蓝调国际：在天津中建悦庐·桐溪的景观营造中，蓝调景观以 “为未来而设计”为核心立场，并未停留于对传统东方的符号化再现，而是转向一种更具当代共鸣的东方精神重构 —— 一种向内探寻的空间方法与生活回应。我们所理解的东方，并非静态的意象拼贴，而是一种秩序与心境并存的结构关系。中建悦庐·桐溪所探寻与定义的，是“礼序其外，心境其内”的和谐共生：外在空间以清晰的界面组织人与城市、建筑与自然之间的关系，建立当代生活所需的秩序感与归属感；内在场所则通过层层递进的空间转换，将人的感知逐步引向安静与沉思。在这一体系中，入口空间以“向上而居”建立归家的仪式感，下沉水院以“向下成渊”构建静观自然的场域，庭院回归生活本真之境，公园则延展为城市共享的开放界面。空间在垂直与水平的双重维度中展开，使景观不再是单一视线中的风景，而成为一种可被体验的生活路径。

这种设计逻辑回应了当代高净值人群的双重需求：既需要在社会秩序中保持身份的从容与得体，也渴望在日常之外拥有一处能够安放精神的内在空间。由此，景观不再只是外部环境的装饰，而成为连接社会角色与内在自我的媒介。蓝调景观试图以当代设计语言重新书写东方山水精神，让“入世的礼序”与“出世的心境”在同一空间中共生生长，使居住不止于栖居，而成为一种持续发生的精神回归。

BLUES: In the landscape creation of Tianjin CSCEC Yuelu · Tongxi, Blue Tone Landscape adopts the core stance of “designing for the future,” moving beyond a mere symbolic reproduction of traditional Oriental aesthetics toward a reconfiguration of Eastern spirit that resonates more with the contemporary—an inward-looking spatial methodology and a lived response. The “Eastern” we understand is not a static collage of imagery, but a structural relationship in which order and state of mind coexist. What CSCEC Yuelu · Tongxi explores and defines is a harmonious symbiosis of “ritual order without, spiritual calm within”: the external space uses clear interfaces to organize the relationships between people and the city, architecture and nature, establishing the sense of order and belonging needed in modern life; the internal space, through layered spatial transitions, gradually guides human perception toward tranquility and contemplation. Within this framework, the entrance space establishes a ritual of homecoming through “dwelling upward,” the sunken water courtyard constructs a realm for quietly observing nature through “sinking into the deep,” the courtyard returns to the authentic essence of daily life, and the park extends as an open interface shared with the city. Space unfolds across both vertical and horizontal dimensions, so that landscape ceases to be mere scenery in a single sightline and becomes an experiential life path.

This design logic responds to the dual needs of today’s high-net-worth individuals: the desire to maintain composure and propriety in social order, and the longing for an inner space that can house the spirit beyond everyday life. Thus, landscape is no longer just decoration for the external environment, but a medium connecting social roles with the inner self. Blue Tone Landscape attempts to reinterpret the spirit of Eastern mountains and waters through contemporary design language, allowing the “ritual order of engagement with the world” and the “transcendent calm of withdrawal from it” to coexist and grow within the same space, making dwelling not merely habitation, but an ongoing spiritual return.

研山-以一方研山，纳万里山河

“ 不出户而观山川 ”，以微观山水映射宏观自然，以器物承载隐逸情怀，以米芾《研山铭》为灵感，通过 “研山”，将这份千年笔墨间的隐逸情怀，融入场地每一处空间的设计肌理，实现 “居于城，隐于山，悦于心“的居住理想。

Eastern Design Spirit

Using micro-landscapes to mirror macro-nature, and artifacts to carry the reclusive sentiment. Inspired by Mi Fu’s Inscription on the Inkstone Mountain, through the “Yanshan” (Inkstone Mountain), we weave this reclusive spirit—preserved in brushwork over a thousand years—into the design fabric of every space within the site, fulfilling the residential ideal of “dwelling in the city, retiring in the mountains, and delighting in the heart.”

开门见山·迎门水瀑

归家的第一眼，不止于一处景，更是一种心境的转换。我们借三米水瀑顺山石倾泻而下，让水势回应山势，以自然的力量开启归家仪式，让“开门见山”的东方意境在抵达的一刻徐徐展开。

JOYOUS VILLA

The first glimpse of home is more than a view. It is the beginning of a change in state of mind. A three meter cascading waterfall flows naturally over sculpted stone, allowing the movement of water to echo the presence of the mountain. This carefully composed arrival sequence transforms the journey home into an immersive ritual, unfolding the timeless Oriental spirit of “seeing the mountain upon arrival” from the very first moment.

松石雅径·步步登高

步入其间，以松、石、水为骨，以高低起伏的游径串联空间节奏。潺潺水声与苍松山石相映成趣，在行进中层层递进，将城市的喧嚣悄然留于身后，引人循境而上，渐入山居之境。

Walking inward, pine, stone, and water become the essential language of the landscape, while a gently ascending pathway orchestrates the rhythm of the journey. The murmur of flowing water, framed by weathered stone and sculptural pines, gradually dissolves the city’s bustle, inviting residents to ascend through unfolding scenes and ease into the tranquil spirit of mountain living. 水院-止水沉壁

涧谷藏幽，内外一体。

我们以《研山铭》中“涧谷幽深”的意境为原点，将空间轻轻下沉，让建筑、庭院与水院自然交融。镜面水景映照天光云影，列植水杉勾勒空间秩序，山、水、树相互成景，于内外渗透之间，营造一处静谧而深远的山水画境。

Inspired by the profound imagery of deep valleys and hidden ravines from Yan Shan Ming, the space gently descends to seamlessly connect architecture, courtyard, and water. A tranquil reflecting pool mirrors the sky and shifting light, while rows of dawn redwoods establish a refined spatial rhythm. Mountains, water, and trees compose an ever-changing landscape, dissolving the boundary between indoors and outdoors to create a serene, immersive mountain-inspired retreat.

檐游-游廊观山

嬉水寻真·童趣融幽

以《研山铭》“自然之趣”为意源，营造轻盈戏水空间，让水光与童心相遇，在流动之间唤醒最本真的嬉戏天性。

Drawing inspiration from the “spirit of nature” in Yan Shan Ming, we create a light, playful water realm where rippling light and children’s pure curiosity meet, awakening an innate sense of joyful play through gentle flows and movement.

栖凤浅塘·天伦共栖

无边界水院如浅塘舒展，孩童逐光嬉水，家长廊下静观相伴，于松影与水声之间，共织温柔的亲子时光场域。

The boundaryless water courtyard unfolds like a shallow pond, where children chase light and play in water, while parents rest under shaded corridors. Between pine shadows and the sound of water, a tender, shared family atmosphere quietly takes shape.

云隐-四水归堂

于天津中建悦庐桐溪之境，以古意为骨、当代为形，将传统院落秩序转译为可感知的当代生活场景。水归一隅，心归一境，在收与放之间延展东方居住的当代表达。

Realm of Contemplation

Set within Zhongjian Yuelu Tongxi in Tianjin, this design draws on classical intent as its foundation while expressing it through a contemporary form. The traditional courtyard order is reinterpreted into a tangible, modern living experience.

叁-研山归心

不出户，而观山川

上下共景·内外交融,以“推门见院”为起点，我们借叠石构景、水面铺陈，让空间在一瞬间由室内过渡至庭院。
营造一处静中含动、光影流转的院落氛围，石与水相映，风与光可感，使日常行走皆成游园之境。

Mountains and Waters, Without Leaving HomeShared Landscape Across Levels · Interior and Exterior Interwoven
Beginning with the experience of “opening the door to a courtyard,” we compose the scene through layered rockeries and a calm water surface, allowing space to transition seamlessly from interior to garden in a single moment. It creates an atmosphere where stillness holds subtle movement and light continuously shifts, where stone and water resonate with one another, and wind and illumination become perceptible elements, turning everyday circulation into a wandering journey through a gardened world.

肆-研山游山

从山居到山游，桐溪童谷，稚趣自然。

以“谷地嬉水”为核心，我们依托场地自然起伏，轻柔勾勒浅溪与戏水池的蜿蜒形态，让水流在地形之间自然生长。

From Living in the Mountains to Living the Mountains

Centered on the theme of “valley water play,” the design gently responds to the site’s natural undulating terrain, softly shaping a winding form of shallow streams and play pools, allowing water to grow organically within the contours of the landscape.

伍-研山琢艺

人、自然与时间在现场进行的温情雕琢。

从最初深入远山矿脉的“寻石”，到设计师在现场对每一块石头的反复搬运、转动角度的“定石”，再到工匠师徒手工艺的“琢石”，每一步都凝结着对自然的敬畏。

为了找到那株能与「研石」相互激荡、融贯的孤松，我们执着寻找的，是一株历经风霜、带着“性格”与“故事”的造形松。必须拥有被岁月亲吻过的苍劲皮壳，拥有在风雪中抗争而独特的生长弧度。

A warm sculpting of people, nature, and time unfolding on site. From the initial act of “seeking stone” deep within the mountain’s mineral veins, to the designers’ repeated on-site positioning and precise adjustments that “set the stone,” and finally to the craftsmen’s hand-carved refinement of “shaping the stone,” each step embodies a profound reverence for nature and its material essence.

In search of a solitary pine that can resonate and harmonize with the “Yan Stone,” we are committed to finding a tree shaped by time itself—one that carries character and narrative. It must bear a weathered, rugged bark kissed by years of wind and frost, and a distinctive growth curve forged through resistance against storms and snow.
