初遇 Exploring
出二号线神山站，我踏清溪之水，弃大道之喧，径入幽谷。沿石阶而上，花木扶疏，虫鸟鸣啭，如入盛境。攀登至“志喜亭”，稍憩片刻，遂循径而下半山腰间，一天然石井，传为干将、莫邪铸剑之所，春秋遗韵，令人怀古。
Exiting Shenshan Station on Metro Line 2, I strolled along a clear stream, leaving the city’s noise behind and entering a tranquil valley. Ascending the stone steps, lush greenery and the melodious sound of birds and insects embraced me, as if I were stepping into a serene paradise. After taking a brief rest at Zhixi Pavilion, I descended to a natural stone well halfway up Shenshan Mountain. Legend has it that this is where Gan Jiang and Mo Ye, a swordsmith couple, forged their legendary swords, a relic from the Spring and Autumn period that evokes a deep sense of history.

沿山路徐行，穿林越谷，百步之余，天色渐暗。忽见前方树冠合手处，一片光明，如碗如盘，一舞台“莲心”赫然在目，蛙声四起，芳草涤荡。
As I walked leisurely along the mountain path, weaving through forests and valleys, dusk began to fall. Surprisingly, through a canopy of trees, a bright clearing appeared like a bowl or a dish – the “Lotus Heart” Stage came into view. The air filled with the croaking of frogs, and fragrant grasses swayed gently.
而今夜，白莲静若处子，静谧祥和映照于天地，天上之月静如玉盘，水中之月俏皮如鱼跃。
But tonight, the white Lotus Heart Open-air Stage is filled with calm and serenity. The moon above is as still as a jade plate, while its reflection in the water dances playfully like a leaping fish.

相逢 Designing
莲心舞台位于芜湖神山公园芙蓉湖畔，奥雅的设计团队从大自然中汲取灵感，提取“出水芙蓉”的美好寓意，以山作背、以地为台，打造了一处水上“莲心舞台”，这里既能承载各类演出，也能让公众自由地感受大自然的灵动与生命力。
The Lotus Heart Open-air Stage is situated by Furong Lake in Shenshan Park, Wuhu City. Inspired by the elements of nature, the L&A design team drew from the auspicious imagery of a lotus emerging from water, using the lush mountain as a backdrop and the ground as a base to create a floating “Lotus Heart Open-air Stage” on the water. This venue hosts various performances and allows the public to freely experience the vibrancy and vitality of nature.

舞台由中央莲池与亲水平台两部分组成，其间种植了睡莲等水生植物，同时，通过现代材料与简约造型凸显秀场气质，将时尚与自然相碰撞，传达人与自然和谐共生的时代主题。
The stage consists of a central lotus pond and a waterside platform, featuring water lilies and other aquatic plants. Modern materials and minimalist design highlight the stage’s elegance, blending fashion with nature to convey the theme of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.

其整体收边以双弧流线细腻勾勒，悬浮于湖面之上，宛若银河垂落，将现代与浪漫推向极致。
The stage features a delicate double-arc edge design, gracefully floating above the lake like a descending Milky Way, seamlessly integrating modern elegance with romantic charm.

林间深处，一条栈道悄然延伸，通过逐渐降低的栏杆高度以及朦胧的金属网帘为舞者塑造一条富有神秘感的登台之径。
Deep within the forest, a pathway extends quietly, featuring gently descending railings and translucent metal curtains, creating a mysterious and enchanting route for performers to the stage.

银白色的主色调和半透明金属网帘使舞台栈道与湖面、草坪、山丘、树木相互映衬，构成一个浑然天成的生态剧场。
The silver-colored stage pathway, adorned by graceful translucent metal curtains, interacts harmoniously with the surrounding lake, lawn, hills, and trees, further creating a cohesive ecological outdoor theater.
舞台南边的观赏区可容纳3000至4000人，欣赏演出的同时、兼具露营、游乐等功能。
To the south of the stage, a viewing lawn area that can host 3,000 to 4,000 people is designed for enjoying performances, camping, and other recreational activities.
非活动期间，舞台对公众开放，举办活动时，由草坪观景区、螺旋线栈道、舞台主体和中心莲池组成近观舞台，利用地势加深观众与演员的互动感，让观众身临其境。
The stage is open to the public when not in use. While during events, the setup – including the lawn area, spiral walkway, main stage, and central lotus pond – creates an immersive experience, enhancing the interaction between the audience and performers.
无围栏的设计，让舞台与公众之间没有了距离感，每个人都能成为这场盛宴的一部分。这种可观赏、可进入、可互动的体验，为城市生活增添更多的色彩和活力。
The barrier-free design blurs the line between the stage and the audience, inviting everyone to engage directly with the events. This open, interactive approach adds vibrant energy and liveliness to urban life.
挑战 Challenges
在设计与建造的过程中，设计团队也遭遇了诸多挑战，但正是这些挑战，让“莲心”更加璀璨夺目。
The design and construction of this project presented many challenges, but overcoming these hurdles only enhanced the brilliance of the Lotus Heart Open-air Stage.
异形螺旋双曲构架的形状独特，呈螺旋形，不断向上变化，这种复杂的几何形态使得每根材料的尺寸和角度各不相同，如何克服异形螺旋双曲构架的加工难题？是其中的一个挑战。
The design and construction of this project presented many challenges, but overcoming these hurdles only enhanced the brilliance of the Lotus Heart Open-air Stage. The distinctive spiral hyperbolic structure presents a challenge due to its complex geometry, with each component requiring precise, unique dimensions and angles. Tackling these manufacturing challenges was a key hurdle.
设计团队匠心独运，针对复杂的部位，专门组织技术交底会，确保施工单位充分理解设计意图。同时，对于构架的特殊节点，绘制放大图和剖面图，标注清楚每个构件的尺寸、连接方式和受力特点，派遣设计人员定期到施工现场，及时解决施工过程中遇到的技术难题。
With great ingenuity, the design team held detailed technical briefings to ensure the construction team fully grasped the design’s complexities. They provided enlarged and cross-sectional diagrams for unique framework nodes, clearly marking dimensions, connections, and load characteristics. Also, design personnel made regular site visits to address any technical challenges that arose during construction.

此外，金属挂网的网孔样式及大小在不同的光照条件下所产生的朦胧感和通透感差异较大，难以准确预测和确定最佳方案，设计团队不断制作样板进行对比，以达到空间氛围的最佳状态。
In addition, the translucency and hazy viewing effect of the metal mesh curtains vary significantly with different lighting. The design team iteratively tested various samples to perfect the spatial ambiance for visitors.
机遇 Opportunities
经过精心打磨的“莲心舞台”已华丽蜕变，成为城市的新晋地标与文化绿洲。庆典时，张灯结彩，人声鼎沸，盛况空前。
The Lotus Heart Open-air Stage has undergone a remarkable transformation through meticulous craftsmanship, emerging as a vibrant new landmark and cultural oasis in Wuhu City. During celebrations here, the lights blaze, the crowds roar, and the atmosphere is electrifying.

从2024年芜湖神山音乐节璀璨启幕，至芜湖市首届全民广场舞联赛的热烈开场，再到首届芜湖大学生集体毕业典礼的温馨举行，直至大型沉浸式服装秀的惊艳亮相，莲心舞台频繁占据公众视野，成为自然与人文完美交融的剧场。
Since its dazzling debut at the 2024 Wuhu Shenshan Music Festival (Chery Night), the Lotus Heart Open-air Stage has hosted a range of events, from the city’s first public square dance competition and heartwarming university graduation ceremony to an impressive immersive fashion show. It has quickly become a local focal point, where nature and culture interact well with each other.
