A&N尚源景观：南通，位于长三角大都市圈内，是江苏省“跨江融合、对接上海”的重要战略的中心城市，到2035年，南通市域人口规模力争达到1000万，城市势能未来可期。万科·海上明月雄踞沪通公铁两用桥北翼桥头堡，与高铁西站一脉相连，主城通达便捷。
A&N Shangyuan landscape：Nantong, located in the Yangtze River Delta metropolitan area, is the central city of Jiangsu Province’s important strategy of “cross river integration and docking with Shanghai”. By 2035, Nantong’s population will reach 10 million, and the city’s potential is promising. Vanke·The Luna dominates the bridgehead of the north wing of Shanghai-Nantong bi-purpose bridge, which is connected with the west railway station, and downtown is accessible.
故事导向：船厂文化 Story-Driven: Shipyard Culture
项目位原韩通船厂位置，船舶重工总占地面积约80万㎡，拥有950m的长江天然深水岸线，立足于5-8万吨级各类船舶及海洋工程，为国内优秀船舶和海洋工程建造基地。
The project is located in the original site of Hantong shipyard. The total area of ship industry is about 800,000 square meters. It has 950m natural deep-water shoreline of the Yangtze River. Based on various types of ships and marine engineering of 50,000-80,000 tons, the site is the construction base of excellent ships and marine engineering in China.
思考：在城市发展的时代机遇下，本案必须赋予区域更高的城市价值坐标，以板块全新时代形象，成为南通主流的高品价比板块，景观应该具有什么样的特质和精神呢？
航海精神：勇于进取、勇于实践，与自然相处的过程中，无一不体现了自然的力量和宇宙的奥秘，这些正是孩子所需要学习的精神，也是我们每个人需要的精神.
Thinking: In the era of urban development, this case must give the region a higher urban value coordinate, with a brand new image of the era, become the mainstream cost-effective plate in Nantong, what kind of characteristics and spirit should the landscape have?

愿乘长风，破万里浪
打造项目领域感，形成海洋视觉记忆点及秩序感印象，场地周边界面较差，利用冲孔板打造海浪般气势的界面，给足客户信心，这里将是南通西边的封面。
Create a sense of domain for the project, form the impression of marine visual memory and sense of order. The site has a poor interface around. Use punching plate to create a sea-wave like interface to give customers confidence. This will be the cover of Nantong West.
四水归海，海上明月
自由布局的停车场地和林荫引道打造隐秘自然的居住环境，沿街呈现未来社区商业的精致格调，社区入口打造低调奢华酒店式入口，中心广场模拟海洋漩涡，回旋水流形成的螺旋形，寓意四水归海，也寓意人们汇聚在这里形成无限的海洋活力和无限可能性。
The freely arranged parking lots and boulevards create a secret and natural living condition, presenting the exquisite style of future community commerce along the street. The community entrance creates a low-key luxury hotel-style entrance, and the central square simulates the ocean vortex. The spiral shape formed by the whirling current implies that all rivers return to the sea, and it also means that people gather to form infinite ocean vitality and infinite possibility.
