SED新西林：最好的设计是这样的，我们身处在其中，却不知道自然在哪里终了，艺术在那里开始。
SED: SED Landscape Architects Ltd.: The best design in which we find ourselves shall be such as the art succeeds the nature before we notice it.

在设计湾流大厦的景观过程中，有一个问题始终是SED新西林设计团队探讨的焦点，那就是其最重要的特质是什么，如何善用好这片园景最佳的珍贵空间，以应有的方式呈现它的价值？
最终，我们得出的结论是，“与自然共界，同湾流入海”，我们希望打造的，是一片纯粹且静谧的天地，彰显出客户“隐于湾海，显于世界”的尊贵身份。
When designing landscape for Shenzhen Gulfstream Center, SED architects never lost sight of the focal point, i.e., what is the most important feature? How can we make the best of the precious space of the landscape? And in what worthy ways should we bring out its value?
We then reached the conclusion of “sharing the space with the nature and emptying into the seas with the gulf stream”. In our mind, it is a space of purity and tranquility that represents best the dignity of the customer “to lie low in the bay but remain prominent in the world”.
湾海奢居 Bayside lodge
本案位于深圳宝安中心区滨海片区，东临宝中中轴文化带，南瞰前海湾，临近欢乐港湾，景观资源优越，拥有得天独厚的景观资源和便捷的交通条件，与前海自贸区共同构成深圳城市中心的重要部分。
The Project is located in the coastal area of Bao’an District, Shenzhen. With Bao’an central cultural belt on the east and Qianhai Bay on the south, the Project lies close to OH Bay and enjoys wonderful scenery and easy access. Like Qianhai Free Trade Zone, it serves as a critical component in Shenzhen’s city center.

SED新西林联合深城投，洞察高阶社区的生活方式，将城市生活与深城投的品牌理念想结合，以穿插结构式景观，模糊建筑边界，将深圳湾的美景渗透于建筑之中，打造一个人与空间、室内与室外、城市与自然形成“多维度”互通对话的湾畔花园空间，以此展现出精心雕琢的匠心美学，满足了高端人群对品质生活的追求。
SED, in partnership with SCT, has perceived the lifestyle of the upper class, and integrates the SCT brand into city life. By well-worked structural landscape and indefinite architectural boundary, we bring the view of Shenzhen Bay into the buildings and have created a bayside garden space for man-space, indoor-outdoor, city-nature communications, thus meeting the consumers’ aspiration for quality life.
归港 Harbor
漫步归港，徜徉优雅。这里是隐奢的代表，也是都会氛围的极致彰显。项目主入口在于尊贵华美的氛围营造，运用光影变化，植物景观，拼花石材等多种高档材料的组合，艺术壁灯的点缀，勾勒出精致高雅的空间美学。
Relaxed steps, graceful stroll. This is low-keyed luxury and the ultimate metropolitan air. At the main entrance to the Project, a noble, luxurious atmosphere is created by lights, plants and spliced stones, and the artistic wall lamps add a tinge of delicacy and elegance to the space.
质感的空间设计，犹如行走在城市的画廊，充满着迷人的魅力。在这优雅与隐奢的交织中，你可以听见都市的心跳，感受着它独特的韵律。
The charming space design of high quality is no less than a city gallery in which you walk through. Amid the elegance and luxury, you hear the heartbeat of the metropolis and feel its pulse.
浮岛 Island
步入门厅，海浪层叠涌来。浮岛概念空间的设计巧妙利用分色技巧、序列感营造、植被层次，表达出强烈的仪式感和尊贵气度。
In the hallway, waves roll up.In the design of a space in the concept of a floating island, diversified colors, sequential arrangement and layered vegetations produce a strong atmosphere of ceremony and dignity.
哑光金属的LOGO与肌理石材墙面的结合，绿丛与水景的衔接，丰富材质的触感。和煦的阳光照映下，整体材质色彩的搭配，使空间底色静雅。
Matte metal logo on textured stone wall, plants and waterscape, the various materials blend and generate a unique feel. And in the quiet sun, they make a background of tranquility and elegance by their texture and colors.
仪境 Pond
项目也着力营造大气磅礴的开放空间，不同功能区的流畅转换，体现项目独有的尊享体验。都会水镜区引湾畔之水汇成型，徐徐铺陈归家的仪式感。
An open space extends and different functional zones switch smoothly for a privileged experience. The metropolitan pond draws water from the bay, expands and welcomes the owners.
一株树，一池水，令不同年龄段、不同审美的人都能够建立与空间的关联、交融与共情。
By a tree and a pond, people of different ages and tastes can connect themselves to the space and sympathize with it.
栖岸 Coast
空间设计以大面积绿植与镜面水景艺术为基调，呈现出一幅自然温润的画卷。绿色元素铺展开来，包裹住整个空间，营造出一种清雅安然的宁静氛围。
Vast vegetation and waterscape are the main elements in space design, painting a warm, natural picture. As green elements expand, they wrap the entire space and create a quiet, graceful, reassuring atmosphere.
270°的纯净玻璃幕墙带来绝佳视野和无限的光影，其设计充满了前卫的现代感和艺术气息，巧妙地将自然与空间融合。
270-degree pure glass walls ensure wonderful views and infinite light and shadow. The design is vanguard and artistic, and smartly combines the nature with the space.
室内室外隔而不离，相互渗透、互补、延伸，把层峰人士对自然生活的主张，镌刻在眼前。
The indoor space is partitioned but not isolated from the outdoor. They meet, complement, expand and show before our eyes the pursuit of the upper class for a natural life.
森境 Forest
这里重视开放与私密的联动，重视室外与室内的交互感，贴合内部需求，场地与花园生境相结合，打造出稳定的植物群落，以设计提升功能实用性及美好生活体验。
Openness is linked to privacy, and the outdoor interacts with the indoor. The internal needs are addressed, and the grounds and garden are combined. Stable vegetations grow and the design aims to improve the practical experience of a beautiful life.
设计经多次推敲后，在植物群落中设计了休憩座椅，构建出一个沉浸的自然世界，所有居者想要的社交、精神、学习需求等等都可在此实现，是更为丰富的精神体验和更高品质的生活加载。
After much meditation, seats are planted between vegetations for an immersive natural world where the residents may satisfy their social, spiritual and learning needs, an addition to more spiritual experience and higher quality life.
悦台 Terrace
屋顶花园的空间条件极佳，格局舒朗，奢阔的尺度足以建构丰盈的情境。利用架空层设计了一个超级吧台及观景休憩为一体的功能区，丰富的绿植组团、考究的装饰及精致的家具，色彩组合，体现出不俗的审美品位。
There is an excellent space on the roof, well-proportioned and vast enough to create a splendid environment. In the open floor is designed a super bar and a comprehensive area for sight-seeing and recreation, and the rich vegetations, high-quality decoration, exquisite furniture and colorful combination show an unusual taste of aesthetics.
合理的布局，流畅的动线，雅致的自然氛围，自在的空间气度，营造了深圳湾流大厦的自由与俊逸气质，满足居住、工作、社交的多重需求，把居者精神层面的憧憬变成可落地的生活场景。
With nice layout, smooth circulation, elegant, natural ambience and comfortable space, Shenzhen Gulfstream Center feels free and graceful and suitable for residence, work and social activities, turning the residents’ spiritual aspiration into a practical living scenario.
天际泳池的设计延伸了屋顶花园的多维想象及艺术审美的无限可能，既可体验与家人朋友一起欢快畅游的乐趣，又可在阳光下享受一杯咖啡、一本书的静好时光，让空间层次无尽延伸。
A swimming pool is designed to free the multidimensional imagination of the roof garden and the infinite possibilities of artistic aesthetics, where you can enjoy the swimming fun with family and friends or a quiet time in the sun with a cup of coffee and a book, extending the space far and wide.
当城市不断更迭，一线城市居住问题进入瓶颈，深圳新型高端公寓——湾流大厦应运而生。我们想为这座城市的人们，建立一个舒适、安全、现代、品质的家园，让繁忙都市中的候鸟找到独属于自己的归属感。
Cities evolve and living in first-tier cities becomes an issue, and thus comes Shenzhen Gulfstream Center, a complex of new-type high-end apartments. We hope to build for the people in this city a comfy, safe, modern, high-quality home, so that migrant workers may find their place in the busy metropolis.
