物候设计: 龙湖北京大兴天街位于京南大兴新城，紧邻地铁 4 号线生物医药基地站，是一座TOD 模式的一站式家庭生活购物中心。项目于2016 年开业，以年轻家庭为核心客群，涵盖亲子、社交、时尚、餐饮等多元业态，定位为大兴新城品质生活地标。
WEHO design : Located in Daxing New Town in southern Beijing, adjacent to Biomedical Base Station on Metro Line 4, Longfor Beijing Daxing Paradise Walk is a transit-oriented development (TOD) offering a one-stop shopping and lifestyle destination for families. Opened in 2016, the mall primarily serves young families, with a diverse tenant mix spanning family and children’s activities, social experiences, fashion, and dining. It is positioned as a landmark for quality living in Daxing New Town.

一座抬头见树、侧耳听瀑、随处可栖的”森系治愈空间”
开业已十年的大兴天街，空间格局与硬件装修逐渐难以匹配当下消费体验需求。本次改造以功能体系优化为基础，补充多元运营场景，系统性推动项目整体体验升级。
A Restorative, Forest-Inspired Space Where Trees Rise Above, Waterfalls Murmur, and Places to Rest Abound
After a decade of operation, Daxing Paradise Walk’s spatial layout, physical infrastructure, and interior finishes have become increasingly inadequate for today’s expectations of the shopping experience. Grounded in an improved functional layout, the renovation introduces a wider range of settings for activities and commercial operations, taking a holistic approach to enhancing the overall visitor experience.
01打破传统商业空间的封闭与单调
从完成从“水泥盒子”到”生态森林”的自我迭代
L3-L4 层原为高区冰场，存在功能单一、空间封闭、采光不足等问题。本次改造首先从硬件入手，拆除原有51 米长、34 米宽吊顶，设置超白玻璃采光顶，将自然光引入室内，减少人工照明依赖，打破空间的封闭感。
01 Breaking Through the Enclosure and Monotony of Conventional Retail Spaces
Transforming a “Concrete Box” into an “Ecological Forest”
The former ice rink on Levels 3 and 4 had a single function, an enclosed layout, and insufficient daylight. The renovation begins with physical interventions, removing the existing ceiling, measuring 51 meters long and 34 meters wide, and introducing an ultra-clear glass skylight. This brings natural light into the interior, reduces reliance on artificial lighting, and opens up the previously enclosed space.

The former rink is transformed into a new upper-level retail environment inspired by a natural forest. Moving beyond a conventional, single-use layout, the design intertwines landscape and storefronts. Planting, water features, leisure areas, and shops coexist harmoniously, creating a seamless connection between public spaces and retail units.

02 让人们在商业空间中沉浸式邂逅自然
以树王、跌瀑、丛林三大核心场景营造“高区森屿”
大兴天街室内景观改造以 “森光SolWood+ 林光市集+社交体验”为核心理念：中庭以树王为核心组织公共空间，挑台以矩阵疏林搭配跌瀑打造沐光岛，绿化小径串联森系商铺与休闲外摆，形成可游逛、可聚集、可休憩的”高区森屿”生态社交空间，让消费者在商业空间中沉浸式感受自然。
02 Immersing Visitors in Nature Within a Retail Setting
Creating an “Upper-Level Forest Island” Through Three Key Scenes: a Landmark Tree, Cascading Waterfalls, and Woodland
The interior landscape renovation of Daxing Paradise Walk is guided by the concept of “SolWood + Forest-Light Market + Social Experiences.” In the atrium, a landmark tree anchors the public space, while an open grid of trees and cascading waterfalls transforms the projecting terrace into “Sunlit Island.” Planted pathways connect forest-inspired shops with seating areas outside the storefronts, creating an elevated, nature-inspired social environment where visitors can explore, gather, and unwind—an “Upper-Level Forest Island” that offers an immersive encounter with nature within a retail setting.
景观采用 “主景树 — 乌桕林 — 油橄榄 — 沙生植物”的多层植物结构：12 米主景大树为视觉核心，7-8 米乌桕林围合林下空间，油橄榄与沙生植物点缀其间，构建出室内森林的完整生态层次。
The landscape features a layered planting structure comprising a landmark tree, a grove of Chinese tallow trees, olive trees, and desert plants. A 12-meter-tall specimen tree forms the visual centerpiece, while Chinese tallow trees standing 7–8 meters tall enclose spaces beneath their canopies. Olive trees and desert plants provide accents throughout, creating the varied layers of an indoor forest.

连廊将空间一分为二，各成天地：高挑纤细的乌桕林围合出静谧闲适的林下场所，水幕潺潺，打造放松身心的休憩角落。
A connecting walkway divides the space into two distinct settings, each with its own character. Tall, slender Chinese tallow trees frame a tranquil woodland retreat, where the gentle sound of a water curtain creates a restful corner for relaxation.
03在北方传统商业空间融入生态，森屿如何落地
以技术破局、商运适配、精细化营建解题
传统商业空间景观改造面临两大核心问题：
技术层面：需解决无覆土、荷载不足、结构受限、排水不畅、光照匮乏等技术难题。
商运层面：树王选址既要避免遮挡商铺视线、阻碍客流动线，又要作为多经点位支撑整体场地运营。
在北方室内空间打造”植物林”，需先测算光源，多维度验证光照条件是否满足植物生长需求。点阵式树阵既弱化L4连廊造成的空间割裂感，又模糊公私区域的边界，让人们在外摆休憩时仍置身林间。轻盈水帘搭配引入的自然光，更为林下场景注入灵动生机。
施工细节：树王体量过大，无法整体运输，经多轮方案调整，最终采用分株运输、现场拼合的方式，呈现丛生形态。
依托空间低饱和度的色彩体系，甄选适配场景的原生绿植，贴合商家整体调性。融合错落绿植、自然采光与灵动水幕，打通内外空间边界，营造松弛治愈的沉浸式自然用餐休憩氛围。
03 Bringing Nature into Conventional Retail Spaces in Northern China: Realizing the Forest Island
Addressing Technical Constraints, Retail Operations, and Detailed Construction
Landscape renovation within conventional retail spaces presents two core challenges:
Technical considerations: The design must address the absence of a planting soil layer, insufficient load-bearing capacity, structural constraints, inadequate drainage, and limited light.
Retail operations: The landmark tree must be positioned without obstructing storefront visibility or visitor circulation, while also supporting the operation of the wider space as a flexible venue for commercial activities.
Creating an indoor woodland in northern China begins with assessing available light and verifying, through multiple analyses, whether lighting conditions meet the plants’ growth requirements. A grid of individual trees softens the spatial division created by the Level 4 walkway and blurs the boundaries between public and tenant areas, allowing visitors to remain immersed in the woodland while relaxing in seating areas outside the shops. A delicate water curtain, combined with the newly introduced daylight, brings movement and vitality to the setting beneath the canopy.
Construction Details: The landmark tree was too large to transport as a single unit. Following several rounds of design revisions, its individual stems were transported separately and assembled on site to create a multi-stemmed form.
Working within the space’s muted color palette, the design incorporates carefully selected greenery suited to the setting and aligned with the tenants’ overall aesthetic. Layered planting, natural daylight, and a flowing water curtain soften the boundaries between interior and exterior, creating a relaxed, restorative atmosphere for dining and resting amid nature.
特色水景：设置水池与水帘两部分，配套水泵循环系统。水池位于新增楼板上，需与建筑方反复确认荷载条件。受室内空间限制，采用 “不锈钢水池+万能支撑器+石材饰面”构造，不锈钢水池现场加工，水电管路沿三层地面敷设，局部地面需抬高。水帘位于大挑空区域原有天花处，高度超10米，需提前确认天花内检修通道条件；水帘照明需与泛光单位多轮协调，确定灯具位置与规格。
施工难点：现场交叉作业密集，水帘安装难度大且易破损，需采取高规格成品保护或延后安装，后期损坏更换难度高。
Water Feature: The installation comprises a pool and a water curtain, served by a recirculating pump system. As the pool sits on a newly added floor slab, its load requirements required repeated coordination with the building team. To accommodate the constraints of the interior, the pool uses a stainless-steel basin, adjustable support pedestals, and a stone finish. The basin was fabricated on site, with plumbing and electrical services routed along the Level 3 floor, requiring localized sections of the floor to be raised.The water curtain is suspended from the existing ceiling within a tall atrium void, at a height exceeding 10 meters. Maintenance access within the ceiling had to be confirmed in advance. Its lighting also required several rounds of coordination with the architectural lighting team to finalize fixture positions and specifications.
Construction Challenges: Numerous trades were working simultaneously on site, making coordination demanding. The water curtain was difficult to install and vulnerable to damage, requiring robust protection after installation or installation later in the construction sequence. Any subsequent damage would be difficult to repair through component replacement.
北京极具特色的室内跨层瀑布，自L4穹顶垂落，复刻山野飞瀑的自然意趣。水流沿定制金属网均匀漫淌，如银缎垂落，不飞溅、不断流。潺潺水声化作白噪音，隔绝外界嘈杂。不用远赴山林，就能感受高空水幕的视觉震撼，于闹市中静享片刻，舒缓都市疲惫。
A distinctive indoor waterfall in Beijing cascades across multiple levels from the Level 4 dome, evoking the natural beauty of a mountain cascade. Water flows evenly down a custom metal mesh in a continuous, splash-free veil, falling like silver silk. Its gentle sound creates a soothing backdrop of white noise that masks the surrounding bustle. Without venturing into the mountains, visitors can experience the striking sight of an elevated water curtain and enjoy a quiet moment in the heart of the city, finding relief from the fatigue of urban life.
从重庆北城天街开创室内高街花园1.0，到苏州狮山天街 “山谷街区” 完成2.0 升级，龙湖室内森系商业持续迭代。北京大兴天街 “沐光岛” 以系统性设计统筹室内景观全要素，树立3.0 标杆：以 “城市绿洲” 奠定整体生态基底，12 米 “沐光・神木”树王与 10 米跨层”沐光・银瀑” 水幕构成垂直视觉核心，360° 艺术云梯串联立体动线、双层挑空拓展通透视野，林下外摆营造松弛社交场域，并以”树下音乐会”” 森林疗愈 ” 等持续运营激活场景。设计团队以细节精研与系统价值重构，最终铸就天街室内森系商业3.0 典范。
From the pioneering “High Street Garden 1.0” at Chongqing Beicheng Paradise Walk to the “Valley District” at Suzhou Shishan Paradise Walk, which advanced the concept to version 2.0, Longfor’s forest-inspired retail interiors continue to evolve. “Sunlit Island” at Beijing Daxing Paradise Walk establishes a new benchmark for version 3.0 through a holistic design approach that coordinates every element of the interior landscape.An “Urban Oasis” provides the overarching landscape framework, while the 12-meter-tall “Sunlit Sacred Tree” and the 10-meter “Sunlit Silver Falls,” a water curtain spanning multiple levels, form the vertical visual centerpieces. A sculptural “360° Cloud Stairway” connects circulation routes across levels, and a double-height void opens up expansive views. Seating areas beneath the canopy create a relaxed setting for social interaction, while ongoing programs such as “Concerts Beneath the Trees” and “Forest Healing” keep the space active and engaging.Through meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive rethinking of the space’s value, the design team has created a model for the third generation of forest-inspired retail interiors at Paradise Walk.
作为景观设计方，我们于龙湖北京大兴天街开业十周年之际，联合各专业单位，以 “沐光岛”为载体，完成了该项目室内景观的系统性更新。面对无覆土、荷载不足、光照匮乏等室内造景难题，我们逐一破解技术瓶颈；在树王选址、水幕营造等关键节点，我们始终在商业效率与自然体验之间寻找最优平衡。这一室内森系空间的落成，不仅是一次景观更新，更是”商业与自然共生”理念的实践落地。生态设计正成为商业更新的内生动力，推动城市商业向更自然、更具活力的方向演进。
As the landscape designers, we collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to deliver a comprehensive renewal of the interior landscape at Longfor Beijing Daxing Paradise Walk on the occasion of its tenth anniversary, bringing the “Sunlit Island” concept to life. We addressed the technical challenges of creating an indoor landscape—including the absence of a planting soil layer, limited load-bearing capacity, and insufficient light—one by one. At key stages, from positioning the landmark tree to designing the water curtain, we sought the best balance between commercial performance and an immersive experience of nature.The completion of this forest-inspired interior represents both a landscape renewal and a realization of the idea that commerce and nature can thrive together. Ecological design is becoming an integral driver of retail regeneration, helping urban retail environments evolve into more natural, vibrant places.
