魏玛景观：不是园区，是一座生长在水岸上的经典建筑群。不是景观，是一场由水、岛、光影与置石共同演绎的空间叙事。
Weimar Group: It is not a park, but a collection of timeless architecture rising from the water’s edge. It is not a landscape, but a spatial narrative orchestrated by water, islands, light, shadow, and placed stones.
▽项目区位
松江低碳金融产业园项目位于上海市松江区洞泾镇工业区，地处沪松公路东侧、长浜路北侧，北侧临近长浜河。
项目依托 G60 科创走廊发展势能，承接松江东北片区科技创新、总部研发与商业服务功能，涵盖研发中心、企业办公、独栋多层办公、独栋叠拼、品牌展示等多元业态，是集研发办公、商业服务与人才生活于一体的复合型科创园区。
Leveraging the development momentum of the G60 Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, the project serves the northeastern Songjiang cluster with functions spanning technological innovation, headquarters R&D, and commercial services. It encompasses a diverse mix of uses, including R&D centers, corporate offices, standalone multi-story office buildings, stacked townhouse style offices, and brand exhibition spaces. This integrated sci tech park combines R&D and office facilities, commercial services, and amenities for talent living.
01 百年建筑：海派风骨，时间的藏品
建筑整体延续海派文化中“海纳百川，兼容并蓄”的精神气质，以“古典庄重，精工细节”为形象基调。立面提取经典三段式建筑形式，通过台基、柱身、檐部形成稳定而有序的比例关系，塑造具有总部办公气质的建筑界面。建筑立面以竖向线条为主要语言，强化序列感、挺拔感与视线延伸性，形成简洁、大气、具有商务属性的园区形象。
Time-honored Building
The architecture carries forward the Shanghai cultural heritage. Its facade draws on the classic tripartite composition, establishing a stable and well-ordered proportional relationship through the base, column, and entablature to create a building interface with headquarters office presence. Vertical lines serve as the primary design language of the facade, reinforcing a sense of sequence, verticality, and visual extension, resulting in a concise, dignified, and business oriented park image.
景观设计没有脱离建筑单独表达，而是从建筑立面中提取竖向线条、三段式秩序和材料质感，将其延续到铺装、入口界面和广场空间之中。大面通铺的特色铺装延展空间尺度，线性铺装强化轴线感与导向性，使建筑、广场、水景与绿岛在统一的语言中形成整体。
Distinctive paving extends the spatial scale, while linear paving reinforces the sense of axis and directionality, integrating architecture, plaza, water features, and green islands into a cohesive whole through a unified design language.
02 水岛相生：引自然之水，营绿洲之意
项目北侧紧邻长浜河，坐拥得天独厚的滨水生态资源。场地依托这一天然优势，以水为脉，将自然水系引入园区内部，构建“岛中有水，水湾环绕”的生态格局。滨水空间既是开放的公共走廊，也是园区功能的有机延伸。
Designed as an Oasis
The site takes water as its lifeline, introducing natural waterways into the park interior to create an ecological pattern of “islands within water, encircled by winding bays.” The waterfront space serves as both an open public corridor and an organic extension of the park’s functions.
在园区内部，我们打破了传统园区的网格化布局。以自然形态重构空间秩序——建筑如岛屿般散落，水系如丝带般蜿蜒穿行。水面时而开阔如镜，倒映建筑轮廓；时而收窄成溪，引导脚步前行。
水不是装饰，而是空间的组织者。它定义了动线，限定了视线，也创造了停留的理由。行走其间，步移景异——一座生长在水岸上的智慧庄园，由此诞生。
Within the park, the conventional grid-based planning typical of traditional campuses is deliberately subverted. Spatial order is reconstituted through organic morphologies: buildings are distributed as discrete islands, while watercourses meander through the site in sinuous, ribbon-like configurations. The water body alternates between expansive, mirror-still planes that reflect architectural profiles, and constricted stream-like passages that choreograph pedestrian circulation.
03 企业办公空间：山水迎宾，绿洲岛屿
“水作岛，石为礼”。以 “置石叠水” 打造极具辨识度的山水迎宾界面。
中央水庭以模拟自然水系的形态，勾勒出曲岸、浅湾与绿洲岛屿，形态苍劲的景石错落排布，叠水自石间潺潺而下，既复刻了传统山水的雅致意境，又以流动的水声消解了办公空间的疏离感，让办公场景浸润在 “推窗见水，步步皆景” 的自然意趣中。
Challenges/difficulties
The central water courtyard delineates curved shores, shallow bays, and oasis like islands through a form that emulates natural hydrological systems. Rugged landscape stones are artfully arranged, with cascading water murmuring down between them. This composition both replicates the refined poetic ambience of traditional Chinese shanshui mountain water scenery, and dissolves the sense of detachment inherent in office environments through the movement and sound of flowing water, immersing the workplace in natural sensibility.
入口两侧的植物组团层次分明，红枫、香樟、造型紫薇搭配精致的地被植物，形成 “四季有景，季季不同” 的迎宾绿廊，让每一次抵达都成为一场充满仪式感的自然之旅。
The plant clusters flanking the entrance are layered with clear hierarchy. Red maples, camphor trees, and sculpted crape myrtles are paired with refined ground cover plants, forming a welcoming green corridor with distinct seasonal character, transforming every arrival into a ceremonial journey immersed in nature.
04 宅间秘境：楼间通道的松弛疗愈场
建筑之间的宅间通道，以简洁大气的铺装肌理延续建筑的秩序感，同时通过层次丰富的植物组团，打造出步移景异的绿色通廊。
Hidden Realm Between Residences
The interstitial passages between buildings extend the architectural sense of order through a concise and dignified paving texture, while layered plant clusters create a green corridor where scenery shifts with every step.
点景置石与精致地被相映成趣，弱化了建筑的硬朗边界，为办公人群打造了一处兼具通行效率与松弛感的过渡空间，让日常通勤也充满自然意趣。
Focal stones and refined ground cover plants create an engaging interplay, softening the rigid edges of architecture. This transitional space balances efficient circulation with a sense of relaxation for office workers, infusing daily commutes with natural charm.
05 滨河漫道：水岸之上的生态绿廊
沿长浜河打造连续的生态绿廊，柔化建筑与城市水岸的边界，为园区预留了生态缓冲与休闲漫步的空间，也让城市滨水景观与园区内部景观形成有机联动。滨河漫步道、自然亲水植物景观与园区内部绿轴共同构成绿色自然、休闲放松的生态办公环境。
Ecological Green Corridor
A continuous ecological green corridor is created along the Changbang River, softening the boundary between architecture and the urban waterfront. This provides the park with ecological buffering and space for leisurely strolling, while establishing an organic connection between the city waterfront landscape and the park interior. The riverside promenade, natural waterside plant scenery, and the internal green axis of the park collectively form a green, natural, and relaxed ecological office environment.
结语
该项目将松江的水脉、林意、海派文化与科创办公需求共同转译为空间体验。它既回应城市道路与滨河界面的更新，也服务总部研发、商业配套、人才生活与日常交流等复合功能。
建筑在这里不再是孤立的办公盒子，景观也不再只是建筑之间的绿化填充。水景、绿岛、街区、庭院、连廊、屋顶花园与滨河慢行共同构成一座立体生长的科创绿洲。
Project Reflections
This project translates Songjiang’s water heritage, forest ambience, Shanghai culture, and sci-tech office demands into a unified spatial experience. It responds to the renewal of both urban road and riverside interfaces, while serving composite functions encompassing headquarters R&D, commercial amenities, talent living, and daily exchange.
Here, architecture is no longer an isolated office box, and landscape is no longer mere green infill between buildings. Water features, green islands, street blocks, courtyards, connecting corridors, rooftop gardens, and riverside slow lanes collectively form a three dimensional, organically growing sci-tech oasis.
