可人的角色和背后的故事使项目具有特别的情感价值。

Presently and future, specific characters or scene slices are manifested in spaces, toys, figurines, apparel, etc., creating connections and resonance with the environment. Approachable characters and their stories endow the project with unique emotional value.

业态融合

在兰一生态园的分期实施中，布局儿童乐园、草地露营、民宿酒店、牧歌草堂、研学农田、商业市集、日咖夜酒等多种业态。美食、美宿、好物、场景……共同形成具备长久生命力的西域山系社区。

Business Integration

In the phased implementation of Lanyi Eco-Resort, diverse formats are planned: children’s park, grassland camping, homestays/hotels, Pastoral Grass Hall, research farmland, commercial markets, daytime café/nighttime bar, etc. Delicious food, beautiful accommodations, quality goods, and scenes… collectively form a long-lasting Western Regions mountain community.

04 多重引导：与施工运营结合的开发体系

“去乐园化”思维

脚踏实地做乐园的同时，也要有“去乐园化”的思维。让乐园打破距离、设施等限制，塑造具有陪伴特质、可重复游乐、家长与孩子共同参与、具有教育意义的项目。

以解决问题为核心。如乐园常见问题：承载高峰期的人流服务、地面散铺式覆盖物的选择、遮阳降温的性价比和设计感、提升家长休息等候体验、桌椅家具和标识软装的调性控制和氛围装扮、北方地区娱乐体验和运维差异……通过设计建造策略和研发总结，大幅减少影响并促进良性升级。

Multi-Guided：Approach Integrating Construction & Operation

“De-Parkification” Thinking

While building the play park pragmatically, we embrace “de-parkification” thinking—breaking limitations of distance and facilities to create projects characterized by companionship, repeatable play, parent-child participation, and educational value.

Problem-solving is core. Addressing common issues like peak crowd management, selection of scattered ground coverings, cost-effective and aesthetic shading/cooling, enhancing parent rest/waiting experiences, tonal control and ambiance of furniture, signage, soft decoration, and regional differences in entertainment experience and maintenance in northern China… Through design-construction strategies and research &development summaries, we significantly reduce impacts and promote positive upgrades.

作为乐园的规划设计及落地方，团队负责所有功能布局、保留与改造、在地种植、美学调性、色彩视觉的构建，在限价控制下促成建造落地。不局限于环境景观规划、游乐设施等，而是跨专业涉及策划、图纸、生产、督造、安装、运营跟踪等方面，并在各环节形成闭环。

Full-Process Control

As the play park’s planner, designer, and implementer, the team oversees all functional layouts, preservation/renovation, local planting, aesthetic tone, and color vision, ensuring construction within budget constraints. Going beyond environmental landscaping and play facilities, it spans disciplines including planning, drawings, production, supervision, installation, and operational tracking, forming a closed loop for the project.
